First she cut my finger. The toe separator messed up my polish but they fixed it. And today I wake up to cracked polish on every finger. I just got them done yesterday afternoon 😤 for my vacation.Update 7/12: just returning from vacation 3 nails left with polish. What a waste of $81.

Horrible they never dried waited for an hour. Wasn’t dry. Had to leave got worse after 3 hours still wasn’t dry. Never going back. Just got them done waste of $45. Feet were fine.

My favorite people: Mrs. Jessie and Nancy. If your feet are tired and they need to be handled accordingly Nancy is the one. Mrs. Jessie caters to your desire. I give her an idea about my nails and like an artist, she fulfilled my impression. Make sure you tip those who serve you. Customer service there is good. Also, dont forget to tip the person at the desk when you leave the building. He has been overlooked for too long. Cool person. Cool place. Cool service. I have been here for the last few yrs. I have given them more opportunities than I should have. Ive went as far as scheduling appointments for my full set. Last time Danny the tech admitted he had forgot I had an appointment and showed up 20 min late. Today I show up tell them I have an appointment with Danny at 9:30. I sit there with my daughter for 25 min and finally ask if hes showing up. One of the ladies finally calls him and advised that he didnt know he had a 9:30. He wasnt coming in until 11. I asked for someone else to do my solar nails (guess Noone else could do them) then asked if he was available tomorrow same time, she calls back and he didnt answer. Getting my nails done should not be that hard! I decided its time to go somewhere else!

Went here for a nail break emergency and I will definitely be back. I wanted to wait a full week to see how they would hold up, still looks good with no lifts. I cant recall her name but the nail tech with the blond hair and dark roots was awesome! I also love their service sheet. The have salon menus that you check off what you want with the prices next to it. I also only waited 3 mins with no appointment. It was an overall pleasant experience.

I dont know what happened to this place. They changed management. This older lady does not no how to run a business.The day before Easter I went in expecting a wait cause it was close to a holiday but not a 4 hrs day. I spent most of the time waiting. Perfect nails every time! I happened upon this shop when my usual shop was closed. I came is and found friendly employees, a clean space that was beautifully decorated. I have had 3 different nail techs and they each did a great job, Heidi is my favorite! She is friendly and professional, she takes her time and does a perfect job.

I called made an appointment for Melissa the nail Tech for a Monday then I cancelled and rescheduled for Tuesday the Receptionist realized Melissa will be off Tuesday and called me back to let me know she will be in today, Wednesday I go for my appointment and he made a mistake and now I don’t have an appointment . When he called me back he said Melissa will be in Wednesday and I said that’s fine, does she have a morning appointment and he said no but she has an appointment for 5pm and I said okay, I will be there and got here and the front desk guy trying to say I changed my appointment to Sunday and I have never been to a nail salon on a Sunday . Now . They just call me to come back in when my appointment was at 5 pm.

Walked in with no wait, for a fill and cut down at 5:39pm. Sat me down with a lady she never introduced herself and got to work. I had to bring to get attention that she missed a few spots during the fill. After I corrected her she seemed to have an attitude and started snatching my fingers and not taking her time.Afterwards she had me wash my hands with no cuticle oil, polished and took me to the drying station.While I was waiting I noticed several people were offered a beverage, I wasnt.Overall her work was okay and my cuticles are dry. I wont be back due to service and her rushy attitude!

Very bad experience today the woman messed up my nails very bad didnt buff my nails or anything just started putting on dipping powder . The nail looked like it was time for a redo when she had just done them . Then I asked her for burgundy and burnt orange they didnt have the burnt orange so I settle for a different color that was similar but still with the burgundy in the middle. Yall the lady put crimson red and kept trying to convince me it was burgundy. Then told me with the 38.00 I just get polish no cleaning up the nails or cuticles oh no!! I love the guy who usually does my nails he had another client . I will never let her do it again she had an attitude before she even started on my nails and it reflected in her work. I Love this place have broght so many people here but I be darn if Im going to pay 38.00 and my nails not be right. Another lady looked at them and said they do look really bad and they should fix it. The lady that said this told them make sure they do it right. I normally love coming here this was just a bad experience usually its really a nice experience.

I called ahead to ask specifically of they fill on toes and was reassured they did. I will never waste my money again. I have lopsided, uneven, ugly toes. They reuse equipment without proper sanitation. Overall bad experience

Finally.. Ive found a nail salon that I like. Staff is welcoming and friendly. More importantly, the work is great! Ive gone twice and neither time have I been dissatisfied with my mani-pedi outcome.

I kid you not when I walked in here they had like no ppl in there other than 2 others and it was about 1 1/2 till closing time. they literally had 3 ppl working on 1 set MINE just so they could go home early and as soon as i told them what i wanted they all rolled they’re eyes. 😂 definitely one of the worst places ever and the nails were soooo mediocre for being $60 !!! NOT WORTH IT BYE 👋

Said that one of the employees damaged her nail and didn’t care, filing too hard, and my wife told her many times, but employee threw and attitude. Asked for manager and they completely make up some story to prevent me from complaining. If the manager sees this, I hope you train your employees better. Or your looking at a lawsuit

My daughter and I have been going to LaBella for 4 months. We have had great service. The staff is very friendly. One of the male employees has a fantastic sense of humor. It is so fun and relaxing. The service we have had has been very courteous and very professional. Our nails always look great and hold up well until the 3 weeks redo. I wont go anywhere else!! My daughter and I tried this salon for the first time a few weeks ago. It was refreshing to actually see the pricing of the offered services and to be charged the exact same price. The technicians were engaging. My daughter and I are highly satisfied with our powder dipped natural looking nails. We will definitely be back for another visit.

Went here as a birthday gift. Clean facility, very attentive, we had an appointment for one service, added on another no problem. The wait was super short. The massage chairs are amazing. The wine was pretty good, I asked for white, but got red, so I think that was all they had that day.Pedicure was great, hadnt had time for this in awhile and she did a wonderful job!The guy that did my nails was off the chain. My nails today look flawless as if I just had them done, well worth the money. I would definitely recommend this place. From the moment I walked in the door everything seemed so rushed. It was my first time visiting and I honestly dont know if I want to go back. I didnt have a chance to relax or get a complimentary drink. My pedicure was done right but the guy that did my acrylics rushed and didnt even clean it up. He just left and went to someone else. I went pretty early around 10 in the morning when there wasnt a lot of people so the fact that he did half the job was ridiculous. But, like I said the lady who did my pedicure did a really good job.

This place is the best that I’ve experienced. I went one time then thought I would go somewhere a little cheaper and it was a total disaster. So I would rather pay the money than to get a cheaper rate and have a total mess on my hands. I always get the pink with wipe tips and it looks beautiful every time. I am so happy with this nail place.

Never seen so many nail technicians in one shop even though a rush job was done on my feet

First time I went was 3 weeks ago, I was really happy with how the lady did my nails. After going to so many different salons I thought I had found the place. The lady didnt provide a friendly service, but I was happy with my nails. Today I went to get my nails done again by the same lady, and I was so disappointed with the quality and service. She not only hurt my fingers twice and almost cut me, but I hate my nails. The silver glitter is messed up and theres a big dark spot and the pink nails look so spotted kind of like tie-dye, you cant see on the photo but in person they look that way. To top it off, the main lady/manager was rude. I was trying to pay and she just gave me the receipt to sign and walked off. Its pretty rude and disrespectful to do that to a customer. Im a paying customer, she could have waited until I signed my receipt so I could give it back to her in her hand. I waited there not knowing if I should just leave it there and leave or wait. I just ended up leaving. They were not even busy btw so I dont know why she just walked off if I was still there. She just gave me a bad vibe, very rude. No manners. Im a paying customer and even left a $5 tip... the least she could do is give me some respect and be friendly. Never going back! No thanks! Ill take my money somewhere else!

Don’t ever go here. Ever. I got some lady that didn’t seem to have a clue what she was doing. I went here because my other nail salon was closed, and I needed to have my nail fixed. I decided to get a pedicure as well while I was there. Worst decision ever. It looks like a 5 year old did it. The nail polish is only in the middle of the nails and most of it is a clumpy mess and some of it looks like she only did one coat so it majorly see through. Terrible service and will never be back. Oh and I did not get my nail fixed. She actually managed to screw it up more, so I will just try to take the time to go back to my original salon and pay more money. Absolutely terrible.

Workers are on their phones too much, not interacting with clients messing up clients nails because they are distracted. They need to listen to what the clients need. Only give you half of the color selection samples. Go one week you get one set of colors and the next time another different set. Ivy doesnt have good people skills and others dont either. Like this place but the workers are too engaged with none work activities.

WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Ive been a loyal customer since they opened. I brought my sister and mother who also became customers. Last time we came in, the manager (Ivy) was not very nice. We just thought she was having a bad day. We came in today, and she was very rude, she had an attitude as if we were a bother to her. I asked for a service that they dont provide but instead of being nice and tried to compensate the lack of this specific service she was rude and ugly about it. I immediately left the salon and IM NEVER COMING BACK! I refuse to pay them my hard earned money for a crappy service. Dont waste your money, dont come here.OWNER, if you dont wanna lose more business, you need to replace this so called manager.

Another terrible shop with piss poor customer service. Melissa usually does a phenomenal job but in her absence Julie and the self proclaimed owner Ivey were rude dismissive and uninterested in resolving the poor quality of my nails. The sides were unpainted. One nail popped off the next day. The other was hanging on by a thread. Go somewhere where people appreciate your money.

There service is terrible. I have had my nails dipped by two different people. One lady (Julie) made them way too thick and sloppy. She got mad when I told her not to file them so much on the sides. When you do that it makes your nails look thin and on the side the color is gone. One of the men there does them sloppy too (Danny?). Who I saw get mad at a lady when she complained. Some were thick, some were bumpy and clumpy and some very thin. DO NOT ask them to fix anything or critique them. They get mad and have an attitude. As if u arent spending your hard working money. They work on you way too fast to get to the next person. My nails were sharp at the ends when they should be filed smoothly. The dip was still left under my nails instead of drilling it off. Any time Ive received any type of service and told a nail tech or a person that does pedicures to fix something they act as if the money is coming out of their pockets. Thats one thing I DO NOT like. If I tell u to fix something nicely then there should NEVER be an issue especially when Im spending at least $100. Ive given them twice to get it right. They will not get another. They are the worst nail salon in Cedar Hill or that Ive ever been to. Customer service means EVETYTHING. Thats what will make or break your business. Bella means beautiful in Spanish. I would say more like basura. Maybe it means something else in Chinese. Every time I look at my nails Im embarrassed and I feel disgusted. I have to find a way to post pictures under my post and not overall.

I love this place. I’ve been coming here for almost two years now I believe. While it is true that the service can be inconsistent when u tend to get different nails techs each visit, this is overall one of the top places I’ve trusted. The wait is never long bc they have several staff, the front desk is ran very efficiently, the decor and set up is very pleasing, and the prices are reasonable. I’ve really only had one run in with one male tech, but he did not ruin my overall experience bc someone else took over and finished me up that day. Now when I go in I simply let it be known that I do not want him servicing me, and besides, at this point I have my favorites.

They were very unprofessional and rude.While i was getting my nails done my nail tech and the nail tech next to her were playing around .They were acting like little kids poking each other .My nail tech had to remove the acrylic two times because she was not paying attention to what she was doing .She ended up dropping all the powder she was using for my nails and tried to be smart and had a whole different color so i spoke up and she got mad.She kept filling really hard and i spoke up and she did not care .I do not recommend this place .

Atmosphere is great. However, you never know how much you are paying because the form you fill out for service doesnt make sense. Which sucks because the customer service great.

The first time I went here I was impressed with the service and job my technician’s did. It was a bit of a wait because a lot of ppl go here because it’s a nice place and have a better set up than the other nail salons in the area. My next time I went the service wasn’t as good and my technician didn’t cut my nails the way I asked her and when I told her about it, she acted like it was a problem. I have gone back a couple more times thinking that one time was just a fluke but it was just as bad.

My visited here was horrible!!! Bad service & customer service.. I got a pedicure, soon as I got home I realized that they didnt put any top coat on my nail polish. I went back to get the top coat added.... they told me I had to pay 8 dollars. I asked the same lady who had just did my pedicure, she act like I was getting on her nerves.. I have never been so disrespected and disappointed at a nail salon. I will never visit this place again.

This is a terrible salon. I was told my wait would be 15 minutes and I waited for 45 minutes. While I waited I watched the manager yell at a customer who was unhappy with her service. The he made fun of her with other employees after she left the salon. The woman who did my pedicure cut me three times and did a bad job painting my nails. I had to remind her to do the top coat and had to remove excess polish from around the nails when I got home. Will not use this place again.

Warning! Do NOT GO HERE! Ivy is the worst manager I have ever dealt with in a nail salon. I have visited the salon a few times and truly enjoyed my experience until tonight. She is extremely rude and does not have any experience in customer care. I was discussing an issue that occurred during my visit and she started to raise her voice at me. I was talking to her in a calm manner and she clearly doesnt have an inside voice. She was talking so loud that other patrons were looking to see what was going on. Im not the kind of person to make reviews but I definitely had to post my review about this establishment. I advise you to stay faaaaaar away from this place and take your business else where!!

I asked for service three times then when its time to be serviced the nail tech tells me that the way i want my nails taken off cant be done. Funny its how i take them off at home! Management has no control over how customers are treated. I wouldnt recommend this place look elsewhere for great service.

After coming here for 2 years, tonight will unfortunately be my last time. I continued to come even after the small mess ups every now and then. But ultimately the service is inconsistent. Sometimes you will get GREAT nails other times you will sit in the car after your nail service and wonder should you go back in and have the same 5 minute conversation where it ends with you ultimately unsatisfied again. I came 5 days ago and got my nails done the nail tech forgot to add glitter I had to remind him of the picture I showed in the beginning of my service. He apologized and fixed it for me 2 days after I got them done 2 nails have broke and the sharp white color was a dull gray. I went back tonight for them to fix the nails ( it has only been 5 days since getting them done) they were very nice about fixing the two nails that were broken for $7. ( I have never had to pay for a nail fix that happened within a week of getting them done) Im now home my thumb nails are two different shapes and one of them doesn’t have any shine at all. I’ve come out of $52 in 5 day and that’s not Including the tip I gave. Take your chance but I hope this helps with someone’s decision.

I went in and the place looked nice, but the employees were rude. The nail techs were rude as well. I thought that it was only mine but my sister said the same thing. I wanted a full set with chrome but they didn’t have a chrome that would still show my nail color, by the time I said I didn’t want it the nail tech had only done one nail but she immediately caught an attitude and started poppin off at the mouth. She snatched my thumb so hard that my knuckles cracked. Here I am two days later and the gel coat has lifted. I won’t be going back.

There are a hundred better places to receive nail services in the metroplex and I will NEVER give them another penny of my money. Today I questioned what services come with a gel manicure as I knew that I had not received all included services from Jessica during my last visit. When Danny was assigned to my gel manicure he spent the entire visit questioning me about who it was that did my last gel manicure “so that he could get that person fired.” I explained to Danny that him questioning me was unprofessional as I had not discussed the issue with him but rather the front desk person and told him I was not going to continue the conversation. During this time Danny became agitated and started yelling in Vietnamese to which I informed him that I too know Vietnamese and that I would appreciate him not talking about me as he was. Danny then grabbed my hand and messed up my nail and then proceeded to get mad and yank my hand and arm back and forth. When this occurred twice I told him to “stop it!” but Danny continued to yank my hand and arm back and forth and I again said to him “stop it!” Danny then stood up over me, put his finger in my face and yelled at me so that the entire salon stopped and looked our way as he screamed in my face, “you don’t tell me to stop it!” and then stormed off. Linda was then assigned to fix Danny’s mistake and was very nice and proceeded to call the owner, Née (sp?) over. Nee immediately started laughing and trying to grab my arm and said to me “shh, shh, he was just kidding it’s okay.” I told Nee it was not okay and that he was not kidding and that I am paying for a service and will not be mistreated by Danny or anyone else as he had been doing the entire visit. Nee then went to speak with Danny and he screamed in her face too. This is a terrible way to be mistreated and still be charged after he put his finger in my face, screamed in my face, and never corrected his mistakes. NEVER AGAIN, as they have a serious customer service issue, do not provide all services that you are charged for, and then become irate and disrespectful when you are unwilling to tolerate the mistreatment.

They havent lifted, crumbled, etc.They have a LARGE assortment of gel & regular polish colors, chrome, & nice pedi chairs.Theyre always busy, make an appointment so you never have to wait & request a technician

This place is nice when you walk in. Ive never been there and its not busy. Its certainly better than other places Ive tried between Red Oak, Desoto, and Cedar Hill. While I liked my dip manicure and pedicure on my first visit, the subsequent visits (4) have been just ok. Ive never had a problem with anyone being rude, or me having to wait an abnormally long time to get my nails done, but the outcomes are just ok. Nothing is just beautiful like how I felt at my other two nail salons before I moved to this area.The nails do last long, and they were able to help me get the natural luster and strength back to my nails.There was one lady who went too deep when using the buffing tool and 3 of my nails had dents in the back. I notice when they grew out. Although my nails are strong, the bed is soft. I told her this beforehand. The first lady who did my nails did a great job. I will make sure I go to her from now on unless I wait until the weekends to go back to Allen or Murphy.Pedicures have always been good. Nails, hit or miss except with the first lady who did my nails. She was off the other 2 times I went and the 4th time I went she had too many appointments. Ill make one for sure the next time I go.

This is the worst place to get your nails done. The service is terrible and the manicurist are rude and for the amount of money you spend the quality is dreadful. three days after getting my nails done, the paint started coming off and one of my nails broke because the acrylic was so thin. After I went in to ask them to fix the problem one lady told another my situation and they both laughed. In my face and tried to make me pay for everything they did wrong I dont recommend getting any type of service from here.

Ive been a loyal customer since they first opened and usually my experiences were decent but recently they have been extremely rude and try and upcharge on almost everything. If you dont like something instead of fixing it they continuously argue with you and get a huge attitude. I will never go back, its truly a waste of money.

Great place to get daily done, Nancy is great she does an amazing job on dip nails french manicure

We were all going to get a pedi (me, sis, and my daughter)....my sis was called up first (maybe 30 min after waiting) so I knew my daughter and I were next. Seems likethey sat people in between us because they were done with my sis by the time they got to us which was an hour later. I complained to the manager and all she said was oh Im sorry. That was unacceptable

I will never go back to this nail salon and I will Make sure everyone knows how rude n unprofesional they are ! I have been going to la Bella nail place since the first month they opened which was a few years ago I have been going every month for dip powder n a deluxe pedi but lately they have been very rude and act like my money was not good enough for them I wanted my nails fixed that Kevin did and when I asked him to fix them he walked away from me n started another customers nails as if I was nobody to him !!! I was very offended after I paid for my nails and pedí then i went to y’all to manager and she also was very rude n didn’t care if I went back or not little does she know my whole family goes there and about 6 of my client so therefore she will be losing out on about 16 people that go there every month for full set n pedi I hope nobody else experienced this but as I can see I’m not the only ! Now time to find. New place bc they will not get one penny from me !
