Midas is a good quality vehicle repair shop. They are great at getting you in to repair your vehicle which is uncommon at other shops. The mechanics are quick and competent. It is expensive to repair your vehicle, but it is quality work done efficiently !

I called for a appointment and was ready to bring my car it but they refused to give me a quote for parts & labor on a specific job. Just bring it in without an estimate is a very questionable practice by neanderthal mechanics when speaking to women. I dont appreciate being spoken to like that, and they will never get my business now.

DONT COME HERE they broke my truck, I came in for a simple oil change and immediately after my truck broke and I can barely drive it

Reasonable rate for an oil change. They also did an inspection and found a few issues with my vehicle, and they offered the option to fix them, although I declined the additional repair, they were not pushy about it and was very nice to work with. Very satisfied

Im here in Casper Wyoming, let me just start off by saying I went out of my way to write this review nobody asked me to. My pcm went bad on my 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee, They got in and took care of it rather quickly, Josh was the person who helped me, they did amazing work its running great, it did cost a lil bit, but that being said I feel it was 200%worth it, im very happy with the job done thanks team Midas

Great service and very prompt. The only reason I held back the last star is the quote. The repairs came in a little higher than I was quoted. Still better than all the other quotes in town. It is what it is. Truck is fixed and Im happy. Would definitely recommend if you need service or repairs. Will be back if need be. Hopefully not but things happen.

Do not go here unless you have an extra 2 Grand. We took our car in to get the power steering fixed about 2 weeks ago. Weve had nothing but problems since then. AND THEY TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY. We didnt have all these problems until they fixed it. The day we got our car back after getting power steering back, the gasket blew. So another $800. Then they noticed another leak and they PROMISED we could wait a month to get that fixed. Its been 5 DAYS and my car isnt just leaking. I literally lost a pint of oil in the time it took me to get across town. And we called, and they dont care. My car did not have this problem until we started going there. THEY DONT CARE AND ONLY WANT MONEY. If I could give this less than 1 star, I would! Awful business practice.

Made an appointment. Older gentleman who scheduled us for morning didnt actually set the date because of his dementia (according to the worker who clarified the issue).No discount offered for wasted time (after working a ten hour night shift and needing to travel within the week).What else does this older gentleman do (or not do) around the business?

So I took my truck in there to have a code checked out and they told me I need to replace the spark plugs that was over $800 turned out the code was for left bank running lean so I find out it is a 02 sensor so I ask for them to remove the sensor and they said no prob I get a call 30 minutes later and they told me that they broke it off in the cat and it will cost me $1,000 bucks to fix my truck so all this money that I had to pay was only a 60 dollar part that they tried to charge me $120 all parts are 2 times as much as the part store I do not recommend this place they never apologized or offered to help fix the issue the guy did own up to it being a 02 sensor that was the problem the whole time even after I payed for a diagnostic test that was another $100

Took my car here for a coolant leak, after having had the water pump replaced a year ago, evidently they don’t care at all cause the minute they got their hands on my car, the leak magical stopped, with all of these explanations of how they tested to find this leak. Well low and behold the leak is still there after having driven it off their lot and it’s leaking like freaking pasta strainer, last time I or anyone I know is gonna bother with this place

I originally picked them because their website stated they have been servicing Casper for more than 26 years. When I arrived they took note of my concerns and addressed each one. They only charged me for what needed to be serviced, not what they originally quoted and suggested. In the day and age of commission based sales and greedy people, the team at Midas went above and beyond with complete transparency and honesty. They also dropped me back home and picked me up. Support your local family businesses, even if it has a corporate name. Theres a reason they are still going strong after 26 years.

Very good service. Very professional operation. Excellent diagnostics; they have the training and the equipment to diagnose modern vehicle issues, including most computer problems/codes/warning lights etc. that you would normally expect only the dealer to be able to diagnose and repair. No guessing games here; they can find and fix the problem the 1st time.

They had to fix an issue that another shop messed up - fixed it quickly and were very professional to work with. Highly recommend.

I called Monday to make an appointment and was told Friday morning was the earliest. They made the appointment for Friday at 3:30 PM. I said there was a mistake and that it had been mentioned that I could try Thursday afternoon, but said I would wait for Friday. Asked when they could get to it, no idea. Asked how many people were ahead of me and was told one vehicle, but that it could be hours of waiting. Asked if I could back later and was told I would loose my place. I said I would wait, after a while I was told that my appointment wasnt until 3:30 PM, therefore I was no longer next line and that they did not make mistakes with scheduling. After being called a liar I left.

Good deals. They do a good job when I get my oil changed with checking all fluids and running Diagnostics.

I dont get motion sick, cars, planes, helicopters, rollercoasters, you name it, but my truck shook so bad after letting these guys have it, I took a two hour drive and was so noxious. I dont know what they did, and I didnt go back to find out, I took it to the dealer and figured i would pay the extra for it to be right. Turns out the dealer was cheaper too. I gave these guys so much money for my vehicle to be worse off than before.

The good folks at Midas have taken care of my Xterra for the past 16 years! They have always told me exactly what is wrong when there is a problem. They understand that since Im a teacher budget is always an issue and have worked with me to make sure this ol vehicle keeps running. They do a killer job!

Had a water pump replaced on my vehicle. I told them I wanted a NAPA part and was willing to wait if one was not available, and was told it wouldnt be a problem as they are a distributer. They replaced using a part from OReilly or somewhere else and charged me $174, that is $85 above retail price (I checked the part number with multiple suppliers). When I called to discuss the issue, they wouldnt do anything to resolve my issue. I understand a business is needs to make money, but they also get parts at cost.

I wouldnt even give them a 1 star but I had to to post this..I had my brakes done and oil and brake fluid changed..in the process they broke 2 spark plugs that cost me 311.00 to fix on top of my midas bill of 439.00 the brakes started squeaking two days later.so I took it back to midas, they redid the brakes ..still squeaky, so I went back in and they want another 300.00 dollars. .this is midas on Cy ..they are bull shiters. Never trust them ...never
