Never having owned a GMC, and tired of sales calls from other dealerships in town offering me cars that didn’t fit what I needed, I reluctantly drove up to GMC of Casper earlier this summer. By what I can only say was fate, they had the exact car I was looking for but in better condition than I could have expected and priced well. I didn’t expect to buy that day as I still had a few things I needed to work out with my previous car. Mickie and Wes did everything they could to help me feel comfortable navigating circumstances that were unknown to me and two days later, everything was settled and I was able to walk out with a new car. We had a lovely experience here. We went to Casper for a Dr. appt with no intentions of purchasing a vehicle and ended up coming home with one. My family and I were recently traveling through WY on our way to Glacier National Park when our diesel pickup truck went into limp mode about 60miles south of Casper. In addition we had our slide in camper on the pick up which made towing it more complicated since the tow truck did not have room for our family of 4 to travel into Casper with them. Not only did Casper GMC work with me getting the truck towed but they also arranged for us to get a ride into town were we stayed a half mile down the road at the Holiday Inn. Randy, the service manger, was prompt to have the truck looked at the next morning (the truck did not arrive until after hours) and the problem diagnosed quickly. The staff at Casper GMC worked diligently with me to locate the parts needed to repair the truck, to then overnight them from another dealership out of state and quickly had us back on the road the following day. I cant thank the staff at Casper Buick GMC Cadillac enough for their wonderful hospitality towards myself and my family. Thank you so much!

I have been looking for a specific car for three days. I needed it the correct size for my garage, color, and comfort so I could sit in first and swivel my feet in.I came to Casper Buick •GMC•Cadillac and immediately Dave Argenbright greeted me. My husband and I had been looking for a low mileage used Chevy or GMC 2500 diesel truck for over a month. Every time we would locate one it was either on the opposite side of the country from us in California or it was not able to be sold to California residents due to the emissions regulations in our state. Service appointment was scheduled on line for diesel motor oil/filter service, tire rotation, multipoint inspection and LF tire repair. After an hour or so and $180, the truck was returned to me and I drove away from the dealership.I immediately checked the TPMS dash readout and found 4 different tire pressures varying by 4 pounds. Printout indicated they were all set to 35 psi. Upon arrival at my residence, I opened the hood to discover NONE of the fluids were topped off. I aired u the tires and reset pressures to 36 PSI with my digital gauge and th TPMS now read consistently. Extremely disappointed that I paid the most ever for this service at any GMC dealer Ive used (Naples and Ft. Myers FL, Hilton Head SC & Fredericksburg TX) and received poorest service.Called the dealership and was instructed to return. I was told the tech was new and young; the service advisor topped off the windshield washer fluid himself...so much for a teaching moment. The brake fluid and coolant levels were not touched.DISAPPOINTED. I HAVE NO CONFIDENCE THAT THE SERVICES WERE CORRECTLY PERFORMED OR COMPLETED AT ALL.I was not returning to the dealership a third time. We travel full time, would probably not be a repeat customer, so why bother to attempt to make it right? I was assured my time meant nothing to them.I did check the oil level and the dipstick read full the next morning.

Not great, dropped off truck for airbag recall part. They said they checked out the truck and all looked good. There were 2 sensors plus airbag going off. He didnt even look at those and dismissed the concerns.....if he would have told me what needed fixed, I would have spent money there. Their loss and I will not go back.

Accommodating staff, made me feel right at home. I started getting my 2018 Chevy serviced here in 2019. Since then they have always been polite and informative when I was having service performed. I decided to look at purchasing a new truck and was not going to buy another Chevy in Casper. I started talking to Melanie, we took a couple of tests drives and we made a deal. Well with the chip shortage I had to wait for my new truck. I saw a new Sierra on their website and went in to look at it. We made the deal on Tuesday 7/20/2021. Melanie and Matt were very accommodating, courteous, polite and informative the entire process. This is a team that wants you to be happy with your purchase. Great bunch of people, they have my business from now on!

I found a truck on the lot of Casper GMC through the internet. I called and was transferred to Melany. All of our communication was done over the internet or phone. From the start Melany was enthusiastic, knowledgeable, patient and available to answer all questions. I really thought she was working hard on my behalf for the best deal, and she did find an additional $750 discount. After the truck was delivered, Melany was able to go over all the features with me on the phone. I did end up with a few questions after she helped me. So I called back and she was able to resolve my issue. It was really nice to have that kind of technical support, especially when you are not that computer savvy. Told us we had to sign paperwork that day or we would lose the truck even when we had a $1000 deposit/ hold on the truck but the truck came in damaged so we signed paperwork for a truck we don’t even get until the truck is fixed! So we now are paying interest on a loan and lose days on our plates for a truck that your company has, we haven’t even drove

The check in lady and the service manager were very professional, my truck worked better, I was pleased overall.

Sam and Jason were so good to my Son and I. My son traded in his Dodge Challenger for a Subaru Outback. He just received his honorable discharge from the U.S. Army after 4.5 years of service along with 2 combat tours in Afghanistan. He must cut expenses due to attending college in august. Sam and Jason were awesome! This was not fun for my son because he loved his Challenger but Sam and Jason made it so much easier for him.
