This is a very nice gym... The floor plan is wide open and feels very spacious... They dont offer towel service and they dont have a Jacuzzi or a Spin Instructor; but they have a lot of free weights and very nice machines... Plus, they are open 24/7... Worth a look if you are thinking about joining a gym..

Massage chairs are good. Ample machine workouts but lacks free-weight section space and instruments. Not very clean though. Stinks alot.

Amazing as a gym; awesome staff, 6 squat racks, Free Weights, Machines, Cardio equipment, Pool, Heated Sauna, Day Care and just good times.

Worst gym. smells bad. front staff dont care. nobody cleans equipment after use. weights lying everywhere. overcrowded because they are just hoarding people. would give negative stars if that was the option. oh and good luck cancelling your membership with these people. you have been warned go somewhere else if you are just looking for a workout.

I wanted to start by thanking the staff and everyone that works so hard to not only be open, but a rad club! I remember when i first walked in! back in January2021 high ceilings, Open spaces, great equipment, sauna, and great layout of equipment! Super cool and friendly staff! The Vibe is right! and I will definitely be staying .Huge shout out to my close friend Jake for making this such a good gym!Huge shout out to Sarah!:) Don, Darian, Kamren, eric, John, derek, jonathan, annalee and the whole Nsfit team!! Everyone goes above and beyond to help their guest and members!!Something that I noticed the other day that was pretty amazing. Alisha one of the most dedicated staff was working out on the stair climber, and i noticed it was extremely busy at the front desk, she stoped her work out and ran up to the front to help and assist members. Now that is customer service. Thats something i usto do at the lifetime in san clemente. That was great example of customer service. Great job Alisha!!!

Good clean equipment.

I have been a member with NS for almost 10 years. Throughout the years the clubs has gone through many changes and recently the clubs vibe has improved dramatically. I appreciate the staff and the way they are so personable. I really appreciate the added help of Anthony that stepped in and has made a point to welcome all the members. He’s extremely knowledgeable and I’m excited for what’s to come.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. They dont stay up to covid rules. No one has to wear a mask. They shouldnt be opened at all. When I told them that a member of theres openly admitted to haven covid they did NOTHING. They care about money and money only. Nothing about the health members or their employees

I have been trying to cancel my membership with NS Fit for approximately 6 months after leaving the area. Multiple emails, phone calls, and texts messages confirming that my account has been cancelled followed by continued monthly charges which required me to cancel recurring debit charges through my bank. Ive now received debt collection threats from NS Fit for continued charges despite assurance that my account has been canceled multiple times. In the midst of the COVID epidemic, one would hope they would understand uncertain times and work with customers. Unfortunately, this gym has chosen to exploit patrons either intentionally or through gross incompetence.

Not a bad gym and never usually too busy, but theres usually a shortage of disinfectant spray bottles. Even with spray bottles, I see people not wipe down machines all the time, like once every visit or every other visit at the least. There is an on site daycare which I would imagine is great (I dont have kids so I never used it), however the downfall is sometimes kids are running around the gym. They also advertise being 24 hours but theyre not. Watch out for contracts here: I joined under a contract for $30 a month but now they offer the same plan for $10 a month. They offered some people a buy out for $50 which I would have been cool with, but I was told I wasnt allowed to till after one year. So I have to wait a year, THEN pay $50 for the ability to downgrade? Thats a pretty shyster business tactic. I asked to speak to someone about a possible early termination 4 different times, and even though there was a ticket in the system, nothing ever happened. So, I emailed corporate myself and asked for a good will resolution, which was back in December but I still havent received a response. Being an unemployed veteran I figured they would work with me but no. Ask around and read other comments and youll see different people are told different information in regards to this. They had no problem hounding me to start personal training sessions even after I told them I was unemployed though 🙄

Great little gym. There are a lot of cool machines. I dont really like the treadmills in the second row. But thats just personal preference. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. It is very clean. They offer a great amount of classes. And they have a very cozy steam room. I didnt feel like they were pushing anything on us when we first signed up which was so nice. I love this gym. And I hate gyms 😂😂😂

Dont even try to call. Bunch of mush mouth people answering phones. Theyll charge you twice a month if you dont stay on top of it

Signed up in October at the $9.99 special rate they had. Been getting billed $19.99 since and after talking to a manager, she said I agreed to $19.99 rate and she can’t change it. Why would I agree to $19.99 when they were advertising $9.99 in October. They obviously don’t care about their customers. I have explained my situation at least 5 times to different employees and no one seems to care. Definitely very bad customer service.

Gym is well maintained, but nothing fancy. Trainers are nice and will help out if you just ask. Open 24 hours, so you can always workout. Basketball court and pool are mediocre, bit valuable to my kids and I, i wish they would upgrade those two things.

Staff is great. They switched their name and got kinda screwy with the prices while locked under a contract. Doesn’t seem fair. Also they want to charge me FIFTY DOLLARS to change my plan!! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Forced to drive in to cancel my membership. Never got a confirmation email and kept getting billed. Called to get the issue sorted and they were completely unhelpful and unable to do anything. Forced to dispute the charge with my CC provider. Also, Planet Fitness is much cheaper, has more equipment and is 24/7.

Very dishonest business. I could not fully rest at night until I completed this review for people to see. This gym single handedly ruined my trust in all gyms.They love to state you must come in person to cancel your membership. This is an example of their dishonesty (you can mail in a written cancelation to the address listed in the contract under cancellation section). However, I would definitely send certified mail and have a notary verify the contents, because I dont trust this business. I also dont think they would actually sign for mail, but I can not prove that (I want to emphasize that I can not prove if they would or would not sign for certified mail).It appears their money making plan is to basically take advantage of people, because its cheaper to pay a few hundred bucks to this gym than paying a lawyer approximately $250.00 an hour to represent you in civil court (this gym does use collection agencies). Just save yourself the hassle and dont give them your money. Even after you cancel your membership and pay all their fees you still wonder if the very unofficial looking receipts they provide to you will hold up in court (they sent me to a collection agency for less than $100.00)Our society does not need any gym that takes advantage of people for money like this... dont fuel their morally wrong industry!

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. This place is ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC. My husband deployed in Jan 2017. He went in to talk to customer service about him leaving in December 2016. They told him as long as he provided a copy of his orders and a 30 day notice, he would not be charged to cancel. Well, before he left.. he provided all of that. Guess what? They are STILL CHARGING HIM and they are trying to tell him he now has to pay a $100 cancellation fee! Jokes on you NS FIT, he cancelled his debit card AND reported your latest charge of $25.00 fraudulent. GOOD LUCK GETTING MONEY FROM HIM NOW!

Open 24 hours. Best to go during non-peak hours. There is 1 of flat, incline and decline benches. 2 sets of each size dumbell. Double sided cable rack for pull and push downs. Vicki is really nice, so talk to her if you are interested! Not bad for a small city gym!

Our account was billed improperly for multiple months. When we cancelled our account, they continued to bill us and didnt actually cancel the membership. When our membership was successfully cancelled they put the cancellation date for weeks after it was requested to be cancelled to continue charging us. When we asked for contact numbers or emails for someone above the manager we were told no. The manager at this gym (Kaelyn I believe) and the NS billing department, specifically Alma, tell their members one thing, and then do not actually do what was promised. The gym associates all communicate different responses to the members of this gym, and there is no continuity between corporate, the manager, and their staff members. The 800 number to reach someone outside of the branch does not work and has either been changed or is no longer in service. I will never get a membership with NS Fit again, and currently my complaint with the Better Business Bureau is unresolved.

If I could live at this gym I wood... it gives me exactly what I am after, a bomb workout, I go in, give it my all and leave.. mission accomplished.. I put on more muscle with this gym n I feel better about myself.. thank God for their daycare. Kinda wished it lasted till at least 8.. lol. But se le vi..

They tried to keep charging me even though my contract ended, i even had conformation from one of their workers that they would automatically stop charging me after the end date of the contract. Becareful with them and read the fine print, if they are willing to screw multiple different military members over they are willing to screw you over.

Its expensive but a lot of equipment

Solid gym. Has a larger variety of machines and equipment than In Shape if lifting is your primary concern. The only thing I can ding about the place, if I had too, would be the lack of a steam room.

I thought this place was supposed to be 24 hour. And Im not a fan of all the equipment. Online it post they are 24 hour. If you claim to be a 24 hour gym you should be. And yes they will double charge you at times. Money is key at this place, I have encounter the owners and from personal experience it is a greed thing. But they are the typical business owners. Another point, to clean while their are people working out. Literally the lady vaccumed up to my feet when I was on the squat wrack, very unprofessional. And to people who work with sanitizing, youre supposed to wait until after consumers leave.

This gym is very messy. Can never find weights in the weight room. have to look in the other rooms for dumbbells and benches. Daytime staff is very arrogant and management is horrible. It seems as if they are trying to turn this into a health club rather than a gym. There are better gyms in the area for half the price and this gym is NOT 24hrs. Sad to say this but I will no longer b a member after 10+ yrs (this gym used to be the best in town before it burned down)

Love this place I go there

The gym changed from 24/7 to bankers hours several months before I left. They refused to prorate my membership accordingly. I was paying $29.99, not to mention yearly fees. For the two months I attempted to change my membership for their new “$9.99” plan. They would not let me, although new members could be on that plan, minus a $65 startup fee. They told me that I wouldn’t have that fee when I was able to change my membership. Today, 10-1-18, they said I could change my membership to $9.99. Which came with a fee of $40. They also told me that i would have an annual “rate garuntee” fee of $39.99 ($15 more than the previous annual garuntee fee). They were unwilling to work with me, even when I talked about cancelling my membership. They were also unwilling to work with me about not cancelling my membership two months ago and becoming a “new” member. Even though I only didn’t do that because they told me I wouldn’t have a startup fee. If I could give negative stars I would. They’re snakes.
