They were able to get me in quickly and my oil change took less than an hour! This is the only place Ive ever gotten my oil changed that didnt wash my windshield though, which is why I gave the 4 stars. I have been other places in Casper that vacuum and wash the windshield for no additional charge. Just a suggestion for better customer service. Otherwise a very decent experience!

Had battery/alternator trouble on a trip from Wisconsin to Utah/Idaho. As I pulled into their lot my battery completely gave out. Ryan, the Assistant Manager was able to get us on the list and in the shop within the hour and ended up having ther problem solved within about 30 minutes after that!! Another plains tire shop out of town messed up an alignment for my mother and these guys fixed it no questions asked for free when she was visiting. They also patched a tire for me a couple years ago for free. They said the hole was in an odd spot and they werent sure it would hold so they didnt want to charge me for it. I used that tire for another 10k miles. Great guys there.

Todd, the manager, and the mechanics are just awesome! The water pump in my jeep recently went out and started leaking. I have always taken my jeep to the dealership for ALL of my scheduled maintenance. Yet despite all the dealership multipoint inspections, the missed the fact the radiator coolant needed the be flushed and replaced. It was about 20,000 miles overdue!!It was going to be 2 weeks before the dealer could schedule a service and another place was going to be 10 days !!! I called Todd at Plains Tire and he got my jeep in the next day. They did a diagnostic (which I believe was included at no extra charge), found the problem with the water pump, did the part replacement and flushed out the system. I had my jeep back within 5 to 6 hours.Plains Tire is very fairly priced with good mechanics and helpful front office staff. This whole experience taught me to take my jeep there for all my jeep serving from now on.

The people here are very respectful, and they do not lie. I brought my 1965 Mustang to have its suspension completely redone, and they quoted me an impressive low cost, and did not disappoint. Stopped in on my way through town because I thought my truck blew a power steering line. Austin and Ryan got it all cleaned up to find that it had overheated and came out the cap. They refilled it and didnt charge me a dime. Great folks here. Definitely recommend.

They fit us in for a tire change in a very short time. Everyone was really nice and the price was great!!

I went there for a tire rotation and an oil change, I also asked them to check the brakes a vibration, and a leak in the tires. I was impressed by the price I paid ($58 for everything). They told me in detail how long the brakes had left, what they thought the vibration was from, and said they didnt notice any leaks in the tires. When I checked the tires a week later though, the same two ones were low again. Although I was pleased by the price and the customer service, because of the issue with the tires Ill probably go somewhere else next time I need my car serviced.

Lazy mechanics that give me a $1500 quote in parts that need to be replaced just to do an alignment. It was all so they didnt have to work that day.. so I took my truck to Kellys, got an honest quote and for 35$ I had an alignment done. Kellys is a much better place than Plains tire! Theyve lost so much business by the quote they gave me! Ill make sure everyone knows that company is a overpriced joke!

Best customer service Ive received at an auto shop! I was greeted warmly as soon as I walked in the door and in 10 minutes flat Todd gave me pricing for my tire and oil change and my keys were with him. Upon picking up my truck I was informed by Joe, the assistant manager that I had a water pump leak, he took pictures and was kind enough to give me a price estimate on how much it would be and suggested ways to tend to it until I get it fixed. They were both so helpful and Im grateful for the stress free experience. I stopped in on a whim and I will most definitely be back!

Came in off the street with a flat that needed repaired. I was welcomed when I came through the door and they got my car in very quickly. I ended up needing 2 new tires. The very friendly sales associate went over a few options with me but didnt pressure me to buy the most expensive tires. I was very happy with the service.

Last night I noticed that I had a low tire when pulling out of a local hotel. Looking for a tire shop I noticed Plains Tire by the mall. It was a little after 6:00pm but two bay doors were still open. I hurried to get to the door where I was welcomed by the staff who was concerned about what type of service I needed. The manager stated that even though they are closed he would see to it that I was taken care of. 15 minutes and a NEW tire later I was back on the road. Wouldve been 5 stars because they were the only place in town that had tores in stock for my car so thats the plus but.... common decency says if your tools ruin lug nuts to replace them or at least tell the customer not just let them leave, here it is now getting other work done when not just one but 5 lug nuts have been damaged to the point of having to use insane measures to get them off. Thank goodness lug nuts are cheap to replace and dont have to be special ordered.

Ill never go anywhere else in Casper, as long as I can. Todd and staff super honest and easy they are to work with. Theyve warrantied a tire for me no questions asked. Heres my most recent experience: I needed a ball joint replaced. They quoted me a price that was reasonable, and then found out it was going to be cheaper than the original quote. They could have easily charged me the original price and made a little bit more, but instead they passed the savings on to me. I greatly appreciate this place.

I got a flat as I was traveling through and was referred to Plains Tire by a local that had helped me the night before. I went in the next morning to get it fixed. The wait was minimal and Roy and the other guys were AMAZING! They couldnt fix my tire but I got two used tires at a great deal! They made me feel better about my situation and was able to continue on my way very fast. I will recommend Plains Tire to anyone that is in need of a good tire store.

This is downtown plains tire, I rate it a 4 to 4.5 because they try to have prompt service, and they are honest in what they find about your vehicle! Also, they have never been pushy about trying to sell you something you dont need!

When I got my tires in December these guys were absolutely amazing. The customer service, the efficiency when I took both my van and truck in was just outstanding. I asked for them to do a full inspection on my van cause something just wasnt right. They told me the only thing wrong was my shocks and struts. Well early January I took it back saying it was worse then ever and my husband thought it was a wheel barring. So I took it back for an inspection and quote. They told me for the wheel barring it was a little over 450. Ok no problem but they also said my inner and outer tie rod ends were bad. For everything they quoted me at $1000 and a no part cost or Labour cost but a total of $255 for shocks and suspension? So I called Daves and they told me to bring it in so they could look. Well my wheel barring was bad but my inner and outer tie rod ends were FINE! They even showed me that they were fine. But I had a misfire. So I took it to Honda for a tie breaker. They said the same exact thing as Daves did. As much as I loved the customer service with plains I dont think I will ever go back since they were up selling my tie rod ends, no parts or labor cost for shocks and struts but a total cost of $255 and they didnt catch my misfire. So for tires and alignments I would give 5 stars but dont expect much more out of them. Got my car fixed at Daves for the same price that plains quoted me at and EVERYTHING got fixed.

Had my vehicle in back in February. The lube tech Agapito did an awesome job at keeping us updated and explaining thoroughly what was being done and making suggestions that in the long run were great decisions. He put extra effort into customer service! It was a very long wait, and Im super thankful that he kept us updated through every step of the way!

Went in for leak, got talked into new tires. $800 later I left the shop and my tire was still leaking. Returned right away and guy at front desk was nice but young inexperienced guys in the shop are the ones working on your tires so beware. They had the time to mess with my satellite radio station but failed to address the leaking tire. I will not return.
