Quality Staffing will place you at a site very quickly. But needs to work from the person profile, or else that person will be pay less then their salary. Then you have others come to that same site making what you ask for, but you have more credentials. This i do not understand. But other then that, i am very happy with Quality Staffing. Kathy Taylor works to get you a position, but needs to do better with the salary for the position.

Be cautious of this temp company. More so caring about themselves then employees. For a temp company its supposed to be good fit for an employee as well as employer. Going into any assignment you are supposed to be showed how to do a job. They hurry up and stick you places that doesnt care about you because you are a temp. They recently let an employee go who was a friend of mines because she went on an assignment and didnt like it. They didnt show her what to do and she decided to not go back. She informed quality of this and they wasnt happy about it. They dont care what you are thrown in long as you are making company happy. This is wrong. Just be beware when you apply be ready to be thrown in situations where you no one shows you what to do on temp assignments. My reply to my friend was I bet someone showed them how to be a recruiter they just didnt walk in and get on phone. Unbelievable company!!!

I think that employees of the company shouldnt be able to review where they work to make it look good or friends of theirs.....Ive been registered with them for several years now and havent once gotten a call. I have 15+ years of Admin and HR experience and they communicate well with you up until you register after that you can forget it.....Like many of these agencies they pick and chose who they want for certain jobs. And if you dont call them they will never call you even if a job is posted on their site and you are tailor made for the position if they feel you not the right fit or not right for the culture of a particular companies environment.

I first went to this agency in November 2017 and didnt have very good luck, however I believe that may have been due to the client they were working with, not the agency. I went back in January 2018, they found me a great position in just a couple days. Very happy that I went back to them.

Bait and Switch - called me after finding my resume on Career Builder and discussed a particular position, agreed to come in for an interview for that position, was given positive feedback in person only to get an email when I got home about not being qualified even though the amount of experience required did match mine. I was added to their database so I suppose someone got to meet their quota for the week but I felt uncomfortable with their policy of calling their work line 3 times a week and leaving a message with personal information to get a job.

Employers, exercise caution: Insist on proof and results of their employee background check before allowing employee in your business. Quality Staffing placed an employee in my medical office who I ultimately had to refer to the police for serious reasons. Quality stated that my contract did not specify for background checks, which I assumed all employment services would do in this day and time. Their competition utilizes extensive background checks. I learned the hard way, your business reputation and safety is worth a careful background check. Nice people at the sales level, but the devil will be in the details with Quality Staffing.
