I want to give nothing but praise to the way this storage is operating and also the employee Cynthia. We had movers move our belongings into the storage unit and we were having troubles with the sliding doors and the elevatorand because the place is so big we were trying to figure out which way to go and I assume she saw us on the camera and came right over to help. She was courteous and made everything so seamless. Not only that, a couple time during the unload she came to make sure we were ok. I dont know where they found her but shes definitely a keeper!

This LifeStorage was clean, easy to get in and out of, and Cynthia was amazing to work with.We needed two places, and the upgraded to a 3rd, and Cynthia made every step (of our somewhat complex cross-country move) super simple!We’ve used storage facilities periodically for decades, and this was definitely the best we’ve worked with.

We spent several hours looking for storage units. We ended up at Life Storage on 3364 SR 426. Cynthia helped us secure exactly what we needed. She was very professional and is definitely a people person. Shes so positive and upbeat and we got a great great rate. Thanks Cynthia!!

This store likes to increase rent periodically to force you out. My rent started at 110 a month a year ago. Now its 208. Be warned. They have a mouse problem and roach problem. Your belonging wont last long there.

Just moved into this unit in April and they are already raising my rates $20/month! Called the office and the girl said every 6 months they raise rates. So I guess Im moving again. Not putting up with this every 6 months.

Ms Cynthia (the manager) was an absolute pleasure and was super helpful. She me through the different pricing, showed me available units, and was able to help me with all of the boxes and packing tools that I needed while also assisting me in arranging the best rent price within my monthly price range. She even helped me take the boxes to my car and ended her lunch break early to assist me. It was an absolute pleasure.

This location was so awesome. My daughter lost her key and the staff spent hours drilling the lock so we did not have to spend money to call a locksmith. A locksmith would have easily cost over $100. I was so amazed that they did not charge us to drill the lock. I would definitely recommend them and absolutely use them again!

It was a very pleasant experience, customer service was top notch, and very helpful following with phone calls to answer all my questions as this is my first time using this type of services. Their facilities are brand new and they have several options for you. We thought we will be needing their smaller unit but after seeing one of those we realized we needed a bigger one, and right there we switched the unit requested and they honored the promo we used the week before to book it. Clean, accessible, great customer service so far, very convenient hours to access your unit. I would recommend this company in the future. FYI we have been using this service for a month so far, any changes I would update here.

Frank and the staff at CubeSmart really go above and beyond to take care of you while you are using their facility. I had a very difficult issue involving the security of my storage unit and they jumped into action to help me. I would definately recommend this location to anyone looking to store their items. Had an excellent experience with Mayra, as she was able to help me find the perfect unit and setup my account. They even include trolleys for pushing your belongings from your car to your unit.

The assistant manager was super kind and very informative. He showed me my storage unit and even offered to change it if I needed a larger unit. He also showed me the entrances and how to input my code at the main gate and the two entrances. They sometimes have promotions. I got lucky with the first month free promotion!! Totally recommend. Good facilities

Female manager at first seemed like a handful as she was aggressive. Im moving stuff from another storage facility as they have electrical outlets there. This place does not and I asked. She goes off and her demeanor is now rude. The unit itself has very thin metal walls and no ceiling. There is at least a 3 ft Gap between the ceiling and unit wall. No cameras inside the building. Anybody can get in with a ladder and climb over or simply drill into the lock/wall. The outside far perimeter of the property does not even have a fence. There is no security guard. Your belongings are not safe here. They wanted to charge over $100 a month for a facility with no security and lacking features found at other facilities.
