This place was the worst place I have ever encountered. I am notifying my social worker and other parties to consider parting ways with them. This woman by the name of Tiffany (a white woman with glasses) was extremely rude with me the whole time.

After a visit to get some questions answered and inquire about staffing needs I was extremely impressed with the professionalism of Tiffany and the genuine care she shown when answering my questions. I feel very confident in choosing this company on this interaction alone.

The interviewer/manager of the Cary office name is tiffany. She asked me the same questions about safety equipment 20 times in a hour and showed me where the smoking section was on a map. I told her I do not smoke then five minutes later she asked me where the smoking section was again I said idk she responded withBut I just told u all she talked about was the rules the whole time. I felt like she didnt want to hire me anyway. Then she kept saying dont speed in the parking lot or get dropped off in the wrong zone cause you can be fired for that instead of telling me about what the actual day to day work is like she kept asking me questions about rules and what color helmets everyone wears. She waited until I came to orientation to tell me I dont have the job. Really terrible management skills

I had orientation at the office in Cary, NC.... And the lady that was doing the orientation was incredibly rude and unprofessional, I had on a Coach mask she had the audacity to ask me if it was real or fake. She was so worried about what I had on that she told us little about the job itself. She barely went over any safety policies and procedures. She made a lot of offensive comments that raised my concerns about the job and this company. On my way out I clearly heard her making rude comments about me which shows this is not a good company to work for.

I had the best time learned what im supposed to make my job easier everything was clear and understanding im glad to be apart of the team

Im very upset with this agency. I could not begin employment with them because one of their office employees failed to inform me how long the orientation session was going to be. I had to excuse myself an hour into the session because I had no idea it would take hours. I called later that day to ask if I could reschedule and they texted me that I could no longer reschedule. I have NEVER been treated so unfair by any other place of employment. I do not recommend this place. There are better agencies out there that offer more and treat you with more dignity.
