Scam artist seriously be aware they won’t uphold there legal agreement unless it benefits them. They dodge you if you have a concern or problem. The owner won’t respect you if you have a problem they will avoid you at all cost and close there shop so you can’t go Directly to them instead of being ghosted. Seriously if you want a slum lord this is the spot if you want to not be taken advantage of and deposit kept for no reason and have to take them to court go ahead but I wish I did!

Alli at Cobalt Creek Property Management really worked with us to make a cross-country move in the middle of a global pandemic possible. Since signing our lease, the company has been responsive to all requests for service regarding hot water, television mounts, etc. Also, the online portal for rent information is really helpful and easy to navigate. I set an appointment to look at these apartments around the middle of November. I showed up a little early and was greeted by my contact Josh. Very friendly guy. Showed me the apartment and then we sat around and chatted for a bit afterwards. The apartment was competitively priced within the market and I knew it was the one for me. I hopped on my bike and grabbed the deposit and first months rent right away.I have had no issues here with anything so far. The apartments are in good working order. Amenities are all in good condition and not outdated. I love that I have a little backyard and a garage! Especially for the price. If I do have an issue I just call in and it gets taken care of right away. Josh is always super friendly and willing to help me whenever I call (sorry Josh). Elite Property Consultants lets me pay my rent online which is a huge convenience for me! I can also send in maintenance requests on their website as well.I would recommend Elite Property Consulting to anyone who is looking to move into another apartment/condo/townhouse. Youll be treated with respect and you wont break the bank!

Village gardens is a great place to live!Weve lived here for a year and we have seen them resurface the parking lot and the pool! The manager works very hard to maintain a beautiful courtyard, a clean entry and hallway (Ive seen her vacuuming the halls!) They have been quick to respond to any maintainence issues with no problem. They have been super understanding when we had to pay rent late.I definitely recommend working with Cobalt Creek and living at the Village Gardens!

Been living in my apartment for 5 years. In that time my rent has been raised every year and is now $225 more per month than when I first moved in, and this company makes the third management company since we moved in. They do have decent carports, a pool (open during summer months and when it is actually maintained), and it has a washer/ dryer on each floor (when it works). They opened it to where people can now own pets, but they charge a monthly pet rental whether you have a dog or a cat. I can see that for a dog, since people are rude and dont pick up after their lawn droppings so the lawn looks and smells disgusting making them do more maintenance to clean up the lawn, but why the pet rent for a cat? The floors in the main hallways are not maintained and are often not vacuumed for months. The neighbors smoke pot which wafts down the hallway so we can smell it every time we come home. As far as apartments go, in this town, it is pretty comparable for the price, a little poorly maintained, but they have the same manager for 3 buildings and she does what she can. Snow removal takes a while, sometimes days, and it can get very slippery since it takes so long to get ice melt down. The old management team kept a housekeeper who would vacuum each floor, wash the windows, mop the floors in the entry way and laundry rooms, wipe down the washers and dryers every week. The old management team would have someone out there cleaning off the sidewalks with a snow blower and laying down ice melt by 6AM so by time everyone left for work it was cleared. I miss them. Despite the problems, they do ok. The building is relatively quiet and the neighbors are nice.

I’ve been renting for almost 3 years with this company and have had the best experience with them, anything I need or anything that needs fixing they are always on top of it. I work with Josh mostly and he has always been very friendly and polite, he makes everything very easy. I love renting with this company and I won’t rent with anyone else, I will stay until I decide to buy!

I have lived in a Elite property since July 2016. I am extremely satisfied! The Lawn is always taken care of and looking beautiful. Every time it has been snowy or icy they always shovel and salt sidewalks. The website is very easy to navigate to pay rent as well.

Josh has been very helpful and easy to work with. He always replies promptly to any issues that come up and is always willing to help. The website Elite Property Consulting has set up to pay rent is so helpful, especially for people who travel often and want to be able to pay their rent from anywhere in less than a minute. Elite Property has been a great company to work with during my move to Denver. My wife and I were refreshed to find a company with such great customer service. Carla and Josh are easy to work with and very responsive to communication. You normally hear back from them same day when filing repair requests. I feel they actually care about my experience as their tenant, which is more than you can say about a lot of the property management companies in this city.

If I could give them NO STARS I would. This company is terrible. They did not have my rental information for 2 years. If I did not have a copy of my deposit they would not have had that either. The building I stayed in had rats that brought flies. I suggest you dont pay for parking. I paid for parking and could never get out of my spot due to illegal parking. This company only cares about your money. If you ask for items to be fixed they wont come. Then on move out the items you requested to be fixed long time ago, theyll charge you. If you are minority watch out because this company is racist. After being harassed by my neighbor beating on the wall. I filed a complaint and I became the problem. Even though the neighbor admitted he only bangs when he remembers we were making noise earlier. If you ask maintance to fix something they never come. I didnt have heat for two winters that I was there. If you ask for things to be fixed and they never come on move out they will charge you even though you requested items to be fixed for years. My advice is to not waste your time renting from this company. Its a headache and not worth the money. These people are terrible with paperwork. Stay clear!

I had 2 days before I had to move out from my previous rental property, and Stacey made herself very helpful with the process to get everything done. The entire staff is wonderful and always get things taken care of when theres a problem. The entire inside of my apartment was redone new carpets, paint etc. I have never once been frightened to go home because of the neighborhood it is in, which is nice being a girl. I would recommend this place it is decent priced especially for a one bedroom which I currently rent. Stacey and her staff have done a WONDERFUL job of redoing this place from the ground up. I have no complaints except maybe just the walls are a little thin, but thats almost anywhere you go. I dont have pets, but they do allow pets which I know is a plus for some people.

Good apartments for the price. Maintenance work is completed quickly, and I have never had any issues with them. Its been better here since Elite took over. Helpful management as they have helped me out on a couple of occasions.

The staff has been great so far and weve had a good renting experience. The new management took over just before we moved in, but its clear they are taking much better care of the place than the old ones. I appreciate their hard work.

Weve lived in our Elite Property in Golden, CO for just over a year. Theyve been very good to us and we just recently decided to renew our lease for another 15 months. Having dealt with several property management companies over the last decade, I can confidently say that Elite knows what they are doing and cares about their residents.

I was working on getting some last minute off campus housing, which was more like scrambling to find housing after working through some confusing potential roommate possibilities. Josh has been pretty darn good at keeping in contact with us during our move in process. Im new to renting apartments and housing in general, so it was surprisingly convenient and easy to get set up and whatnot. I think the only thing thats been an inconvenience is that our apartment wasnt well cleaned, so weve been working hard to get that up to living standards. Oh well, life goes on, but I think working with Elite with the apartment we now have will be good. Thanks guys!

My fiance and I are renting our very first apartment from this company. I have to admit that I thought the whole process would be a whole lot more painful than it is. All it took was a call and a showing and within a week and a half we were ready to move into our first apartment. We both have no credit score which hurt our chances at other apartments, but not here. Our property manager Stacey is the most wonderful woman we know. Not only does she keep the grounds and the buildings looking nice, she greets us by name and chats with us when she has a minute. I have to say that our first experience with renting has been entirely wonderful and I would always recommend the company to anyone else looking to rent!

My property management transferred to Elite a few months ago. So far, my experience has been positive. When my downstairs neighbor blamed my unit for a leak that was coming from a different condo, Elite had maintenance over to check my unit anyway free of charge. I was also able to quickly and consistently contact the Elite manager over the phone throughout that incident.

My wife and I live at the village garden apartments in Greeley. We have really enjoyed our exsperience! The apartments are old, but always kept in good shape. Maintenance requests are always met or addressed the same day, and if not fixed then, within the next few days. Our property manager Stacey is amazing! She is always prompt to get back to us and is very people friendly and never fails to address concerns etc. The apartments are very spacious! One of the best things about them is how quiet they are. we have been living here for 9 months now and rarely, if ever, hear our neighbors. It has been a very safe environment. The pool is a great asset in the summer and is always kept clean. The grass is always mowed and kept nice. This is a great place for dogs, lots of outdoor space to walk around. There is a place to grill, store bikes, and one of the best assists the carport! It also is in a great location, close to everything! We highly reccomend staying at the greeley location.

I would not even try to rent from these people. They lie about what is on your credit when you know exactly what is on there. They will also try to charge you double if you still want to rent from them. Nothing that the guy told me made sense. Im not happy about wasting time and $100 application fee on this company. I will be calling up there tomorrow to talk to a manager about my experience. Please dont try to waste time and energy on this company like I have. Lesson learned!! Horrible people that work there.

First time dealing with elite property consulting and i am very satisfied. The response time was incredible and stacy was very helpful and on top of it. Very happy with my apartment.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. They conduct business unethically. On a home I viewed on a Saturday and wanted to rent that particular home from them. I expressed my sincere interest but I work on Sundays and would submit the application as time permitted however, they pressured me to complete the application ASAP or lose the house which was no problem as I truly wanted to rent that house. Ironically They did approve me for the rental in less than 6 hours after submitting the application, (at 10:30 pm via email) without due diligence, (No background checks or job verification were conducted) so why the need with my personal information so fast. The next morning they want me to pay the security deposit. Wanting the house and en-route with a cashier’s check for the deposit and the first months rent in hand, to meet Josh, at an undetermined location (they have no physical office) Feeling a little uneasy, I called and asked Josh if I will be handed a lease in exchange for the payment, he had not planned on providing one therefor, I requested a lease or a document of the rental acceptance to be available at the meeting before arbitrary handing over the money, Josh then immediately used the excuse, via email, that another perspective tenant gave them the money first and the house was no longer available. Shame on you Josh and Elite Property Consulting, when you confirm and promise a perspective tenant the rental, and then pull the rug out from under while en-route to pay you is shameful. You wasted my time and the loss of other perspective homes. Fortunately I learned of your BAD company practices before entering into any legal agreement with you. Sounds like a scam to me!

I was very thankful for Stacey the manager at our complex, we needed a place to rent asap. And elite property went above and beyond doing leasing agreement on a Sunday. Complex stays pretty clean and tidy Lawns mowed, snow shoveled, halls and stairs vaccummed.

Marsha and Josh were extremely helpful and understanding when we moved out. I would definitely consider working with them again in the future.

Beware!! We moved out of Village Gardens in Greeley a month ago and its important to read this before renting from this company. Upon move in we were told our credit was bad and needed a 1,100 deposit. No problem. When we moved in we noticed there was still food in the top cabinets and grease on the doors, syrup spilt in the pantry, and broken drawers, the thermostat was hanging funny, the carpet had rocks and debris and we put this all on our move in sheet. When we moved out we got charged for the thermostat, which the maintenance guy looked at twice while we lived there and said it was fine! We got charged for cleaning,  when I cleaned that place from top to bottom- now twice and paid for it twice! Ha! My husband and I have pictures and video of the place upon move out and let me tell you it does not reflect the damages were being charged for. What is scary is that they also charged us for stuff that is illegal for them not to provide, like a smoke detector and light bulbs, a toilet seat? Trust me Im not a freak, I left the toilet seat, so why am I being charged for it? Yes, its required that landlords provide a smoke detector, but not previous tenants, and especially not when they were working as far as we know! It gets worse- yes worse! We had a leaky pipe or something above our shower, no biggie, I put a box fan in there to dry it out and called the management. Well management, Stacey procedes to tell me theres no leak because it feels dry... after a fan blew on it for 24 hours... she refuses to send someone to fix it. 3 days later ceiling sagging, paint bubbling, we call again. Suddenly shes paying attention. Trust me any maintenance call or request is like torture, you get treated like you were the one who made the pipe leak, or whatever and she wont grant the fix unless she deems it necessary. My husband and her got in an argument because our a/c unit  was leaking and shooting out mold chunks, she kept telling him theyd fix it, but then tell the maintenance guy that it was fine. During our move out two apartments flooded so bad that the smell filled the basement hallways and was nauseating, our friends still in the building report theyve had no hot water for 2 weeks, and there are huge diggers digging down the foundation. Oh, and the apartment we left in such a supposed mess? Rented, and occupied in less than 2 weeks! Surprising because the stuff they said they needed to do to make it livable was so extensive. It took them at least 2 months to fix up the apartment across the hall after the guy died in it. Stacey was caught by me twice looking in our windows and standing at our front door, Im guessing trying to listen, because she charged us with smoking when I was coughing due to chronic bronchitis?! If you swim at village gardens know that Ive seen them use vinegar instead of chlorine in the water. Its a mess!! Please dont rent from this company or Stacey unless you have no other place to go it appears to be a quick flip type of operation with very little to no repair budget. If you do rent from them then expect to never see your deposit, and get treated very poorly by Stacey. Cobalt creek needs to look into accountability for Stacey, as many times I have heard former tenants say she lies about the state of the apartment. Being that she is in another town and no one double checks her work, and the behavior shes displayed Im in agreement that she needs a person to check her work! The only positive part of this company appears to be Josh, who when Stacey was unwilling to be helpful stepped up. He listened to our concerns, and even helped get us more money back from our deposit. He definitely tried to make to make things better, and thats rare. While I am disappointed in the whole experience, I am not really surprised, thats how it goes when you rent from a big company.
