Only reason it’s not 5 stars is because in my opinion it could be neater/cleaner.Other than that, it was great! First visit to this salon since it’s close by and had good reviews. I thought I’d review as well because I have had MANY compliments from my nails and you’ll see why!

This is such a great place! I came here with a friend and my daughter, I didn’t get my nails done, next time I come I will get my nails done JUST because they only charges my daughter $5 for just polish and my friend got charged a very reasonable price for her beautiful nails, they take their time and do an amazing job! Other places are so over charged!!

I love getting my nails done here. However, the downfall is the owner can be very touchy and rude.

Had such a great experience. My daughter and I went for pedicures for the first time and they really took their time with both of us, most places rush through her pedicure AND they did special fall decals on her toes! So super friendly we will definitely be back!!!

Lady kept telling me to straighten out my feet while I was getting a pedi as if I was a child. Wont get my business again.

I love this nails salon. They have all kind of color nails polish or gel polish I have ever seen. The price is so reasonable, and their services have the best quality. Their pedicure and nails is the best. They take time to massage, take care your calluses and exfoliate all your death skin. The staff are so friendly and one more thing, they know your name, aaahhhh. I love it. I take all of my friend and my family here and they love and so excited to come back there. Thanks all the staff of TN NAILS.

All of my nails were a different thickness, AND the French tips were not only uneven, they were VERY poorly shaped. And what sucks the most is that I was the bride there with my entire bridal party and got manicures and pedicures for some and my wedding the next day I was incredibly upset bc that was the only thing I got for myself. Nails. Did my own hair, did my own makeup....all I wanted was nails, and they new that and when I asked to fix them they got super nasty with me. My ring finger looked the most messed up, the gel nail was like a wavy mess instead of a smooth even top as expected and paid for. Very not satisfied.

Quick and friendly, but pricey and definitely a rush job. The gel manicure is peeling less than six days later. I dont think Ill be coming back.

My family has been using this place for over a decade. They did my sisters prom nails, my work nails and my Grandmothers spa day when she had dementia. They are my favorite.

The employees were not nice to us and my sisters nail polish went onto the skin around her nails. My acrylics were all different lengths and very thick. I dont recommend.

Been coming here for years to see Katie, one night she was not in I had my nails done by another nice lady, although she was nice she took 1.5 doing my fill in and the polish was so thick it was peeling off the next morning, I told the lady I did not like them and her excuse was the polish. I was in a hurry to leave and went back the next morning and told Katie I wanted a polish change. Got my polish change, went to tip her n she said I owe $15. She knew my nails looked terrible then proceeds to tell me if it was the same color she wouldnt charge me but being that I switched colors she had to charge me. I said well why didnt you tell me that then before you started? Also, as a business they should have fixed any mistakes any of their workers do and the customer should always leave happy. I should have not had to pay for the polish change because if she would have painted them right the first time instead of 8 coats, it would have been fine, but they lost a customer and I will never recommend anyone to go there because they are all about their money and do nails however they want to do to them! The number one rule in a business is the customer is always right and always listen to your customer, because one little polish change would not break them or make them! Good luck!!

The previous common about the Mother who has Alzheimer is so wrong because thats situation was happened at BEVERLY NAILS in SALTBOX VILLAGE. I think the owner Kimmy who pretends or knows as the Manager is mad because I wrote a bad common about her shop. I am so thankful to TN NAILS where my mother has been treated well and so kind. They take care my mother so well when I leaver her there by herself. I moved my mother from Woodland Terrace to Apex since it happened. Every month, I drive from Raleigh to Apex, and pick my mother to TN NAILS to get her nails done. Thanks all the staff of TN NAILS.

Went in for a full set-when I left My nails were all different shapes and a few werent the same length. Also the nails are too thick/bulky. Asked the nail tech, but still wasnt fixed properly. Disappointed that I wasted my time coming here because Ive had such great full sets from other nail salons so I know what to expect. Wont ever come back here.

Best nail salon in Cary. They always do a great job. If youre a walk-in, they do their best to minimize your wait even when theyre very busy.

I have been going to TN Nails for a couple years now, they are wonderful. The comment below regarding the customer with Alzehimers is not a true statement. No way would Molly ever treat someone that way. The basic mani and pedi costs nowhere near what she said either. Molly, Katie and Fi have each done my pedis and gell fill and I never have complaints. Always know me by name and know exactly how I like my nails done.

I have been to TN Nails 3 times and all 3 times I got a manicure with the OPI Axxium gel polish. The first time the gel polish stayed on ok...about 10 days (which is average for me..not sure why it doesnt seem to last that long on my nails but thats a separate issue). The second time I got them done the polish had ALL peeled off 4 days later. I went in and explained what happened and they fixed it for free, which I appreciated. But now its 5 days later and 2 nails have peeled off. Sorry to say that I wont be returning.Their price is low for gel polish (I think its $23) but I wonder if they use some sort of product that prevents it from sticking as long. Or maybe they dont cure it properly under the lights? Im not sure but its not worth saving a few buck if its not going to last.

Had appointment, both walk in that came in behind me got service. Sat there for 20 minutes nothing. I left, bad service and not friendly.
