My new favorite place. Very nice clean and friendly family owned. And great prices on full sets and pedicures

Nail tech was great. Total sweetheart. However, my nails look like they need a fill in already and I just got them done Sunday. I work 50 hours a week and dont have time to go until the weekends. The salon is very clean and aestheticly pleasing.

Lynn and her team of salon professionals offer quality work, are conscientious about cleanliness and prevention of CoVid 19, and generally care for the health of all who cross their threshold seeking a salon experience. I have been a customer for many years, I venture other places from time to time due to travel, but always return to Cary Nails as they are consummate professionals.

Love this place. So happy they are making it during the pandemic. They are doing Covid right. This place is clean.The pedis I receive last! No cracking or chipping. They grow out before the paint fades. Be a little flexible on your appointment time as they only let two in at a time but do give them a call!!

I’ve went there maybe 3 times now. They do a good job BUT... the owner Lynn and her daughter is extremely rude. They will talk about you in their language. Her husband Man is nice and so does her cousin seem nice. But them two, I will not be returning for them two alone. To be honest rude is an understatement, I felt racially profiled for the first time in my life. Also, Lynn will hurt you with the tools and will not say sorry nor be gentle. The prices are good, but for customer service I would rather pay more somewhere else than to give them my hard earned money. Oh and if you haven’t been a loyal customer, do not expect to be treated the best. They go over and beyond for their loyal customers. I’ve seen it happened right in front of me as if I was nobody.

So I first went to Cary nail salon 3 years ago and the service was hit or miss. A friend of mines gets her nails done here and she told me to give it another shot because they have new management. I am glad I did! From the moment I walked in the vibe was amazing! I got a polish change by a young lady whos family were the new owners. The young girl was fun, friendly and very helpful giving suggestions for polish colors. Lin(I pray Im spelling her name right) who was the young ladys mom did my fill in. She was so detailed and she knew exactly what I wanted! After seeing the horrible job done on my nails at another salon that she repaired all my nails and did an amazing job!!! My nails are beautiful!! They have current polishes/top coats and they know their craft!! I will definitely be back!!!

I love the place because its one of the best nail salons in Cary. Though people have throwned shame on the place dont believe the things that they post. I would recommend this place to everyone.Thanks for reading this post hope you go there one day and love it 😘

I love this place! I always enjoy and share laughs with everyone! The store owner lady is amazing and the sweetest! Also i always end up having a good talk with her daughter and cousins :) Best price and good quality! I love it and always recommend my friends to go here!

I love the prices here! The staff is super nice and remember me- and I dont go very often! They do a great job and the pedicures are the most relaxing thing- the foot/leg massages are great!- and the best prices in town by at least $15 for pedicures!

Loved the fast service walk-in service and friendly technician. Place is a bit run-down but functional with fair prices. Would go again.

I gave Cary Nails a 5 star,I have been going here for a few yrs. And have never had one problem.. When you walk in the door you are always welcomed with a smile . I have made appointments or just walk in. and if their busy the wait isnt long or they will as you to come back. But their work speaks for it self... Vy does my Mani and Pedi . and the price you pay you cant complain its well worth it.... Shop around but you will be back 😊

This place had Horrible attitude and treated me extremely disrespectfully. Their Gel polish (should last at least one week) lasted two hours before chipping. I went to get a different brand because gel polish has always lasted me even up to three weeks! I was treated as if I was trying to get over on them. Their manager came out with his daughter too. They began barking at me that it is not their fault! I said I know it is not your fault, it is the product that is faulty, I just want a different brand gel polish. They said that they would not do it and that I just didnt like the style. I said I like the style not the quality. They were extremely ugly towards me and I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone!

My French tips were far too thick even after telling the technician. She acted very annoyed for even be told the first time. The other lady in charge was just sitting in a pedicure chair with her legs crossed ordering the one nail technician around the entire time. Would not go back here.

I came with my friends and we all had a really good experience. They knew exactly what we wanted. I would highly recommend this place.

They took forever and a day to do my pedicure and manicure. I went in a little after 10 right when they opened, was their only customer for the first hour and still didnt leave until 12:30. No one talked to me or tried to have small talk. The old guy was rough with my nails. He didnt soak my hands so he was snatching at my cuticles which caused runs in the next couple days. He didnt really rub my feet just my legs, aggressively. I was sore the next day. When I asked him to file one nail a little more because it was a bit longer than the others, he went back and filed all of them shorter than what I wanted. Thats not what I was asking for. Also the Polish came right off my toes. It was pretty when I left, but the very next day 4 of my toenails were completely naked. The polish came off in whole pieces. This was a waste of my time and money. I went Friday, its Tuesday morning and I have polish on 4/10 toes. I will not be returning.

My wife went there for white tips.. they turned tingy yellow in 4 days... tragic

I got my nails done at Cary nails, and the service was wonderful. One of the things I love about Cary nails is the cheap prices, if you want to get youre nails done you should do it here.

Very poor customer service! I used to go there just for convenience location, and price is very good too. But after my horrible experience I will prefer to pay and extra $5.00 and go some where else. They have no professional ethics, no customer service skills, and very rude.
