I nervously arrived for my first pedicure in months and felt at ease the moment I entered. All protocols were faithfully followed and I was the only one in the talented Ans chair for my hour long stress-reducing appointment. Great service, super clean, excellent price add up to an ideal 60 minute treat.

This place and the people who work there are amazing. I’ve had a rough few months aside from the world being in turmoil so a friend of mine bought me a spa day. I had the full body massage, facial, and a pedicure. I left feeling like a queen floating on a cloud. Definitely will be back and would highly recommend!!!

The massage therapists at this spa are the best. As a student who carries all of my stress and tension in my upper back, these half hour massages were the best stress relief mechanisms I could ask for before important test days. I would highly recommend any of the massage therapists but deep tissue massages with Irina are the ABSOLUTE best! If you havent gotten a massage from her yet, you are truly missing out!

Since my massage was cancelled, I can only rate based on the customer service I received. My girlfriend and I were supposed to have a couples massage this morning as it is our anniversary. While we are on the way, 15 minutes before our scheduled time, I get a call saying BOTH of the employees who were supposed to do our massage happened to just call out sick earlier this morning. My biggest issue is that they waited until 15 minutes before our massage to call and tell us this. Nothing else was offered to try and make it better or try and get us in today, we were just asked if we wanted to reschedule a week from now. Very unprofessional in my opinion to wait until the last second to notify us, and even if the employees had just called out, then they’re unprofessional also.

I had bought a living social for a 30 minute reflexology session. First off, the website was difficult to use to schedule the appointment so I called the vendor to schedule weeks ago. On the day of the appointment, I left work with a 101 temperature and went to the doctor and found out I had a bacterial infection which made me highly contagious until on the antibiotics 24 hours. I know this is my fault and admitted it because I completely forgot about this 30 minute appointment until the alert popped up on my phone 15 minutes before. I called, didnt reach anyone and left a message apologizing and explaining my situation seeing if we could work something out as I am normally a very reliable client but I got sick that afternoon. A girl called me back later and rudely left me a message saying no, 24 hours needed and that the manager would call the next morning to discuss. I waited a couple of days and then received a message from Living Social saying that they had redeemed my voucher. No call, no alert, no follow up as promised - nothing. So I emailed and asked if we could work something out, even a compromise and received a very short E-mail back from their manager - Colleen. I completely understand 24 hour cancellations and how businesses work and I know I made a mistake but I dont need their attitude and lack of compromise. Would not deal with this company - as you can see by the review that was edited, they lack professionalism as it seems completely fine when their employees dont show up but its not okay when a client is sick. Also, many legitimate salons provide call or email reminders and this one did neither.

After multiple deep tissue massages with Roberto I can say that I would highly recommend him. He also does a great job adapting the massage to your needs and preferences. I have not tried the other services yet, but the staff has typically been very friendly. They have also been very good about sending reminder emails prior to the appointment so you have enough notice to cancel if your schedule changes.

If you would like a really great massage and not just a back rub, I highly recommend Nirvelli Day spa, its so worth it. Roberto was very professional and did an amazing job! I cant wait to come back.

I had facial with Amanda, massage with lilia & pedicure with Debra all provided me with phenomenal service!!!! All very educated & passionate about what they do, you can tell they truly enjoy their job! I loved that each one educated on the service they are providing, products available, etc. answered all my questions. I had an awesome evening, so relaxing, walked out feeling like a brand new person. Found Nirvelli on Groupon deal, & will be coming back for sure! & highly recommend to others! The girl at front desk was also friendly and sweet don’t know her name!

No locker room. Slightly awkward standing around in my robe waiting for them to be ready for me as people passed back and forth. They came and got me for my 60minute massage 5 minutes late and then ended 10minutes early. The massage was good, but I was disappointed to have been shorted the 15minutes. I felt rushed as they clearly had clients back to back. I had a massage, facial, and pedicure.

This was my first time here ever. Booked my appointments weeks ago, arrived today and there was no saved appointment for me in their computer system. I showed my email for proof of booked appointment and was told to forward the email to the desk clerk so she could show her manager. There was nothing she could do for me that day, said she will call me Monday... not a good first impression for Nirvelli spa! Not sure I would even come back, I will see what they can do for me when they call me and maybe the review will change. But I couldnt be more disappointed with my first experience

I had a massage from roberto today. He qas very respectful, awesome masseuse!! He hit all the right spots. As an added bonus he is very articulate, interesting with a great sense of humor

I saw Debra for the monthly special pedicure and had a wonderful experience. She introduced herself, told me a little about her and explained everything she was doing as she went a long. It was great. The facility was very clean and had a relaxed atmsphere. I was surprised their pricing was so reasonable and the level of service was above and beyond. Thank you and I will be back.

I have so much less back pain and muscle tension this evening than I did before my massage with Roberto earlier today. I used a Groupon and I am so glad I bought it—a great massage for a great deal. Feel a million times better! Two enthusiastic thumbs up!

From the time we set the appointment to the time when our friend left Nirvelli, we experienced nothing but the best in customer service. I highly recommend to not waste your money here! I bought an all packaged deal that included a hour massage, facial, and pedicure. Before the massage I had to fill out a small amount of paperwork and in one of the questions I was specifically asked if I wanted to be spoken to during the massage. I circled no. Throughout the entire massage the guy could not stop trying to have conversations. After the massage he was trying to escort me out the door as if I didnt have two other appointments after the massage. When it was time for the pedicure, the mail tech wasnt even prepared when I arrived. When she started to scrape my feet I jumped a little from the tickle and she threatened me! She said if I would have kicked her, she would have held me down in the water because she wasnt going to let that happen to her again. After the pedicure, she didnt have time separaters, so she used small cotton instead. Her method wasnt really working and told me if my toes werent so long, this would work. After that I finally had my facial and I had no complaints about that. Besides the bad experience, it was overall not a good place to have a spa day. There isnt anything relaxing about the place. The waiting area were very small, so you were close to other people, it wasnt comfortable or had any inviting relaxing fill and far from zin.

I had been in pain for months from a past injury and stress. I had a massage done with Roberto and pain is gone! Roberto was AMAZING!!!! He listened to my needs and provided feedback on how to help alleviate pain after the massage. He was polite, professional and effective. I also had a mani/pedi scheduled with Deborah she was also very nice and professional. She took her time and made me feel so very comfortable so much so we hugged when I left! And my hands and feet look great! I would HIGHLY Recommend this place and I WILL return.

They are a scam please do not go there they stole my money... I made an appointment I never receive a confirmation call to confirm my date the day of my appointment I receive a phone call saying that I miss my appointment and that I would lose my voucher from Groupon I asked the lady how come I never received a confirmation call she said that is not her responsibility.... she was extremely rude and disrespectful to me on the phone she wouldnt let me speak and then when I did speak she told me that I need to let her finish Im talking over her.... still waiting for a phone call from the manager and then when I look on my Groupon they claim my Groupon without my permission and stoled my money!!!!!!!!!DO NOT GO THERE FOR SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Be very careful about scheduling appointment. I m a full time working mom and a business owner.I did missed my appointment and called 30 minutes before to check if i can be late. They did not accept which is fine.I would not have given this review if they charged me a late fee instead they charged my whole package full price. Also they were very very rude and said i had to pay for my mistake. Those words kept repeating to me that whole day. If this is how your treat the customers i cant believe how you are still in business. Moreover i was not first time customer. I guess they dont need customers to come back. More than losing money i was made to look very bad.If you have groupon you will treated as if you are from garbage. esthetician said she cant use any good products if i have a groupon coupon. If that is the case why cant you post that in the groupon page that you cant use good products.in my business field we value customer and treat them highly with respect. Being in spa business i cant accept the fact that you treat your clients this way. thank you for those nice words. I learnt my lesson not to come back to ur spa..

I had the most amazing massage from Ella. She is so nice and so very good at massage therapy. I have some issues with my shoulder, having injured it years ago. She worked out all the pain. I have used many other massage therapists in the past, but from now on, I will only use Ella. The staff at Nirvelli is very nice. The facility is very clean and very relaxing. I had also scheduled a mani-pedi a couple of months ago. I had to cancel a few times, due to some unforeseen complications with foot surgery. I called a few days in advance - the staff member I talked with and Colleen were very understanding. Colleen even extended a gift certificate that I had that was expiring so I could still use the services. I couldnt have asked for better customer service. I am finally getting my mani-pedi on Friday and I am really looking forward to it!
