As a resident of Harvey County for 48 years I would like to express some frustration with our local Harvey County trash disposal system. Why does the transfer station operate on a cash only basis? How terribly inconvenient for your customers and frankly very archaic. This is 2021. How about considering a change however I was told this is how we have always operated. Not a good answer. Expensive If you are dumping by the ton Their hours are not correct They have Winter hours and summer hours And even when the posted hours At the dump site They still close early sometimes. But they do have 2 free dump coupons a yr at the water department so thats a plus
