I was a few minutes late to my appointment due to traffic, and they still saw me without an issue! I had Kim and she was very professional, detail oriented, and sweet!I haven’t been to a nail salon in years after I was tired of being mistreated, but I felt totally comfortable here. Pacific Nails is very clean and well spaced out and has an open layout. Totally worth the value and I will be coming here again!

Best nail shop in Raleigh. Been here for three years. Tina is the best nail artist ever. It’s really hard to find a nail artist who does white color perfectly. Her hands are very still, detailed, and never shaking. Everyone is also very nice including the boss. I highly absolutely recommend this shop!

Had an AMAZING time at Pacific Nails and Nena did an AWESOME job. My pedicure was very neat and relaxing. She even painlessly removed my ingrown nails. Also, the establishment is beautiful and they are definitely taking social distancing very seriously and taking everyones temperature. Go here and enjoy!

This salon is BEAUTIFUL the color scheme reminds me of Tiffany’s. I was a walk in and they were packed and still took care of me in a timely manner while catering to the other guest around me. Very clean, neat, and offer great services. Would definitely come back!

Very beautiful place! Ive only been here twice and i will continue to come back. I was previously going to this place and i kept asking them to curve my nail. They always say the could but it came out straight! Hated it. My first time being there Lisa knew exactly what I wanted and she did a beautiful set on me with the mermaid collection they have. Always a wonderful experience! I’ve been coming to Pacific Nails since 2018 and the service is always great. My most recent visit was on a Saturday morning and the nail salon was extremely busy. I was taken care of with the same level of care as I’ve received prior when it was a slower weekday morning.

This time I went for the SNS powder manicure and made an appointment with Tiffany. I love it! And shes one of the best!

Today was my third time coming here and seeing Tiffany, and I can tell this will be my go to place from now on. The spa is cute and clean, the staff professional and awesome! They’ve put all the right parameters in place due to COVID-19, working with masks and gloves, along with plastic partitions up at the manicure tables. Classic pedicure and gel mani is $65 - for the service and quality, you can’t beat that. Can’t wait to come back again and again!

I’ve been here several times for a manicure and they always do a fabulous job! I came today for a mani and pedi and was a little hesitant with the mask restrictions lifted. The mani and pedi were great, as expected...I was happy to see Pacific Nails was still practicing social distancing, temperature checks and requiring mask! I went in today for a pedicure and full set. I was very pleased. Kim did a very good job. My only small complaint was once her next appointment came in, I noticed she started to rush a little bit with filing my nails and ended up cutting my skin very slightly.(she also let me know that it was a new nail file so that could’ve also been the issue) but after that I think she realized she was going too fast and she slowed down and took very good care of me! The pedicure was 100% amazing no complaints whatsoever. My feet feel super smooth.

They offer a full range of services and have a beautiful, newly renovated interior and easy to use online scheduling. They do temperature and symptom checks at the door and I feel completely safe and comfortable coming in!

This first time I came the people there were welcoming to me, at first I didn’t know what I wanted but then the technician helped me. My nails turned out AMAZING! I loved the color and the shape was perfect. I also got a pedicure the massage was incredible. I was so relaxed. The atmosphere around the place was so peaceful. I brought my daughter and her friends and they LOVED it. I definitely recommend this place.

I asked for an ombré nail, and that’s definitely not what I got. I was not told about the spa options or offered anything to drink; I was there for two almost three hours! I do have a picture but there’s not an option for me to post it.

New to town and tried this place based on recommendation from a friend. While my nails look great, I now have either an infection in my toe or an ingrown from how short my cuticle was cut. I will see which one it is after I finish antibiotics. As far as price, I upgraded to a better pedicure which was $45 and good. However, I got dip nail gel and was charged $50! I have never gotten that for more than $35 anywhere else and I have lived in California and New York where everything else is way more expensive. On their website they dont even have the pricing for the dip gel listed but $50 seems a bit ridiculous. Not sure if I will go back after this infection/ingrown situation. Like I stated previously, the nails look great, just not worth this infection/ingrown for a total of $95 plus the doctors visits Ill need to get this situation taken care of.

I can’t say enough about this nail salon. I have been coming here for years and have watched it transform and double in size. Tiffany and Tony the owners are the sweetest people. They clearly care and work hard to keep the spa running smoothly. It’s beautiful top to bottom. Very modern and clean and always smells amazing. The class and design of this spa makes it a perfect place to bring your wedding party or special event. Everyone works so hard and I have never had a bad nail tech. I usually have to bring in my toddler and they are so sweet and accommodating to him. So much so that he looks forward to my nail appointments. If you are looking for a good nail salon look no further because it doesn’t get better than this place!

I went in as a walk in today for my first visit. I was pleasantly greeted and was seated with no wait. I was offered a drink and they got to work. I play Spanish guitar so I have crazy demands for my nails and Tony the owner helped me convey what I wanted to my nail tech. My nails look great and the service was awesome. I had my nails done by them for the holidays... The facility is pretty and it stops there. The nail job they did was poorly done with poor quality materials that chipped and cracked within a very short period of time.(less than 48 hours) I’ve never had that happen at any other nail place. hey They were not friendly or nice or welcoming. The girl that helped me was rude and snippy. Needless to say that leaves me with no reason to go back. So don’t waste your money for a 48 hour nail result and to be treated meanly. I can paint my nails for free at home and get a better result. They should realize it pays to be nice. That might make up for the messy job they did to my nails and charged me for ....Either way. Find a friendly nail place that cares about quality and has a value for customer service !

Lovely service, clean and beautiful decor

This was my first experience at Pacific Nails and I plan to go back. The salon is clean and bright and the instruments are all peel-packed after being sterilized so I was confident they were clean. Jenny my nail tech was meticulous and I am extremely happy with my manicure. All my nails are all even and there is no ridge of polish against my cuticle (which I would inevitably pick at and jack up my nails). Prices are fair and they also have discounts for kids under 12 so I think I will go back with my daughter for a girls day out.

I arrived at Pacific nail bar with my friend and they first acted like we had not called to make reservations and asked us what we wanted done. We were showed to the polish and the ladies rushed me to pick a color and kept trying to push a gel manicure on me when I just wanted my nails painted. I agreed and I went to choose a few nail designs. Was told when I picked one it was expensive and nothing else. No price, no explanation, just assumed I couldn’t afford it I suppose as they had treated me with a cold shoulder up until this point. I later asked the price and proceeded to pick the nails I want. It wasn’t until she almost finished my nails she told me she couldn’t do the design. I asked her to change one nail she had already done and was met with resistance. But if I couldn’t have what I wanted I didn’t want it on my nails. After finishing my gel manicure I had to sit and wait another hour for my friends nails to finish because they didn’t listen to what she said she had on her nails and had to get a different tech to take her powder on acrylic tips off. It’s now been less than a week and one of my gel nails has peeled off. I’m super disappointed and would not recommend

I have been coming to Tiffany and Tony’s salon for 13 years. They are wonderful. Helen does my nails on a regular basis and she is phenomenal.

Too expensive for the quality of nails you get. My friends and I went and got acrylics and SNS, neither came out very well and the process was a little rough. The end result was not smooth and there are very noticeable lumps on multiple nails and lots of abrasions around our fingers from how rough they were with the tools. I would recommend going somewhere else.

I’ve been a loyal customer for over 8 years now. I live downtown Raleigh, but the drive to Cary is 100% worth it. Everyone is so kind and they always take the time to say hello and ask me how I’ve been. It truly feels like family. I trust everyone to take care of my pedicure. Always the best massage and quality work. The new renovation looks fantastic and I couldn’t be more happy to see their success! Congratulations!

I had such a wonderful experience yesterday with my nieces (9 and 6 years old). The ladies at Pacific Nails gave amazing pedicures, and they were incredibly sweet to my nieces. I will definitely go back!

Jenny is the best nail stylist Ive had in years!

I normally don’t go to this place but one of my friends wanted to go so I decided why not. Well the pedicure was all right, but my main issue was with the manicure. Ive gotten gel before and always loved it, but this one lady did an awful job. I have bubbles and weird lumps in all but 2 of my nails. Not to mention that it has been 2 days and I already have chips in 3 nails. And the corners are coming up on half my nails. I doubt they will even last half a week. Disappointed.

I went here today for the first time and was serviced by Nancy. I should have listened to the other negative reviews. This place ripped me off like it was cool. I paid for a luxury pedicure and manicure - $130. The manicure was supposed to come with a hot stone massage - I never got it. It was suppose to come with a mask - I never got it. I knew something was wrong. When I got home, I reread the website to see what I was supposed to get. I called and told them I didnt get the service for which I paid. Their response, She must have read the wrong one. I will never go back to this place again - ever. If they needed help paying the light bill, all they had to do ask. They didnt have to steal from me!

This has been my go-to spot for 6 years now. Ive been to several other places all around the triangle, but I always come back here because they do the best! Not to mention, the prices are better than most places and they dont add on charges for every little thing. Love this place!!

They were rude to my daughter when she went with her Dad. I am so disappointed . We have loved it here for many years.He does not know how the pricing is done. He was also separated from her due to the current situation. So he could not see or hear the way they were shoving her hands around. She was very uncomfortable . I am so disappointed with way they pushed her hands around.

This is a high quality nail salon that truly cares about customer satisfaction. Today I went in for a gel manicure and regular polish pedicure. I wanted both my toes and hands to match. Unfortunately the color for my toes did not match any gel colors. Tiffany Tran worked with me to get the best color for my hands in gel after the first round of gel color did not look like my toe nail color. She even gave me a discount on services. Because of her efforts to keep me happy I will be returning to Pacific Nails. Thank you.

I started going there 3 years ago and was always pleased with the quality of service received. I even convinced my husband to have pedicures there. He has been well pleased also. The nail techs there are all cordial. in particular Tiffany, the owner, and her husband go out of their way to ensure you have a great experience! Pricing is reasonable, you dont have to pay for every minute service, its one price, inclusive of the service you receive. I moved to north east Raleigh a year ago and I still go there. Would not change for ANYTHING!

If you plan on making me wait 20 plus minutes for a service- please let me know when I walk in. At about 25 minutes I simply left because no one cared if I was there or not. The renovation is beautiful but why have so many seats and not enough staff? I would rather find somewhere that can be respectful of my time.

This place is AWESOME!!! I was not sure where to go to get my nails done in the area during my visit. My nails came out really good and my eyebrows are fantastic!! I got there at 15 mins till closing. I plan to go back tomorrow for a long overdue pedicure!!

BEWARE of this location!! My daughter got her eyebrows waxed here and they waxed her eyelids! YES HER EYELIDS!!!This caused the surface of the skin on her eyelids to rip off and severely bruise. The woman who did this then had the audacity to lie and tell my daughter that the skin on her eyelids was already ripped off and bruised when she came in!!!We have pictures to prove the skin ripping off and bruising. We will NEVER go here again. If you go, make sure you know what is going on. Having the skin pulled off your eyelids and bruising them is absolutely unacceptable!

I have never experienced a nail service so poor. After being convinced by Pacific Nails that I needed a full set instead of a fill in, i winded up spending about 80$ on a full set and basic pedicure. Two days after leaving Pacific Nails, my nails instantly started breaking and because it was a full set, my nail was so attached to the acrylic nail, that they were breaking off with the fake nails! My nails were breaking down so low that i was bleeding badly and could not use my fingers because of the pain!!!! I was in SO much pain. At least 7 of my nails have broken throughout the past two weeks. I went back to the salon to get these nails fixed and every time i left, they continued to break!!! And The lady who was doing my nails (Tiffany) blamed it on me! By saying, “what did you do wrong? Did you fall?” And i was Charged for her to fix them! To this day, i have not been able to get a fill in because my nails have broken so low and are still in pain. I have endured much pain and blood during the last two weeks and i am just astonished that Pacific Nails did such a poor job with my nails by giving me a full set so thin that each of my nails were breaking by the tip and lower. I will NEVER go back. Please be aware of this nail salons work so that you do not end up like me!! I have been getting my nails done consistently for the last 5 years and have never experienced anything this dreadful. Below are pictures i took today (2 weeks later) and these photos are very flattering. I should have taken pictures throughout the entire experience but it did not cross my mind to until today. These photos do not display HALF of the pain I endured. And in these pics you can not see, but additional nails are slightly cracked at the tips.

I called and asked if I could be seen or if I needed to make an appt - they said the appt wasn’t necessary if I came now. I walked in five minutes later and waited an hour.I was convinced I needed a new set rather than a fill, which seems to be a popular and unnecessary upsell based on reviews here.I have weird thumbs - I’m not sensitive about it at this point in my life, but the nail tech picked them up, laughed, showed them to her friend, said something to her neighbor who also laughed. She said nothing to me directly. This would have killed 15 year old me. Now I just think it’s incredibly unprofessional.My nails themselves had no shape - nor did she ask me what shape I wanted at any point - and the liquid gel was incredibly thick.They were pretty enough and I wanted to get out of there - it took 90 mins, which is about average.I ended up paying $60 for a gel set plus a good tip.I went back to my regular salon the next time (couldn’t get an appt cuz of the holidays) and after a while she quietly said “you didn’t get these done here, did you? Nobody here would do work like this.”This was closer to me, but think i’ll stick to my regular place.

My daughter and I went in this evening to get shellac manicures. Ive never been treated so rudely in a place of business in my entire life. I will never go to this nail salon again. Please save your time and money and go to a place that treat their customers nicely. Furious!

I went in for a full set of gels on recommendation by my cousin. Horrible quality! I asked for round she did a flared square wider tips than base. The nails were very thick and uneven. Nails were filed at an angle and not straight across and all different lengths. I have never experienced such a poor manicure. She cut my cuticles DRY, which hurt, only after having to be reminded. The massage etc were non existent. I was visiting Raleigh and would NEVER recommend Pacific Nails! The only reason I didnt go back for a fix was because of the negative things I read about others trying to remedy their problems, and I didnt want to make a scene.

Never going to this place again! I made an appointment online for a full set and pedi. When I arrived I AGAIN let them know i want a full set and pedi, the set me down (cant remember the ladys name) she starts working on mt nails which I had to stop her multiple times bc she wasnt doing it how I had told her to do, and she did cut me multiple times. Once she almost done with my nails she goes on to tell me she can no longer do my pedi bc they are closing early, I asked her why didnt they let me know once I had made my appointment for both service on before she even sat me down. all the they was apologize and told me to come back Sunday

This is the only place I get my nails done. I live in Cary and have been coming here for 3 years now. I wouldnt go anywhere else. No matter who helps me, they always do a great job. I would recommend it to anyone.

The worst manicure Ive ever had. They didnt smooth the nail beds down from the last gel polish and so my nail beds look horrible through clear polish Ive got glops of polish on the sides of my fingers and the girl that was doing the manicure had a cold and kept wiping her nose and then working on my hands. I rarely get my nails done and now I wish I hadnt.

So first of all I always try to give every place I visit a fair chance ! my first impression was that this place is upscale and “luxury” so I did my research online prior to visiting this place ... I looked at prices; different procedures and add-ons. so I also noticed they offered wines at starting prices of $8. okay so when I get my nails done I always get over the top designs and I am aware that you have to pay for the quality of what you want .. now with that being said let’s talk about my experience ... so I walked in on a Thursday evening at about 530 pm .. I asked for a pedicure & full set .. I was immediately escorted to get my feet done which the lady did excellent no complaint there .. now we move to nails .. I showed the design that I wanted with the explanation of “I understand it won’t be exactly as the picture but can you do something close” they agreed & moved me around to 3 different nail techs “ someone eventually started my nails .. so I’ll be the first to admit kids DO NOT belong in the nail salon & I hate bringing my son to places like this but sometimes things happen & he had to come along .. he was quiet sitting & well behaved .. the nail tech who was doing my nails kept asking questions regarding my son .. first she asked me if he was my child .. I answered with a simple yes .. then she asked again .. is he my husbands child? I’m wondering why she assumed I was married and why she was still asking about my child after I answered her .. I decided just just answer no with no further explanation .. a few moments later she asked who does my son look like because he doesn’t look like me ( were spitting image of each other ) .. I decided to ignore her .. a little while later she asked if I was baby sitting him for a friend and I really became annoyed so I asked her if she can just hurry up and finish my nails .. I also noticed I wasn’t offered any wine water or beverage of any type but every single person there had something to drink from water to wine and anything in between .. even new comers that were waiting to be serviced .. all except me ! I pay attention to if people were asking for beverages or being offered them .. which they were .. still no one asked me .. so any way now it’s time to paint and polish my nails and she kept asking to refer to the picture which I thought was just for accuracy.. so she polished and it was NOTHING like I thought it was supposed to be .. no where close ! I expressed I didn’t like it and to take it off my nail immediately luckily it was just one nail .. I became very frustrated and asked to just leave them plain so I can go .. she kept trying and trying and insisted on giving me a similar design even after I asked repeatedly to keep them plain so she did a similar design or what she thought was similar in her eyes .. and I didn’t care for it very much but okay at this point I was ready to go .. so she started adding all this extra unnecessary bs that I didn’t ask for .. glitter shimmer rhinestones and telling me the usual cost of it and that she’s throwing it in for free since I’m so upset .. grand total $80 just for my nails ( side note: I’ve never paid more than $70 for my nails and have had wayyyy better work .. even down to the shape of my nails ) so I paid no complaints and at that immediate moment I knew I wouldn’t be back .. or so I thought .. it was 8 PM I went straight home with sandals on and went to bed next morning I noticed the polish was completely off my big toe on my right foot so I went back immediately to have it fixed .. a new lady fixed it and kept insisting that I didn’t get my feet done yesterday and that it was a week old but she’ll fix it for free “ this time “ .. so now I decided to look into getting my eyelashes done what I originally want to do the previous day but my mood prevented me to do .. so online the price listing is $40 $70 $100 different levels of eyelashes .. so I wanted the $40 service which they didn’t want to do she kept pushing the $100 service onto me I explained that I never keep them on long and $100 would be a waste

Their pedicure was not what I have gotten elsewhere for the same price. The massage was lacking and no scrub at all. My usual place does a hot stone massage that leaves me feeling relaxed. This place left me wanting a lot more.

I have been going to pacific nails for over 5 years. Ive moved a few times during that time frame and there have been plenty of nails salons closer than going to pacific. However, they do the best job in raleigh and are so friendly. I dont get my nails done anywhere else!

Never going back to this place again, i was there about couple days ago, first of all the lady that was doing my nails was constantly on her phone and not concentrating on my nails, i told her i dont want short and bulky nails, guess what? Thats exactly what i got. My nails are not even, very bulky and not even close to what i had asked her. Also the owner kept coming to where she was working on my nails talking to her and telling her what seemed like go shorter, then she kept coming and talking to her. And to top it off on their menu says acrylic nails are $35 and up and i always get them done around that price max i payed here was $38. But she charged me $45 and rudly asked for tip too. Very very disappointed with my nails. They really need to work on who they hire.
