I had cool sculpting done under my chin. The techician was very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable.

I came in to inquire about cool sculpting and I could not have had a better experience! Josseline made me feel really comfortable throughout the whole process and was so informative. She was quick to answer any questions I had and assured me that I would be in great hands. Wish I could give her more than 5 stars! I would highly recommend this location to anyone.

Courtney was simply amazing and went above and beyond to help me with an issue I ran into with my appointment schedule. I’ll never return to Hanover location again front desk staff their doesn’t have professionalism or share compassion like the team at Hanover.Nicole was the best provider to do my treatments too! She actually reviewed my medical history and cared. Canton is much further for me but for level of service I can expect here I’ll definitely be coming here for the duration of my treatments!

First off, let me say that I like the people who work there. Clearly they are overworked and understaffed. The overall clinic has a lot to be desired. I purchased a package in January and am still in the process of trying to get all of my treatments due to their lack of availability. I have called to schedule appointments, they do not return your calls and I literally have to wait 3 months for appointments. I have had the same service elsewhere and wished that I had gone back to the former place because I am totally disappointment in this center. I recommend doing a lot of research for other places before spending your money here. And to boot, they keep offering deals....Why? when you cannot accommodate the customers who have already paid?Update: 8/24/2021: It is a week later and I have not received a phone call even though the response from the owner was that I would receive a call within 48-72 hours.

This is the best laser clinic ever, I tried two clinics before, I spent a lot of money with no results. Now, after only one visit I saw the results even people around me noticed it. Even my skin looks way better than before. I’m not a google review person, but the results I saw, made me decide to post a review after my second visit. Ask for Micheal, she is so professional and she’s an amazing person. 👍🏼

Like someone below me has said, I have no idea how this location continues to get such high reviews. I have had such difficulty scheduling appointments. Because of THEIR scheduling difficulties, my treatments have all been at least 15 weeks a part, despite them advising to have treatments every 6-10 weeks. I have been told multiple times that I will be put on waitlists, but I never receive any calls. When I call the clinic, the phone is not answered and my voicemails are not returned. During my last visit, they said the duration of my contract was ending and they could only schedule one more visit, despite the fact that I have only had 4 of the recommended 10 treatments. The only reason I have had so few treatments is because of THEIR scheduling challenges, not mine. I refuse to lose money because of the clinics incompetence. At this point I feel like I will have to walk in to the clinic to actually have my concerns addressed which is a complete waste of my time. A friend of mine is having the exact same experience. The treatment rooms are also dirty and unkempt. Spend your money elsewhere.

Not sure how this spa continues to get high reviews—they are impossible to work with. impossible to get appointments and even when they cancel your appointments due to their error, they will refuse to call you back to reschedule and help find a solution to fix their mistake. avoid buying expensive packages here.

It’s been over 4 months since my cool sculpting procedure and I feel like I look even bigger. I haven’t gained any weight so it doesn’t make sense. I have been eating healthier, staying active, and drinking plenty of water. The procedure did not work at all. I hate that I put so much money into a procedure that was essentially completely worthless. I wouldn’t waste your money on cool sculpting.I have to say that the nurse practitioner was very kind, very professional, and answered all of my questions. She made me feel very comfortable with my procedure. The office was also very clean.

Staff is very friendly and it always feels like home there. They patiently took time to sketch out my schedule and explain it to me for proper understanding. They are always willing to assist. Love this location.

I was referred to Ideal Image by Taylor Dabney who works for the Spa in Bethesda. Taylor explained to me in extreme the procedure and products. She made me feel better about what I was going to have done. I had my two procedures done in the Canton Spa on September 14 and 15 which was Dystport and Restalane. Tammy and Michelle were the nurses who did the procedures. They both explained everything ahead of time and made me feel at ease. They were all very sweet. Both procedures went well. Thank you Taylor Dabney for all you did.

I just got laser done from Nicole (Nurse Practitioner) and she was AMAZING!! I’ll definitely come back to this location just for her. She explained everything as she was working with me and made me feel calm and at ease during my appointment. She worked really efficiently too by marking me up while I needed time to take a breather. The front desk staff was super sweet and welcoming too!

Overall in the medical center it was excellent. Alicia did amazing in making me feel comfortable.I phoned the center (Canton, Towson, and Arundel) several times over the course of 5 days and not one single call back after a message and several attempts to be called. I had to contact my initial sales associates who was amazing and helped me. Disappointed in the level of specific center customer service.

Botched botox! Dont go here, last month I spent well over $300 on botox for my crows feet, nearly 6 weeks later and its as bad as ever. Totally appalled by these con merchants, should not be allowed to trade. I am taking matters further.A week after posting this, they contacted me, telling me someone will be contacting me, but they never did. Terrible customer service! Rip off merchant.

I did not get what I paid for at all! At the first consultation I could tell that the consultant was not receptive in our conversation. I had to wait 2 months for my procedure and she never told me. This was when I had initially had a bad feeling. I look the same going out as I did coming in. So disappointed! Im still also waiting for a call back.

I had bought Botox as well as coolsculpting and had a great experience here getting my botox done. The nurse was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. If I could rate just the nurse I would rate that experience 5 stars. However I am frustrated as at the second appointment for cool-sculpting, a month after botox, I was told I was not a candidate for coolsculpting... despite having had a consult where I was told I was a candidate and spent over 1000$ on coolsculpting. I was not informed by the consult that I was buying TWO sessions of coolsculpting And I feel that was wrong as the nurse told me I was not even a candidate for it at all when I showed up on the day of my appointment. The office told me they would transfer my credits into kybella and call me ASAP to schedule that. I never received that call. I have been trying to get ahold of this office for weeks now, leaving voicemails with no call back. So disappointing and stressful. At this point I just want my money back. I am extremely disappointed by this. I have left multiple voice messages with my name and #. This experience has been extremely frustrating.

My virtual consultation was super easy. I was a bit worried about feeling pressured to move forward, and it was not that way at all. I felt like Sarah really made an effort to understand what I wanted, and then customized a potential package based on that (while also giving me all of the extra promotions on top to take advantage of). It was very conversational and I really had a great experience.My only complaint is that the location I am getting laser hair removal was so booked up that my first appointment is not until late February! However, Sarah assured me that I would be on a priority wait list so if something opens up before then I can try and get in.

It was the best experience so far with Nicole. I’ve been going to the Arundell office; however, I feel the care is always rushed and not enough time is spent doing the treatment. Nicole was extremely thorough and paid attention to certain areas. I feel this time I got my money’s worth unlike the previous times I even asked the nurse “are you sure we’re done?”, because it literally took less than 5 minutes. I have even expressed that I can tolerate more but I always get rushed through the treatment. The Baltimore office is a longer drive, but will much rather do that then compromise the outcome of the treatment. I’m very pleased with Nicole and highly recommend her.

The main reason I chose Ideal Image in Canton was because of the awesome online reviews and this office did not disappoint. The entire facility is clean and very inviting. Melissa in particular was fantastic. She has such a warm spirit. Very knowledgeable and attentive. Rarely do I write reviews, but this particular facility and the staff definitely deserve all the credit they are due.

I had my first experience at ideal image today and I will most definitely be back. The office staff is friendly and helpful. They are checking temperatures and keeping a log of those who enter- talk about COVID safe! Nicole Cugle, NP was absolutely amazing. She made me feel so comfortable, understood, and excited for my results. She truly listened to every word and has an amazing bedside manner. If you can get in to see her you will not be disappointed!!

No information was given on shaving or anything like that so I didnt because it seemed to me that the longer and more visible the better the outcome. Wrong, what it really meant was the nuse was going to take a straight razor to my legs as fast as possible giving me severe razor burn. Then proceed to treat the area. I walked out of there with bloody burning legs. Then I was told to make an appointment for 8 weeks later. When I went to the front desk they said the earliest they had was in 13 weeks. So you were quick to take my money and get me in for the first treatment but after that its a tough luck scenario for any appointment after.

Beautiful medspa, professional and friendly. I work in the aesthetics industry and am very selective about the provider who administers any treatment or procedure on my face. Melissa R. is hands down the best! She is extremely knowledgeable and an incredible injector! Before she started injecting, she inquired about my concerns and mapped out a plan which I was in complete agreement. She took her time and made me feel completely at ease. I love, love the results and not only will I be returning for future treatments at Ideal Image Canton Baltimore, I will refer my family and friends to her!!

I am giving them 1 star because the staff at this location is very friendly. However, I am VERY unhappy with the botox I received from here. I have received botox several times and this is the most ineffective treatment I have ever received. Most places on my forehead NEVER relaxed - even after going back for a touch-up and PAYING for extra units! This is the 1st time I have had to pay for my touch-ups and they didnt work! This is the most I have ever spent on a treatment that didnt work. On top of this, it has only been 6 weeks, and the results are fading fast. In the past, my botox has lasted 3-4 months and left my forehead completely smooth. I am so incredibly disappointed. I should have saved my money and went somewhere else.

Went to ideal image canton from the referral of a friend who had great experience working with Melissa and I have to agree 100%. Melissa has done some cool sculpting and cool tone on me and she was wonderful to work with. I felt comfortable and confident from the start with her knowledge of the procedures, plus to add to it she was a joy to talk to during my time there. Looking forward to working with her again in the future!

I have never regretted giving my money to a place more than this one. The point of laser hair removal is to schedule appointments 6-8 weeks apart. Well, EVERY SINGLE APPOINTMENT I have ever scheduled at this place has been cancelled, and then rescheduled almost a month (sometimes more) later. I recently drove all the way there and was told IN PERSON that my appointment was cancelled. Never once did I receive a phone call or voicemail. I even received a text the night before confirming the appointment. I’m sure I won’t receive a call to reschedule for weeks but I’m told I’m “on her list”. Absolutely disappointed with this service considering the price I’ve paid for this treatment.

Legitimately go anywhere else. They do not return phone calls, voicemails, and they cannot schedule you for months out. Beyond horrible customer service when you have spend several thousand dollars.

I original person i spoke to said that the hair removal process is priced about the same a waxing. That is not true. I was 12 times a year for $450.00. After taking the phone interview. The price of the hair removal was $3000.00. And thats at 70% off. These numbers were shocking. Then it went to high pressure sales. Said I had 2 hours to decide because that also included a discount. I never seen a break down of charges. I will not recommend you service.

This was my first time doing any kind of work on myself. Sam did my botox first. Quick with very little pain felt like a pinch. A few hours later I came back for my Juviderm Fillers Sam again did those she was great very professional but still made me feel super comfortable. Will Definitely be back for more work

Ive been curious about LHR for years and was delighted when Ideal Image opened this location near my home. I sent an inquiry email and within 3 hours I was not only signed up for my first LHR package but I was able to book my first appointment the same day!Jessica S. was extremely personable and helpful during the sign up process. The reception staff at the spa were personable enough. The real star of the show was my nurse. She was helpful, informative, efficient, and friendly. I cant wait to continue my treatments and building my relationship with Ideal Images for years to come.One tip: this location is BUSY. I lucked out with my first appointment but please note that the lead time on most appointments is 6-8 weeks. I recommend booking early, often, and sticking with it as they will likely only grow in popularity.

So impressed with Sam, she was very professional and really knew what she was doing. I was a little nervous at first, but as soon as she started I realized it was no big deal. So happy with the results!

The lady that did my cool sculpting was very nice. But this place itself doesn’t care about its customers but only the money. At the time of the consultation I told the lady that I will be traveling out of the country in November and will come back after two months and the sole purpose of my cool sculpting is to lose a few inches before my trip. She said it was not a problem and talked us into buying 16 cycles and we got an appointment after a month for which I was so desperately waiting. I was told I will be given 8 cycles in October and 8 in November. At the day of my appointment I was given only 4 cycles as they were understaffed and they said for the rest of the cycles I should come on November 11. They just ruined my whole experience It’s just so not fair. Giving your customers high expectations and than wasting all their money. If they had been honest from the start I at least wouldn’t have depended on this clinic entirely.

I was very excited about my appointment. I went for a training session and it went very well. Everyone was professional and kind. The teachers were knowledgeable and patient as they taught the students the art of Cool Sculpting. The students asked questions about the process so they can prefect their skills.They went over my medical history, explained the process, and the after care. They checked on me several times and asked was I OK. The procedure wasnt bad at all. I was cold however, but I am always cold.There was really no pain going through the process. Minimum soreness around the area from suction apparatus. Suction sounds bad., but thats the best way to describe it. Because it seals to your body. You wont hear suction, I promise.Its been 3 days and my back is just a little sore. I was able to go to work the next day. No time off was necessary for my procedure. Wearing no bra or shirt at night feels great, because there is no friction.I am excited to see what the results look like in several months. : ))
