I have been to this nail salon twice in a two months. It is a family ran business. Everyone is so nice. I love coming here! I normally get a basic manicure with gel and basic pedicure done. I’m really in love with the light blues and greens right now. Also it’s white toe season, of course 😂

All of the lovely people that work here are equally amazing in their skills. Very attentive and very personable. I always leave this place so happy with the results and extremely relaxed. Wonderful pedicure❣️Had been looking for a place close by that provides excellent pedicures and manicures, I found it! Royal Nail & Spa is very clean and comfortable and everybody there is very professional and friendly. And I finally found where to get an excellent pedicure - they are the best!!!

Under new ownership! Jenny has been doing my nails for years, she now owns Royal Nails. Family owned and operated, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Manicures and pedicures are top notch. If you want to treat yourself to something extra, the deluxe pedicure is the best!

Jenny is the absolute best and I told her what I wanted and she definitely delivered. I also took my young daughter to get her nails painted and they were so extremely gentle with her. Jenny and Tony did such an amazing job on my gel mani/pedi. I was their last customer of the day but they did not rush through it all, matter of fact they stayed after close to ensure that the quality of my service did not suffer what so ever. I went to get a gel polish pedicure today. The paper said that it would be $33.00 for a deluxe pedicure. When I went to pay the man told me that it would be $47.00. They charge an extra $14.00 for gel polish. That is not something that you can tell someone after they have already had the service done. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN. THAT IS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Best kept secret in Cary for massage.Ive shopped around for massages in the area. Most of them are either overpriced or kind of shady.This place is legit. They know how to give a good massage at a great price. I paid $30 for $30 minutes for a full body massage. Came back two weeks later for foot massage at $20 for 20 minutes, which is a great deal for the Triangle area.Its a no-frills situation. No terry cotton robes or organic essential oil diffusers or whatever.But youll get a quality acupressure massage.I leave floating on air every time.

With all due respect, I have to give a heads up against this establish to all who want lasting nail service. The owner appears to be professional in the beginning but his staff is not and he will support them right or wrong.. Ive spend more time in this nail salon for repairs than actually enjoying them, my nails would come apart at the base too frequent, so I went to the owner and he responded that it was not their fault but that it was my fault for having long nails and both women there chimed in, basically ganging up on me as if I destroyed my own nails. I was very disappointed at this behavior. Im a stylist, I dont have time to leave work every time a nail tech fails at their job.. Please save yourself the trip and go elsewhere.

I noticed this nail salon when I ran into Lowes food to grab a few things, I have tried other nail salons in the area, Cary Day Spa and others. I arrived just before they opened to get a gel manicure and regular pedicure. Helen did an excellent job, conversation was nice and everything is spotlessly clean. I made another appointment before I left, I think I found my new nail spa!

Went to remove fake nails the lady who work ther she was pulling my na nails ak her to file them not pull them and said this is crazy doing this way and I complain their managment took her side which is fine but if you dont know what you doing dont waste my time and dont tray tu put blame on somebady else the worst place ever
