I booked my appointment a month in advance. Upon arrival, Alicia was already working w/a client. I gave her my name & time of my appointment; she told me she didnt have me on her schedule, was booked for the day and couldnt get me in; just leaving me standing in the doorway. She continued working on her client w/her back to me and would occasionally turn around to speak to me, but never got up to check her calendar to determine what happened. She asked how I booked my appointment and then proceeded to tell me there had been issues recently w/Facebook scheduling going down. I didnt book w/her on FB Scheduler, I booked w/her directly through FB Messenger. Eventually she gave a disingenuous apology and said I could come back at 3:30 but my service would be split as she had another client at that same time. I was unable to make that time work, but also shouldnt have to have a service split for an error on her part. I always try to support small businesses whenever possible, and understand things happen, but the lack of professionalism and compassion on how I was treated - when it was her error - was unacceptable. Treat people how you want to be treated, especially if you truly care about wanting to build new clientele.

Clean establishment, loved the massage chair for the pedicure. I got the salt stone pedicure, so relaxing and walked out with beautifully painted toe nails. Alicia was so nice and a great conversationalist. Definitely be back.

I booked my appointment 3 weeks in advance. The day of my appointment I get here 10 minutes early to wait outside for another 15 minutes for her to walk outside and tell me because I brought my 8 year old son there isn’t enough room for my child so I will need to reschedule my appointment. Oh and let’s go into the fact when I called her on the call box she comes outside to address me and sees my son at that time instead of advising me at that time she makes me WAIT OUTSIDE IN THE HEAT.

She did such a great job! Nice, professional, and such a sweet woman. I will definitely be back!

Alicia is wonderful! My wife and I loved our pedicures and even more enjoyed the great conversation! 10/10 would recommend and will be going back for more!

She only has one client in the salon at a time. If you have special requests, she will do an amazing job trying to exceed your expectations! During a time when it is so important to be in a safe environment, this is as good as it gets.

Love this nail salon. Super clean which is a must for me. Highly recommend!
