Need to do better with safety and sanitation, not doing as good as other salons visited during this pandemic. Manicure was was okay, arm and hand massage could’ve definitely been better. The 3 stars is for the customer service.... the staff was very pleasant and loved on my grandmother.

HORRIBLE DO NOT COME HERE!!! I came to get my gel manicure removed and the nail tech used a sharp file to WEDGE THE NAIL POLISH OFF. when I told her it hurt and to stop, she said “I know I know, it’s okay” I left BLEEDING, with my nails broken and brittle, and SCAMMED. they charged me $25 for removing my toes and hands. Horrible.

This place is immaculate! The technician was kind and very gentle with the hand massage. They follow very strict COVID guidelines which I am greatful for. May the Lord God continue to prosper their establishment.

Beautiful salon and the people were friendly but the nail polish application was disappointing. So bad I considered taking it off and reapplying it myself. I did pay using Groupon and I’m not sure if that affected the quality of service. But I would not want to pay full price for what I got so I probably won’t go back.

They did not take my Groupon coupon even though I told then I paid for a voucher through groupon. Now I have to request a refund through Groupon.

They are really overpriced, and don’t do a good job with waxing. Avoid this place and find someplace reasonable on both quality and price!

Dianna was amazing with my lashes! I got lash extensions and she did an awesome job! I told her what i wanted and let her do what she thought would fit best for me, and they turned out perfect! Highly recommend her for your lash needs!

I purchased a Groupon as a gift for someone and after purchasing I called to schedule an appointment today 7/16/2020 at about 6:00pm & was told by an employee that I needed to return my Groupon and pay them instead because they don’t accept Groupon or the promotion expired even though they’re still advertising and allowing people to make purchases for services on Groupon’s website right now. I’m very disappointed. I was told the owner wasn’t there and was even hung up on when I kept asking for the owners name & how I would be able to redeem my voucher.

My nails were done in an OK fashion. Technician didnt really ask if I wanted any extras like this or anything, so if youre going to come here make sure you state what you want as soon as you speak with a technician. Overall a good experience, just not one I think I necessarily want to repeat. Time will tell based on how long my nails last.

Jimmy did a fantastic job with my pedicure!! And loved talking with him about his culture and country Vietnam.

Friendly service but terrible skills. Everything chipped, smeared in hours. My pedicures typically last months if I allow it, this one lasted 1 hour.

I couldnt think of anythings bad about this nails salon ... I like the huge collection of polishes that they have. Especially my tech was just wonderful! She was so nice and her skill was just incredible. Got to comeback again

The nail polish lasts 2-3 days MAX. its cracks within the first couple of days. Ive been going here for 2 months and always leave disappointed. Ive tried different nail techs. Some are rude. I do not recommend if you intend for your nail polish to last or stay on. Also, they do not polish the nail correctly. There are sometimes different layer lines left or leave bubbles.

Ive been coming here for years now, even though I dont live in Cary. Jimmy and Kim are great, friendly and kind, and their craft is top of the line. Your nails will look Hollywood worthy!

I looked at the prices on the website before i went and it said $40 for a full gel set and the lady charged me $50. Plus, when you look at your nail from the side its supposed to have a nice curve to it, like a hill. But mine swoop down and its like a u shape, almost all of my nails are like this. Would not recommend.

I have been to Jimmy and Kim several times and I have much enjoyed my experience. I had a new woman yesterday and the experience was very poor. I hold Jimmy and Kim and I expected they would discount the $45 service but they did not. Additionally, I requested my husband have the basic pedicure at $25 and when I checked out they charged him $45 too. Needless to say we will not be returning :(
