Good for a basic mani or pedi. I got a full set of acrylic the guy never got the length or shape correct even after multiple request to fix it. Charged extra for one finger to be a different color. Within a week they are lifting. Will not return for an acrylic fill.

I’ve been coming to posh for 3 years now and will not stray away from John he is the only nail tech I use for anything . I recommend him to all my friends and I always leave happy and eager to show off his work.

I am a stickler and have not been this happy with my nails in a VERY long time!!! Tina in particular does a great job and is super cool! First had asked for Morticia nails and now Ive asked for natural with hot pink Miami drama nails! Tina perfected my request and picked my color and glitter too! The full staff is friendly, remembers you and makes you feel at ease! Beautiful spot and very clean/safe!

Best nail salon hands down. My nail technician is Tina, she was absolutely phenomenal. I showed her a pic of what I wanted & she was about to mimic it to the T. She was quick & polite. Will always go to her or now on for sure. Pricing wasnt bad either. Normal rate for nail salon. Definitely go check them out!

I have been going to Posh for 2 years. I have no complaints. Their service is amazing. Everyone is polite and they really make sure you are happy. Great atmosphere.

All i have to say is Wow! John did an amazing job. I have been to many different nail salons in Raleigh and Cary and it has taken me one year to find a good nail tech. John applied the gel very evenly, leaving my nails smooth, whereas other nail techs left my gel nails wavy. John is highly skilled and precise.

They did a really good job on my brows and basic pedi. My gel fill could be better but I definitely appreciate the gel and regular polish colors package together

Way overpriced! 60$ for powder nails with tips and I was told 55$ every 2 weeks. My nail tips are not secure to my natural nail underneath and they are lumpy and uneven. I can’t see how anyone could afford this Can’t return and will never pay that much for powder or any other nail service.

Got a mani-pedi and had a very bad experience. I had a cut on my heel that had just recently healed so I asked the women not to scrub that part. Instead she started scrubbing it harder! She didnt understand me saying Do not scrub this part and pointing at the exact spot. I had to tell her four times to NOT scrub it because she kept thinking I was asking her to scrub it harder. During the pedicure she kept trying to start doing things that cost more money without really asking me if I wanted it or not. The polish didnt cover the whole nail on most of my toenails and the color I chose for my fingernails was apparently not popular because it was chunky and old. She said, Sorry it old and KEPT using it. I will not be returning.

I ALWAYS have good service here and friendly staff! Sometimes you do have to wait (without an appointment of course) but it is worth it. Recommend highly!!

I have been going to posh nails for eyebrow and upper lip waxing and always has been pleased with the work but I went today and had chin waxed and they charged me 15.00 dollars. Prices went up but that was ridiculous. Guess I should have ask for the cost first. Will not be going back there again.

Kevin did an amazing job on my pedicure !! He really took his time and made me feel comfortable. It was closing time and I was the last person there but NEVER did he rush showing he was ready to leave. Actually talked and made me feel comfortable. Best yet !!

Theyre the best!Ive been going here for a little over 4 years and Ive always had a great experience! I believe I have seen everyone for gel and sns manicures and they all do a fantastic job! I always go on a Monday morning and there is never a wait. Everyone there is so nice and I dont think I could go anywhere else!

I typically see Tina, who does a fabulous job; however she was out today. I saw an older man, who wore glasses, instead. He was amazing. He took his time and made sure my nails were perfect after each step. Ive never had my nails done, anywhere, where the technician was so careful and put so much care into each part of the process. Loved him, he was super sweet and said hes there everyday.

Got my feet done this past Saturday. The gentleman rushed through it, was very rough, didn’t even use the grater on my calluses even though I was paying the $40 pedicure option and he missed a toe while painting them. I used to love this place but the past few times I’ve gone it hasn’t been the same.

Im hoping it was just my own experience, because the lady was very nice... but the polish did not last, and my toe nails rotted. They were in really good shape for years leading to this experience, Im really sorry to say.

The customer service was good, but I didnt like the fact that they did not use new, sanitized tools to do my nails. Also, I would NEVER recommend getting lashes done there. The lady who did the lashes must be a beginner. My lashes looked like Big Birds friend Snuffy from Sesame Street when she finished, even though I asked for natural...they did redo them the next day. I didnt have time the first day. I still ended up with glue UNDER my eyelids and my eyes still burn days later. Im going to have to go to a different shop to have these removed. 😐

Literally the only place I go to for a full set and pedicure! Friendly and welcoming staff. My nails always come out so good! Highly recommend this place.

I’m honestly upset with the bad reviews I’m seeing. Posh is the only salon I’ve ever been too where my gel/ acrylic nails have NEVER fallen off. Let me repeat, NEVER. All the staff care so much about detail and making sure you leave happy. Plus the price is extremely fair!

I went the first time and they charge me 45 for acrylic set and gel color and then when I go in for the second time for a fill they charge me the same for my full set. Then the lady had an attitude and made my coffin shaped nails round. They treat you good the first time then screw you over the second. Don’t recommend 👎🏽

This is my favorite nail salon in the triangle. They are so friendly and do a great job on my nails. The pricing was reasonable and the massage chairs are so comfortable.

This is my absolute new favorite nail spot! The staff is very attentive and friendly and the spa has an awesome calming atmosphere with soft music. I had the pleasure of having Tina do my nails and she is a pro! Another staff member did my mothers pedi and mani and my mother was very impressed and happy. I was offered drinks as soon as I sat down as well. No matter who you get to do your nails, its a guarantee you will walk out with lovely nails. I got compliments from two other customers walking out and it was a great way to spend my Sunday afternoon.

I only gave 1 star because I had to. This place charged for me wanting my already square nails squared a just a little sharper. My hands are in water a lot so I need my acrylic thicker especially on the tips they charged me extra for that. Extra for matte gel top coat. Extra for gel polish but that is to be expected. I came out paying $40 for a fill in with matte top coat and my nails were not matte! They still had a shine! I came back about 3 days later and they change my polish for me thinking it was just possibly how it was applied that was making it still shine. Here we are just a week after and my nails still have a shine and my gel polish has chipped! This is by far the biggest rip off Ive experienced with nail salons! I will never be returning! Ill try to add a pic to this review. By far my worst experience and I never give bad reviews

First time there-got solar nails and a pedicure. Very pleased 1.5 weeks later. Nails look like they were just done. Ill be back.

The staff was rude. My friends and I were rushed to choose a color and when we werent moving fast enough they proceeded to talk about us in there own language. I got a manicure gel set and my nails are already peeling off three days later. The woman that helped me didnt polish my entire nail and it was polish on top of my finger. I will never go back there again. I wasted $30.

Service was just okay. Paid for the most expensive pedicure & I feel like it wasn’t as thorough as it should’ve been (cuticle work). My gel nail set did last 3 weeks so I can say that is a plus.

Giving them 2 stars because they did a very good job on my nails but they were probably the rudest people I have ever met. They judged my friends and I because the eyelash extension service wasnt working out for my friend and they also very openly were talking about us while we were sitting right in front of them. Then, when I gave her a CASH tip, she again very openly judged me and gave me rude looks as I paid with my card. I also believed they overcharged me for the service I chose and very vaguely answered my questions.

I have been here a couple of times and just about every time I come a lady names Ana does my nails. One she doesnt speak well English and every question you ask her is always a yes. She looks confused most of the time when you talk to her. No disrespect but if you live in America and you work with customers daily you need to know the language!!!!I came in for a fill in which is usually $17. She asked me if I wanted to get my cuticles cut I said yes to later find out just to do that was $13. My last time here for sure!!! Never again 😡

Nice atmosphere; very over priced and some of the staff can be very unpleasant. As with most foreign owned nail shops all they care about is the money.

The worst gel set ever! It looked horrible and I told the nail tech that it was not what I had wanted and he said it was too late to fix it even though I told him before he had finished doing my first hand. He refused to correct his mistake saying that is how everyone else likes it. He even cut my finger with the electric nail file while shaping my nails. I had to stop him because I was in pain and had started bleeding. He didnt even apologize for this. I will never go back to this salon. The worst experience ever!

Great massage chairs for pedicures

I went to posh nail spa with a friend for a pedicure. We were greeted and told to pick our colors and we sat and waited about 10 mins for our chairs, not a big deal.My chair was in decent condition, but you could tell it has massaged many backs. The rollers were pretty prominent (cushions were mashed to basically non existent) so the chair massage borderlined uncomfortable.My pedicure was pretty underwhelming and very short. Start to finish (including polish) was around 30 mins. My heels had little improvement post pedicure. The tools were not individuallly packaged, they use a dish scrubber to clean the tubs (no liners.) And my polish job is comparable to something I would do last minute before wearing sandels.Overall it was a disappointing experience and a waste of money.

I did not appreciate feeling rushed. I also was upset because They continued to speak in Vietnamese while making motions imitating me and my nails got messed up because they rushed me out with my nails wet. It was extremely unpleasant expierience and I do not recommend posh nails to anyone.

I was a customer until the last time I went I brought my own polish & after they finished my nails the lady who I always had been to decided to tell me that she had to charge a gel take off because they didn’t use their polish & charged me for one of my nails that broke (poorly constructed) which totaled to over $10 extra on top of my nail service. Before you do a service you should inform the customer what the charge will be beforehand not when they are checking out. I would have tipped her $10/$15 instead of the charge. Will never go back.

I really like this salon! In almost a year Ive been in and out of many salons and nail salons. I am really impressed with this salon. Posh really went beyond my expectation. They did an amazing job on my mani and pedi. Over all alot of space. Fun atmosphere. Lots of chatting one on one. I really love my experience will be coming back!

I asked for coffin chrome nails an she gave me square nails and the chrome I payed 10 extra dollars for came out looking purple with a little glitter on it when I asked her why it isnt as dark as the sample she replied with its because of my skin tone and told me I shouldve put it up to my nails before getting it ... which I did, which anyone who gets there nails done a lot would do ! Few minutes after this a family came in (white family) hate that I have to put it like this but they were offered drinks wine magazines even the 5 year old boy they were with got offered these things .... me an my friend didnt even know they had options like that because we werent asked .... and then this lady pull out an airwick plug in container with the cuticle oil in it which can not be up to the health code or any type of standereds .... it was just an all around horrible experience

Worst pedicure I’ve had in 20 years and the lady doing my nails was very rude. Not a good experience.

Had a mani-pedi Friday afternoon. Less than 2 days later, and the polish is chipping, flaking, and looks terrible. Worst one I ever had. The salon looks quite nice, but Im very disappointed in the work.

Ive been to this location 4 times and the first time it was an amazing experience. The lady who did my eyebrows was perfect and the guy who did my feet couldnt have done a better job. However neither one of them seem to be there anymore so I tried other people. The last lady who did my eyebrows left wax on my face and this was even after she did my nails. I didnt see it until I got in the car to leave. The manicure she gave me was poor and she basically just put lotion on my hands after painting my nails for a forty dollar gel manicure that chipped and turned colors not even a full week later. I came back again to get the SNS nails and the guy who did my nails was decent but his shaping of my nails wasnt consistent and he even left one of my nails a little messed up. I could see it from where I was sitting, Im sure he saw it but just decided to ignore it. I was offered no beverage this time nor the last. Then I went back for a deluxe pedicure with the paraffin wax. The couple that came in right before me and was sitting next to me were offered beverages but nothing was offered to me, yet again. The tech who did ny pedicure cut me pretty bad and my foot burned the entire time while she cured my gel polish and when the pedicure was over she still left the wax on my legs. I could still see through the coat of polish she put on my nails and again, nothing was offered ths whole time. Not even after she cut me. Nice lady, beautiful facilty, but very inexperienced staff. Id rather go to an older shop with more experienced techs and the job done right for way less, than to sit in luxury for a half efforted job done poorly.

My wife had a very unpleasant experience. Rushed and rude, especially when we only had time for a classic pedicure, and said no to the upgrades and a manicure.
