I have nothing but great things to say about gorgeous nails. Tracy was amazing and my designs look great. I got my nails done before Christmas and they are still very much intact.

I have received service from every staff member and I love them all! They try to remember every customer that comes in and they always do a fantastic job. This photo is a gel polish full set 4 days after getting them done. Their color range is great in the regular and gel polish.

Came in after coworkers told me about it. So glad that I did! I was switching from SNS back to acrylic over my real nails with gel polish. He took the time to give me information so I could understand everything. The design work was great and went perfectly with the picture I provided. Coming from California I am a bit hard to please when it comes to nail shops but this one is a great find. Each person helped me tonight, one for my nails, one for the design and the last for my amazing pedicure. I will definitely be returning here!! As well as recommending this to other coworkers and customers who compliment me on my nails.

When I moved here, I couldnt find a nail place that I really liked. A friend recommended Gorgeous nails to me and its the only place I go. Clean and comfortable, and the staff are so friendly! My pedicures are always beautiful!

Terri and Tracy provide great pedicures. Weve been going to them for years and followed them when they moved to Gorgeous Nails. Tracy is a good artist too and can paint very pretty designs.

I am ABSOLUTELY devastated!!! One of the techs, Tracy, rush jobbed my polish and got it ALL over my skin. I asked her to fix it, and she raised her tone and SNAPPED at me!! Stating that the oil will get it off. NO MAAM!! The oil will cover it up!! The other tech was VERY nice and fixed it for me. I was almost NEVER coming back!! What happened to customer service? Lord, HELP us ALL!!!

I had a manicure and pedi here. My nails were not painted to the quick. Toes and fingers! What the heck. I could have done a better job myself. I paid good money for a gel mani! Not going back, daughters not going back.

I tried ten places, in the area, over the last 1.5 years... I will NOT go anywhere else now.This is family owned and opperated and the one with the least experience has it in spades. I believe Ive had each member do a pedi now and every single one has been worth every penny plus some. Rates are good and options are plenti. I ALWAYS seem to get the ultimate though... because it is AWESOME!

Gorgeous Nails is under new management with Rick, Terry & Tracy as they were formally of AJ Nail Salon in Apex. Their excellent service hasnt changed a bit - just their location. I highly recommend them as the quality of their work is top-notch & they are very honest! Their salon is 10 minutes farther for me to travel to but it is so worth the drive! Absolutely love them!

Went to this nail salon based on the reviews and eneded up very disappointed. The owner and his wife are very unprofessional! I gave this place a chance twice and left disappointed both times. The first time I went the owner was yelling at customer because she wasn’t happy with the color of her nails. He told her it was her fault because she choose the wrong color and he didn’t have time to redo her nails. He told her she would have to wait until he was done with other customers before we could fix them. As to my nails, while cutting down my nails the nail tech cut my skin, until I bleed. He kept going as if nothing happen. I had to stop him and let him know how unsanitary and unsafe that was seeing that he had my blood on his finger. Gave the salon a second chance and left disappointed yet again. Went to the salon in a hurry, just wanted my toes painted before I had to attend an event. The nail tech that painted my toes left nail polish all over my toes. I pointed it out to him and he attempted to “clean up” my toes and still left them in a mess. I notified the owner of the sloppy work AFTER paying because I didn’t want him to think I was just trying to get a free service. He completed ignored me and walked away from me as if didn’t exist. All this to say, I will never return to this salon and I do not recommend anyone going to this salon.

For me.. its a place that you can be who you are as a customer. Not fancy but theyre all nice people.

Last week was my worse experience ever. I’ve visited this salon for almost a year now. Tracey has been my technician each service. Her service was impeccable at first; however once I started to share my opinion that I needed another coat or that the polish was old, her work and her attitude changed. She rushed through the service and was rude if I made a comment about her polishing. So I stopped going for about 3 months. For convenience I recently visited just before Labor Day because the salon is near my employer. Again she rushed the service leaving air bubbles to surface shortly after I left. I could not return the next day due to work and travel the next few days. I called today and she basically told me it’s been too many days since my service and not to call back. I had to call 4 times (she hung up on me twice) before she gave me Rick’s (manager) contact information. Oddly he wasn’t available when I called. He returned my call 30 mins later and said he would repolish for me. Just a warning, if you are ever dissatisfied you don’t know what you’re going to get with her. 💅🏽

I went here on Saturday morning and was very disapointed with my service. For starters, I got there when they opened which was 9am. They did not arrive until 9:30. When I got in the shop, tons of people began to arrive. I had three different people work on my feet and to make it all worse...I was cut, twice! Rough and sloppy. Was looking for a new salon closer to my house, but no luck here. Not satisfied with the quality of work. Got a pedicure and a fill-in. Will not return and do not recommend.

Nails were horrible. tech was really rough with my hand. pedicure was a lil painful. my eyebrows were great tho.

The man that did my nails was very rough and rude to me, he hurt me and didn’t seem to care, its my fault for staying once I realized that is was more painful than relaxing I should have got up and left. As I sat I googled the reviews and realized I’m not the only victim. Do yourself a favor and look at the reviews first before committing to an appointment here. It’s not worth the cheaper prices.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! There is a lady with short black hair that did my nails. She had a horrible attitude and acted like it was a bother to do my nails! They turned out horrible and this is one day after and my toe nail polish is coming off. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. This is not the first time I have left unsatisfied!

Terri was very polite, gave great advice on my eyebrows and manicure. Didnt have time for a pedicure but will definitely be back in two weeks.

Went in for a pedi and eyebrow wax. Eye brows came out perfect. Pedi not so much. He (didnt catch his name) cut my toenails so short they were sore. The polish was poorly done. They werent even shapped evenly. Was not happy at all with my $45 pedi
