Longest lasting pedicure I’ve had! I got my toes done there about a month ago before I went to NYC for three weeks. Even with walking several miles a day while I was on vacation my nails did not chip and STILL haven’t! Definitely will be coming back :)The first photo was taken the day I got my pedicure on 7/10, the second photo was taken yesterday on 8/6.

I liked so much!!! And right now, one week passed but my nails still look good! Thank you!

Okay first off it was a beautiful place but sadly I will not be going back. The work was great and turned out pretty but it wasn’t what I wanted. To start off I got a pedicure. I asked for two colors of gel polish Two! I wanted purple and white and got only white. Just wanted my toes done and chose the $20 package and got charged $32 plus $20 for gel polish….. ummm to me $52 for toes is crazy not to mention he cut into my toe a little. Okay off to the nails. This was my birthday/anniversary set. I had another nail picked out but was told they couldn’t do it okay fine I have a backup they turned out cute but $40 for a full set plus $15 for gel okay that’s fine but I did NOT get long nails so why did I get charged for the long nail service which was an extra $10? I’m sorry to me they are medium length. Any other place I go to they are medium… I also wanted purple they look more blue to me. I am not disappointed in the work per se manly upset with the price. I have been to so many nail places in the area and I heard they were reasonably priced and top service and I don’t see it. I really wanted to love it but just can’t. I have never paid so much for my nails before. Very upset.UPDATE: It has been 4 days since I last made this post and 4 out of the 10 nails have broke so I cut them and reshaped them the best I could and all of the gel polish on my toe are gone. The polish on my toes started coming off by the second day after getting them done and in just 4 days it came completely off. I sadly CAN NOT recommend.UPDATE TO MY UPDATE: Every nail had fell off. I’m a stay at home mom and just do household chores daily. I do nothing rough and they popped off. Lasted only 1 1/2 weeks.

This place blows all other salons out of the water! Phoebe and her team are amazing. Every dip set and pedicure I get from them is nothing short of perfection. I will never go anywhere else! They stay booked but for good reason!

They did a great job with the painting of my nails but the manicure didnt include a massage and my pedicure was sloppy... I had to put a top coat on when I got home.

Went to City Garden Nail Bar for the first time this week. I was in town and needed a fill so I decided to give them a try. I was very impressed with the amount of detail that Phoebe put into doing my nails. She was very friendly and aimed to please all my requests. I love my nails! The shape is perfect and the design is one of my favorites. I will be going back for a fill in before I leave town!! While I was there I also got a deluxe pedicure and it was amazing!!

I’m so disappointed. I went back a 2nd time to make sure that my first time being disappointed wouldn’t judge the quality of the entire salon but it’s stressful spending $80+ and only having it last MAX 3 days. I was so excited because I absolutely enjoyed the color options but what’s the point if the jobs not well done and on my FIRST day my toe nail chipped. I’m very unhappy because it was a great experience but the quality ended up being poor.

I’ve been here a few times and liked it, but today I had a pedicure and it was not good at all. It was the fastest one I’ve ever had- 25 minutes. Hours later, the polish started to smudge- it’s not chipping but it’s almost like the guy didn’t put a top coat on it and now it looks horrible. It was a complete waste of money- I’ll need to go somewhere else to pay to get them polished again.

I was recommended the salon through a friend, who has been going there for a while. This was the first time I’ve ever had anything done to my nails other than just polish. I had no clue what to ask for other than the color and shape of my nail. Cindy recommended we do dip nails since I’m in a beach wedding and wanted my nails to last. I am OBSESSED with the results! Cindy did such an amazing job and took her time to make sure all my nails looked great and would last long. 💕

I really enjoyed my time and recommend this nail salon highly. They have lots of colors and are able to do acrylic, gel, sns, and regular polish. They have a neatly organized book of all their colors which make it really easy to choose what you want.Shown in the picture is a full set of acrylics with nail tips. The ring finger was hand painted and the jewels were hand designed on the nail. Done by Eric. He killed this job! He was able to match a picture I brought in.Everyone was friendly and able to communicate well. They went over all their pricing, twice. Eric helped me by suggesting the type of nail medium that would be best to build the nail extensions. Very helpful. Definitely check this place out. They will take care of you!

Idk what i payed for honestly my gel nail polish started chipping after 2 days. I got a $50 pedicure and there was barley any calluses removed from my feet. So all in all I payed $27 for gel polish on my real nail no extensions and $50 for a mediocre pedicure. Ladies dont waste your time or money. Oh yeah and then was gonna charge me $10 for a glass of cheap Moscato smh the worst.

I’ve been coming here since I moved to Cary. Once around the holidays I couldn’t get an appointment and had to go elsewhere and.. they knew 😂 because my nails were not up to their standards.Phoebe is excellent, meticulous, kind, and takes the time to make your nails look perfect. I love the environment on top of the work they do.And even with the liquid gel set it’s not THICK which I love. I’m able to function even with tips.As for the photo, the angle is weird, but all nails are shaped the same. lolThanks guys!Jenny

Just started getting my nails done after a very long pandemic shut down. Just getting polish to start with. City Garden is easily accessible (appointments readily available ). I have been going about the same time and have gotten the same nail stylist. Glad I decided to give it a try!

I had a great experience at this nail bar. My new place to go for my nails. The salon is super wide and clean. My pedicure was very relaxing. I appreciated their outstanding customer service here, Eric constantly asked if my services is ok. The last thing, my pink and white refill was done by him with an excellent job. Since i moved here from Texas, this is by far the tech done my nails right. For sure, this is my nail salon to go.

I went today, it’s a good idea to make an appointment before hand.. other than that omg i LOVE this place it’s was my first time & i will most definitely come back! &would 100% recommend

Trying to find a COVID safe nail salon has been a struggle, but City Garden Nail Bar Cary has enough space to appropriately take care of their customers, keep people distanced, and comfortable. I have so far had two different nail artists and both did my nails fabulously. Legitimately the best nail results I have ever received. At this time, it is important to note they are only doing gel manicures due to COVID safety, so if you are looking for regular polish this is not the location you can go to.

Wonderful place! Technicians took their time on my mani/pedi and were very nice. Had to give 3 stars, however, since my gel started chipping less than a week after my visit. :( I would try them again to give it another chance, though!

Truly amazing nail salon in Cary! Great customer service! I had a green tea pedicure by Donny and it is very relaxing. The atmosphere is nature relaxing with soft music, complimentary drinks are available. Garden style is certainly with its decoration and the bar view is awesome. This salon is wide open and i love it, you feel a lot of space for your relaxing. Highly recommend, they are also serving wines..

I am out of town. I had yet to find someone as good as my nail tech back home that Ive been with for 10 years. Then I found this nail spa. City Garden Nail spa is the best in Cary, NC in my opinion. They are fantastic. Great with designs and detail. Great atmosphere and plenty or room. The management is professional and friendly. Very clean. I would definitely recommend this spa. This should be on the top 3 best nail spas in Cary!

I literally travel over an hour to come here, each time I came they never let me down and there upfront about everything! I can go to different nail techs at this facility and will get the same results, they are definitely known for there pedicures and the heated neck brace, my main technician Phebi applied one on me one day knowing I had a long day with a small wait, she remembers everything.. she even remember the past colors you worn before. This by far is the best nail place I’ve been too

The guy who did my nails did not do a good job. Always on the phone, taking in calls between my gel manicure. My nails are already chipping even though it’s been two days. 🙄🙄🙄 what a mess. Shouldn’t even gone here.

I got a pedi here and I wasnt really happy with the paint job. I never thought I would be disappointed in a pedi but this one wasnt worth it.The atmosphere is beautiful though. I just really dont think its worth the price.

Whenever I have been at the City Garden Nail Bar, the owners have always on site, overseeing a smooth operation and satisfied clients. The Nail Bar accepts walk-in clients who receive remarkably prompt service. Providing that service, however, does not disrupt, delay or impact their efficient handling of clients who are there by appointment, probably beause the salon seems to be fully staffed at all times, well organized and its owners are professional and experienced business people. The quality of their services is impeccable. The vibe is relaxed, friendly and quite accommodating. The business appears to operate seamlessly, with exceptional teamwork amongst the staff. Very client focused. A nice place to be pampered.

I recently came here over the weekend with my best friend for her birthday, and loved it! I got my first pedicure done here and I absolutely enjoyed my experience here! They have a great drink menu here, the staff is very friendly and made sure that I enjoyed my experience. Great customer service! Very clean and relaxing atmosphere! Great experience here. Although i was expecting more with the lavender pedicure other than just getting the lavender placed on the table. I would probably just get a standard pedicure next time didn’t really see the point of paying more.

All I can say is that I was truly pleased with my experience!It was like finding a diamond in a place you wouldnt think it would be.The whole experience was wonderful.The music was great, the pedicure and manicure.If you want wine,you can have that as well. I definitely will be returning!!!

I have gotten dip 2x here and cannot return. Both times my nails have lines on them after 3 days, cracked overlay and broke my actual nail as well as changed to a yellow stain..They said I need to be careful with what I do cleaning, makeup etc. 1, I dont wear make up, 2 I clean im not dirty but in all the nail places I have been to Ive never had to change my lifestyle because of dip. Dip is supposed to last longer, why after 2 weeks is it breaking my nails? I dont do anything out of the ordinary or extreme. I type at work on a computer and I cook at home. I shouldnt have to be careful or wear gloves on my nails especially for dip. I cannot speak for any other service but if youre looking for dip do not go here.

I took my younger sister here to get her nails done for prom, and I’m so glad we tried it! City Garden Nail Bar was a beautiful location with such a relaxing atmosphere. We both got mani pedis and could not have been happier with the results! The services are a bit on the pricier range, but, for us, the service was totally worth it! The staff there made us feel like we were special, especially Lisa!! She was so thorough and careful, something I really appreciate experiencing when paying for a service. And her customer service is amazing! She was so kind and patient with me! During the pedicures, we felt like princesses. We did the Green Tea pedicure, and it includes aromatherapy, massage chairs, scrubs, lotions, hot towels, the works. We almost fell asleep it was so relaxing. And the opportunity to enjoy a refreshing mimosa was such a nice touch. Honestly, we had such a great experience, that we’ll be back soon and bringing others with us. So, thank you City Garden staff!They are all wonderful there, and I especially highly, highly recommend Lisa! If you want to feel like a princess, experience excellent customer service with the technical skills to match, City Garden Nail Bar in Cary is absolutely a must.

Best nail salon in town. They really take the time to give you good looking nails and satisfy your needs. They have an amazing pedicure menu and offer beer and wine. The atmosphere is beautiful and I always feel relaxed when I leave. I’ve been a repeat customer for a few months now and I have no intention of going anywhere else. Worth every penny you’ll spend. I came into town for a wedding and wanted to get a manicure and pedicure. I looked for the nail salon with the best reviews and was not disappointed. A very kind lady named Lisa did my manicure and pedicure. She was SO nice and did a great job with both. She gave a wonderful foot massage with the pedicure that was just the thing after a day of travel. I highly recommend Lisa if you are going to City Garden Nail Bar!

Cant get your nails done unless you have an appointment at 4:48 and they dont close till seven they need to put that on their page but I betcha those people behind me got in 2nd time Ive gone there and they turned me away after paying 55 for a pedicure and he didnt even scrub my feet what a wsste

Ive had plenty of bad experiences in other salons, but this one went pretty well! I really liked the environment/atmosphere. It was professional and relaxing. I had an acrylic service with gel polish and it came out quite nice and even. No rushing was seen during the process, which is a plus. They almost forgot that I requested a wax as part of my service and wanted me to wait an extra 10 minutes, but once I made it clear that it was already something I asked for, they saw me in under 5 minutes.

Best pedicure Ive ever had! Everyone was so kind and nice! Koko did my pedicure and Lynn did my fiance. Highly recommend making an appointment as this place is so amazing it stays busy. Will definitely be back. So glad I found my new spot!

Great Nail Bar! The customer service here is outstanding with welcoming and definite the job is excellent. Eric is knowledgeable about your nails need and patient to explain for you. The atmosphere is relaxing with music, green leaves and bar services ( wines is the plus for relaxing, isnt it). I got lavender pedicure and i felt super relaxing after that. My nail set is awesome with the shapes that i want to be. Very satisfy with the service and true customer service here. Truly recommend !

I went yesterday and got my nails done by Lily and I must say I have never been as pleased with an experience at a nail salon as this one. I had an appointment for 5:30 but ended up not leaving till almost 8 (they close at 7:30). There’s been plenty of times where this has happened and usually the technicians will rush through my nails and I end up unhappy. That was not the case here. Everyone was super friendly and patient. I got mermaid polish on both my feet and hands and am so in love with the final product! I got my natural nails coffin shaped and they look so amazing! All the same length and shape! Usually I have to constantly direct the nail technician. This nail is longer. This nail is crooked and so forth, but Lily shaped and filed my nails and it was perfect the first time around! Lovely atmosphere and surprisingly the salon wasn’t overpowered with the smell of acetone/nail products. Will definitely be returning.

This is definitely my favorite place to come. However I made an online appt with a nail tech who I had previously. It was obviously very busy but I wasn’t given any explanation for assigning another nail tech. It was Lisa & she was very thorough & precise. I would definitely ask for Lisa again. In addition the polish that I selected & Phoebe acknowledged was not one I selected. I wasn’t unhappy with the color so I kept it.If you can’t honor a request can you provide an explanation as a courtesy? Thanks

This is an amazing Nail Bar in Cary! Awesome relaxing atmosphere with all green trees indoor, soft music. Been here with my friends for a party and we had a very great time . All the staffs are fun and get along with the customers. Great customer services and very welcome! Highly recommend this salon! Cant wait to have another party with my friends!

I have had a great experience both times Ive visited. The staff is friendly, I like the massage chairs for the pedicures. I happened to have the same nail tech for both of my pedicure services and he does a good job. Ill have to ask for his name my next visit. Definitely recommend!

This place is amazing! I’ve gone in here before and recently came again with my friends can’t figure out why I ever stopped! They are really professional, the area is really spacious/clean, everything is comfortable, and their work is spectacular at a fair price. Other places have only a couple of good nail techs while at City Garden you don’t have to worry about who ends up doing your nails because they are all so talented! This time one of my nails chipped and Eric squeezed me so I could have it fixed and he wouldn’t let me pay and wished me happy holidays, talk about quality service. Would recommend to anyone!

Way better experience at Cary location then Raleigh. At Cary location the staff is nice = better customer service. They will be the first to apologize if something went wrong and they will try to fix it. They have reward points you can earn to get discounts on their services not to mention they have a bar menu and way better massage chairs. Nail techs. are more talented. Only down fall is that they are booked quite often so no room for walk ins. Raleigh location has poor customer service, less talented nail techs., no drink menu and cheap message chairs. Upside they can afford to take walk ins. Since their service isnt that great.

Went yesterday. I had my headphones in to relax and the technician still wanted to talk. The atmosphere is nice but I was unsatisfied with the job. The tech almost cut my toe twice. Probably wont go back even though it is closer.RE to owner: I apologize for not knowing that. However, you cannot be disgruntled with customers who do not know the two of you are not the same.To amend my previous review: There is a location in Raleigh that is similar and has a similar name and concept and I like their work better than City Garden Nail Bar Cary.

I absolutely LOVE this place. I literally dont go anywhere else anymore because no where else in Cary stacks up. Great staff, amazing environment/setting and the best pedicure massage chairs - seriously. Donny, who I always try to book, is amazing, perfectionist and attentive. They have a great drink selection too!

My group has separate garden view section to celebrate my birthday with bring in foiod, spa service and bar. It is very convenient. I started going here at the beginning of summer for sns dipping powder manicure. They’ve done a great job every time and are always so nice. Everything about this place screams relaxation and luxury. From the moment you walk in the customer service individuals speak excellent English, offer you a complementary beverage, and escort you to a wall of nail color that is ORGANIZED! They don’t have any gimmicks of “oh this is more expensive” or any old expired colors, they’re all new fresh and exciting. From the moment you sit down in high-technology innovative chairs that move you around to massage you they have exceptional attention to detail. An amazing leg massage comes standard and the lady spent SO much time examining her work every step of the way to make sure it was perfect. There’s about 16 steps to the lavender pedicure so easily an hour treatment in the lap of luxury and the nail techs aren’t chattering or anything, it’s quiet and serene with beautiful spa music in the background. Seriously, I’d compare this as the affordable version of the Umstead in a second. High class, affordable, excellent care. And you can even easily schedule online! Will be back VERY soon!

Great place to get your nails done if you’re not in a hurry. This place seems to like to take their time when they work. I was there for over an hour and 30 minutes for a dipping powder service on my real nails and I’ve had this service done before at other places and it’s not taken that long. Thinking it wouldn’t take that long, I went before I had somewhere to be, but I was late. They have friendly staff, but the staff seems to multitask a lot so while they do your nails they will leave and pick up the phone or check a guest out or pour a drink. Which makes your visit a little longer. Like I said, if you’re not in a hurry I definitely recommend visiting! Nice garden vibes and they have a very good parking deck with shade!

My husband and I called about 45 minutes in advance to see if they could accommodate our 2 pedicures. Fortunately, they said it would be fine. Upon arriving, the salon was very clean and the atmosphere was great. They sat us immediately. I did not catch the name of the gentleman who did my pedicure, but he did a fabulous job and I have no complaints. However, my husbands pedicure was a totally different story. Kim was the technician and she did a horrible job. She changed his massage settings after he had already set them to what he wanted, despite being asked not to. She was very jerky and continually pushed and pulled his legs/feet, talked the entire time almost, oh and my husband had to ask her 3 separate times for his beer. He said it was the worst pedicure he has ever had and it was obvious to me after watching it. We may be back, but I absolutely do not recommend Kim.

Helen is the best! I’ve been getting my nails done since I was 16. It took 23 years for me to find the best nail tech!!!! She is very detailed and takes her time with fills and paint. I never have nail buggers to remove when I leave her station :) ask for Helen...you won’t regret it!

Only place I’ll go in the Raleigh area to get my nails done. Phoebe is the best and I really like Eric.I normally SNS dip powder for my manicure and the lavender pedicure. I leave their so relaxed and always happy!

I have been coming to this nail bar for almost a year, and I must say....Phoebe is amazing! The atmosphere is very relaxing, and the service is wonderful! You can also grab a drink while receiving services, and that is always a plus!

This space is very open and CLEAN! There are at least 20 pedicure chairs, and same goes for nail tech seats. The Nail Bar is just that- a bar that you can sit at and order wine/drinks while you get your fill in. I also LOVE that they have a great ventilation system, there is a small vent by each seat so the fumes are not nearly as harsh. The staff are all very friendly and helpful, Ive had two separate nail techs and both were great. I would definitely recommend this Nail Bar to anyone in the Triangle looking for a clean and friendly place to get their nails done!

Absolutely amazing staff ! Service is always 100%! The owners and technicians always go above and beyond to make me comfortable. This is one of the cleanest salons I have ever been in as well! The owners always make sure that your experience is great and will do anything to make it more pleasant. There is also a rewards system in place for return clients. They know me by name and always remember what I’m having to drink. I’m so pleased with this salon. I’ve been to the same salon for the past 12 years so making a change was hard but honestly this was an upgrade and I’m so glad I’ve found them! Try the Lavender Pedicure it’s the BEST !!! Eric and Phoebe you guys are great !!

I am currently sitting in the pedicure and I am already blown away with my experience. This is the most relaxing environment with a professional and kind staff. I walked into a calm and beautiful garden oasis. I am in the process of getting the Senusal Rose Pedicure and it has been a treat. The massage chairs are a God send and my pedicure supplies came out on a tray with a rose (I feel like I’m on the bachelor) and a candle is lit! Phoebe and Eric are both awesome. They took their time for my friend and I. They made us feel very comfortable and will never go anywhere else again. They are the best in town, especially for dip nails! I’ve been to a dozen nail salons for dip and every place Ive been to the top coat always cracks or discolored within a week bc Gel top coat is used to finish off the dip and then put under light to dry. But here, NO light is used and absolutely lasts at least 3 weeks! They also have lots of color selections as well.

Each time I visit this nail salon it’s a different experience. My first time visiting was great for waxing. The second time, the person who waxed wasn’t there and would not be there for several hours. The last time I went, this time in an effort to get a manicure, they refused to take me and suggested I set an appointment. It’s an extremely nice place, however I suppose they do not take walk ins as they claim to.

This is what going to get your nails done should be like everywhere. Its absolutely beautiful inside, it truly feels like youre in a garden in some far away place. They have a wine bar if you want to enjoy a glass while youre getting your nails done, relaxing music and the BEST service. City Garden has set the bar so high, at least for North Carolina. Youd think that you were in Beverly Hills or somewhere like that!! They have every variation of nails and nail art, polish they have choices of ways to decorate your nails that NO shop I have ever been to...like using a magnet with special polish to create a cats eye affect and so much more. Nail shop owners need to visit here and take notes on what they should do to have the best nail shop in their area!!! The atmosphere is awesome! The soft music, water fountains, plants and glass of wine made for a relaxing experience! The ladies were very attentive and sweet. Highly recommend and will absolutely go back!
