The salon is very clean and professional! They always do a great job whether its shellac or dip powder, and there are soooo many colors! I love this place, I’ve been a customer for years and I’ve never been disappointed. 5 star service!

Went last minute as a walk-in, I didnt have to wait. She did a great job on my nails and they are reasonably priced. They salon itself is also very nice and clean looking.

I went here on a Saturday morning after stopping by another shop where the first employee hadn’t arrived until 15 minutes after their posted opening. John did my full set and was so helpful in selecting my shape & color without being condescending or rude, as I’ve experienced in other salons. My nails are in perfectly shaped and he took his time to do everything with care and fidelity, even though they were busy and other places my have rushed to try and get the next person in the chair. Because I wasn’t there right when they opened and it was a Saturday, I had to wait a little while to be serviced, which was expected and not an issue at all. I’m saying this, though, because during that time, I was able to notice how they treat other customers, both regulars and walk-ins and I was so impressed! They were so friendly and obviously caring about their clients’ lives and they knew personal details about those that were regulars. That was refreshing to watch and made me want to become a regular. The only reason I gave 4 vs. 5 stars is because I think they could increase their sanitation a little by using fresh nail files & sterilized manicure tools on customers, as I’ve seen done in other salons. They did clean the pedi spas immediately after finishing pedicures and had nail brushes at the sink being sanitized for washing after nail services. They have a ton of gel colors and give absolutely no attitude if you need help finding or matching one! I’m going to try a pedicure when I go for my next fill-in and if that goes well, they may have a new regular customer!

I love Cindy💗 my nails are always on point when she does them. My gels last way longer than they should without releasing and she always has the coolest colors and everyone is always welcoming. I refuse to go anywhere else.

It was my 1 st time getting acrylics and there were many spots that weren’t painted and they squeezed the life out of my little fingers but I was happy on how they turned out with shape but the rest not so much

It wasnt neatly done. I had my gel manicure here the other day and you can feel lots of bumps in the nail (probably from filing the nails and she didnt brush it off neatly). The paint also exceeds the nail line so it easily catches on threads of your clothes. She had to redo 2 nails but I saw the line so hadnt had the chance to ask to redo the other messy nails. The color selection was good though, and wait time was short. Gel manicure lasted probably like 25mins where other parlors really spend more time cleaning and painting. Also, they upcharge for any hand massage (or even just lotion) which is complimentary to other salons.

Tina gives the BEST pedicures she always takes her time. I started coming here 10 or more years ago when I had an ingrown toenail and have not stopped. The owner is always friendly. If you have 45 minutes and want your slice of heaven ask for Tina and the #5.

Love this place! Been going for 7 years and the quality is incomparable compared to a few other places that have similar pricing. Highly recommend!

Im livid I just left this place I have been growing my nails out since December my nails are long I asked to clean my nails she used a really small tool and said that would clean them I asked was that a file she said no I left my real nails under the acrylic looked halfway gone I just went back in showed her my nails and asked her why does my nail look gone under the acrylic this woman said u can get artificial nails and grow them back out ..excuse me !!!!Im sorry but I grew my nails because I dont want artificial nails and this is your response are you freaking kidding I shouldnt have lowered my standards and came to a little ran down salon like this anyway listening to a friend thinking they were good I got screwed !!!!!!they dont know what they are doing I wanna post the pics of my nails but I dont know how as soon as I find out how I am doing so..i will stick with mani pedi in brier creek where I get upscale service

I had such high hopes for this place because the website looked promising. I got a wet gel removal, one of the more painful experiences of my life. I have sensitive nail beds and another employee kept insisting I get a gel right after. It was annoying. Not to mention there is still gel on my nails and the manicure itself sucked. Not going back.

Ive been going here for years. Its not a posh and glitzy place but if you want a friendly atmosphere and great nails give it a try. They have been here for like 30 years and the clientele are friendly.

EXTREMELY RUDE SERVICE! Cindy, who I believe is the owner, is extremely rude and talks about clients to the other people working in her native language. She did a terrible manicure job too, which started chipping a few days later. When I called her regarding this, she claimed that I had caused it myself and that it was not her fault. Really, if I had caused it then why would I contact you about it? The owner just tries to make money off of everything. DO NOT RECOMMEND

If I could give negative stars I would. I went here the Saturday before Easter to get my nails done. I have been getting my nails done for 8 years. I get there and wait initially 30 mins. Then they do my nails. It’s not the best work I’ve seen but I took accountability for choosing to go somewhere new. Within three days of going here three nails are broken and all of my nails have polish coming off. I asked for a gel fill in. I paid $28 plus a $7 tip. I came back Tuesday and even though I called ahead I waited 45 minutes. I asked how long until I could be seen she said another 30 minutes. I ask to come back another day she says “come back if you want” at this point I am beyond frustrated. On top of all of this she wanted me to pay another $20 have my nails fixed. I leave, then I call asking what I can do Bc between my two jobs I can’t make it back before next weekend she then proceeds to call me a liar telling me that I was only charged $20 and I’m lying and starts yelling at me. I try calmly explaining my frustration she tells me I never called ahead and that I’m a liar and they’ve been in business for twenty years and have regulars etc. So overall, I went to my regular place which I should’ve done to begin with and paid $20 to have them fixed and I am happy with the results. I would NEVER go to this salon again.

I wouldve gave them no stars if it were an option. I came here on Christmas Eve and I came here well before closing and the lady rushed through my nails. Half of my nail wasnt even covered with acrylic. She left one nail thinner than the others and one feels very lumpy. I will stick to Cary nails and will never return to this location. Very unprofessional and clearly does not know how to properly do nails. Very upset that I had to pay for such crappy services.

Horrible, they ate about putting as many people in chairs and not quality. Sloppy application on gel and the tech doing my pedicure cut me several times. I will not go back

Upon arriving who they were very friendly service was nice prices were decent although for someone who paid for a full acrylic nail set I dont believe that all of my nails should have fallen off not even a week later very disappointed
