Worse experience ever! They cut my toe & did the job of a toddler at my pedicure. I told them I wasnt paying for such terrible service & they threaten to call cops. This business needs to be shut down with the quickness! If you want great quality work go to Rose Nails or Deluxe Nail Spa in crossroads. Biggest mistake in my life going to Lees Nails. I also heard from another person that they were given an infection from this place! BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE. Picture for an example of how truly horrendous their work is.

Mkay. So I said I got acrylics or fake nails whatever you call them. first of all, the guy was kinda rude at first, but then when he cut my pinkie open, he wanted to be nice. didnt talk at all . I wanted white nail polish, but they gave me only the tips white, and the rest clear, yall know what i mean. it was 35 dollars, not too much, but expesive for their crappy service. I went to two other nail salons, platnum and kb nails, both much better service, n the nails lasted longer SO. But more expensive, kb nail was cheaper so Im probably gonna go there again. loved that place. Bu this place. just no. THEY CUT MY NAIL THAT FRIGGIN HURT GODDAMNMNNN. the reason Im not giving it a 1 star is because the nails didnt look that bad after they finsished, its just the way they did it, n the service.

I saw my long time friend/ nail technician Monica.Over 10 yrs she has done my nails, feet and eyebrows. I call her my friend first because we knowSo much about each other and our families. What started out as getting my nails done every 2 weeks turned into something so much more . They are hard workers in here. Sometimes they do the work of multiple people with half the staff . So when looking for a salon don’t bypass them as hands down they are up there with the rest . And they have yrs of experience. And as long as I have been coming here. I have NEVER gotten anything like fungus etc...Thank you Monica for such amazing service over many yrs ..❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I visited this establishment before going on a cruise. I came in on 11/9. By 11/11 3 nails has popped off and ai still has 4 days left of vacation. I got back the following Saturday and Sunday I went in and Monica took extreme care of me. She replaced and repaired my nails and they look great. She took her time and made sure my nails were done well and also showed the tech her error. Thanks so much Monica for making it right. Anyone can make mistakes and they corrected it with no issues. Thanks Monica!

Tammy is a great nail tech, and she gives the best foot massages. I promise that you wont be disappointed! #TammyRocks# The rest of the staff is always very pleasant, and they work as a team to satisfy their customers.

If it was possible to give them a zero star I would. They were terrible. They looked at us like we were bothering them and I had to say what we were there for since they didnt ask. They were playing on their phones laid back in the spa chairs. Our toes looked like a 3 year old did them. Do not go there. Save your money!!!!! Never again will I go back. Id rather walk around looking like big foot!

The place itself was very nice and clean. I paid 5 extra bucks for them to use the grater to get my dead skin off but I still had some more left after he uses it for like 30 seconds... My entire pedicure just felt rushed. I didn’t have time to soak my feet and relax . I didn’t feel like they took much time on me even though they weren’t busy at all. He didn’t even paint my toe nails all the way to the end .

Never ever ever ever go to this salon. I have long nails, wasn’t worried about what it was for a repair. I walk in and they say “ We DON’T KNOW HOW TO DO LING NAILS”I said what your a nail salon but you don’t know how to do long nails. Thought I didn’t know Korean and the lady says let her go somewhere else. I looked at her and said “ I will Definitely go somewhere else because obviously your just paying for a space and really know nothing about being a nail tech and walked out. PLEASE DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME...

Post high school student discount was told they dont have discount nail tech seemed irritated even though we were the 1st customer all day( it was noon) prices were good for services but if not going to back up listed prices should take signs down

This was the worst nail experience I have ever have. The guy that sits on the left and in the back did a terrible job, he had terrible customer service and did not say ONE word to me the entire time. He had a bad attitude. He was very rough on my hands as if he didn’t even want to do my nails. I got a fill in and the fill in wasnt even on my nails at all & he did a terrible job at painting as well. I wish I would’ve never gave them my $23 but best believe I won’t go back & surely do not recommend this place to anyone. I can’t believe I wasted my time at this place.

OMG...THIS IS THE WORST NAIL SALON I HAVE EVER RECEIVED SERVICES FROM! I went in on Sunday July 23, 2017 for a French Gel full set. The lady that sits in the 3rd chair was the worst. I am beginning to wonder if the lady in the 3rd chair has licenses to do nails because I was looking for them but I did not see any ... Anyway, My nails looked like a 11year old girl did them at her pajama birthday party. I had to go back the next day Monday July 24, 2017 because they were not smooth and the sides of all of them was chipping ... It looked like I had the nails on 4 weeks and water had gotten under them and they started lifting ... To try and make them look like something, she attempted to go back do a fill-in. After she calls herself doing a fill-in to correct the issues with a BRAND NEW SET OF GEL TIPS, they still looked horrible. You could see the lines where she went back and filled them in along with you could tell where it looked like water had gotten up under them and lifted ... I have been getting my nails done for over 15 years and NEVER have I experienced such SORRY SERVICE ... Now, I see why they have no business and you can walk in an walk out ... I would not recommend this salon to my two dogs ...

Me and my friend went in there to have a nice manicure and they yelled at us to pick a color when no one was even in there. then the guy just filed my nails and they were so uneven and pushed my cuticles down so bad they bled. Then he did a sloppy job and charged me 25 dollars which was not worth it and then filed the tops down so much that it looks like a French tip manicure with no tips just my nail. Horrible horrible horrible.

I have been coming here since high school and never had an issue. I got the SDS dip powder recently and its lasted forever. Tammy always takes her time with my nails and is a perfectionist with them. As in, Im ready to jump out of the chair and she pulls me back in so she can check and make sure my nails are even. She does such a good job and she is super nice to talk to if you talk to her. I have never had such good conversation with a nail tech. As for their hygiene, I work in a dental office and I have seen their autoclave in the back and it is a dental office approved autoclave. I always see her pull my instruments out of a sterile bag and put them on a tray which is nice I usually dont see this at other nail places. They have made the best out of their location and even recently added a bar so you can have wine or a beer while getting your nails done. You also cant beat the price. Alot of these reviews are pretty clearly people who didnt wait fo their nails to dry properly-they will smear and they wont last as long if you dont wait for them to dry properly.

This was the worst salon I have ever been too. They were slow to getting to my mother & I then, they rushed through our pedicures. My moms water got cold three times before they even began her pedicure. The polish on my toes were very sloppy. My technicals kept tugging and grabbing on my hands and feet. Not only was she rough, but she was talking about me right in front of me like I could not understand. Her body language was horrible. They literally skipped over my moms pedicure to attend someone else which defeated the whole purpose of us trying to go together! Then, I got a gel manicure on my real nails. My nails were filed uneven. The next day my polish was already coming off, when gel is supposed to last at least 1-2 weeks at minimum. So now, my toe and finger nails look like a cheap job. We ended up spending over $80 on horrible service. We ended up not tipping because the service was so horrible and we always tip regardless the circumstance. All I can say is, stay away from this salon. It probably should not be in service!

They were very rude. One of the women yelled at us because we were taking to long to pick out a color. She messed up my nails and wouldn’t redo them. Personally I would never go back there. It was cheap for just a manicure but the 8 dollars I paid was definitely not worth it.

Poor Service!!!!!! Did a honestly poor nail job and fought with me about fixing them. Nails were separated from tips, lumps clearly visible in the acrylic. I was very nice to them and tried to handle it in a professional manner. They clearly made conversation in their language probably disrespecting me. They finally decided to redo only the ones they thought were bad, 2 out of 10.

The worst experience ever. They kept asking me to pay for additional services after my 4th NO I asked the lady if she wanted to pay since she keeps asking. I guess that pissed her off because she wanted to know why I asked that and I wanted to know why she wouldnt accept my answer the first 4 times. They then started speaking in their native language and pointing at me. I decided I would just pay for this sorry service and leave. I WILL NEVER EVER EVER give them another dollar.

Wish I could give 0 stars ! Went last night 10/20/2018 HORRIBLE!! WORST NAILS I EVER HAD IN MY LIFE !! Made me bleed twice, then when I told them they said its fine, then when I said this is wrong the shape isn’t right, the nail tech yelled at me ; Im calling the Board on them Monday !!! I hope they get shut down !!

Worst nail salon Ive ever been too. Its nice inside but they did a horrible job on just a plain manicure. I have more paint on my fingers than I do my nails. Dont waste your money!!!! I will never be back nor will I ever refer someone here!!!!!!

Stopped in because of the convenience. Would not go back. I was literally in and out of the chair in 20 minutes. I can get pampered for an hour at my local spa for the same price. No comparison. Not worth the money.

Pedicure: Saturday I took my elderly Mother for a pedicure. They cut her toe nails sooo short and filed them sooo crooked. Her big toe nails were cut down on the edges so deep that when I got her home I had to knotch a V in the top middle free edge so as they grow she will not have ingrown nails. That night, my Mothers tops of her feet are burning and we are going the dermatologist first thing in the morning! DO NOT GO! BTW I did not see them open new packages of implements to use on her. We should have left at that point!

They are absolutely terrible, I was in Cary towne and stopped for the convience of it and got an acrylic full set from some man who had no clue what he was doing . When he glued on my tips one was already coming off because he didnt glue it good, and then he panted my nails after filing my nails without having me wash them or anything I had nail glue and all types of nail dust on my hands and he had to keep going over it with alcohol when he filed my nails they were shaped funny and filed uneven the man caught an attitude when I told him to fix it for my feet he had polish on my skin and rushed me out the salon after I spend $70 he charged me $10 extra on my feet because I didnt like the first color I choose the water kept getting cold and he was very rude I will not be coming back it looks nice on the inside but Im the customer service is terrible and your nails will look like a 10 year old did it

I called this salon 10-15 minutes prior to my arrival to see what time they closed. I was told 9pm. I get there at 8:20 and they tell me that they can not see me today because there is someone before me. This salon closes at 9 and i arrived at 8:20. I just wish they would of told me that they could not see me tonight when we were on the phone! I could of went elsewhere. Now i have to rearrange my entire schedule tomorrow. Horrible customer service.

Dont waste your time with this place. The workers are so unpleasant to interact with. Wanted a manicure for my 5 yr old and wanted her to get the whole experience, the lady brushed off my request and did a polish change only. So disappointed. Then my mother in law was getting a mani/pedi that was on special for $35 and they did a switch on her for a more expensive service. Will never go to again.

Worst Nail Salon Ever !!! So let me just say if there was a option for no stars that would have been my selection now let me just say Im feel sorry for the other employees but the early to mid 40s guy thats works there thats cant seem to stop watching Vietnamese soap operas long enough to do a full set is the worst nail tech in the world Im not even sure if hes certified he did my full set once I asked that he plz just keep my shape he couldnt even do that then my nails came out looking like XXL chicklets and every last one of my cuticles were bleeding he is extremely rough and rude so on to my next experience with this idiot I was in desperate need of a fill but didnt have time for it I work in the mall and I had one nail that was lifting it was extremely painful so I go in there hes the only employee around hes ask me what I need I ask him if he can fill in this one nail until I can schedule a appointment he says No im shocked like no ? Are you serious Then he says I can glue it I said Id rather you not glue it bc Ive done that 3 times and Im in a lot of pain so if you could just fill it that would be great he refuses I say why he says I have other customers when I tell you there wasnt a soul in that damn nail shop he tells me to ask the other girl so I found another nail tech hiding in the back she says of course she will do it he was so mad she serviced me he stormed out so let me just wrap this up by saying I would rather let Satan himself do my manicure before I ever go back there !

TERRIBLE! This salon is so bad, I went yesterda, a Sunday, and there were only three people working, ok no big deal UNTIL the lady rushed me out. I paid for services on my pedicure that I didnt receive. My nail polish (shellac- which I paid extra for) has already chipped and there is no reason for that to have happened.The lady grabbed my hand and just started filing my nails so she filed away my nails and didnt ask how I wanted them shaped. Then she got a little pissy when I told her I didnt want to leave a tip.Do NOT go to this salon, this place is complete crap.

I know full well they close at 9pm, so i call ahead from garner at 8:20pm to make sure they can still get me in. Come on in, Honey. I get there at 8:43pm and they say come back tomorrow Grrrrrrr!!!

The most terrible salon ever!! Went there on Monday, February 13, 2017, and polish chipped the same day! I asked for a third coat, and the guy acted like I offended him and the polish still chipped. Filed my real nails down till they were thin as paper. Dont waste your time or your moneys

Literally the very worst pedicure Ive ever had. Five of my toes have nail polish on the skin and the big toe has the cuticle covered in polish. The top edge is not polished and they were not friendly at all. I have to remove this polish as it looks like a child did it....what a waste of $36 dollars!

I think it was a waste of money that I spend that day my nails didn’t even last a week not even 5 days I’m really disappointed with the services here! Not to mention they skipped through steps while doing my manicure
