Very professional! The service was excellent and the salon and tools are very clean. Very friendly staff. Im new to the area, and this is now my go to place to get my nails done!

Made an appointment for a gel fill and was seated quickly with a male technician. I asked if they had a specific sheer pink/beige OPI color by name. In lieu of a verbal response, I was tossed the basket of samples. A simple, Im not sure, would have been fine.I was mindlessly scrolling through my phone while he was doing my nails, not really paying attention. The gel started to burn when two girls walked in asking for manicures, like he was adding thicker layers to move more quickly (they did not have enough staff to take both walk-ins at the same time). When using the rotary tool, he was hitting so much skin, it felt like all of the skin on my finger tips was being filed and was on fire.When it came time for color, I asked to see the three bottles that I had picked from the samples (which were labeled by number) to see if I recognized any of the names. One was the color I was originally looking for so I went with that one.When I was done, I had to use the ladies room and when I was washing my hands, I noticed how horrendous my nails looked. They are all different lengths. On most nails you can see where the fill line was. They are all different shapes--some square, some rounded--some are square on one side of the nail and rounded on the other side of the same nail. Some are crooked. There are pools of gel at my cuticle. Pictures are after I managed to get out a large portion of it.When I came out of the bathroom, the man who did my nails was standing there in the back of the salon and I was like, Hey, these dont look great and started pointing out the issues that Id noticed while washing my hands. Somehow, he came up with a reason that all of the issues were my fault. Eventually Jennifer overheard us talking and came to join. She agreed that all of the issues were my fault. I was getting a fill and, according to her, you have to get a darker color when you get a fill to not see the lines--something that has not been the case for me in 15+ years of having artificial nails.Jennifer offered several times, between excuses, if I wanted to do a different color or for her to redo them. I asked her multiple times, Do you think these look good? while showing her my hands. She never acknowledged that they did not look good. So after being there for an hour, being blamed for misshapen nails, a terrible fill, and picking the wrong color, I decided it wasnt worth sitting there for another hour to get them fixed by someone who thought my nails looked fine they way the other tech did them.When I got home I looked up reviews on Google, Yelp and Facebook and almost all of the low reviews specifically mention a male nail tech.I paid full price, tipped over 20%, and left dissatisfied.

I showed the technician the picture on the left of how I want my nails, and ended up with the picture on the right. I saw her sticking on a sticker on my nail and thought it would be a flower, but it ended up being a smiley face I did not ask for. Why she did this is completely beyond me. Would rate this place 0 stars if it would let me.

Tammy is amazing. She is very sweet. Gentle and articulate with application of SNS. Quality of work definitely impresses me every time that I always want Tammy as my tech now on.

So clean and everyone was so nice. Mina did an amazing job with my nails I cant wait to come back for another mani pedi. The prices are very fair too considering how great I feel the experience was!

Love this place! Clean, no harsh chemical smell, all the employees are so kind. Their prices are very reasonable for the quality of work provided as well. Highly recommend for locals as your regular nail place and tourists if you just need your nails done on the spot. My go-to nail artist, her work is fantastic. My nails ALWAYS look fabulous thanks to Nail Forum!! Even got my wedding nails done with her. Shes the best and makes you feel at home in her chair. I come here every month to get my gel fill and never leave unsatisfied. She is always changing it up and is creative with designs and colors. She takes her time and make you feel like an important part of her day. You wont regret booking her! Everyone seems friendly and the place is always clean.

Reasonably priced. They did a great job. Will make an appointment next time to avoid the wait. The ladies were nice and fast but I never felt rushed.I really liked how they organized their polishes for you to choose a color. They have plastic keys with each color and a corresponding number so you dont have to try on a bunch a different ones. Each of those colors is available in both regular polish and gel. You give them the color number and they bring the polish from the back. Never seen that before, but I appreciated it! Id absolutely be back if I need my nails done any time Im in town. Great service, great staff.

Kim is a genius. She has done wonders with what used to be very short, weak nails. They also have lots of great deluxe pedicure options!

This is by far the best nail salon I have ever been to. From the second I walked in, I was greeted with such warmth and kindness. I wanted something specific and she was awesome in explaining my options. My specialist took such care while doing my nails. Nail Forum does the best work! I move around a lot so Ive been to many nail salons and I have never been happier with my nails than when My did them. She ensures youre happy with your nails every step of the way! I got a gel manicure and three weeks later my nails dont have any scratches or chips, just natural nail growth. Definitely will keep coming back! She also has every single color that you could ever imagine! These are my nails after 3 weeks, still looking great!Ill definitely be going back on a regular basis.I will definitely keep coming back.

Love the atmosphere of this salon, was greeted by the friendly staff. They made my experience here very pleasant. As for my nails, they did an amazing job and were very sanitary. The ladies did an excellent job with my pedicure. It wasnt easy in her and she did such a thorough job yet wasnt too rough in my feet either. They are so soft now and look great.I will definitely come back here where the wait time is less and the staff very friendly and customer oriented!

I have been getting my nails done for at least 10 years now and I have been to tons of nail salons. Nail Forum has been my absolute favorite place to go. I highly recommend it to everyone! Everyone is so friendly and I never feel rushed when there is a big crowd. The quality of work done is consistent every time I go and am constantly amazed at the magic they preform when my nails. The atmosphere is comforting and enjoyable. There is constantly a plethora of polish options to choose from!

My girls and I were just looking for a place to get our nails done and this was the absolute perfect spot to go to. My nail tech did my nails was superb and treated me like a Queen. I felt very relaxed: the store smelled great, the atmosphere was beautiful, and just was a welcoming place all around . I will definitely be coming back I have found my home nail salon.

Horrible service, poor quality, had a gel manicure 2 days ago and the polish peeled off completely, talk to the guy who did them and told me to go to get them done again, when I got there he told me that he wasn’t going to do them because I peeled them off myself, he was rude and to me is disrespectful that I just paid an outrageous amount of money for him to tell me that I peeled them myself, not only he did a horrible job when he did my nails 2 days, he is also rude. I definitely don’t recommend it, and won’t be going back.

I got the acrylic full set, pedicure and eye brow wax and was very happy with the quality. This place seemed very popular since there were many people coming in and out. There also seemed to be a lot of ladies who were regulars (always a good sign). They were very fast, efficient and very friendly. The place looked clean and new. I had a pedicure done.. the staff was friendly, the employee gave me a nice longer foot and calf massage than other places Ive been. My pedicure looked pretty!The staff was so personable and sweet. I went in, as a walk in. Its was not a long wait. Everyone was friendly and niceI didnt know what I wanted. I showed them like a bunch of photos. They where really sweet I told my nail tech I love glitter and to go crazy. She did an amazing job. She used my real nail, and its length. She shaped them really well.I will definitely become a regular.I will definitely be telling everyone I know about this place

I came just for a pedicure because I wanted to see how it was. The foot massage was absolutely heaven! I who have two kids was just looking to relax and get a good pedicure! That I did Receive.My friend brought another friend who just had a baby of three months who she brought with her. As the baby was crying on the mothers lap the owner grabbed the baby and gently played with the baby so that the customer could receive the best experience possible. Having lived in 6 cities across the world and traveled in countless others, I can still honestly this is my favorite nail salon Ive ever been to. I wish Nail Forum could be in every city. Luckily enough I live across the street so it would be my go to anyways, but after one visit, I wouldnt think of going anywhere else in town.First and most important - the staff. So sweet and friendly. I have great conversations every time and always end up laughing my butt off.Quality. I have very short nails and everyone struggles doing a good job with them but every time I go they take the extra time and detail to do a quality job.Nail Forum. I love you, but you have ruined me forever as I will never find a place I love as much.

This place is great! Ive been looking for a nail salon I felt comfortable at. Nail Forum has a lot of nail techs. Its been a while since Ive had acrylics so I was also a lot nervous but was greeted upon walking in. I immediately got sat as it was a little slow mid-afternoon. My nail tech was super nice and accommodating. Luckily, shes been in the business for a while and had experience with Ombré nail designs. Anyway, my nails turned out awesome and I loved this place!!... Ill come back for a pedicure soon!

I walked in and got a mini deluxe pedicure--which included sugar scrub, lotion, and cooling gel--and this SUPER COOL chrome gel on my fingernails. Kims attention to detail was amazing! She also didnt seem to rush when they got a bit busier, but she didnt waste time either. She was great! Ask for her whenever you can. The owner also praised Kim for her artistic abilities while I was there, so ask for Kim for any fancy designs you want.

This place is excellent! Came for the first time yesterday for a gel mani and will definitely be back.It is super easy to make an appointment. The location is convenient. The inside is clean, homey feeling and well organized.The little details they incorporate into the experience to make you comfortable are excellent and well done. The chairs they use are super comfortable, and they recline, which is brilliant!They have a great selection of colors for gel polish. The tools are all super clean and immaculate and the service itself is performed with the utmost attention to detail, without taking a long time to do. I dont think Ive ever gotten such a beautiful gel mani!

One of the best places Ive been to in awhile. Ive been there twice now and left extremely pleased both times. Prior to finding this place I jumped around to numerous different nail salons and was never satisfied with the work that was done. My manicurist is awesome. I have gotten the dip powder in the past and it would crack and chip off within days so I just kept getting shellac polish. I was suggested to get the dip powder the last time I went and it lasted the three weeks between appointments so I got it again this last time. I would definitely recommend this place. I will definitely be coming back!

I really love this place now. I was skeptical at first for the first 2 inconsistent manicure I got. But my pedicure is always on point the ladies are all friendly, and super nice. Highly recommended.

I have been coming here for a few months and it was a great move from where I was going before. My last place after years of loyalty felt rushed. I found Nail Forum from google and I am more than please. They do a through and clean job. I am impressed with the disposable pedicure spa kits that guarantee sanitary conditions during pedicure. The set up is comfortable and classic. Prices are reasonable and my gel pedi lasts 4-5 weeks and acrylic nails 3-4 weeks. I have had no issues with paint jobs or quality of services!

The service was great. I didnt have to wait at all, they started doing my nails as soon as I arrived. The lady working on my nails asked frequently to make sure she was doing my nails the way that I wanted them. The nail salon was much cleaner than other nail salons I have visited, the people are very nice and the prices are reasonable. Overall the service was great and I will definitely be returning to this nail salon.

I have been here many times, it was very close to my house and super convenient. I only get pedicures. Lately though, it seems that the service varies greatly depending on which person does your pedicure. Ive had great experiences and some not so great ones. Today, I had an hour to get a pedicure before I have to pick up my kids and the craziness of the afternoon ensues. I arrived at about 2:15 and they had several customers getting manicures and/or pedicures. One of the workers said it would be just a couple of minutes, which is fine, I could see they were busy. However, its now been 30 minutes and they havent even put water in the tub to soak my feet. I wish they had just told me it would be such a long wait instead of letting me just sit there. What a waste of my time. Just be honest. 😠

Ive been going to Nail Forum basically ever 2-3 weeks. My experience only continues to get better! The girls greet me, know my name, and are alway super friendly. Ive also never had a bad mani or pedi! This is the best place Ive had my nails done, probably ever. It doesnt matter which tech you get, theyre all awesome, friendly, and do a wonderful job!

Horrible experience both times I have went. My nails not only chipped after a few days of getting them painted (both times), the customer service was also poor. Anytime I requested what I wanted I was told no and ignored. My first time there I got my acrylic nails soaked off and manicure (which didn’t last). I decided to try them again for a full set which was a big mistake. No attention to detail, contiounously ignoring my request for color, shape and length and on top of it all poor customer service. I’m new to the area and decided I would give them a try. BEWARE! I’m not too sure of his name but a male did my full set and his attitude was so poor I contemplated living before he even put the polish on. I won’t spend another dime in this place.

My favorite new nail salon in Cary. Very clean and friendly with plenty of space. Ive never had to wait for a chair and can almost always get toes and hands done at the same time.

Came in here and made a reservation last minute and got a gel mani and a basic pedi. The mani and pedi were both good and the pressure of the massages were just right. I felt bad being the last customer in there and was expecting her to rush but she still did everything and even double checked my nails at the end. I also appreciated how she fixed my 2 broken nails with some acrylic instead of just dabbing nail glue.

I’ve been going here for years mainly for pedicures by Vivian. She does a great job! The salon is very clean.My only wish would be that they play relaxing music instead of having the TV on. I go after work and watching the news is not relaxing at all. It would be more spa like with music.

Cleanest nail salon Ive been to. Pedicure was great with a clean liner put in which makes it sterile as well as the instruments that are used that come out of clean sterile and sealed packets. Floors are extremely clean as well as the entire salon. Great salon and I will be going back.

Very cheap salon and not in a good way. Needed to get this acrylic set off after work since it was irritating me, so I went to the closest salon at the moment which happened to be this one. One thing is for certain: do not go to this place for the removal of acrylic nails. They will pick them off and damage your nails instead of soaking them in acetone. Ill make sure to stick to going to my regular nail salon at North Hills. Hopefully the dipping powder there brings life back to my nails.

Got a pedicure and full gel set the other day. Best nail salon I have EVER gone to! Not only are my nails absolutely gorgeous, the staff was super fun and engaging unlike most other nail salons. I will only come here from now on!
