April is such a kind human being who truly cares about the quality of her work. My nails look and feel fantastic and healthy. Her space is small but she take every precaution to make sure that you feel safe during this time and only takes 1 client at a time. I love her energy and nail art. Highly recommend!

I loveeee April so much. Ive never brought her a design that she couldnt do. She takes COVID precautions very seriously, which I appreciate. Her scheduling is top notch and has always been able to accommodate my busy teacher schedule.

Wonderful experience with April! She was gentle with my nails and the Gel-X looks amazing. My nails look beautiful and she was able to do the design I asked for and make it super cute. I would definitely recommend and will be going back!

I cant say enough good things about April and her work, so heres a picture on the 10th day after my manicure: Gel-X extensions and polish. I have a toddler, do a lot of typing, wash my hands/dishes/etc. a lot, and generally dont take great care of my nails so this is phenomenal. But even better: shes also friendly, thoughtful, and professional. Id never gotten enhancements before but I wanted to grow out my sad, scruffy nails - Id stopped getting manicures a few years ago because other technicians had made me feel worse about them so this was a leap of faith.April took such care in picking out and tailoring each nail to each finger, hand-shaping them and checking in with me, and she talked over how to achieve my goal of healthier nails. Ive got a plan, folks! Given the amount of effort and artistry she put into her work and how long theyve lasted, $60 for a two-hour appointment seems like a steal. (Thats before a tip, but trust me, youll want to add a bit more in thanks.)

I am so happy I got my nails done by April! I haven’t had my nails done for a very long time. I don’t like places that pack in as many people as possible, rush through the whole process and do a ok job. April is completely different. She took her time to do a beautifully thorough job. The shape of my nails are exactly what I wanted and they absolutely look perfect! She has her own area to do nails inside Douglas Carroll Salon. She is the only person to do nails there so you won’t be bothered by getting someone different to do your nails every time you go. You can always count on April being your nail tech and you can always count on her doing her best work each and every time. She is a perfectionist and I am so happy with my nails! On top of doing a great job on my nails, April is super friendly. I talk a lot sometimes and can be kind of eccentric but she was so nice and really made me feel comfortable and welcomed. If you care of great work and friendly attitude from your nail tech, you need to see April or you are missing out!

I love getting my nails done with April. I live 2 hours away so when I’m in town, I always make sure I book an appointment with her. She reserves enough time for your nails and always does amazing work. She is very meticulous, pleasant, and I never leave unhappy. She’s like family. Her work is second to none. I always get compliments on my nails. I will never go anywhere else.

April does an amazing job with Gel-X. I looked high and low for someone to do Gel-X extensions and I found her! Im finally able to grow my natural nails out with no damage.

I love Aprils work. My nails are healthier and stronger since going here. The Gel-x system is the way to go if you want to stop using acrylic nails that have been proven to be damaging to your natural nails.
