Had a fantastic experience. Staff was friendly and patient. Truly gave me a royal experience. I got the paradise spa pedicure in lavender. The massage chair actually got out all the knots in my back. I left feeling refreshed. Highly recommend.

I went today gone for pedicure but that guy who gave me service, he told me to do quick pedicure I choose margarita pedicure then also he told me to do quick if I wanted to do quick the why I selected that service and the reason is he wants to rush to go anywhere. That is not acceptable as professional. And then he is ready to to give me service but he did not done good as per picture, he didn’t even wash my legs after warm napkin massage. It shows white cream after done pedicure so it’s not good. I will not suggest to anyone now.

I went and got acrylic nails and the person that did it was Nicki. She did a wonderful job and I will definitely be asking for her next time. The nail salon was also very clean and I felt very comfortable being there.

To start off I called and set an appointment for a pedicure. I was under the impression when you set an appointment it’s so you can be serviced at that set time, as I was on a schedule. Took about 15 minutes after my appointment time to start getting serviced but that wasn’t too big of a deal.What’s making me leave this review is the man in the pictures. When I asked him to make my toenail a bit shorter he acted as if he couldn’t see the problem and proceeded to SLAP my legs/feet and say “I’m done, GET OUT”. He continues to get loud and disrespect me even after the manager came and told him to go to the back. Another man serviced me but I got no apology from the manager or anything concerning the incident it’s clear they don’t value their customers. 👎

Expected that I would be entertained late since i was just walked in (waited an hour) Sadly,when it was my turn they actually entertained someone else who was next to me. And waited again for another couple of minutes. And the guy who was supposed to do my nails just said sorry and I’ll just wait for another 2-5minutes.When it comes to cleanliness i have nothing to say but they’re neat and sanitized.

Went with my daughter today, fills for both of us and she wanted a simple design on 2 fingers. WAY too expensive for the experience and results! My manicure was OK (at best) but the male technician that was assigned to my daughter was rushed, rough with filing, cut the skin on her hand with his nail, and had no business trying to paint any kind of design. We asked them to fix but he made it worse so we cut our losses and left. Will not be back.

Yesterday was my second time going to WYNN NAIL BAR CARY. It was a truly luxurious and decadent experience. Loved the principal of natural products on my nails. It was about a 75-90 minute experience #lovedit. This time I did a 30-minute dazzle pedicure. Interestingly, I did not feel rushed; and yes, my nails dried completely in exactly 5 minutes #superimpressive. Both times I really loved the fact that they were ready and waiting for me; engaged in pleasant and professional chatting (and was cognizant of when I just wanted to be silent and close my eyes); and had great background music. I recommend WYNN NAIL BAR CARY.

I’ve worked as a hair colorist for 27yrs and also a short term with the NC State Board of Cosmetic Arts. My eye is always peeled for quality service, technique and cleanliness. LOVE this nails shop!! went for the first time today and they did an amazing job and the employees were the sweetest.

I have been here many times before and have never had a problem. Yesterday I went in for a full set of gel nails. I told the technician repeatedly that I had gel acrylic on my nails that would need to be removed. He ignored me and tried to put tips on top of the gel I already had on. He finally soaked the gel off and had to do a good bit of filing to get the gel off. He grew impatient and tried to pry the gel off with a tip. This resulted in him ripping the tip of my nail off my finger which bled profusely. His solution was to offer to initially ignore it then to put a tip on top of it then to blame me for having the gel on my nails. I asked him to just clean them up and I would leave. See pictures for what they looked like when I left. No manger or other nail tech came to help him or ask what happened (even though I could hear him telling them what had happened). He was very nonchalant and kept trying to blame it on me. I will never set foot in this place again.

Today was my first time going for a manicure and pedicure at Wynn Nail Bar in Cary. I had a great experience. I highly recommend Wynn Nail Bar. 😊

Came in and asked for a pedicure and a fill in. The person that did my feet, I asked if he could make sure he scrubbed the bottom of my feet and he then asked for a tip. It was also very rushed. For my fill in, he was rushing, had the drill on high, tearing up my cuticles. The drill was so high it made my fingernail bleed, after telling him “ouch”, he continued to try and drill some more. Very disappointing and never coming back. Not pleased with my nails at all.

I go to Wynn Nail Bar every two weeks to get my nails done by Nicki, she does an amazing job. I’m so happy that I found this salon and it’s so close to my home. Everyone in the salon is very friendly and very professional. Thanks Wynn Nail Bar for the great service and clean atmosphere.

Highly disappointed. The guy who did my nails did not bother to clip, push back cuticles or remove any dead skin. I accidently smudged my polish on the nail lamp and he berated me for ten minutes about it. He then treated me like a child and roughly and aggressively moved my hands for me every time he wanted to apply new gel and heat them. Even with his extreme hands on approach, I still tipped him in cash and he complained about the amount. Will not be going back here again.

They are great here! I had my acrylics removed and a gel manicure here and they took their time so that it wouldnt hurt and since my nails were thin from the acrylic removal they put an extra coat of the gel polish. I felt like I was being taken care of and pampered.Super friendly and didnt make me feel awkward. Would definitely return and recommend!

I sadly had several issues with my experience I booked an appointment for 10 AM and waited until 10:45am. Several of my nails looked as if they needed to be filled and I had just gotten them done. The nails were not at the same length and overall just don’t look like what I paid for.

Completely enjoyed my experience here at Wynn Nail Bar. The parking is pretty good for such a busy area. The shop is extremely organized with all their appointments on a structured schedule. The owner was extremely friendly. We were greeted immediately upon entering and seated to pick out colors while we waited. Our appointment was at 4, but we showed up about half an hour early. They were great about taking us early. Overall, my friend and I enjoyed ourselves and we would definitely go back. Everyone was friendly and their other customers seem to love them! Definitely give this place a shot!

I have tried several nail salons and Wynn Nail Bar is a solid 10. The interior is absolutely gorgeous, immaculately clean and feels just like a high end spa. My daughter and I both got a full set of acrylics with gel and theyre perfect. Everyone there is precise and takes their time to ensure that your nails look great. We cant wait to go back!

I got an acrylic set with gel + chrome, as well as a chrome gel pedicure, and both lasted far longer than I expected - everything looked neat and pretty one month later. We are in the middle of a pandemic and instead of doing your own nails at home since were all staying home, you venture out to a nail salon due to laziness (or vanity) and was not satisfied with the results and you want us to feel sorry for you???The nail spa may have issues. A couple of months ago, on my way to Whole Foods, Ive seen Cary Police at that location talking to a black customer and 2 Asian technicians. Of course I dont know what it was about since I was just passing by but my advice to you is to not be lazy and do your own manicures in the future. It is possible they may not want BLACK customers...

I paid $50 for an acrylic full set with gel polish and they looked like I could’ve done it myself. The nail tech I had didn’t know what he was doing. Every time he dipped the the brush into the powder and liquid he waited about 5 seconds before applying my nail. I’ve never seen that before and I’ve been getting my nails done for over 5+ years. I asked for coffin nails and the shape was poorly done. I always leave a tip even when I don’t like the work and when I came back to my seat after washing my hands he told me to go up to the front to pay. He never came back! He was rushing the entire time. My nails look bumpy and some parts are missing polish.

Im so pleased with my visit to Wynn Nail Bar!!! Technician is amazing! I will say that Im always so skeptical of going to new nail salons because it can be a hit or miss but this place has become my new fav spot. Three of us went for pedicures. 1 was good and 2 were average. It is nice they dont try to upsell every procedure. But it was a bummer that the massage lacked any pressure and any technique or training of a foot massage. In all honesty the man barely even touched my feet during the massage just up and down the sides of my legs. (Ive been through nail school- thats not what we learn).They also didnt offer callous removal and only used pumas blocks on our heels.It was clean. They were nice- but I wouldnt go back.

The girl who did my nails was fantastic but my pedicure was subpar for a 40 dollar pedicure with my “12 minute” massage that was only 4 minutes is the reason why I will go elsewhere for my pedicures. From start to finish my pedicure was under 22 minutes.If you’re like me and the massage is the best part of the pedicure look elsewhere. Not worth the money

The best! Ive been coming to for a little and I have no complaints. I always get my nails done by Phan. She does a phenomenal job! Close to my work and good reviews so I gave it a try. Walked in on my lunch and was pleasantly surprised. They had a large arrangement of gel colors to pick from. I was seen quickly (about 10 mins).I expected to do an acrylic gel fill but My manicurist took one look at my nails and could see I was in desperate need of new set. I didnt know if I would have time but My manicurist assured me she would get me done quickly and I would be happy.I was so impressed with how quickly and efficiently they worked together.I was done on time and my nails looked amazing. 2 weeks out and Im still getting so many compliments on my mails. This is my second time coming her and they are the rudest MFs I have ever had to deal with I went to get color acrylic powder fill in and I had to talk to 3 different people. Do not ever come here for anything. They are so rude!!! Not worth the trouble. Furthermore they are not cutting edge in the nail industry since colored acrylic powder is very popular.

Super happy with my nails! I stopped by on a Thursday at 1pm and was seen for a gel mani and pedi within 15 minutes. Technician was wonderful and very technically precise. No polish on my cuticles or under my nails! When I asked for finely detailed nail art she told me she wasnt great with that so she had someone else do it and it turned out great.The place itself is very clean and pretty. They offer loads of nail colors and carry Shellac and OPI gels. I would definitely come back!

My friend Connie recommended this nail salon to me. She had suggested the dip method and how the nail technician did a great job. I opted not to go with that method but to continue with Gel nail polish. I was freaked out about doing a gel nail polish service because my nails had gotten so thin and I didnt want to damage them further. Nina my nail technician didnt push me but explained how she would do my nails that would not hurt the nail bed to an awful thin and weak point. I have been going there ever since, and my nails are amazing. Thats just my 2¢. You be the judge :).

I will not be returning here ever. I had checked on google before I went and saw that they closed at 8. I walked in at 5:30. I asked if they had time to do an Sns with one design on each hand and showed her the picture of what I wanted. She took my phone to ask the woman if she could who said yes.As soon as I sat down she was reaching for my hands, not giving me any time to pick my colors, so rushed to look through the massive basket. I wanted one glitter and one regular. She said I shouldnt do a glitter with design, which I thought was rude, but I persisted, I didnt want the design on the glitter nail. I picked my color and they were out of the non glitter color I wanted so I picked another that was supposed to be a gray with lavender undertones. The color on my nail is bright lavender, no gray undertones at all.I explained that 3 of my nails had broken and would need tips, she only did one. She also asked if she would have to reshape my nails, which, of course? There a million th grown out. And she didnt do them correctly. I asked twice for an almond shape, showed her a picture if the shape I wanted and then asked for more of a point at the end, but she kept making them very rounded. I still had to reshape every one of my nails myself at home. Not a single nail was even or the same length. She didnt rough up the nails before putting the tips on and she couldnt get a tip to stick to my middle finger, nor did she try a different size, Im pretty sure the tip she used was too big so there were gaps, which is why it kept popping off and I dont have a middle nail now. She cut my fingers multiple times which is an issue for me, my hands are in water and tea tree a lot of the day and now my fingers are so irritated and red and stinging, she cut me at least twice on each ring and pinky finger in both hands. She did a great job with the design, its very cute.By the end, she was really in a hurry and another stylist had to remind her to leave the gel topcoat (that she said I needed) in the lamp for 30 seconds and not to rush it. She never asked me to wash my hands, never put cuticle oil on, and by the end, all the people that worked there were clustered around us with their jackets on. As soon as I walked out at 7:28, every light was off and the door locked. I paid $50 and left a $13 cash tip.I felt like the stylist was irritated at ME that she took 2 hours. If you dont stay open on Fridays until 8, perhaps dont post that time of Google.I felt like I gave them the right expectations of what I wanted by showing pictures.I really dont leave bad reviews, but this is too much. I probably could have dealt with most of it, but not asking me to wash my hands, no cuticle oil, cutting me so many times and just plain not listening to me and then rushing me out the door is not really great practice.

Great Service & quality of work every time I come

This was the worst pedicure I’ve ever had in my life and I’ve been getting pedicures for over a decade now. She cut my toe while buffing it and it started to bleed. Then she had the nerve to get an attitude when I asked for a band aid. I also, told her she should throw away the buffer she used. She kept pulling on my feet the entire time smh. I let her know how annoyed I was. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO VISIT THIS SALON!

Do NOT RecommendI had my pedi done this morning and the experience was just frustrating. I did the Deluxe pedicure which was priced for $40. The technician was in such hurry in every single step. She literally scrubbed three times on each of my feet and called it “callus removal”. You see nice descriptions on the menu but trust me you’re not getting half of what they claim they would do. The color though, was nicely applied.Another issue I had was that the WiFi was not accessible. My technician couldn’t provide me the correct password and kept blaming me not typing it correctly. “Just keep trying. You just have to keep trying.” That’s what she said to me. When I finally gave up and asked if I can get a magazine (I had no signal at all) she told me they didn’t have one. Okay. Oh not to mention my massage hair was broken so I just had to sit there and wait.Thank goodness it was finished and I processed to pay. My technician made sure to follow me to the front desk and stared me so hard when I wrote down the tip for her. I tipped her anyways. Not as good as I normally would do for my technicians at other nail salons but sadly I don’t feel bad. I could honestly not.

I was there and cindy did my nails. she jerked my hand to do the nails and hit a bottle then she straight up said look what you did. i got the dip acrylics and it came out very long and uneven on one finger and when i was getting it done she told me not to look at the nails because it makes it hard for her. also the other staff there was very helpful and polite. im a teen and feel that she treated me that way because of my age. another customer (an adult) came after me and cindy was very polite to her. i will not come here again.

I came to wyn in an effort to have a nice experience vs doing my own nails at work and since i unexpectedly had some extracash for once I figured why not . The gentleman i had idk if he was having a bad day or what. I had to explain for 5 minutes that i wanted sharp stiletto nails and in the end i had to show him a picture of what i meant. He hurt me multiple times with the drill as i have thin nails which o mentioned to him. He filed off the point of the nail so they are not sharp. They are also inconsistent in the point. After he finished polishing he filed again which breaks the seal(which means they will be chipping sooner) andddd dulled them anymore. The whole situation was more anxiety inducing instead of relaxing and not even close to being worth the $60 i paid.
