I *LOVE* this salon! Dana took care of my gel pedicure and gel manicure. She was very patient with getting the round square filing of my nails. She was very professional and attentive to detail too! My friend had Jim do her gel full set and she is very pleased with the results. The massage chairs are comfortable too. I will absolutely be returning to Rose Nails in the future.

I went in with my daughter and I said I wanted a fill in, pedicure and fullset. After my fill in and some paint was done the dude asked me to ask some lady if she could do my design. She looks at my phone in disgust and proceeds to say something to the guy in their language. Then says to me Im busy now I cant do it. First off all I was here before the lady youre doing currently and whats with the attitude. I will never spend money in that place again. Now Im walking around looking goofy with two blue nails since she choose not to do a design for me. Dont have a business if you pick and choose who you want to work on

From out of town and desperately needed nails fixed. Hai or Tai. (Not sure of correct name) did the best job I’ve ever had of cleaning up my nails; and shaping them. He had to leave before he was finished so I hope he got his tip.

I been supporting their businesses for a few years now ! They have some talented employees which is why I continued to come . However, Over the years I realized they don’t have the right customer service and also they could use some more employees to be trained in different areas of the services . If you want a regular manicure, and pedicure they got you but If you want a dip, or certain nail art, or even French nails they don’t have many employees that can do this!I started doing more of the dip recently and they started to have me wait longer, tell me to come another day for my services, to switch to general manicure instead . So rude !!!! Why would you try to change a clients services! Makes no sense.The last time I came they requested another employee to come from a different nail salon to come do the work and she did it so fast that on my trip the dip started to come off on the third day !! I decided to give them another chance before I completely parted ways with them and decided to make an appointment for pedicure. I get there and he tells me if I can go to the other salón thats near by or to change my services date for the next day.He tells me that employees got sick last minute. I understand but the minimal thing he could of done was call me and let me know especially with being a long term client.Customer service experience could definitely improve!!!

I had an appointment, which I scheduled weeks in advance. I walk in EARLY for my appointment, and still after 45 min from my appointment time and 1 hour from walking through the door, I’m still not serviced. No problem, I’ll take my $75 somewhere else. Appointments mean nothing here!

They did an amazing job on my nails! I showed them a picture of what I wanted and they did a great job. Dat did an amazing job and made sure I liked everything the whole time! Helen from Rose Nails did this Christmas design on my nails today and I love them! She was so sweet and clearly enjoyed creating this adorable design. The little details she added were perfect. The cost was completely reasonable and the atmosphere was inviting.

I would 100% recommend this place to anybody and everybody. I am very picky when it comesto my nails and they have never disappointed me. Often times they offer beverages and they’re very friendly and welcoming.

Friendly and extremely understanding, as well as quick, yet careful and gentle. I came in with two other friends about an hour before closing. We did not have appointments, but they still took us as walk-ins, and we were helped right away! Two of us are autistic and had not been to a nail salon in years, so we were confused about the pricing and the procedure. They kindly explained everything to us and made us feel comfortable. As for the quality of the services we had done, the nail technicians were super attentive to detail and did wonderful, high-quality work!

I went back and forth, should I say anything or should I not. I am a huge small biz supporter and anti-Karen, but honestly, people need to know and this business needs to improve.Rose Nails used to be the go to for me and my friends. The manicures last forever for the price (seriously, do they use cement? It’s magic) but we always knew they were quirky and somewhat unreliable. Well, one of the girls was getting married and we decided to get our manis and pedis at Rose. Knowing how flakey they can be, when I made a reservation for 5 girls I not only left all my information (they usually only ask for a first name...but I left my phone number and email) but I called back to confirm twice. When we arrive the day of, they seem overwhelmed and surprised that we are there and most importantly, unapologetic. We ended up being there for a total of 4 hours. For anyone who has gotten married, you know time is valuable your wedding weekend.Fast forward two years, post Covid. Mind you, they lost five loyal customers my friend’s wedding weekend, but I figured I would give them a second shot. They say on their website they open at 10am and I got there at 9:50. Their sign said open so I go in and am told to pick my color. While I am doing so, two other women walk in saying they have appointments (which, I’m sure they did, but the woman working did not check nor did she seem to know them). She takes them before me, which is again fine because they have appointments. I then sit there for 30 minutes without seeing any other technicians. The guy who typically answers the phone arrives and says “they are coming” but cannot give me an ETA and claims “maybe there is traffic”. On a Sunday at 10:30? After waiting another five minutes, I realize that the other woman still waiting for her reserved pedicure will be taken in front of me and decided to leave.It wasn’t until today’s experience that I decided to write a review. Rose owns another salon, Nail Time, just a few miles away. Sometimes when they are busy they will call technicians over from that salon and visa versa. I was out running errands and decided that since my timing in the area would work out to get in right when they open, I would give their sister company a shot. 10am comes and goes...and before I knew it, it was 10:10 and there were no lights on it technicians inside. I could have waited longer to see if anyone arrived, but knowing how they can be, I left. I am finally and officially done with this business and hope they see this review and take the steps to improve.

Happy with my nails. Thomas at the front was very friendly and chatty. Nails are uneven on both hands but it is a pretty SNS manicure. I was charged an extra $10 for a “manicure” whereas other places there is no extra charge for normal cuticle cutting. Friendly staff and awesome color range. Just wish I knew getting my cuticles clipped was going to be extra beforehand.

Not Sure 🤔 If They Weren’t having a good day or what but my sister and I went in to give them a try. I don’t think they know how to talk to people. The MAN kept telling us to sit down, not giving us time to pick out our colors or anything. They kept Rushing Us To sit down and cutting us off when we tried to ask questions about the services we wanted to get, while giving us the impression that we were bothersome to them. So that’s why I’m giving this establishment one start because we never got a chance to receive services because they weren’t Nice to us at all so we left and spent our MONEY 💴 Else Where @Posh Nails In Cary And We Loved it . Walked in to the owner telling me to sit in a chair that was in the corner of the salon. I upgraded to deluxe and the service was still rushed. The owner thought I wanted no polish for some reason & then someone told the lady doing my nails that I wanted gel when I never had the chance to say what I wanted so when I did, the owner seemed irritated that I changed my mind. So that was fun while I was trying to relax since Ive had a rough enough week. Then at the end I sat at a tiny fan while holding my hands up for 15 mins to dry my nails instead of sitting at the front nail dryers. Overall, the polish job is pretty bad, I couldve saved money & done them myself and theres transparency when I hold them up but I felt like I couldnt say anything because last time I had a problem with polish there, the manager made me feel bad. The woman doing my nails was very sweet. Manager always makes me feel like Im a burden when I come in so I will not be returning.

It was my first time coming here and it was great. I felt very safe getting my nails done during covid, they took my temperature and have glass between myself and the nail tech. My nail person was name Claudia she did a wonderful job and the leg and hand massage was great! Definitely recommend

Worse nail place i have been to. Those are my nails just done. Plus they said one price then charged 8 more dollars! Also just to color my grandaughter nails it was $13 when they said $10. Staff nit friendly

I had such a wonderful experience at Rose Nails! Long was the gentleman who gave me a pedicure and I would highly recommend requesting him for yours. He was very attentive and kind and was not trying to rush through the pedicure like other places I’ve been to. Also he gave me a wonderful leg and foot massage, which is always what I’m most picky about! I will definitely be coming back to Rose Nails!

I always request Long—he strives for excellence and is super friendly. I always get gel manicures and regular pedicures when I go. Give this place a try...you won’t regret it.

My normal nail salon was closed, so I decided to go to Rose nail for a fill in. Dat did a GREAT job on my nails. I walked in with no wait and he made sure my nails was exactly how I wanted them. He was fast and did a good job. I was very impressed!

Came in about 515 today asked if they had time to do a full set (my daughter) and a fill in (me), was told yes and to have a seat in chairs 1 and 2. The owner, Im assuming, brought me the colors and told me to choose while the young lady started my daughters nails. At about 540 the young lady said they would only be able to do my daughters nails, not mine. Then came over the owner who stated I either dont get them done or I wait for the lady to finish my daughters nail because the person he called to do my nails is not coming. The young lady started saying something in a foreign language which I assume was with all due respect sir I am not staying late. Now, she was polite, reasonable but him not so much. Now my problem with the whole ordeal is I knew what time it was when I walked in so I asked if the had time. Why lie? Why have me pick out colors, etc? A simple we may not be able to or I have to call someone would have worked since Royal nails was willing to stay open late to service both my daughter and me. I did not want Royal to stay late if I could fine someone else so Rose nails screwed me all around. Now I have a chipped nail and no one to fix it since they lied. The 3 stars is simply for ladies good work and kindness

Love this place! Long is the best! He takes his time but the quality is always on point. Good conversation too. Entertaining and relaxing. I have been going to Long for almost eight years now!

Got the Deluxe pedicure ($30) which included extra callous removal. Trish did a great job! I had what I thought were bad callouses, but she wasnt phased. I was in the (glorious) massage chair for over an hour. I wish the foot/leg massage had been firmer, but besides that I was quite pleased.The regular pedicure has light callous removal with a pumice stone. Mine was layer 1 - it involved one of those cheese grater looking things, plus the pumice stone. Next time I may need to investigate layer 2 to see whats involved.Note: photo is basic pricing posted on the wall, though they have a menu for fancier manicures (unsure of price range) and pedicures ($25-$95).

Dana did an excellent job! Its been 9 days and my gel manicure and pedicure still look great that i got for my birthday. Very reasonably priced, friendly, and talented. From what i saw, all the other techs were great as well. Even when i move away Ill keep coming here.

First time visiting this place and it was all bc of convenience and reviews. The lady named Tina did my pedicure and she deserves 5 star!!! Took perfect time and best polish job! The only reason i put 4 stars is because my boyfriends pedicure couldve used a little more work. He plays sports and is hard on his feet and it was a bit hard explaining/translating to his tech what he needed her to do. Other than that everything else was great.

Roses nail is absolutely the go to spot for us busy mom. Since day 1 Helen has taken her time every single time, and goes above and beyond. I get 45 min of pure relaxation. I usually fall asleep during her foot massages. She has done one amazing job restoring my feet after many years of soccer. The entire staff is so friendly and you will not be afraid of catching a flesh eating disease everything is so sterile and very clean. Now the owner he’s his own person, once you can get past his over focused personality ( which is not a bad thing) he’s really sweet❤️.This hidden gem is going to be your new favorite spot.

I always love this place, they do good nails and are super personable. I took my two nieces ages 7 & 8 for their first time and they absolutely loved it. The ladies were so good with them and were so patient.

I stopped by on a whim one afternoon and they were able to take me right away for a pedicure. I got the most basic option and it was so wonderful! A nice calf massage that seemed to last a long time, a scrub, and she really went to town on my calluses which I greatly appreciated. It was well worth the $25 (before tip), for the amount of care they put into making me feel pampered. This will probably become my new go-to salon.

I have tried other salons in Raleigh and Cary, but I always come back to Rose Nails. Its my favorite spot and everyone is friendly and accommodating. Their pedicures are priced reasonably and they dont ever leave anything out. Sometimes, if you dont have an appointment and go on the weekend, you will have to wait awhile, but thats anywhere and it can be easily fixed by making an appointment. They take them over the phone and you can request your technician if youd like. If you ever go and get Gloria, you will never want to go anywhere else! Everyone there is pretty good, but she is the best and the friendliest and makes sure you are having a good experience and leave satisfied. Thom, who runs the place, is friendly and funny is constantly checking on me when I go there. One Christmas season, he even made sure that all of his customer had received a gift and with a smile, wished them a Happy Holiday. I love it here!

Ive been coming to Rose Nails for the last 5 years (throughout college and after) and have always been satisfied on my college budget! I usually get a gel polish and a pedicure occasionally. My gel polish always lasts over 2 weeks and the only reason I come in to get it redone is because my nails grow. Everyone here is a true professional and always make sure you are satisfied. I have moved a little further after college but still come to Rose Nails because they do the best job. I highly recommend this nail salon for all in this area!!

I went to Rose Nails on a Monday afternoon and had the best service ever! They took their time with my friend and I - spending lots of time on the details of our pedicure. I thoroughly enjoyed the long massage that was added to my pedicure. I will certainly come during the WEEK again, not the weekend, as they are able to spend more time with their clients. Excellent job, beautiful pedicure, and I will be back! :)

Love this place. Ive never had a bad pedicure here, even if theyre busy. Staff is nice. the only thing I dont like is that they are made to take an insane amount of clients sometimes. I feel the techs are possible worked a bit too hard at times.

Although I have passed by this place for years, today was my first time actually visiting to get a pedicure. From the time I got in I was greated nicely and seated promptly. Ms. Linda did my pedicure and she was SUPER!!! She took her time and was very detailed. I must say my toes looked pretty dang good even before she put polish on! Im happy and will definitely be returning. MY NEW SPOT!

I have been coming to Rose Nails for slightly over a year now! The salon is very up to date and very inviting. They even added new massage chairs over a month ago. Great! When I enter the establishment I am always immediately greeted and asked what services I would like. They offer customized packages for both spa pedicures and manicures. They also offer a variety of massages and wax services. Kristen does my nails and eye brows which I am always complimented on, The salon also offers you something to drink and has a very home like atmosphere. They know my entire family and even ask about my daughter whos in college now. They never forget a face! After a hard days work I enjoy all my experiences I have a Rose Nails!

I have been a faithful customer at Rose Nails for 10 years now. The salon is clean and beautiful and I always get amazing service. Linda does the perfect pedicure. (I wish I could give her 10 stars instead of 5). She takes her time. She is very precise and attentive...I would even call her a perfectionist!! She does a fabulous French pedicure too. They always offer you a beverage too. Even though I have moved across town, I continue to drive to Rose Nails because of the great service and atmosphere. You wont be disappointed!

Been going here for years for wax and nail services. So far have received good service, especially gel nails (Tina and another young lady whose name I wish I got, both who spoke English well). They can get busy so it’s worth it to try off-peak times. Otherwise I pretty much make sure I have three hours to spend if I know I’m choosing a peak time to go. Both times I had gel service (Dec 2017, April 2018), they did such a good job it lasted 3 weeks (my nails grew out and I was done with the color by then).

I have recently moved to Raleigh and needed a new nail salon and this one was nearby so I tried it out. I absolutely loved it and will definitely be coming back! Everyone was so friendly and prices are extremely good! If you are in the Raleigh area you should definitely come here! At first my nails came out beautifully but after a week of having them done my nails have been breaking off left and right. The quality of nails are horrible. I have had press on nails last longer and press on nails are way cheaper than the $50 I spent. Please do not go to this place you will be very disappointed I know I am I wouldnt even give them a star at all.

I was greeted with a friendly welcoming hello. Gloria performed my services which were phenomenal!!! I received a deluxe pedi, fill in, and waxed my brows. Her talent is amazing! She does everything so well. She was very thorough with my pedicure, she made sure I was happy with my nails throughout the fill in, and her waxing skills were like magic on my eyebrows. Out of the 4 nail salons Ive been to in Cary, my search is finally over for a great place to pamper myself. I definitely will be going back to Rose Nails!
