I was in town for business recently and wanted a nice pedicure before leaving. I used to frequent this location a lot when I lived here, so I thought I would see what they were up to. Let me tell you: THE PEDICURE WAS AMAZING!! I had the most relaxing experience and the young lady that worked on me was so patient, kind and thorough. It’s been awhile since I’ve had a pedi and she made sure to take care of everything exactly the way I like it, Bonus: without me having to ask her. Every time I come back to Cary, this will be where I go. Thank you so much for such wonderful service!

My first experience at Soho was great! Vickie was able to fix my SNS from a different salon. She was super nice, made sure I was happy throughout the service, and answered any questions I had. She was recommended to me by a friend and I will be sending all my friends to see her. I can’t speak for the other technicians but everybody seemed nice and all the guests seemed happy. I will definitely be back!! I also appreciate the online booking option.

Girl lemme tell you, they know how too get you right. If you’re patient with them, they will be patient with you. I’ve been going here for a while an I love them. They slay acrylics, manicures, you name it. They are a busy place so if you are on time with your appointment they get you in an settled as quick as they can. Very clean atmosphere an friendly staff. They have great shows on for you too watch while you’re service is being done. Amazing product quality as well. Love them.

I absolutely love coming here! Even if you aren’t a regular here, Vickie(manager) will know you’re name when you make an appointment. I love the online appointment booking feature, it comes in handy if I forget to call. Jenny did my nails today and they look great, the pedicure was amazing and I felt so relaxed.

I like they really try to accommodate you really quickly. Daughter got amber & I got simple white color, no gel - 2 pedicures $158.

I went here with my boyfriend to get pedicures and we got immediate service! I loooved the color I chose and the man that did my nails took his time! I have burn scars of my foot so he was very gentle and made sure I wasn’t uncomfortable!

Vicky was so personable and communicative. She always made sure to ask me if I was doing okay throughout the process. Vicky was also very weight conscious, which made me feel very comfortable. She made sure I was in my most comfortable position while I was getting my pedicure. Amazing service!!!

Booked pedicures and manicures for my daughters and me. The pedicures were ok but the staff seemed very rushed every step of the way so it was hard to relax and enjoy. They even did the manicures while we were sitting finishing our pedicures and again rushed through the whole process. They were not that busy so not like they were trying to get to the next customer. My daughters nails were not cut evenly and not filed so they were uneven. Our polish was put on too fast and we all have uneven rushed polish. Then we go to pay and they tacked on another $2 for some reason that the customer shouldnt have to pay for. Will not be returning and do no recommend.

The manicure and pedicure I had yesterday were excellent however the space was too crowded people were standing waiting for chairs and the ventilation was poor several people sneeze and sound as though they had colds. The owners need more ventilation a larger space to make it safe in the era of covid-19 and Delta covariant.

I found this salon when I moved here. They are very clean and follow the safety protocols. Ann is so good at her craft and very patient. I get compliments on my nails all the time! Thank you Ann!!!

I love going to Soho nails. Kim always does a great job on a design for me. This is just a few that I was able to get downloaded and with my nails so small its hard for her to work with, but I always leave very satisfied.

My family and I have been coming to Soho Nail Lounge for around 3 years. We love the staff and how friendly they are and how clean the salon itself is. We can’t say enough good things about this place!

Made and appointment to try them out on Sunday with one of my best friends. We both had their Royal treatment pedicure and sns nails done. The pedicures were wonderful however we are both less than happy with our sns nails. They did not properly cut away our cuticles, her nails were cut down unevenly, mine are and mine are VERY thick. The lady doing my friends nails seemed very rushed and mentioned she had been called in several times as if she was upset about it . I would highly recommend the pedicures but Id skip the sns here. It is the same priceas salons in the area but they rush the service.

Staff was really nice and accommodating. I had two 7yr olds and a teenager with me. We all got pedicures and the girls got manicures. I got a full set. It seemed a little pricey to me but thats why I repeatedly asked for an itemized receipt. I dont mind paying for what I want I just want to know what i am paying for. I took off a star for lack of transparency in pricing. All in all really good salon.

Tea, David and Ann are excellent nail techs. The salon is spotlessly clean, it is spacious, and everyone is polite and professional.They have an extensive selection of colors and they have gels, powder, you name it, they have it.Their fees are very reasonable, and I highly recommend.

I went there and got a full set of acrylics done. all of them were shaped horribly and none of the sides of my nails were straight. it’s definitely overpriced for what they do. i do not recommend this place.

I absolutely love Soho nails! I have been going for maybe over 2 years now? I refuse to anywhere else! My nail tech katie is amazing! She runs her shop with professionalism and kindness! The staff is friendly and always listen to what you want! The salon is always clean! They have the social distancing down perfectly! Not only do they have drinks available like water, coke and wine they also have two huge TVs and you can request anything to watch while getting your toes or nails done! I highly recommend katie! We have been coming up with creative ideas over the past year and she never fails!!! 5 stars to Soho! Highly recommend!!

I have been going to SoHo since it opened almost 6 years ago. It is an exceptional nail spa.

I had a very amazing experience! They did my nails just the way I wanted, and my daughters too. I was very satisfied with their work and I also had very good customer service. The workers were very nice and we had good and funny conversations. I recommend this place to everyone!:)

Unfortunately, I didnt have a good experience with this establishment. The staff were friendly, but the language barrier was difficult when trying to explain what I wanted. I requested and received the classic pedicure; the young lady placed gel nail polish on my toes when I requested their classic pedicure (upon paying I was notified that the gel polish was an additional $20). The same young lady did my manicure but didnt understand that I wanted a unique color on one of my fingers. So when I asked her what she was doing another staff member attempted to explain what she was doing. I asked why would she be doing something different from what I asked for. The lady doing my manicure stopped and proceeded to correct her error. Meanwhile, my Mother was next to me getting a manicure with gel powder and her manicurist used the machine to begin sawing down my Mothers cuticles instead of the artificial nail. I heard her apologize to my Mother and they continued. The woman doing my nails fixing her mistake rubbing off the nail polish as well as my skin. My finger was bleeding; she apologizes. The ladies panicked and began speaking to each other in another language. It wasnt English so I dont know what was said. My manicurist got up and another lady stopped the bleeding and completed my nails. As she was finishing my nails, Im sitting down and look up to realize Im surrounded by 3 women speaking a language over me l dont understand. I immediately feel uncomfortable and ask whats going on. The new manicurist says nothings wrong. Once the manicure is complete, they all move away and say goodnight to each other. I get up to pay. When I hear my total, I ask does that include any discounts. The staff member says no. I pay the amount, and DESPITE the lack of customer service I still leave a tip. I wont be back. Ever.

I had such a good experience at their new location in Durham! Van did such a great job on my nails. Kim, the owner even took a beautiful picture of my nails after! They have a wonderful wine bar with great selections. Overall was the best experience at a nail salon Ive ever had.

I got an acrylic fill. Everyone was nice however, when I got there, I waited over 30 minutes with an appointment. My nails are all different lengths and shapes, there are some spots that the acrylic is sticking out or lopsided. My nails on the side were filled down so much that the polish hurt my nails when applied. I had to keep telling them that there were parts of my nail not covered by acrylic. I just pray my nails dont splinter or break until I can get them fixed at another salon. Worst $30 spent and I will not be back.UPDATE:What i didnt notice was the sides of my fingers had cuts from where my fingers were filed. Its also been two days and one of my actual nails has been chipped off. If you want acrylics that last and keep good nail integrity, DO NOT COME HERE.

I personally know the owner, but that did not stop them from giving me the best service I ever had! I LOVED how they offered wine, gave me a nail design that I asked for and gave a wonderful massage! I will go back soon

I am very critical when it comes to my nails and am always apprehensive trying new salons out. I searched online for the top 10 nail salons in Cary. Soho Nail Spa had great reviews and said wonderful things about Victor. Victor was awesome. My nails look fabulous I was in and out in 35 minutes rocking some great looking nails very detailed oriented just like I like. Victor has a new regular. Thank Victor!

Quality has gone down. So sad. I used to enjoy coming here before I moved out of state. 3 years later and this place has changed a lot. It used to be a very relaxing atmosphere. This time the tech I worked with seemed very new to the place. Pedicure water was cold. She had to fill it 3 times to get it hot. It seemed like she couldn’t find anything she needed. Most of the experience was very uncomfortable. I wasn’t going to review this place. I was simply not going return. 5 days later and my gel manicure is chipping and the pedicure as well. :/ Not worth the money. I fee sad for the owners. They were always so sweet.

I had an appointment for two pedicures. Daughter and I have been regular customers for years. Place was way under staffed when we arrived, taking a steady stream of walk ins. I was seated and waited 30 minutes for someone to show up. Meanwhile they started on my daughter immediately. She was finished 5 minutes after they started on me. My tech was obviously inexperienced and the results were sloppy. My daughter had an experience tech and her results were fine. Time to shop around.

This is a beautiful and relaxed setting for manicures! My daughter had her nails done by Jenny and she was so good! We will definitely be going back.

Clean and friendly, I really like the work they do on the nails and they take their time to do it right. A little higher priced than I like but you get what you pay for.

A co-worker and I visited this establishment on a Friday late afternoon, after we finished a continuation course nearby.My technician took a while before getting started after I told her what I wanted. She disappeared atleast three times during the time I was at her table. She gives me what I requested and I was pleased with her work, and she was somewhat friendly. However, when she finished my nails-she told me I could get up and wash my hands and then she disappeared.... for good! She never came back, not even to ring me out for the service. I never received my hand massage or my warm neck towel and massage. While my co-worker got the works. I paid $50 to get my nails done.I will not return and I will not refer them to anyone, as a first time customer it was a bad first impression and very poor customer service. Worst of all I paid for it!I will take my hard earned money elsewhere next time. After that experience It made sense why they didnt have more customers in there.

I have been a faithful goer for the past year, however, it seems as though they have new technicians and the quality of service has gone down. The last two times I that I have gone, I have been there for over three hours (one was just for a gel pedicure and the other was for a normal pedicure and mani ((not including dry time, I was there for four)).In both of these situations walk-ins have had their services started/done before I had and I got there beforehand.I really liked this place and have taken several friends there but I will not be returning based on my last two experiences.

Ive been here about 4 times and decided it was time to give them a review (not one to be leaving reviews) but honestly I can not have anything bad to say! The salon is tastefully decorated and beautiful, modern clean decor. They have a nice array of different colors and polishes. For me personally, is the friendly staff, great service, you dont feel rushed out. They take their time and show a lot attention to detail. Wine/soft drinks are complimentary as well. Coming from NY the prices were a little sticker shocker at first but once I realized how clean, sterile they are and how they used disposable tools it was a WIN WIN! Coming from the city I was use to paying bargain prices but at least here you pay for great quality service. I normally come in as a walk in and I have never had to wait for an unreasonable time. They are very accommodating as well. Really like coming here! Thanks so much for your hospitality and great work! Dont ever change! :)

I got a manicure and pedicure the lady who did my pedicure was super sweet and did an amazing job I absolutely loved the service but when I got my manicure the guy who did my manicure was very very rude. I have very bad anxiety and bite my nails and he asked me if I bite them and I said yes and he was very rude making rude faces and I could just tell my IHis attitude that he was being rude and not only that my nails looked horrible I felt that he purposely messed my nails up as they looked like a 2 year old did them. I understand I have short nails but I could paint my nails better than that. I overall was just very mad/upset by that but the service for my pedicure was actually very nice.

It was unfortunate that all of the workers were not there. The services wanted I was not able to get it done because the employees there could not do the work. But the pregnant lady did a great job on my nails and she was very quick and efficient. Yes, I would go back for more services.

I will never go anywhere else for my nails. Victor did my nails and he did such a great job. He was so meticulous and careful to get each nail even and perfect! I drive an hour just to go there because Ive been to nail salons all over the US and Ive NEVER found one as good as this.

I always get my nails done here since its close to my work. Theres rarely a line and the nail techs are great.

My granddaughter and I went to Soho Nail Spa today to get a manicure and pedicure, celebrating my granddaughter getting married tomorrow. My gel manicure looked great at first but it only lasted a week without chipping.

First time I went the service was excellent. They took their time to do my nails and they look fabulous. Everything I asked for I got and it was amazing. I will be recommending people to come there.

Let me tell y’all. I walk in with 2 friends, no one spoke or said anything for at least 10 minutes!!!!!! We sat down, waiting to be acknowledged. Finally someone came over & asked if we had appts, I said no & she rolled her eyes. She then approached the other workers & none seemed to want to service us. Definitely do NOT recommend.

Best pedicure of my life. The technician paid extreme attention to detail and I was very happy with how nice he was! However we came in at 4pm on a Sunday and wanted a manicure and pedicure and were there until 5:30pm. The manicures were rushed and seemed like some corners were missed due to rushing. I would have rather been turned away for the manicure than rushed through it and paid for something that had the potential to be so much better. Ill give them another chance at a different time of day!

This place is such a hit or miss. Normally I go here for pedicures because of the convenient location. However, a few weeks ago I went in for an SNS manicure + pedicure. The tech rushed through both the manicure and the pedicure. During the manicure she did not shape my nails or cuticles at all, and cut my skin twice with the nail drill. She rushed the manicure so much that I had bubbles/holes in the drip powder once it had dried along with the two cuts on my fingers. I wont be coming back for a manicure.

First time visiting Soho Nail Salon as well as my first time receiving an acrylic fill. After my experience I am truly shocked that this place has so many good reviews. I scheduled the first appointment of the day over the phone and I assume thats the only reason mine was on time (not that one was necessary, they never asked for my name). They accepted every walk in that came in after me so by the time two girls came in that also had an appointment (made online, to which the employees literally rolled their eyes), they didnt have enough people to take care of the girls - who still hadnt been attended to when I left the salon - while two more were turned away (without appointments). Every staff member looked like they wanted to be anywhere else and my technician hardly paid attention to anything he was doing, constantly looking around and being generally uninterested. He rushed through my entire fill and didnt use any kind of primer before applying my acrylic OR the gel polish. He didnt file my nails uniformly so they are all sorts of different shapes and angles. The polish is streaky and translucent because the coats werent applied evenly. $45 for a very mediocre experience all around, and I will definitely not be returning for my next fill. Absolutely would not recommend.

I had a HORRIBLE experience at this nail salon. The manager of the salon did my nails. He was extremely rough when clipping my cuticles and was moving my fingers and hands aggressively. He barely filed my nails and did such a horrible job that I pointed out to him all the flaws on my nails. He got very rude and defensive then blamed it on the nail polish I chose and forcefully removed the first color which I told him I didnt want him to do. He made me pick out another color and their selection is so limited, I couldnt even find a similar one. He didnt even apply a base coat the second time! This was the final result. It was still awful so another technician stepped in to fix two of the nails when he walked away. When I was checking out, I complained that my nails were bad and he only offered a 10% discount which amounted to $1.70 off my service. Gee, thanks. I shouldnt have paid anything at all but I dont like to make a scene. I never leave negative reviews but that experience deserved one. Im never going back here unless there is a change in management.

Im wondering if there has been a change in ownership? Ive been going to this nail salon for over a year, yet the last couple of months it appears that they are very disorganized. Even with an appointment, youre waiting 30 minutes while someone comes in. When I am sitting there, I see them answer the phone, make appointments, yet never go over to the computer or anywhere else to write it in their schedule. Last time the tech. rushed thru my nails so fast and I noticed several bumps after I left. Ive decided to try another salon. It must be difficult to work there and always have to apologize to the clients, scramble for coverage, etc.

Came in for a gel fill in and a change to a coffin shape. This is my first time coming to the salon. I was pretty much the only person there and everybody was nice but I didnt feel very welcomed. The lady who did my nails didnt have a good idea what coffin shape is and they just looked like squared stiletto nails? They were a different length and have been chipping off since. Definitely not what I expected from an almost 5 star salon. Very disappointed ☹️

Everything came out well but I told the lady tht I wanted ballerina shaped but she did stiletto shape instead and I asked her if it was ballerina and she said yes I need 5 dollars back

Second time at SoHo nails. Totally different experience from the first time. I made an appointment for Friday the 29th requesting Victor as the technician and made another appointment for my granddaughter to get a full set and requested a experienced technician. When I arrived they acted as if I didnt have an appointment and certainly not one with Victor. I do not appreciate being called a liar. Went ahead and had his wife do mine and they look ridiculous. I had to have to tips put on and they both look as if they are taking flight and so does my granddaughters. Really got some skills there Victors wife. Will never darken their doorsteps again. Take a look at the middle finger that is the one that is the tip flat and lifted not a good look and sure not worth the $120.00 spent for mine and granddaughters. Think twice before going there; just saying!

Pleasant atmosphere and staff but I wish the pedicure included a vigorous leg and foot massage verses skin rubs.

I used to come here regularly and was always very pleased with both the manicure and pedicure services. About a year ago I left very disappointed after a less than mediocre pedicure and just recently went back for the first time. Three weeks ago, I received the best SNS manicure Ive yet to have. My only complaint being that the technician didnt shape my nails as I requested; however, the paint lasted three weeks.Today, I went in for the same service, SNS. The technician put acetone with foil on one of my hands and then used the SNS removal packets on my other hand, not sure why she did the two hands differently? She was then extremely rough with the drill. I really dont understand why people use drills on natural nails. It can get very hot and painful. The technician went off of my nail and drilled my actual finger twice before I spoke up and asked her to be more gentle. She then started to dip my fingers without having pushed back or cut my cuticles so I asked her to do so. The owner, Kim chimed in and said they cut cuticles after with SNS? I have been getting my nails done religiously for 15 years including acrylic, regular polish, gel polish and now SNS, I have lived in three different regions of the country and gotten my nails done on all four corners of the US when I traveled for a living. I have NEVER seen a manicure performed AFTER polish is applied, that doesnt make sense. How can you even push cuticle back if polish is already on the nail?Just to reiterate, I was extremely pleased with the SAME EXACT services I received three weeks ago and then when I went to pay today was charged $5 more. I was in even more disbelief that the owner was sitting two seats down from me and heard me voice both about the technician being too rough with a drill on my NATURAL nail and not completing a proper manicure before applying polish. I had already given this salon a second chance, I will not be returning here.

Worst acrilics I have ever had!! (I had them for seven years) I had to pick out every flaw at ever step of the way. Completely uneven in length and thinkness. Im waiting for my one pinky to break. I sliced my nail and finger (hence getting acrilics) and they had a girl thats only been doing this a year do them!! The one gentleman had to fix the one nail, even though I pointed out multiple.l that needed redone. The original girl Jenny btw hit my skin with the dreamel at one point. And when she messed up my part she carelessly painted over it where you could still see the messed up paint underneath. She messed up the shape twice. I had a picture of my own nails at the length and shape desired available to her the whole time. She did not do any care the my nails or skin themselves. And did not apply the acrilics to the full base of my nail (they looked almost two weeks grown out when I left).The tools used by Jenny were out of her COSMETIC BAG!When I went back to have the owner fixed it she was super nice but all she did was even everything out(so not parts are super thin) and she did not apply any acrilic to the base of my nail. They did repaint them and did not charge me to paint my two toe nails I messed up. So here we are a week later already needing a fill. Most likely replaced due to the poor quality. Also I have never had polish from a salon fade deminish soo fast. You can already see the acrilics and tips

I just had the best mani/pedi experience that I have ever had. I plan to return frequently. I cant even begin to describe how amazing this place is.

Walked in and was asked what service i wanted. I replied “SNS nails fill-in and pedi”. I was told the wait was 30 mins - which was fine, i had nothing else on my agenda. After waiting for a hour a lady finally walks up to ask me what i was getting again - i replied “SNS nails and pedi”. Her response: “we don’t do SNS powder” and she walked away. No apology for the long wait for a service not provided or anything. She just walked to the next customer without thinking twice.I’ve frequented here before i got SNS when i was in town for work or leisure - after this i will not return even when i decide to get something other than SNS. Customer service is pretty important to me if you want my business and this visit missed the mark.
