First time here...everyone was very welcoming and super nice. My appointment was with Angelica and she crushed it!!! One of the better haircuts I have ever received. They know their stuff here and really made sure to understand exactly what I wanted before diving in. Place is very nice and clean. This is now my go to spot.

Anytime you are new to an area, finding a barber is a nightmare. I found out about Chris through IG and decided to give him a try. He took a little longer than he hoped, but that is to be expected - my hair grows in many different directions and it was his first time cutting my hair. So for me, taking his time was really appreciated and preferred. He gave me the crispiest cut I have gotten since moving to North Carolina. The shop is nice, good vibe, and solid barbers in there. If youre looking for a new barber definitely give Chris or any barber in there a try.

I went and saw Beezy and let me tell you he brought me all the way back. I got a low taper on the back and sides and it was phenomenal! Beezy is the man to go see. When we came in no one acknowledged me nor my mother No one asked us any questions like if we were walk-ins or if we had an appointment. We were Standing for the first 15mins only one of the barbers had told us that there were more seats.They only spoke to the people they knew and the only reason we even knew that walk-ins were not week days was when they told another group of people that they only take walk-ins Thursday through Saturday and weekdays are appointments only. We sat for an hour and a half before realizing we would not be seen. Was my first time at the barbershop and new to the area. Saw was highly recommended but don’t see Me coming back. Customer service is key and the bar was extremely low. Bad experience for sure.

Went to BBS about a month ago. I have semi-long blonde hair and the barber cut it perfect. Ive had trouble with barber cutting my hair, had no problem at this barber shop. Highly recommended ! Plan to come back soon.

Ive been in the triangle area for 7 years now, and this is by far the best shop Ive ever been to. All of the barbers are friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about hair care products (it also helps that they sell them in the shop). Kendrick hooks me up every time! My wife loves the new look, and Ive also gotten a lot of compliments from family and friends. I wont let anyone else touch my hair now!

Im sad that I wont be back because Denny has done such a good job on my hair twice... BUT I am a new client, Ive been 2 times, who used their appointment system for the first time. I booked my appointment for a Friday and then went back in the appointment system and THOUGHT I changed the appointment time to the Monday of the same week. According to management I added a 2nd appointment.Well I went to my 2 o clock appointment time on Monday. I got a 35 dollar haircut and left a 10 dollar tip because Denny did a great job even though I was tired and falling asleep in the chair. Then that Friday I see I have a 26 dollar no show charge on my bank account. I called to explain to management the mix up. And they tell me that the charge is part of the policy and I should have gotten reminder emails about the appointment the night before. All I have is the original confirmation emails, no reminder emails about my Friday or Monday appointments.Management said that people would double book all the time and not show up. A simple look up in the computer would show that this was my FIRST time making an appointment on your system.This whole long post is to say, I understand falling back on a policy and enforcing it strictly. However, there are times when exceptions should be made when the reasons are understandable. Ive basically paid 70 bucks for 1 haircut and the frugal man in me isnt happy about it.

So I come to billionaires after not being there for about 2 years. I go there with a friend and offer to pay for his cut. He got a fade having no beard, a hot towel shampoo and conditioner for $30. I got an all around edge up with none cut off at the top and mine was $40.... I just thought it was crazy cause the sign said the adult express was $25. Instead of walking away happy with a fresh cut I was sad and my pockets was hurting me.

Be careful making appointments... 2x in a row now Ive made an appointment only to have someone else in the chair well into my scheduled time.First instance I sat down at 1:15p for my 12:45, no problem, mistakes happen. Just today I walked in 5 min before my appt and dude had just started on someone else. Not even sure the clippers had made their first pass on the guys head.The biggest frustration is that today I drove over from work ... on lunch... This is so disrespectful of your customers time.You scheduled my appt, but the barber has to know whats up... Communication yall.

Talented Barbers, but second bad experience.Ive been taking my son to this shop for almost 3 yrs based on my brothers recommendation since we moved to the area. The first bad encounter was with Jorge, he does a great job with my sons hair but I booked an appointment through style setter and ran about 10 mins behind due to a meeting. I called the shop to let them know im running late but was told I needed to reschedule. I got a message from my bank that he charged me for the cut which was know big deal at first until he said since I didnt show Ill have to pay again for the new appointment. WTF! He didnt have any appointment for another hour or so and I was 10 mins away. Didnt matter per his policy (which was no where listed) no show pay anyway regardless, so nope he wont get my money ever again.The second incident happened recently when I called the shop around 2:45pm and asked if they had anyone available at 3:30pm. The guy stated we are doing walk-ins only, cool were on our way. We signed in at 3:20pm, I left my 16yr old there to go handle some things and my son calls me at 4:55 stating hes still waiting and other people are walking in going straight to chairs. I get back and inquire why he hasnt been seen. When we got there originally there where 2 people ahead of him, I told the guy to show me the sign-in and 6 people who signed in after my son had been cut with their names checked off but my son had been looked over. I pointed it out and complete silence. Then they say well we asked your son who he was here to see which was Tony and apparently Tony had appointments so now its his fault. When we originally got there we asked the guy who signed us in who was next available prior since they all do a good job and he stated Tony so thats why we chose him as the barber. My very last time doing business here and will do business elsewhere.

Went in as a new customer for the first time and had almost zero waiting time (got there around 4 PM on a weekday). Haircut was great, Chris did a great job. I was a little concerned going here because prices are not listed on the website. I now know why. It was $32 for a haircut, before a tip. Needless to say, I wont go back - too much $ for me. They do do a great job, but the prices are high.

Paid $60 for hollywood full even gave a undeserved $15 tip before I noticed my beard is crooked, hairline is pushed back on one side, and color has already started to fade after only 2 nights. Good for normal cuts Maybe would NOT recommend going for anything beyond that.

Chris did a great job on my sons hair! My son is 9 and has long curly hair, this was his first haircut so I was nervous, but the whole time chris communicated with me about the cut and any changes I wanted to make. The cut came out great! My son and I both love it ❤️

Tried booking my appointment on the website for Friday April 12, 2019. While on the site I entered in the wrong date for my appointment. At the time I entered in the wrong information the shop was already closed.I called the next morning to see if I could re-book my appointment for the time I originally wanted. The gentleman I spoke with at the time said it would be no problem. He explained that he did not have a 10:30 am appointment on Friday the 12th but did have a 11:30am appointment on that Friday so I accepted that appointment being the fact it was originally my mistake and I was very appreciative that they would reschedule me.I arrived on Friday the 12th around 11:15am for my appointment. I signed in and waited. After 1hr I still had not been called so I began to inquire about the delay. I was told they were down one Baber due to a emergency and that nobody had me down for an appointment but if I waited someonewould definitely take care of me.A gentleman by the name of Jorge which was very professional said he would hook me up real quick between appointments since I was only getting my beard shaped up. He did an excellent and outstanding job and I have no complaints with him or his work. I paid with cash and all was good so I thought!I recived notice from my credit card company the next day with a charge of $21.67 . Now I paid cash during the time of service so I figured it would have been a easy fix!WRONG!! I called the shop on Monday to ask why my card was charged when I paid cash? I was told because I did not show up for my appointment on Thursday the 11th! I never had a appointment scheduled for the 11th!Bottom line the guy I spoke with while trying to explain pretty much said I was out of luck and that it was pretty much my problem! He did pull up the sheet and saw my name on the sign in sheet but he was still like so what!Whatever happened to let me see what I can do to make this right because we want to keep you as a customer? Judging from the amount of customer they already have I guess he was like the HELL with you!I cant take anything away from their work, they are all excellent at what they do but customers service sucks as far as trying to resolve a money dispute! I never expected a beard trim to cost me $40.67.I guess I could have complained to my nextdoor neighbor who is the Trouble Shooter for a local news network but I want be that petty.

Okay I went in for a fade I didn’t want to be rude when I saw my results my fade wasn’t as great even though he was taking a long time and was very rough but I ended up paying 30 which I didn’t think was worth it I won’t be going there no more, found out the best barber in NC lives in Greensboro calls himself hypebeast barber which I going now wish I new about him before I went in.
