Chicut Barber is beyond professional!!! I went in as a walk-in and they were able to take me in very quickly. My cut was done by Omar and he was awesome!!! Since I barely know how or what to do with my cuts, I gave him a general idea of what I wanted, and he knew exactly the right way to handle it. Omars attention to detail was extremely precise, and the outcome was way better than what I expected. This is the best spot in the area. They have an excellent attention to detail and they are very friendly. Extremely clean! The waiting area is well maintained and inviting. Walk-ins are welcome, but an appointment is definitely the way to go. I can see these guys being very busy as theyre quite good at what they do.

I have been here a number of times and I can tell you that each time I have left, I left feeling and looking my absolute best. I go here for a trim and shave before any important meeting and even went before I met for a job interview. My hair and beard were cut perfect and the service is impeccable. This place has a kinda rustic feel like barbers of old that knew you by name and just like then, value you and make sure that you have a drink in your hand and a hot towel on your face. If thats isnt telling enough, my girlfriend gets especially excited when I go here, because she love how sharp and clean I look coming back. I am exceptionally picky about my haircuts and beard trims. Zine, the owner, is truly a hair artist and not only does a fantastic cut, but its consistent every time. Offering both walk-ins and (better) scheduled appointments, I have zero complaints. (My previous barbers always offered one or the other and both sometimes had their drawbacks, usually resulting in long waits or long delays top get an appointment.) Zine has also cut the hair of both of my grandsons several times and does an amazing job, is great with kids, etc. His shop is immaculately clean, adheres to COVID protocols, and, frankly is the best haircut experience Ive found in the Triangle.

Barbershop is very clean - spotless. Calm ambience. Barbers take their time and pay attention to all the details. Haircut took about 45 min and cost $25 I think. Terrance is new to the location and did a phenomenal job. He made good conversation and did one of the best haircuts I have had. I really liked that he put shaving cream on my neck and did a straight razor edging. Looking forward to coming back.

As a military guy Ive been to alot of different barbers in many different places. Stopped by this place based on the reviews while visiting family in the area and I was not disappointed at all. This is easily one of the best haircut experiences that I have had and Kevin did a great job. The whole shop is well maintained, clean, modern, and well equipped with good equipment and entertainment. They will talk as much or as little as you like, the chair was very comfortable, and the haircut itself came out perfect (you can see the time and effort and detail they put into making it what you want). The warm towel and straight razor shave at the end was an awesome added touch and experience. 100% recommend Chicut Barber Shop and will stop by again next time I am in town and in need of a haircut.

First time here and first haircut outside of quarantine. I researched this place before coming and it looked well presented. I was nervous how they would do it while keeping it clean and having our best interests in mind. They all had masks on. I watched the guy break out a new razor and spray everything as he went on. Walked right in and was taken care of immediately. Valentin(hope I spelled that right) took his time and asked me what I wanted. Not a rush job like some places who often times miss things that you dont notice until later. Got a hot lather neck shave with a straight edge razor which seems to be a lost art at some other places. Very satisfied with the precision and attention. If youre looking for a nice clean cut give them a try!
