If i could give this place 0 i would. In what world is this an even cut? Fades one side and not the other? Straight vertical lines and rounded ones as well? Never letting my boyfriend go to this place ever again.

I came in and got a color for men and bought products and I never felt so safe in my life during this covid she was very clean! That shop was spotless. Angie was amazing very professional and busy! But she really was nice and I will be back!

I had my haircut today with Hair stylist Mary. She is fantastic, she welcomes customer with big smile and communication is so polite and sweet.Her speciality is that she can do the hair looking into models haircut. I can give her 5 star rating... thank you Mary.

I came here once the phase for salons opened during Covid-19. Angie was super professional wore a mask and followed all COVID-19 guidelines to ensure that the customer felt at ease during this pandemic.She did a great job in cutting my hair, I let her decide what would look good on me and I was most definitely happy with the results. I will for sure come back here for my hair cuts, blow drys etc.!

Trisha with the blue hair is the best when it comes to color. She knows her stuff! She can do anything from blonde to any funky color!

Got a great cut and color by stylist (forgot her name). Will definitely be back. 1 Star ⭐️ off since it is a little pricey but that is understandable for a cut and color. Hope to color my hair every 3 months. Glad I have a decent job and that I’m employed full time and have a wealthy family. This is Dana, but I am reviewing on my wifes account...I always come here every time I need a haircut but THIS TIME was different. I had a hairstylist named Crystal, she was A-MAZ-ING. Girl, she deserves a raise. She made me look like a model, no joke!! For only 20 bucks you cannot beat it. I wish I could give her more than 5 stars.

I cannot rave enough about Katie at Supercuts. Katie has been working magic with my hair for three years, and always figures out something tasteful but eye-catching and bold to keep me happy, I get SO many compliments. She is especially good with my 3 year old daughter. She also rocks helping me choose styles and ideas! I cant emphasize enough how lucky Cary is to have a salon of this caliber.

Hope and Erica are the best! My husband and I got hair cuts there and it was great! Super friendly, very skilled and affordable!! We will be back for all of our haircuts in the future!8 months later:Went this past Sunday with my husband to get our hair cut. I wanted bangs and this older women was the one to give me an all over trim and bangs.I was happy with them until I left and washed my hair. They are unbelievable uneven and so is the rest of my hair! I have some layers but it looks like someone just start hacking at my hair. I dont know how Im going to fix it, but we wont be going to this Supercuts again.

Tonight was the third time we’ve been there 45 minutes before closing and the girl said she didn’t have time to give my son a haircut. In the parking lot, I called another Supercuts location that closes at the exact same time and they said they would absolutely do it and to come in. After 3 times of being turned away, we won’t be back. It’s too bad since it’s so close and my sons hair grows fast!

Crystal is batting a thousand with these epic fades. As someone whose gotten short haircuts most of their life —I can appreciate her ability to get these fades done excellently and consistently, every time.

They did an excellent shampoo and blow out for 1/2 the cost of Dry Bar at Waverly. They also did not make me confirm an appointment with a credit card, blast me with music and the entire staff was polite and courteous.

I had an awful experience the last time I cut my hair. So I was hesitant when I went to this Supercuts, but I desperately needed a hair cut. Erica hooked this girl up! I had long, thin hair to the middle of my back and she gave me an awesome asymmetrical bob. I wanted a lob at first, but after she cut my hair I wanted to go back and add some stacked layers in the back and she obliged. Erica gave me EXACTLY what I wanted and catered to my two wishes (no tapering my hair into my face and I wanted to start a new hair part). The shop vibe was so fun and friendly. I went on a Friday after work and checked in through their mobile app/website (which I highly recommend). This is my new salon and Erica is my new stylist (although, I would go to Hope or Katie as well) :).

This was a quick and clean experience. I got exactly what I asked for, and Cindy was very nice. She held a casual conversation with me throughout, but didnt make me feel like I HAD to talk to her the whole time or it would be awkward. It seems that can be a tricky thing for some people to master...The place was clean and seemed to be pretty quick in working through the service line.All in all, I think it was a good experience, and I would go back again.

I went in for a haircut and asked for a lob. Long in the front short in the back Bob cut that is super common. My hairstylist first didnt understand what that looked like and the said she couldnt cut bangs. So she asked the other stylist to come over and cut my bangs for her. I showed the woman a picture of my bangs a year ago and she chopped them so short I cant even pin them. Its a disaster and looks like a child cut them. If you cant cut bangs how did you get a license??? I wont go back and have to grow out my hair now.

Stopped in for a haircut.. the barber did not listen to what I asked for and she cut off all my hair. Then continues to tell me she thinks this looks better. Not happy with the customer service here.

Horrible haircut, lasted 3 minutes. Ran the clippers around my head, that was it. Lady was joking the entire time, may have been drunk.

Took 45 minutes for me to get my haircut and even then I had a fairly simple cut, 2 on the sides and round neckline and specifically told the stylist to not trim or cut the top, yet half way through she takes off half of the top.

Hair was cut noticeably shorter on one side. I asked for less than an inch to be cut off. She cut about an inch and a half. Had to go back to get it fixed. She fixed it, no charge. I am pleased with how it ultimately turned out but I will not be going back.

I really hate getting my hair cut, she made me laugh the entire time

Yesterday i made a last minute decision to go get my hair cut. My hair is very thin/frizzy/horrible and haircuts are always an unpleasant experience for me. Anyway i called Supercuts and Tifah answered the phone, i asked her if she recommended anyone in their salon for thin/fine hair. She told me she deals with similar issues and said i could come right in! So a little hesitant, I headed up the the salon. She gave me a quick consultation and we got started. Tifah was SO sweet and kind, but what really WOWED me was the way she cut and styled my hair!!! It was EXACTY what I have been waiting for, someone who could help me find a collar bone length easy style that i can easily style and head out the door (and that covers my thin spots of course). Tifah NAILED IT. I have NEVER been more satisfied. Tifah truly gave me my confidence back. (Did I mention I’m also a cosmetologist?) THRILLED.

Continue to be very upset that I am unable to use my Supercuts gift card at your location. I am going to try again ans hope this has been resolved.
