Amazing experience! Doesnt matter if you are a first time customer or a regular this is hands down the best place to go in the triangle, and Tiffany was amazing. While there may be places that offer Clips that are Great, they arent as great as here. And unlike those places that give Clips with a Sports theme, Tiffany took the time to make sure I was completely satisfied. As a heads up, dont expect Walmart prices, because you are going to get service Walmart could only dream about. Totally worth the price and willing to pay it over and over again. As long as Tiffany is there, I wont be going anywhere else!

Had a great experience with Brittany this evening. Ive had issues at other places and was looking for a LGBTQA+ friendly location. Everyone here was super cool, and had great service dog etiquette. Highly recommend for anyone with a masc hairstyle. And no, they do not only cater to men. Also kudos to being safe with masks/sanitizing.

This is a big advantage over some of the other places. I prefer to know when I am going to get my hair cut rather than just show up and wait. Its in a pretty busy location.

I took off two stars due to customer service and inconsistent quality of haircuts. Twice my sideburns were uneven. Once it looked choppy on the back. Overall most of my haircuts have been decent and a couple were skillfully done. A couple of times I was ignored while they talked amongst one another. Get this and this is no joke! Last time I went the woman who cut my hair talked with her co-workers about how her boyfriend had been drunk all day and had chocked her!!! I found this disconcerting to say the least, but they were casual about it like thats normal.

Great environment, but mostly a great quality haircut by skilled people. Its no surprise they got 5 stars on Yelp as the sign says by the register. My new go to place

First time visiting Lady Janes. The atmosphere was great, stylist all in a good mood and joked around with one another, and all very talkative; they actually seemed to enjoy being there unlike other places Ive gone to for years; i.e. Great Clips. My stylist was Tara and she was incredible. Very nice, talkative, took her time and KNEW what she was doing. Thrilled and Ill be back!

It is a rarity that you can find a group of exceptionally talented ladies all in one place that can do a great haircut. I have used several of the ladies there at various times and each and every haircut has turned out sharp. I have a scissor cut done and it is a bit tricky but every one of the stylists appear to know what they are doing. My recent cut was by Tanna and she was very nice, and skilled at what she does. Could not ask for a better value or treatment.

This place does a lot right. Chairs in the waiting area are very comfortable. Prices are fair for what you get. They keep a number of stylists around during peak hours so I find wait times arent excessive.However in the 1.5yrs Ive been a customer I have found an inconsistent level of experience between stylists. Kind of hit or miss. If you find someone you like, best to get their name and ask for an appointment with the stylist you like.

I went here for first time to give a shot. Place is neat and ambience is great. My haircut is super quick in a silent mode. No greetings and no talking, i just mentioned what i want and got done in 10 mins. They always welcome walkins but better get appointment. They do offer ‘manly menu’ if interested.

I always go to this place to get the haircut. They will listen to you. That’s what we need. I used to visit great clips, although it was cheaper... they will do what they want.

First of all, a few things were good - the hair cut was decent, and they cleaned the back of the neck well. But, their attention to detail on a beard trim is poor. I had to spend 15 minutes fixing it at home because they didnt cut it very close at all beneath where they edged it, and so it just had me looking scruffy. Also, the hot towel they charge you for when they do shampoo is not worth it. It is nowhere close to steaming - it was lukewarm and after a minute or two is just a cold towel sitting on your face. I had been going to Sport Clips just up the road, and figured Id try this place, but I dont think there is any point in returning.

Allison is a very positive person and the attitude of the shop is strong. I like the way they work with you and do what you want not just what they think will work. Clean friendly and good vibes!The only concern is where they are located and the difficulty in finding a parking spot close. Their signage needs to be updated so one can easily find the place. It is important to be there earlier than your appointed time, to get a good parking spot.

I was a walk-in on Sunday, 4/8/18 and had no idea what kind of style I was shooting for. I came here to Lady Janes mostly because of the great reviews and I can say they are well worth the praise. I was taken care of by Sami and she did an absolutely fantastic job, and made my mind up to make this my regular place to get my hair cut. Highly recommend, will be back again!

I keep my hair simple and short, and this review is based on that. I have been here 4-5 times and have come to realize that the staff skills are surely better than most of the other places near by, and are fun to work with. I was able to figure out whose styling sense I can relate to best, and I make appointments accordingly.Update 06-09-16. Changed rating from 4 to 2 star. -- the stylist I used get haircut with has left the place. Since then I have been here two times. Had haircut with two different stylist. One ended with uneven sideburns, and the other ended with hair balls left on my head, that kept falling as I walked to parking and in home. Such things never happened to me before, even at the lower end stores.

I just arrived in town to visit family. I needed a haircut and found Lady Janes on Yelp with some good ratings. I spoke to one of the pretty young hair stylists on the phone and she told me I could walk in or make an appointment 90minutes from the phone call if I would take the next available stylist.When I made it to the shop 15 minutes later I was asked by another of the gorgeous hair stylist to check in. I checked in and sat down in one of the comfortable theatre style seats to wait. There are a couple of flat screen TV’s going for those who would like to pass the time watching a show. I cracked open my book to wait my turn.Yet another pretty hair stylist called my name and let me know they were ready for me. I sat down in Michelle’s chair and she was very charming. We spoke about each of our past places we’ve lived and jobs we have had. We talked about each of our kids, and how the older teenagers are - challenging shall I say.Well of course it is important to mention that Michelle’s hair styling skills are excellent as well. It can be hard to cut someone’s hair the way they want it the first time and Michelle cut it perfectly!

Stay away from this place! I recently went in for a first day of school cut and it got seriously messed up. They left a bald spot on the back of my head and one side is longer than the other. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

This place is really cool, albeit a little unusual for a first timer. Check-in occurs at a computer at the front desk and after entering your personal information, you can select the person you want to cut your hair based off of the headshot. I chose first available because I didnt have a preference and it seemed a bit odd. I ended up getting a nice quick haircut and was happy with it. The wait was less than 10 minutes which was great for a walk-in. The leather recliners and TVs were a nice touch.

This place is terrible, no one greets you when you walk in and the staff is very rude. I went in to get a simple cut, my hairline was crooked and my fade was just disgusting. Would not recommend at all!

This is the place for men! Relocated to Cary in 2013 and Breanna has been my stylist since. I would recommend this location for any man in the area. She also cuts my boys hair...so boys to! Great experience every time.

The employees seem to be completely unaware that they are in a place of business and we are customers. Completely unprofessional environment. The owner needs to send in a secret shopper to see how the place operates. It’s intolerable now.

I always find here to get my haircuts the service is good and wait is generally short. If you do have to wait, there are comfy seats to do so.

My son had a haircut here yesterday. He has cut marks from the razor TARA used. He made that razor line on the side which usually is not rocket science. I could see bleeding while she was doing it but she said “ its just a nick”. Very disappointed. His scalp stings badly and there are small wounds. I took a picture which I will make sure to show them too.

My husband usually goes to one of those in-and-out places, like a Great Clips or Supercuts. Not only did I think he looked AMAZING when he came home, but he really enjoy his experience as well. I told him hes not allowed to go anywhere else!

Presumptuous people. the stylists talk (i.e. yell) amongst themselves instead of talking with customers. The main concern while i was there was whether one particular stylist was self-absorbed. Guess so? I went in for a shave, and my stylist asked if i wanted a cut. I said Id just had one, and she grimaced, picked up her shears and began to improve upon my cut without even asking permission. As if my regular stylist doesnt know what i want. Give it a few weeks and it will look OK again I guess.
