My girlfriend and I moved in two weeks ago and we love it so far. Good community, good vibes. The staff are excellent and go above and beyond to make you feel at home. The pool is great, really fun space to get to know people. Its pet friendly, family friendly, and theres lots of kids! Washer and dryer comes with the unit, spacious bathroom, only qualm is storage space is slightly limited. Overall, most definitely would recommend!
I have lived at the Marquis for a little over a month now, and I’m loving it! I have had very few problems with the apartment, and any issues I did have were promptly fixed by the maintenance department. The community is quiet and very well kept, while being close to large shopping centers and natural trails. Overall, I have nothing but praise for the staff, keep up the good work!
Just moved into this apartment complex and the whole process was so easy and well managed. I felt like the leasing office/staff was very caring and responsive and made the whole process of moving (which can be very daunting) a lot easier. This place is very friendly and gorgeous with its wooded trees around the area. It is also in a very convenient location!!

The maintenance team responded to my requests in a very timely fashion and with good quality service.The community is quiet and beautiful. The location is very convenient.

I have had the absolute best experience renting with Marquis at Silverton. Jacob walked with me start to finish throughout the leasing/move-in process and I have full confidence that he & Erica will continue to take care of anything I need throughout the rest of my time here. They are professional, timely, hospitable, and so much fun. My apartment is beautiful, the grounds are clean and quiet, and maintenance is quick. The price value is average for the area, but the quality of life here seems significantly better than other places I looked. Highly recommend!
**This review was written 3 weeks after move-in, and during COVID-19 restrictions.The move in process gets a 5 star from me, as everyone else agrees that working with Jacob is a joy - even virtually. He made me so excited to move in, the process easy to understand and handle, and he has checked in numerous times since our initial call. Jacob and the rest of the staff were also very accommodating as I was moving in late on a Saturday from out of state - I was able to coordinate package delivery and key pickup on a crazy schedule and they did their best to help me out with all of that, which is way more than I could have expected anywhere else. I feel like we have real people here to help.I would consider these units budget luxury - and I mean that in the best way! I feel there are slums, standard, and luxury style apartments out there, and this place falls between standard and luxury, closer to luxury! In making my decision to live here, it was more important for me to have this supportive office team, community feel, and save a couple hundred a month while still getting a very cute and comfortable space than to have that most up to date, brand new, hotel-like style luxury apartment (which are plentiful in this area) with the same level of amenities inside the units that also charge for everything on top of rent and lack a community feel. After speaking with Jacob and seeing a unit over a zoom call, my decision to move here was easy, and so far, I am very happy with that decision.
Just moved in a month ago and the move in process was very smooth. Both Jacob and Erica are very soft spoken and provided an excellent service following the pandemic guidelines. I am keeping one star in my pocket as still I am new and have to experience the other things like maintenance response etc but hope that I wont be disappointed.

We’ve been living here for about six months. The office staff is lovely and everything went well until about 2 months ago. This review is about maintenance. In November, we began having water pressure problems where faucets turned on had no water pressure. I called maintenance and they assured me someone would come by the apartment to check on the water. My request for service was cancelled by maintenance and I had to follow up when the office reopened several days later. When maintenance did come by they indicated the water for the apartment had not been turned on all of the way. They adjusted the water and since then my toilets have flooded several times while the shower sometimes is still a drip of water. I have submitted a new request for the water pressure and assistance with the flooding that were all cancelled by the maintenance department. No one has come out to resolve the issue with the bathrooms flooding or followed up about the water pressure.We initially reached out about having electrical problems in the kitchen almost 3 weeks ago. Again, I was promised by maintenance and the office staff that someone would be out the day I reported the problem. Fast forward, the electrical problem has grown worse. I have no working outlets in the kitchen, the oven isn’t functioning correctly, and the refrigerator is not working. The dishwasher smells like something is burning when it runs due to a seal that needs to be replaced.Update: Maintenance came an fixed all of the problems the day after I posted my review. Since the review was posted, they have hired additional help. The maintenance department has been very responsive since the additional help was hired.
I was very excited to find these apartments. I have lived here for about 3 years. The rent is typical of the prices in the area. I love that there are 2 storage closets and a coat closet. The team here greets you by name and are typically very responsive to calls and emails. Maintenance issues are normally resolved very quickly as well! Valet trash pickup is inconsistent though.
My fiancée and I are moving from California to North Carolina and chose to reside in Cary. Bridgett (our leasing consultant) and everyone has made the process seamless! We couldnt have been more pleased with our experience. We are so excited to move in to the Marquis at Silverton!

Before coming to the Marquis at Silverton, I was residing at Vert at Six Forks in Raleigh. I had just moved to North Carolina in August. This would be my first time being away from home alone and getting my first apartment. At the beginning I had some rough patches; three days after I moved in, my apartment flood, the following day my air went out for two to four days. I could over look that, but the following months to come every situation became worse. The beginning of October someone hit and ran my truck while it was parked in front of my door. There were no cameras out there and then I began to experience a spider infestation. I killed and found over 75 spiders in my apartment in less than 5 days and thats including them spraying and me leaving and getting a hotel.I was so sleep deprived and paranoid, I had been bit on my face. I was desperate to leave. I had been searching non-stop for a new apartment that was affordable, nice, and would allow me to bring my husky puppy. I was so focused on staying in Raleigh to be near my job, that I accidentally stumbled across the Marquis. Thats when I met Erica and her team. From the time my whole process began they have been nothing but welcoming and caring. Erica worked as diligently as possible to find opening that fit my schedule, if I wouldnt been able to move as soon as I would, she checked in to see what units would be available when I was.What I loved about Ericas team is that they made me felt like I was apart of the community before I even moved. When I was able to move they walked me through the whole process and provided me every piece of information and reassurance I needed. They even went out of their way to make sure my apartment was disinfected and there werentt any bugs before I moved. I have been here a month and I feel so at peace. I have minor stuff that needs to be fixed and I appreciate the open line of communication regarding what maintenance issues are handle first due to urgency since COVID-19.Recently one of my friends and neighbors who lived at VERT as well moved into the Marquis and even though I couldnt get a referral credit, Erica and her team made me a gift basket filled with candles, lotion, body scrub bar, a planner, and a plastic sticker with my initial of my first name. Even though I cant go in the office, when I was able to, it was always a good time and I would go home feeling even better when I came.I definitely recommend living here. :)
We moved in last night and we are so happy. Jacob has been wonderful and so helpful! Hes the absolute best. Our place was clean and they already acknowledged a couple blemishes and said maintenance will be on it. We moved from Chicago and were so excited to start our new life at Silverton!
I am so blessed to have found this cozy place. My sister and I live here with our cat, and it is a sweet getaway from the business of life. I am so happy when I get to come home from hard days at work to this spacious place. Can occasionally be noisy with children, but the staff at the front desk are very sweet and accommodating, the maintenance workers are prompt with requests, and the space is super clean especially for a pet-friendly environment. I would definitely recommend the Marquis at Silverton!
I found Silverton by LUCK...Turning here I have come in contact with a beautiful group of people. They are that missing FAMILY who gives you a warm and comfortable living environment. The apartment exceptionally clear, big widows, the green grass, lots of storage space. And. Most a lot of Beautiful Faces. Come on in and become part of the FAMILY.
I have been here for almost 2 months and I am so glad that I chose Marquis at Silverton.From showing me the apartment and helping me with the application process the staff has been helpful and supportive. Sylvia helped me through online process which l really appreciated.Maintenance staff are courteous and quick to respond to problems .I am handicapped and the staff has shown sensitivity to anything they could do that would make things easier for me even offering to make my bathtub more accessible.In short, I love living here and I recommend it to anyone looking for a positive rental experience
Nice staff. Very disappointing quality and poor response to maintenance requests. Less like newly renovated and luxury. More like Look, these are cheap apartments for the space you get. Expect quality compromises.We moved into a newly renovated apartment 2 months ago. On move in, there were many examples of shotty contracting work (see examples below). We submitted maintenance requests for everything on move in. 2 months later, none of our original requests were completed, nor commented on. I understand that Covid precautions may affect service requests, but I would expect you to say so, or authorize me to fix issues myself. We have had one maintenance request completed, where we had a dripping faucet, and that was fixed in 3 hours.We were told the apartment had ethernet by Jacob when we were touring. It does not, and the cables behind the phone jacks are not ethernet compatible. In fairness, Erica was very willing to work with us. Ultimately, Erica compensated me for materials & time to implement a MoCa network solution.Examples of poor quality:- 4 of our interior doors are askew. Some do not close, some scrape their frame & paint.- Laundry door is off, and missing hardware to remount it to its rail.- 2 windows have significant gaps in their screens.- The windows condense water, and that water is growing mold inside our apartment on the window sill.- Our stovetop is unpredictable. Sometimes, 1/7 heat will be maximum heat. Other times, 5/7 heat will be completely off.- None of the phone jacks nor coaxial jacks were connected to their wiring, despite being caulked to the wall.- Our shower heads and bath faucets are not caulked to the wall/tile. They have gaps.-Rapid fire: paint on doorknobs, paint on walls/windows/floors, stained tiles/bath/walls/ceilings, fridge water not connected, chips/peeling on baseboards and trim, sawdust in every cabinet/drawer, not-smooth rails on any drawer, never-been-washed patio concrete and moldy exterior walls/trim.Again, some of these examples are nitpicky, but we shouldnt have to deal with them in a newly renovated apartment, and we shouldnt still be dealing with them 2 months later. Maybe I am naive, but isnt the better option to respond to my service requests with You can do this yourself and well compensate you for materials?
I love living at Marquis and Silverton! The apartments are beautiful and quiet. The pool is awesome. The neighborhood is safe and within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, entertainment and parks/trails. The ammenities are great too. Maintenance always immediately shows up when there is an issue. My FAVORITE thing about living at Marquis at Silverton is definitely the office staff! They are amazing!!!!
The best apartment community I have ever lived in. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The maintenance crew is efficient and reliable. They all really strive to make sure their residents and future residents are taken care of. You get a sense of community as well with your neighbors and there are plenty of fun activities to do throughout the year.
The best staff and service Ive ever had at an apartment (lived in three before this). The office and maintenance staff is friendly and they are constantly making family friendly events for those who live here to enjoy. Any problem that arises is quickly communicated over email along with updates to those situations. The community is tucked into the woods so it gives me a more pleasant view compared to other apartments in the area, and the parking lots/exits are easy to navigate. Also, their pool is probably the best apartment pool Ive ever used. It is maintained well, sparsely populated, and big enough for exercise!
Great spacious apartments in an awesome/ clean community with friendly staff members. While the community has an awesome team to work with, Sylvia Ortega especially is the best to work with. She is knowledgeable, friendly, very helpful, and is always willing to solve any minor problem you might be facing related to the apartment/ community.
We are staying here from last 3.5 years amazing staff and amazing community. We absolutely love everything about this community. Near by to school, airport and shopping complexes. All the services that are requested are closed as early as possible. Gated community and safe for kids. Events are organised very often like Bingo night, Game night, Halloween and Easter Egg hunt for Kids, main star attraction is our annual Pool Party (absolutely amazing). Five star for the amazing staff
Staff is friendly and always helpful. Maintenance is also friendly and helpful. Location is beautiful and close to all shopping, airport and major highways. Dog friendly, well maintained landscape, and the staff always planning activities for the residents. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone.
I usually don’t post reviews but I definitely felt this property deserved some love. I went on a tour this week and I loved it. The property it self was well kept. The apartments feel luxurious. And not to mention the staff was friendly.
Ive been living here for around 3 years now, I like my apartment a lot, the community feels very safe, there are a lot of families here but you still get your peace of mind and privacy.. There is adequate parking area for all the residents as well as for guests.. the staff here are kind and very efficient.. most issues/ repairs are resolved within 24 hours.

Back in October 2018, my husband son and I decided to move out of San Diego to the Raleigh area. We didn’t know much about this area, only that we had a few family members out here and we were looking to save a little bit of money as everyone knows California isn’t cheap. So we stumbled upon this gem, Marquis at Silverton in Cary NC. We reached out and got into contact with a gentleman named Jacob who was very kind and polite and heard everything we were trying to accomplish on our journey over here and made our lives so much easier by being with us every step of the way across country. It’s hard to move to a new place without ever seeing or touring it prior to deciding to live there. So we completely put our trust into our soon to be home of residence. We were then put in contact with Erica, who went out of her way to photograph the exact unit we would be moving into and she was very descriptive in every aspect possible with this unit, again as we were unable to view it prior to moving there. She answered all of our questions and was nothing but great from the first conversation we had. Upon arrival to NC, we went and sat down in the office to proceed moving forward with the application. Something had come up with our original unit and it was no longer available for move in. Erica wanted it to be perfect for us, she was of course super apologetic and showed a ton of empathy and understanding about how this could make us feel. So she worked with us and showed us an even bigger unit with an even better view and updated appliances (as the original unit had not been updated yet) I immediately fell in love with this apartment! It was everything and more than our original planned unit. Erica was great at accommodating us in this matter and matched our rent prices and everything.Since then we’ve felt completely at home and taken care of! Sometimes things happen for a reason!Around the end of our lease on April 1st, 2020 the unfortunate pandemic prevented us from being able to move out and Silverton’s team was already 2 steps ahead of us when they reached out to offer us an extension at no extra cost to our monthly rent to stay as long as we needed until we could get into our new community, which is also with CWS because they’re so great! We would’ve loved to have stayed with this community had we not needed a 3 bedroom. But thankfully we had the opportunity to live in the best place possible when it comes to renting an apartment. When we reached a point where we were able to move out, our journey here at Silverton had sadly come to an end and we couldn’t be more grateful for the experience and the friendships made. Silverton community wasn’t just our temporary apartment, it became our home and the whole front office became family. I can truly say Erica,Jacob, and Sylvia displayed a level of persistence, dedication, and passion to helping their residents that is unmatched and we couldn’t thank them enough. They are the best group of people that I had the privilege of meeting and getting to know. Thank you so much for being so great!
I just got married and moved to the NC in September 18.. I had never even visited NC and was very apprehensive initially of how it would be living here, how the people would be, etc. But I think this is one of the best communities Ive lived in, the apartments are nice, everything in order a gorgeous pool a well equipped gym and of course the staff of Silverton, they were the first people I interacted with and are absolutely amazing, friendly and very very proactive always helpful in solving any queries or issues.. there are a lot of fun activities that keep taking place like Bingo nights for adults as well as a kiddies night.. a full 5 rating from me
From the time I came to see apartments, to the move in, up until now, it has been nothing but a pleasant experience. Erica and her team truly make this place feel like home, the maintenance team keeps the place beautiful and responds to service tickets very quickly, making the overall quality of life here beyond amazing. Its definitely a little slice of heaven!
Charges are extreme... no proper bug control. Without any pool, gym, park they charges more.. staff are not properly answer any of the request. Complete too much extra money...

Hi, I have been staying at Marquis at Silverton for about 1.5years now. The maintenance staff are good though they wont respond immediately but they try to address the issues at earliest based on the peak period. Normally in peak period there are delays but Marquis management does stay in touch and update at regular intervals. Overall, I had some issues initially when I was checking-in for first time but Erica managed that quite well and retained us so long till date.
The front office staff is amazing! The apartments are beautiful and the facilities are well kept. Maintenance is quick to respond to any problems.
I am not at all satisfied with the move. I have just moved 10 days back, from second day itself i am seeing cockroaches everywhere and I have informed the same, even though after 2 pest treatments I don’t see any improvement.Management and staff are very good and trying to resolve the issue.
It’s a very good community. I am staying here for an year. And there never been any issue with stuff . Stuff are very good. Once there was no water in my kitchen and they sent person on Sunday. Safe for kids . Friendly, they are gone send you email after receiving the mail from amazin or any one. During the hurricane there response was so good, they call individual house to make sure that we are all prepared.

I just stayed in this apartment for 7 months and then unfortunately I had to move. I really enjoyed my stay, staffs are very friendly, they always acknowledge the problem and try to fix them promptly and efficiently. When I moved out i cleaned the apartment as much as possible and the best part is that they truly acknowledged my effort and didnt charged me any extra penny. They also send me a thank you mail appreciating my effort to keep the apartment clean. I truly recommend people to stay in this apartment.
This complex has the friendliest management staff and neighbors! Erica, the manager, and her assistant Cassandra made our cross country move from CA effortless. We were able to handle all move-in business over the phone and they were ready for us the day we drove in. They even placed a welcome gift in our apartment. Extremely thoughtful!You feel a real sense of community living here which is what we love most. From the management hosting pizza night or bingo to the onsite dog park and playground and gym, theres always something fun to do!We appreciate all the staff does for us here and thoroughly enjoy living in this quiet and quaint community.

I am staying since Sep 2017 and love this community.Excellent service provided by leasing staff.Grocery store,mall,offices in close proximity around 1 mile walking distance. Laundry in each apartment.Gym,Swimming pool, children park and car parking available.I love this place.

My wife Judy Evangelisto and I moved here April, 2016 when we retired and from the initial meeting with the Office personnel it has been a great experience. We were given everything that we have needed to make this a good choice for our retirement. We are now on our third lease and were able to do a 18 month lease this time, so we look forward to what the future holds for us here.As far as the entire staff, they all work very hard to go over and above to help in any way that they can. Maintenance works very hard and have always been available when needed.....Matt seems like a great guy who is not afraid to jump in and help, no matter what the need is or the time. The grounds are kept up year round. I think that because of the Office and Maintenance staff we have a very diverse and friendly community, not to mention pet friendly.If you are looking for a future apartment community.....Marquis at Silverton is the place.Sam Evangelisto
Great location! I love the feeling of living the woods (my unit is 3rd floor wood view and I highly recommend it). Its close to target and Walmart if I ever need anything. The staff do a great job! They are super friendly and always helpful. I like that they always remember my name and wave and ask me how I am whenever I cross paths with them.
When my fiancé and I decided to move in together we spent an entire day touring apartments. At 19 years old not many people took us seriously. Erica has never made us feel like we were less. She took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we were 100% comfortable before we moved in. It’s been almost 3 years now and we couldn’t be happier with our decision to move to marquis at silverton.
Ive living here since Oct 2012 after relocating from India and really enjoyed living here so far. the location has been perfect for me in Cary as its only really 10 min from my office and near by shopsFirst few months we took 1 bedroom 1 bedroom first floor apartment and its been perfect for two of us but after an year we moved to 2 bedroom apartment so we have space for guest and relative vising us.The most important point I have seen which makes this apartment special is the team as it amazing, especially Erica, Marcus . Even others are great.. they know you by name which makes it special.I would rate this apartment as one of the best in Cary.
I have been living here for 3 years now and as far as apartment living goes I dont really have any issues. The front office staff is excellent and maintenance works hard to keep everything up. The only issue Ive ever had is noise from people below me, who really were just inconsiderate of other residents and it was difficult to get them to understand that, even when office staff said something (previous staff). The location is great and safe.
I have lived here for total of 7 years and I have had a very good experience with the staffs and the community at large. This is just about the best location to live in Cary, providing access to anywhere and anything one would want to do in a matter of 10 to 15 minutes maximum. Nice location and great staff. Unfortunately due to pest issue i have decided to move out. Lot of roaches and some spider. tried to do the pest control for number of times but didnt help. informed the management and they are willing to take steps but no time line to resolve the issue. No help in waving any lease fee or anything. I believe its just the rule that need to follow. But what if landlord failed to provide hygienic living environment ? .Please make sure you dont have any insects living in your apartment before you move in.
I lived there for a year and dont recommend it. Management was wonderful when I was first moving in but havent had good experiences with them since then. Had on going issues with just about everything in my apartment that took months to fix. The neighborhood was decent and I liked the layout of the apartments but I’d never move back based on the overall experience.
It has been a true DREAM living at the Marquis at Silverton. We have lived here for more than 2 1/2 years. The location is very ideal - close to Park West and everything you could need. The apartments are very well-kept and maintenance is a very quick phone call away if anything goes awry. We enjoy our neighbors and our quiet little home. Its the perfect place for us! Not to mention- the office staff is the best Ive experienced. My fiancé and I tried to leave - and came back within days!! Erica and her team work hard to keep tenants happy and I love taking my dog to the office to say hello (yes, they let me bring him and even give him treats!). Very pet-friendly, dog lovers dream.

There were problems in renting an apt in the community, I was initially promised a move in date and i signed the documents but the apt was not ready and it got delayed for more than a week. I had to force myself to stay in a hotel since my credit check was already done.The manager was tough and she never agreed to the problem in the guest bathroom when all the technicians and rest of her co-workers noticed that it is definitely a problem .When she realized it was a problem by one of the technician, they took their sweet time of 4 months in the 7 month lease period to replace the cabinets. And to this date it is not painted and is not having handles to its drawers . Hope they notice this and do it quickly.Disappointment in the end,as this being close to my office, I had to continue my stay.

If I start to explain the maintenance requests one might think that this isnt a good apartment. However I guess any apartment would have more or less same issues, the way they deal with the issue and let you make comfortable is where the difference comes in. I do not want to go into specifics as the review board wont be enough, but I just want to say that they have made me so comfortable with the whole time I am here. Its sad that I have to leave this community due to immigration issues for a different country. If I ever come back to cary, I believe this will be it.Just for reference, they do work with you and come up with solutions if you think you cant live in one unit, that was one of many instances which made be rate them very high. Apartments by itself are not very perfect but management I would say is the best.

I loved the communal facilities (especially the racquetball court) I loved my apartment the gully kitchen, the hardwood floors and the updated brushed steel white goods. The customer service was very good. I would move back in a heart beat.

It was January of 2017 when my future Fiance and I decided to move in together. At the time we were 20 years old going to college and trying to make ends meet. I was a football player at our university and we both worked to support ourselves. At the time I was living in a bedroom that had a conjoining bathroom no more than 200 square feet it was cramped had mold and rats that ran through the building there was even a raccoon that lived down the hall from us. Safe to say we were looking for a place that we could truly call home. We made a list of 15 apartments we found on the internet to go tour and The Marquis at Silverton was not on it. We got up early and spent the day touring all of them and finally settled on the last one to be our future home. However, on the drive back to my current residence we passed The Marquis at Silverton and my Fiance said we should just go in and take a look. Having previously decided on an apartment we werent expecting to have our minds changed it was just on a whim that we pulled into the front office. Upon entering the leasing office we were greeted by Erica Bieterman who was very kind to us both then we all loaded in a golf cart and toured the grounds. It was very cold outside and we were asking a lot of questions yet Erica took the time to answer all of them thoroughly even as we all shivered going from place to place. We spent quite a bit of time sitting with her discussing the details of the property probably longer than most who come in to get information about renting an apartment. Looking back we thought she could probably tell that we were really young and kind of nervous about the whole process. Because we were barely 20 years old at the time the other apartments we went to all day did not take us seriously some were even rude trying to get rid of us. Even the apartment we had decided to apply for had not treated us with much respect. This was not the case with Erica she did not dismiss us, she made us feel wanted in this community and had so much energy and passion when she spoke about the property and the residents. We got in the car afterwards with a folder of information and went home to go over our options. Before we even got home we had already decided that the Marquis at Silverton was going to be our new home. We liked the apartment and the amenities and all the normal stuff you would expect to see. However, what really made us decide to live here was the way Erica treated us with respect and made us want to be here after everyone else didn’t. We applied for the apartment and moved in three weeks later. Now it has been nearly three years for us here and we are happy to call this place home. We have yet to question that decision and it is all thanks to Erica. We have loved living here. When I bought an engagement ring to propose I brought it in to the office to get a female’s opinion from Erica because I was afraid my fiance wouldn’t like it. The Marquis at Silverton has been good to us and Erica and her staff have made living here a great experience. There are too many stories to list because this one was probably longer than it needed to be but we are reaffirmed in our decision daily when checking the mail and any other interaction we have with Erica and her staff.
Great place to live. This is my 2nd year staying in this apartments and i love the staff they are very friendly and helpful.I love there monthly offerings for tenants bingo is my favorite its a great idea to meet the community. They also offer yoga classes 3/month by a certified instructor her name is disha and she is Awesome. i love all the staff Jacob, Casandra, Erica thanks for everything ull awesome at your job.
Jacob in the leasing office was wonderful and extremely helpful when we came in to view a unit and go through the paperwork. The complex is extremely well kept and everyone we ran into was very friendly!
A great place to call home!
Rates are too high for 1 or 2 bed rooms in Marquis at Silverton. Moving charge within the same comunity is also too high. They are good at the beginning but they are showing them as a good business men to the resident.

Ive been living here for over 1 year and 6 months. If you want peace, do not move on the first or second floor. Its bad enough when you have inconsiderate neighbors above you but to make matters worse, the construction is terrible. You can hear anyones footsteps including pets running across the floor. (I mind my own business and hate to complain but it is that noisy!).The staff will not take care of noise problems. They actually encourage you go above them to corporate which is obviously unprofessional. Save your money and move to a better community.
Terrible. In addition to the unreasonably high rent, the contracts they rope their residents into are intentionally worded to mislead counterparties, constantly asking for various deposits which are never used as deposits. Read everything they put in front of you thoroughly.Ive never been knickled and dimed so much in my life. There are a lot of great apartment options in the area, this is absolutely not one of them.
