I moved into Arium Kildaire a year ago this month. It has been very pleasant. Its quiet and nestled away, as there are no other apartment complexes nearby for miles. Its close to a few grocery stores and restaurants, but also literally a 5 minute drive away from bigger stores and places to eat from. The apartments are nice as well. Even though they were built almost 20 years ago, the renovations have kept it looking up to date. The only negative I would say is that there is a bug problem involving roaches. Mostly they are outside but on occasion they make it inside so you have to keep your apartment equipped with spray. The patios are also screened it, which gives you a secure feeling even though its just wire netting. The other neat thing is that they offer garages as well if you wanted one, as well as upstairs. Storage is in a central building so that gives you more patio space. Overall I give it 4 stars out of 5. Im happy living here.
ARIUM Kildaire was a breath of fresh air when I was looking to relocate to the Cary area. Its a beautiful complex with an amazing location; just the right mix of a country feel but also city life. The apartments are spacious and up-to-date, which includes a patio with a beautiful view. Staff and maintenance team members are friendly, yet very professional and knowledgeable. Thank you Trevor for reviewing my punch list with me and fixing my closet door.
I have lived here now for almost 2 years and I have no plans of leaving….the main office personnel is always courteous and professional but where this place really shines is maintenance. I have had the pleasure to deal with Trevor of the maintenance team here and just like everyone else he always strives to go above and beyond. If you are thinking about living here do it, it will be an amazing home for you and your loved ones!
We shifted to arium Kildaire in 2019 and love the fact that apartments are very spacious. The major thing that attracted us towards this community was the big patio space . That was our favorite part in the apartment, but no more as they put screenings in patio and make it feel like a cage. I wish they would have kept it optional .We used to love that open Patio and spent time in the open area.Community area look very dark after 8. I wish they could add some bright lights in the parking lot area.Maintenance team response has improved over the time.
My family and I love it here at Arium kildare. The staff are so friendly and personable it feels as if were living amongst family. The few times that weve needed a repair or maintenance work done, the maintenance guy, Trevor, is always so prompt and efficient. Moving here was definitely a good move for my family
I love absolutely living here. It is so peaceful and the property is so beautifully landscaped. Management and office staff are wonderful! They are always so kind and accommodating, more so than any other property I have lived. Maintenance staff have always been so nice and Johnnie on the spot when addressing any maintenance issue.
Both of my maintenance concerns were handled in a timely manner. The issues are fully resolved! Thank you so much!!
Absolutely gorgeous area. Its so affordable for how luxurious and spacious it feels and for the amazing gym and awesome pool area.. this is the nicest place Ive ever lived in LOL Theres geese roaming the grounds the staff is so stinking sweet helpful maintenance requests are fulfilled asap and everyones so quiet and respectful here for the most part I cant think of any negatives I hope I can afford to live here for along while
I want to thank Mr. Kevin who take time out to fix thing in 3017 apartment he have an amazing attitude when he come in. Also he clean my window when there were mold in my place and let me know how to treat it. Trevor been wonderful too he came over when Kevin not there these men are great in their assignment I speaking on the Maintainance people that will care for the residents when thing in apartment needed fixed and do have to wait month Thank Again
Love it here just to many complaining people .we live in apartments not houses. I’m 73 and don’t have time for drama and complains .love and let live for all
I love my new place! And I hope to goodness it doesnt go up in price. The area I live is peaceful and quiet. I will say I live very close to a lake, so every now and again, there is a waterbug but nothing that cant be prevented. They fulfill pest control request and Ive only had to request it once since Ive been here. I cover my sinks and tub just in case they attempt to pop out and I keep my place very clean and I havent seen any waterbugs. So no complaints there. I love Whitnei and Claire!! I love their energy and they have been so nice and so helpful throughout the entire moving process. I appreciate the entire staff for being so kind, helpful and for everything they do. This is a great place to live.
We had the smoke detectors beeping and the maintenance team Trevor and David were over within a couple hours to fix them. Just needed one replaced and one other needed a battery. Great Job!
I came to write a quick note about my living experience here for the past year and almost a half .. I don’t know what building those that live in that have roaches .. but I can honestly say .. I DONT!!! It’s apartment living and I honestly don’t have any concerns.. I have put in work requests 3 times and they were not major .. and each time Trevor with his signature hair has been on point !! The last time I got to meet Kevin who was very nice and attentive to a issue with my screen .. as far as I am concerned I love my apt here at the Arium.. even the girls in the office have been nothing but really nice and professional with me .. if nothing else .. Thanks to the Arium for providing me with a cozy home....
Washer was messed up when we moved in and ruined a few pieces of laundry but Arium was quick to respond and gave us a refund for the damaged items and replaced washer. Trevor and David replaced the washer in record time and were very quiet while I worked from home. Great job guys!
The leasing staff was wonderful, responsive and extremely helpful. The place at move in wasn’t completely clean...
One of my favorite communities, such a great office and maintenance staff!
Ive lived here since 2008 so you must be doing most things right!
The location is perfect, we never realized that until we moved. We absolutely loved living here, we only moved because we got a place of our own in the country. The staff is amazing and is the reason I’ve given the 5 stars. Every time I called about a mishap or an issue they treated it like it was their own personal problem and helped me like I was family. I can’t say enough good things about Arium Kildaire. From the clean, beautiful streets to the staff and the neighbors it’s a five star place to live.
If u love roaches it is the best place for you to stay. They charge for pest control and u have to book an appointment for that they dont send and pest control team is least interested to do their job.in past the maintenance request is completed by them in 1 to 2 months and Luxurious is in just dreams and forget about your security refund they will charge as deep cleaning fund lots of noices from upstairs and next neighbors
Ever since bell sold the property to arium, everything has gone down hill. There’s roaches everywhere. In the kitchen, bathroom, beds. I’ve had to throw so many items out because the roaches have taken over the apartment. For the price we pay I expect to be comfortable and clean in my own apartment. It’s impossible to get pest control to come out and even when they do it doesn’t work. Things also don’t get fixed around here. If you have a work order have fun waiting over a month for anything to be done. I’ve lived in apartments my whole life and have never seen such a poorly run complex.
Overall, it’s nice here. It’s quiet at night, which is important to me since I have to wake up so early. I’ve noticed a few bugs here and there but nothing out of the ordinary for summer time and an apartment home. Whitney is super nice and knowledgeable. The only problems I’ve come across though is that I wasn’t really given full details of what my apartment would actually look like. I was shown a model and not told that 1)the counters would not be black, 2)it doesn’t have a fireplace and 3)it doesnt have a w/d. Now all in all I’m glad that it doesn’t have black counters! And a fire place isn’t a big deal to me. But the lack of communication kinda bothered me. The apartment was also not properly cleaned prior to me moving in. They also ended up replacing the carpet after I moved in because the previous owner had animals and I’m mildly allergic. Which was a hassle but I’m glad it’s done now. But like I said, overall it’s a nice, quiet, little sanctuary to come home to after I got everything cleaned up.
Bad Management. They never consider your request. If you are roaches lover then best place to live. This place is pets & Roaches friendly.
Best apartment community by far!! The staff is awesome. If your looking for a place to call home no need to look any farther, you have found HOME! I highly recommend living here. Best experience I have ever had with apartments.
I have been living here almost 2 years and this has been the best living experience I have had in the 8 1/2 years of living in NC . Very friendly staff, on hand experiences, children friendly, clean neighborhood, great maintenance and they all go above and beyond to please the tenants. I have referred Arium Kildaire to many and will continue
I’ve been living here at Arium Kildaire for over a year now. I could not be happier! Everyone in the office is so helpful, they are all so sweet! Maintenance is top notch, and the guys are super friendly. Great apartment complex for dogs! Valet trash pick up, cardboard recycling, workout room, pool, fire pit. I absolutely love this place and plan on staying here for a long time!
We have lived here for almost a year and love it! The office staff is always nice as can be. They spoil our two doggies and always give them love and treats. It is truly a place we feel at home!
We stayed at this apartment for 2 and half years in the 500 building, if you want to be roommates with cockroaches and bugs and spiders go ahead. The management is the worst possible group, unresponsive and arrogant and rude at best. The carpets were old and nasty, the hvac unit would break 4 times a year and would be out 2-3 days before they would even respond and it was not even covid. We had to call them regarding the dishwasher and the sink over 30 times and they refused to fix it every time. The sink would be leaking and their response was it’s just old. bugs bugs bugs would be crawling the unit and they charge you 36$ annually for pest control and never did anything nor ever sprayed. The entry to our unit would be and still is filled with bugs. Very nasty complex and management and units, attitude of the staff is just awful. Rent at your own peril.
I have lived in this complex for about 2 years. The neighborhood is very nice and it has several amenities available. A nice workout room, a pool (during season), valet trash, screened in porches. Their maintenance people are always quick and helpful. I searched for a better complex within a 20 mile radius and there wasnt anything to compare. Within 1 mile are two grocery stores, gas station, 5 restaurants and much more. The office staff is always so helpful and no matter how stressed they may be, they will treat you with kindness.
The leasing agents make this place feel like home with how they care about the residents. Great updates to the fitness center. Pool is awesome! Perfect location with great schools and close to the Y, parks, and library.
We currently live here and will be leaving in Sept. The management does NOT care about the well-being of this community or the residents. The apartments are roach invested, they charge you a monthly pest control fee, but expects YOU to make an appointment to have them come out to control THEIR pest. Our dryer has been broken for 3 weeks, and NO ONE has come to fix it. The photos below represent what we have to do dry our clothes. Our tub has been backed up for nearly 2 weeks, again, we called. NOTHING. DO BETTER BY YOUR TENANTS AND STOP SAYING THIS IS A LUXURY COMMUNITY! ITS TRASH!
Ive really enjoyed living in this complex. The interiors and exteriors are well kept, and the staff has always been friendly and helpful in my experiences.Pros:-No creepy-crawlies here. We got the occasional tiny house spider, but thats about it.-Maintenance was always friendly and fixed our problems within a day.-Neighborhood is peaceful.Cons:-The two giant recycling bins were converted to cardboard only which effectively doubled the amount of trash for the compactor. Trash mountain was a regular sight.-Residents will park on the line or half in another spot. This isnt the complexs fault, I know, but just be aware.Overall my main reasons for leaving are that I can no longer afford the rent after it went up, and the location just wasnt ideal for me. Good experience otherwise.
I have to say worst property manager I have ever met. I transferred from Wilmington the team there is amazing. I have had nothing but issues since moving in and referred someone who just moved in and found a bunch of issues and no air it was broken. He still doesnt have it and he is not the only one. I went to the pool today its finally opened every other place opened months ago. I was told they closed today and tomorrow because of the hurricane ok fine but watch the way you speak to me. I asked why didnt she call she said she just found out, she was super rude to me in front of my kids so unprofessional. but had enough time to put locks on all the gates and doors. I was spoken to so rude and so sick of the excuses I get. If I ever treated my clients the way I have been treated I would be out of business. The only Covid they are following is not doing their job not one person wears a mask or gloves ever. The day I moved in their were people cleaning and kids running all over no masks or gloves. I had a bunch of stuff wrong too, it would take to long to list them. I cant believe I have a year lease. The roches live in the walls their is a garbage mound all the time. I do have a beautiful apartment and the staff all but the Manager are very nice. I cant believe more people dont speak up.
I have resided in ARIUM Kildaire for several years now. I have appreciated the privacy, the friendliness, my neighbors, and the staff at this location!! Everyone from the Administrative Staff to the Maintenance Staff have been wonderful. I dont go out much, but if one of my neighbors notice me struggling after a monthly grocery/homesupply run, they offer to assist me, and it is much appreciated.I am comfortable here, not far from my adult children in any direction. Not a far distance from my Church, close to shopping, the highway, very well-placed Community. I have no complaints!!!!
CANNOT get the deposit! Small thing but tell you all. I was a resident in this community and my rent ended Oct 2018. Today is Jun 2019, and I still HAVE NOT got my deposit. I understood the transition of the management, but 8 months is really too much. Fun things: 1) PICK IT OR LOSE IT. They had my number, but they sent the deposit check back to their account center without calling me, 2 weeks after they received it. 2) SILENCE and SILENCE. Its always that I call them, and there is no simple update from them through all the months that I waited. I think my experience in this property was good until it shifted management. And now I lost my hope and exhaust my patience for the refund.
Been here for a month so far. Michelle in the front office is THE SWEETEST person in the world and bends over backwards to make sure everything is okay. The water pressure definitely is a downside, but that can always be fixed with a pressure improving shower head (we got one from Amazon).Yes, the trash compactor breaks about once a week, but I live directly next to it and I never smell anything, they always have it fixed crazy fast, and the compactor itself is quiet. The new renovations are lovely. The stove heats up a full pot of water to a boil in less than two minutes, even though its an electric coil system.Very dog friendly! We are a little frustrated that they didnt tell us we were moving in across from a construction site though. Its difficult to get sleep past 7AM as the back up noises are many and loud, although the complex is huge and the development is going up quickly. They do a great job preparing for new tenants, its not one of those crazy PAINT EVERYTHING IN SIGHT complexes. Layout is gorgeous and the property is too. Maintenance is AMAZING!!!EDIT: Just renewed for another year, couldnt be happier.
Ive lived here for 7 months and I absolutely love it here! The staff has been wonderful to me. They are great when you have a service request - take care of everything in a timely manner. They keep the grounds so pretty. They also plan many fun events for the residents. It is also in an incredible neighborhood where you can walk to everything - such a nice, safe area. Having lived in apartments for almost 20 years, I can tell you this is my favorite by far. I highly recommend it.
This is one of the worst apartments I have ever lived in. I am about to finish my lease but I had to stay longer because they will trick you with the lease. This place is over priced for its living conditions. Before moving in we were promised an apartment that was newly renovated. The only thing they renovated was the kitchen. There are splatters of paint all over the wood floor so it looks terrible. At first I was excited that there was a big balcony but only to realize that the doors from the outside were coming apart. The neighbors are also an issue in this complex. There is a guy way across the other complex far from mine that would get on his balcony and play the saxophone poorly. This would go on for hours. I would be in my apartment and would have to turn my music on to tune out his sound. Forget trying to take a nap. There is also an issue of couples in this neighbor hood divorcing so you will constantly hear a neighbor fighting. The complex actually went around to different business to promote because divorce couples continued to move out. We heard this directly from the office because they went to my sisters office in Cary to promote with candy. However, if you try to speak to the office regarding any issues they are not helpful. The main problem I have with this complex is the office. They are unhelpful, inconsiderate, and conniving. Do yourself a favor and dont move in here. Its not worth it, dont waste your money.
I am very happy with my beautiful apartment. This is also a great location to supermarkets, stores, pharmacies, and restaurants. The office staff is very attentive to our requests, and I especially appreciate the office manager, Alexis, for meeting my needs whenever possible. I do have to say though, that although the lawn is always cut, the hedges may get cut twice a year and they are out of control! I also feel we need to hire more maintenance personnel, since we have a long wait for a work order to be filled. For these reasons, I am only giving four stars, although I am very happy with my apartment itself.
My father moved in and his AC was broken, there was rotten food stuck in the garbage disposal, the handles on several cupboards were missing, the shower curtain rods were unusable, and one of the bathtubs would not hold water. These are only a small handful of the myriad of issues with his apartment. The property manager gave off a very cavalier attitude about the situation and told my dad, who had just moved himself in and was drenched in sweat and exhausted, that all they could do to help him was give him a big fan. The temperature became well over 87 degrees at points. They told him they would definitely fix the AC on Monday (today), and are now saying they wont fix it until Friday. The property manager has nothing to offer but convoluted excuses and a bad attitude that demonstrates a total lack of care for the tenants here. Five weeks ago when we had just moved in and were requesting maintenance services, we were told our requests were low priority because the maintenance man was fixing broken AC units. Now that there is a broken AC unit, there is nobody to be seen who can fix it apparently.
Nice quiet community.
I lived at The Meadows At Kildaire for a year. When I moved in, my apartment, except for the bathtubs, was as if brand-new. It was very clean and very beautiful. I found the management to be respectful and exceedingly helpful. I also found that whatever management could do to make things right, they did and they did quickly.People who write these horrible reviews that I have seen for here and other complexes need to realize that they are living in multiple family housing units. There is only so much management can do to control the behavior of its occupants who need to be responsibile for their own behavior. No, occupants dont all cooperate with putting their and their pets refuse in its rightful place. No, not all of the occupants are completely quiet or kind. There are also many who are very kind and cooperative. That is life no matter where you live.I can honestly say that the management at the Meadows of Kildaire do everything they possibly can to make apartment life at their complex as clean, beautiful, and pleasant as they possibly can. It is a great place to live.
I have truly enjoyed living in this community! The complete staff, office and maintenance have been great!! The neighbors wave, and it reminds me of old times, in my neighborhood back home. I am really happy that I chose this location, because it is central to everything that I need, and anywhere that I need to be.
This is a wonderful and quiet community. I’m very satisfied with the management and our apartment
I think the arium team here are very nice friendly and very accomadating a big group of wonderful workers. I enjoy living here.
Ive lived here for over 9 years now, and I love it. Not only is the location ideal, and the apartments and grounds are nice and well kept, but the people who work here are really great. Theyre always very friendly and personable; the office people and the maintenance crew are top notch. Its a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere all around. Ive had very few problems, but when theyve occurred (e.g., leaky water heater), they take care of them quickly and efficiently. They even change the ceiling bulbs when they burn out!The only downsides of living here arent really downsides of the place itself, just those of apartment living in general ... as far as apartment complexes go, I dont think theres another one as good as this anywhere in this area.
Love the area, the staff are super friendly. Weve had a few hiccups which is expected but the staff have been great about resolving those minor issues quickly.
Weve been here for four months and I have absolutely nothing but praise for the Meadows. The staff is amazing. The thoughtful get togethers foster the feeling of community, and the attention to maintenance detail is excellent. They know you by name when you walk in to pick up a package from the mail! We had a problem with our dryer when we moved in and the repair staff tried very hard to fix it. When that was not possible, they immediately replaced it. The apartment is comfortable and quiet. The grounds are beautiful and a pleasure to walk through. Our building is full of really nice folks who stop to say hello and share stories. There is an attitude of respect here. The gym is clean and our daughter loved the pool. While there will always be problems with people who dont follow rules (such as parking and trash disposal), these things are not a problem for the Meadows. Problems are quickly rectified and nothing is ever troublesome for long. Its a great place to live and call home.
Really enjoyed living here for 2+ years. Maintenance staff was always prompt and fixed problems on the first visit. The front office staff are helpful and take their residents concerns seriously. All staff Ive met with are very friendly. Neighborhood quality exceeds expectations, and the location layout lend themselves greatly to that. I highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for an apartment.
I would like to say that I have been living in The Meadows at Kildaire for a year and a half... I must say that I have not had a bad experience! The ladies in the office and so nice and polite. The manager that I call, Ms. D, went above and beyond for me in a couple of situations and I dont think that she will ever know how appreciative I am for that. Alexis is a SWEETHEART! As I said before ALL the ladies in the office are so nice and polite. I couldnt have found a better place to reside. GO MEADOWS AT KILDAIRE!!!
Pros:Nice staff, nice landscaping, pretty environment, easy payment options, reasonable rent prices for area, quiet neighbors, quick response to maintenance requests.Cons:- Very loud highway- Traffic (nearly impossible to exit the complex after 4:30 PM)- Ridiculous trash fee (they charge $17/month for you to walk your trash all the way to the back of the entire complex and throw it away in a nasty, smelly dumpster. Other apartments charge $15-20 per month to have your trash picked up at your front door. It is closer for me to walk my trash to the dumpster in the Dunkin Donuts parking which is across the highway than it is to take it to the provided dumpster.)- Bugs (cockroaches and stink bugs everywhere during particular seasons)- Poor insulation (STRONG drafts near every door and window leading outside)
Just moved in and couldnt be happier...a few issues that where resolved in a timely manner...nice people, very accommodating staff.....all around a great place to live!!! Only draw back are the children that live here and the noise they cause... especially on weekends! But I dont fault arium they have helped somewhat with this issue...I blame it on the parents...teach your kids some manners and respect... instead of letting them run crazy.
Once I moved in I could not get my dishwasher repaired or replaced by the maintenance staff for 3 weeks !!! This type of service is totally insane for the amount of rent I pay. Plus when I talked to the the property manager about getting this issue resolved all I got was an attitude and not my problem type of response. If I new that the service and manager were going to be an issue trust me I would never of signed a lease,a wolf in sheeps clothing.DO NOT LIVE HERE !!!!
This property has many positives to date, including a courteous and friendly staff. A more consistent online request followup process would be nice.
Wow, dont see how ANYBODY could think Deanna does not care about residents. I have lived here 3 years and love the place. The only noise I hear is from the fire department down the street, and that makes me feel safe! I think if I had neighbors that were beating each other up, I would have the Cary PD on speed dial. With enough documentation, I bet management could do something. Yes, there are issues with Dog waste, but the management has placed several poop stations around. Should Deanna follow each dog around with a scooper, or should pet owners get a grip? I see cars speed too, there are signs posted and speed bumps placed, I have a son out playing and this makes me mad, but should Deanna stand out there with a flag and slow everybody down? No, the DRIVERS need to realize this is a compact community and not a raceway. Trash Compactor is designed for HOUSE HOLD trash, people try to put furniture, mattresses, everything it is NOT designed to compact. It jams and then they wonder why? Wait, I get it Deanna should monitor what people put in the compactor too? Water pressure is an issue governed by the city, unless somebody from the office stands out at the water main and puckers up, it is what it is. Second and third floor units will have lower pressure than ground floor, it is physics. Not Deanna :-)
I had to submit my proof of insurance 3 times before you finally acknowledged it and quit sending me annoying reminders. Please find a recycling company that that takes ALL our recyclable materials instead of sending it all to a landfill.
We have lived here for a year already and I can honestly say that its been the best apartment weve ever lived in. It has also been the only one! The one thing that really makes this place great is the staff. They are AMAZING. Any work orders have been handled super fast and weve never been charged. They are all very friendly and know us by name. They have community events and handle issues (like trash or noisy neighbors) like professionals. We had the option to move close by for a cheaper rate when our lease was up, but weve heard bad things about service elsewhere and didnt want to give that up. It really makes a difference when living in an apartment and Im glad we decided to rent here. They really need a traffic light at the main entrance though. Making a left to get to ten ten is killer at rush hour.
The landscaping was a great feature when we first moved in under Bell management. Now the property looks unkempt and trashy. Sidewalks randomly trimmed. Cuttings just haphazardly blown up into the bushes. Perimeter full of fallen branches and weeds. Used to be easily walked. Recycling has been stopped. Lazy or cheap, not sure, but it’s an inconvenience to me. Garbage area is always a mess. Too many lazy owners that don’t clean up after their dogs. Been told that a company is hired to clean up. No evidence of it happening. Now no package acceptance at the office. I’ll bet your going to raise our rent to boot. So sad to see a great property slowly decline.
I absolutely love living here...the staff is amazing...very responsive and always willing to help!!!
This is a frat place for the community college nearby. We have been here for about 3 months and are looking to move. We loved the layouts of the apartments, but there is noise EVERY night, people are smoking all kinds of things, and the police are here all the time. There are bags of poop all over the place because the maintenance never empties the trash cans. You can hear every step the people above you make and the doors shake when they walk over the door frame. Know that the apartments that they show are not anywhere as nice as the ones you get. Ours was filthy when we moved in. We asked the office to clean it repeatedly, they would send them, they would do nothing but give you attitude, and then not clean it. The landscaping is nice, but you cant really walk around without feeling like people are watching you. The fire pit has been broken since we got here. All of the nicer (older) people seem to be leaving because of the cost. It would be a nice place if they took care of the problems. Theres a really pretty fountain- but we didnt get an apartment that looks at it. I am not willing to spend $1100 for a 2 bedroom with these conditions. PS- Im sure the front office is posting the good reviews ;)
THE STAFF IS GREAT! SPECIALLY MICHELLE SHE WAS A REAL SWEET HEART! THE ONLY ISSUE IS THE GARBAGE THE TRASH COMPACTOR BREAKS DOWN FREQUENTLY CAUSE SOME PEOPLE DONT KNOW HOW TO USE IT. LOL BUT BESIDES THAT PLACE IS GREAT!
This place has got to be the worst apartment complex I have ever stayed in. The communication between tenants and staff is horrible. Can hear everything through the walls. basically if you live here make sure you know every single word in your lease before they continue to try and take your money
MAINTENENCE CALL PLACED YESTERDAY TAKEN CARE OF TODAY. PROBLEM WAS POOR HEAT GENERATION CAUSING DISCOMFORT AND PRICE JUMP IN MY ELECTRIC BILL OVER THE PAST TWO MONTHS BY 15% . REPAIRS MADE AND WAS TOLD THAT AN AUTOMATIC SYSTEM CHANGE OVER TO EMERGENCY HEAT SERVICE TOOK PLACE WITHOUT NOTIFICATION TO MAINTENENCE OR MYSELF. PERHAPS THIS LOOPHOLE COULD BE CORRECTED?
Moved in a week ago and the staff is wonderful! Neighbors are great! And the apartment is beautiful!!! Love it here!!!!!
The actual apartment is great, however the pest invasion is RIDICULOUS. There are roaches literally in every patch of grass it is disgusting. I come from another place in Cary and I never had this issue. My dog doesnt even want to go do her thing outside. The staff and everything is great but it is seriously having my boyfriend and I think about just breaking our lease because the insects are GROSS outside. The solution they brought was residents please remove the squirrel or bird feeder homes and that should take away the insects well guess what? It hasnt and the residents who dont have those feeders shouldnt have to deal with a roach/spider being in every corner outside. We pay for pest control and it seems to just go down the drain.
Nice n Quiet! Check it out.....
You pay $17 a month for trash which you have to walk across the community to take it, the recycle bins are tiny. The lawn care here is horrible, the grass is cut maybe twice a month and looks like Jurassic Park most of the time! People double park and its next to impossible to get the office to handle it like they promised residents. Ive had two occasions now where I couldnt get into my car and had to climb through the passenger door. Now with two kids thats next to impossible and they still refuse to fine or tow anyone! I always have to park a couple buildings down from my unit because of so many inconsiderate aholes and now that its getting colder out my children are going to get sick when its pouring out.Since moving here weve had a numerous amount of issues and STILL DO, however we renewed our lease because it was easier than moving again with small children. I cannot wait to leave permanently. In my opinion this community will never be outstanding. They need to handle people who double park and park on the line as well as put sidewalks throughout. Personally its frustrating having to walk in the street for the most part with dogs and a stroller while people speed and almost hit you. Multiple residents with anger problems and recently had crimes committed in my building. This is not the place to live with kids. Go rent a house from someone and stay far away from all bell partners communities.
Apartments for the elderly, more like an retirement home, neighbor are very mean an rude! Apartments are old an squeaky so yessss u will be accused of being nosy an the ladies in front will believe the first person who complained👍🏼 Not an fun experience if u have kids!
My fiance and i in September 2012, informed a gentleman at the front office that we would be leaving in February 2013 and my fiance went to turn in the key and they said we needed to give them a 60 day notice! i am so not impressed with these people they are extremely rude!!!!
Office staff too rude.
If you love having kids run wild around your car and office staff being rude then this is the place for you.
Staff is amazing
Nice place
Cute apartments!!!
