It is unfortunate that a 0 rating isn’t able to be given. A 1 will have to do!This company loves charging their late fees. There is no drop box nor is there an online portal to pay rent. I wouldn’t buy a drop box or develop an online portal if I knew I could make an extra $61 every month per tenant either! Typically American greed at its finest.My brother and I work when this company is open, which gives us no real alternative to pay rent beside being late for work or cutting out early.My brother and I have reached out to Joe, the property manager, about numerous complaints, but none seem to be passed along.

The manager is responsible and reliable. He is always there to listen to my concerns, and then provides suggestions and resolves the issues. He collects rent and sent us the statement timely.

Overall, Joe can be nice on a good day. My experiences with him as a property manager have been average given he was battling. Health issues
