So the property manager for this place set up the appointment for me to stop by and see the rental before I decide to sign a contract. I took the afternoon off and get here.... yea she isnt here. Theres no one in the office at all. I call her number and she doesnt pick up. The voicemail box is full and I cant leave a message, of course.From what I can see from the outside, this place is OLD. Half the windows have screens that have fallen out. The pavement and sidewalks are in rough shape.I definitely dont recommend this place. If I cant even get their attention as a possible tenant Id hate to think how they treat people who have already signed a lease.

The name has changed to Cary Pines Townhomes, new owners and fully renovated. Awesome looking and a great place to live.

Nice office. New townhouses. Great location.
