Bexley Panther Creek is a community. Everyone is welcoming and friendly. The office and maintenance staff are attentive and accessible. The apartments are well maintained and I love he new paint colors. They are not as as fancy as the newer complexes, but they have all I need and their service outshines all the fluff of new places. Plus, they are nice to my dog, Waylon. If my dog is happy and likes it here, then I know its a great place to call home.

We love this community. Everyone here is so courteous, professional & accommodating. The Maintenance staff are quick, responsive and knowledgeable and respectful of our homes. Weve lived here for several years and the staff has changed, but the professionalism and courteousness has never changed. I love the look of our community and how improvements are made so the community never looks dated. We also love that its smoke-free and clean. The landscaping is beautiful. Its a pleasant place to drive-up to and call home.

I came in to tour and had a great experience. The leasing consultant, Brandon was so knowledgeable and kind. I definitely felt welcome and everyone was so nice. I definitely recommend this community to anyone thats looking. It feels like home already and I cant wait to sign my lease. .

This place is wonderful- maintenance is great and the office team is always friendly. They are currently having the buildings painted and the new colors look amazing. You can tell that everyone takes pride in keeping our community beautiful. Sure, the painting project can be a bit of an inconvenience along with the routine maintenance inspections, but that is also what makes this place so good. If they didnt care, then they wouldnt do things like this to improve the place or to prevent possible maintenance issues in the future. We have lived in several apartment complexes over the last ten years and this has been the only one to really feel like a community.

This community just feels like home. Its not as new as some around it, but its well maintained and the staff is excellent- office and maintenance. Believe me, this is a rare find. Ive lived in many apartments over the years due to my job. Bexley Panther Creek has been one of the few to to make me feel at home.

HUGE cockroaches everywhere!One cockroach crawled to my bed on the first night of moving in and scared the hell out of me, I had to move out to a hotel in the middle of the night.I found a new apartment but Bexley refused to compensate the hotel expenses.

Unprofessional staffI had an appointment to see an appartment and in the morning i got an email to confirm my appointment. I drove for 40 min and when i arrived they told me with cold blood (we are sorry but someone took it) i was disappointed and i asked them why the did not called me yoy ell me that and save my time.

Great community! Maintenance is very quick to respond to any service requests. They keep the community looking good year-round. The ladies in the office are friendly and welcoming. These apartments may not have all the new, fancy amenities or features as the newer communities being built around them, but their level of customer service outshines them by far.

I was so excited to tour this apartment, we called when we were outside but no one picked up. We walked in and we were waiting in the lobby for someone to help us. The leasing agent that worked there clearly saw us come in but didn’t pay any attention to us, she was just on the phone and computer. We ended up leaving and not touring. Very rude and unprofessional.

Nice and quiet community, Good management, The only thing I really dont like is that the maintenance team enter my home with no face mask and no shoes covers, What difference it makes if put mask on at this time, And removing shoes or put boot covers not hurting at all.

Bexley Panther Creek has easily been the best apartment communities i’ve lived at. Aside from the great amenities and the EXTREMELY well kept community, the office staff and maintenance team is really what keeps me here. They are so responsive, professional, personable, and willing to help at anytime. I would recommend ANYONE to live here!! You won’t regret it

Been living here for a couple of years. Great location and close to the highway. Its not as new as what is building around it, but they do a good job of maintaining the community. Maintenance and the office team are friendly and responsive to my needs. Ive been most impressed with how they are handling things during this pandemic. They are still coming into work everyday and are available to us. If you are looking for fluff, this isnt for you. If youre looking for community, then this is a great place to call home.

Absolute idiots run this place, dont live here unless you want bugs EVERYWHERE and nonstop maintenance for months.

I have only positive things about this community. Not only is the on-site team responsive and very friendly, but the management company has also shown the residents compassion and empathy during these uncertain times. The apartments are not the newest in the area. However, the service is outstanding.

Stacy was persistent in making sure that our application got processed quickly.Moe with maintenance is friendly and hard working. The community here is welcoming, and the amenities are great. Were glad to be calling this place home and hope to get to know our neighbors and staff even better.

We LOVE this community! We have lived here for more than a year and have been very pleased. The office and maintenance teams are the best. They have great social events and are even nice to our dog.

Compared to the massive new apartment complexes being built all over the area (and sadly, quite literally across the street), Bexley Panther Creek looks like a much smaller and calmer community, and that is exactly what it is.With a smaller-sized complex, even the furthest resident from the clubhouse has a short walk to check the mail or visit the pool. Taking out the trash is as easy as placing it outside your front door for pickup each night (for a fee, like any other place).Having less residents adds to the community feel, and the staff are better able to meet and remember their residents. The staff as a whole are very friendly and professional, but the maintenance team truly deserves more than 5-stars.Rachid quickly became a friend of mine, and I was genuinely saddened when it came time to move. We would greet each other in passing, and when I did stop to chat with him, he remembered what we had discussed during previous run-ins. The other maintenance workers are just as friendly, and are always ready to help.When you submit a maintenance request, the team is generally quick to respond and will do good work. Want more ceiling-mounted swivel lights? No problem, theyll bring you a few more for free.For all pet-owners and non-owning pet-lovers, the small dog park will surely make you happy, and the occasional resident-appreciation events are a plus too!The residents themselves a mix of people from all ages and backgrounds, so those specifically seeking a predominantly young community should look elsewhere (and probably outside of Cary). You really cant beat the staff and the smaller feel though.I became interested in BPC years before I actually moved in, and now that my time here has ended, I give them an honest 5-stars after thorough review. Theyre not 100% perfect; nowhere is. But theyre pretty close in my opinion! Thank you Bexley Panther Creek!

I absolutely loved living at the Bexley at Panther Creek. I cannot say enough good things about it. The only reason I moved was to venture on purchasing a new home. The Staff was always friendly, professional and helpful. Maintenance, well I cannot praise Moe enough! That man could bring the dead back to life...nothing, I mean nothing he could not fix and fix it the first time...I dont think he ever took a day off, and was always the one to come and take care to tend to the needs of my family and me. They are so welcoming to pets, the property is clean, airy, the apartments are spacious with wonderful kitchen / dining space (which are the heart of any home), the pool area is a vacation spot in the summer, with the grill, out door TV and comfortable seating. Central to everything and the schools if you have kids are the best in Wake County. If I cannot find a home, I will be returning, because there is no place I would rather be. Thank you Stacy and everyone! for an amazing experience. If the Corporate Office sees this, I will tell you that you have the most amazing staff at this property, hands down the best of the best. Oh and Paco and Mila thank you too!

Ive lived in panther creek for three years now. During this time I have been provided with excellent leasing and maintenance service. When I put in a work order it gets taken care of the same day. The staff here is very attentive to my needs and wants. They have been nothing but an absolute delight, especially the property manager Tracy. She is the most professional and courteous property manager Ive had the privilege of renting from. Anytime I have ever had a concern she would make sure it was taken care of swiftly whilst also exceeding my expectations.

I have moved in for around 3 months now and I really enjoyed my time here. Staff are VERY helpful. Package locker and packages return is perfect! Trash valet also worth their price. I like the screened in porch as that blocks all the leaves outside. Overall very nice

I just move in with my family and we are very happy with the apartment. Jaclyn was very nice and helpful. She took her time when working with us and helped through process. Everyone has been very friendly. We already feel at home.

Im a current resident and have lived here for a year and will be moving out due to work convenience however my experience here has been wonderful. Maintenance always responds within 24 hours and the office team is prompt with responding back to emails. My only issue here has been Valet Living not picking up trash consistently at my apartment during their normal pick up schedule however that is not the teams negligence. Parking is never an issue even when I have a guest over from time to time and having Luxer One is a great amenity since I work the same hours. I would definitely recommend this community to my friends and family.

This community is wonderful. It has felt like home from the beginning. Everyone is so friendly and kind. The apartment and grounds are well kept. I love the free Starbucks coffee and my dog loves the treats! This may not be the newest community in the area, but you will not find better customer service anywhere and for me, thats more important.

Went here on 1/26 around 3 p.m. in an attempt to inquire about a new apartment home. I was really excited to view the property. The leasing associate was with another customer, so I waited for about 30 minutes. At no point during my wait did the associate even acknowledge that I was there. Not a simple, Ill be with you soon or thank you for waiting. When the associate was done with the customer, she went into the office and starting working on the computer as I continued to wait. At this point, there was a line forming outside waiting. She continued to type away and STILL did not even acknowledge me. I continued to wait outside for another 5 minutes and then stepped up to the door of the office at which point she rudely stated that she needed to finish some things up. It was really disappointing as I was looking forward to viewing the apartments. At this point, I have found another apartment community that I will be moving to. All this is to say: first impressions really do matter! If I was treated like that as a prospective tenant, I certainly wouldnt want to be an actual resident here.

This is a lovely property with professional and personable staff. I love the amenities, especially the business center and gym. Anytime Ive put-in a maintenance request, its handled promptly. We made a great choice when we chose Bexley Panther Creek. I love the community of people, because its not noisy or suspicious which reflects theyre screening process is working. Everything is kept clean and showroom ready. Its as inviting today as it was the day we thought of moving-in. Its good for those in transition, temporary housing, long-term housing and lifetime housing. Im glad to call it home. The staff doesnt feel like employees; they feel like friends.

Panther Creek is a great place to call home. The staff is so inviting and they make your residence a pleasure. Everything is maintained well and staff is always willing to help with any situation that may arise. We love how pet friendly they are and the free coffee and tea as well!

I have recently took a tour at Bexley Panther Creek when i got into the office i felt very welcomed. I was greeted with a smile and The lady was able to answer all my questions. We took a tour and she was very friendly. My family and I are excited to move in next summer.

I would like to give four stars to these apartments but just one point and yes just one point do not let me do that. We moved here at at swimming pool facing apartment and everything was going good.Some time back Bexley guys started building pools side house in front of my patio which is complete now.So my apartment is no more pool facing. During the renovation period all apartment facilities were closed.Now I am paying rent for pool facing apartment where I face only a wall.Apartment office people are good and polite, maintenance services response is lighting fast. After office hrs response is also amazing.I do not see any problem living in this community but I dont want to pay for pool facing apartment while I am not living in one.

Bexley Panther Creek is one of the best properties! I have had the pleasure of living here for quite some time, and I am amazed at how friendly, kind, and attentive the staff here is - especially Tracey & Mohammed. The property is always so clean and the renovated clubhouse is BEAUTIFUL! Living here is nothing short of amazing

I moved to Bexley Panther Creek one year ago due to the proximity of Panther Creek High School. This is a perfect location for my children and my wife and I to get to work. We’ve had a great experience here and will be renewing for one more year before purchasing a home. The area has grown some since we moved here. We love the convenience of the new shopping center on 55. I would definitely recommend this property.

Moved in last Tuesday from Philadelphia. Needed a short-term lease while we find a home. Stacy is very nice and took great care of us! Price for a 3 month lease is very reasonable and the facilities are fantastic! Cats allowed a plus! Love the in apartment washer/dryer (new), balcony and community swimming pool. Internet cafe (with free WiFi), free Starbucks coffee bar, and gym is clean and convenient!

Quick maintenance request fulfillment, safe and clean place to live. Helpful front office staff. So glad to live here.

I had a pretty good relationship with this Bexley up until my time to transfer to their sister property Bexley at Carpenter Village. The staff has always been nice to me and maintenance was always prompt with upkeep and repairs. No complaints there. The valet trash was hit or miss but no big deal. The real issue was 3 days before I was scheduled to transfer to the sister property I received a phone call from my property manager Tracey stating that I would no longer be able to move to Bexley at Carpenter Village as the tenants did not move out but I would not be able to stay in my current apartment because it was rented out to someone else AND I couldnt move because I was still bound by my 14 month lease since my transfer didnt happen. Crazy right? Literally 3 days before Im scheduled to move my entire apartment is boxed up. Im told I cant move into the place I was promised ( & signed for) because a tenant refused to leave but I must move out of my apartment for a new tenant but I cannot break my lease. That has got to be the most insane thing ever. After a few hours of back and forth with both properties and the corporate office I was allowed to stay in my apartment for the time that I needed. I could not believe that they would treat me so poorly. I know that it was not entirely their fault however the situation couldve been handled much better. To tell someone you cant move in because someone didnt move out but you have to move out so someone can move in is absolutely nonsense. Tracey continued to tell me too look at other places to move into if I wanted to do another transfer... I did not. Ultimately they decided to let me out of my lease (only had a month left) so I could movecompletely. I could not wait to leave this place after that. That is terrible business practice. They really gave me 3 days to figure everything out. I moved the following week. It has also left a bad taste in my mouth for all Bexley properties.

We just moved from Miami to North Carolina a little more then a month ago. Since we contacted Bexley Panther Creeks team, the attention and concern from all staff has been incredible!....starting from the availability for us to come here until now.Looking forward to the renewal of the amenities even though the whole place is beautiful already, so it will be great then ;).Thanks for everything you do!...we are really happy with our apartment and the assistance we have received from all of you!

A great place to live here, as it provides a good community, good staff and good maintenance. The leasing office and maintenance staff are always there to help us and make our lives smooth and peaceful. The amenities like the fitness centre and Swimming pool are just awesome. And free Starbucks coffee also.

Have been here for the past three months and it has been a good experience thus far. The front office staff is very attentive and helpful with all our needs and the maintenance staff is excellent. Very prompt response time to all service requests. Community is well kept and clean and the recent renovations to the office, pool area and gym are excellent. Overall, a very nice apartment community to live in.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The dog park offers a place to sit and shade. Landscaping crews make excessive noise during the day for extended amounts of time. Close to major interstates for commuting around the area for jobs. Though there are plenty of children in school of all ages, none seem to be problematic and are all quiet by reasonable hours in the evening.

Relocated from Texas to North Carolina 2014. Location was a must; I chose Bexley at Brier Creek. The Staff/Maintenance are the Best! Floor plans/layouts of apartments are much more spacious than Sites I visited. 2017, I chose to relocate again; finding availability at Bexley at Brier Creek! The Staff have been more than accommodating too help with this move. Safety, location, amenities, and comfortability are all available here. Again, Bexley at Brier Creek location is perfect for access to all you could possibly need!

The maintenance technicians are quick to respond to any requests made online (usually the same day). They are friendly and knowledgeable, and have always been able to fix any issue I have had in a timely manner. The office staff is also very friendly and helpful!

We are very happy here and perhaps one of the best things is that they are nice to our dog. We cant take him on a walk without him trying to go to the office for a treat. The staff is excellent and maintenance is responsive. Its home!

The fact that we were able to stop in during office hours for a tour with no appointment was important to us- this way we knew nothing special was done just because we were touring. Move in was a breeze-even from 1,000 miles away; everyone in the office was always happy to answer any questions we had, and went above and beyond to make our move as smooth as possible. We have only lived here about a month, but so far nothing but positive experiences.

This apartment complex is by far the best I have ever lived at. The staff is super-friendly, understanding and professional. The whole process of moving-in and moving-out is incredibly easy and they are willing to work with you to suit your needs. The maintenance staff is fast, efficient and friendly. I love it here! The whole move in process was super easy and the friendly office staff made sure to answer all of my questions... I had lots! I recently moved from California and moved in without ever seeing my apartment so I was a bit nervous. I was so happy to arrive to a clean apartment that met all of my expectations. I love to cook and the kitchens here are AWESOME! They are nice and big with plenty of counter space. I am looking forward to living here as long as my job is in the area. Good work Bexley! I am so happy to call this place my new home.

I have lived in a Bexley Community for over 18 months. Bexley at Panther Creek are great apartments. Pristine landscaping and great location. Apartment are modern and roomy. Casi, the property manager, is the epitome of client service. I am glad I chose Bexley at Panther Creek.

Im currently resident almost about tree months and There is nothing to complain so far .But It would be nice to have a playground park for the kids.

My gf and I moved into this apartment about 6 months ago and really like it here. Its pretty quiet and off of the main road, but close to my job and 540. There is also a Target and Harris Teeter a few minutes away. We are looking for houses, but will definitely stay if we dont find a house.

My wife and I moved to the Bexley Panther Creek Apartments from the Charlotte area directly after I retired in March of 2014 to be closer to our children. The management and maintenance staff are extremely friendly and professional. The apartment community is conveniently located to many shopping and entertainment venues, as well as medical facilities, including, but not limited to, the VA Medical Center and Duke University Hospital in Durham, NC. We dont plan on leaving here any time in the near future.

I have not moved in yet, but was recently accepted (less than 24 hours after applying) and the application process was great! Being able to complete the application and payment online is super convenient. The leasing consultant in the office (we worked with Tyler Fink) was really wonderful. He was very kind and had answers to all of our questions and followed up the next day to make sure there werent any lingering questions. Even through the construction currently going on around the clubhouse area, the community was absolutely beautiful and we cant wait to use the pool and summerhouse/grilling areas. Also, the fact that this property has no weight limits on dogs was such a great fit for us! Our 90 pound Jax will be very happy here!

The complex is nice, the kitchen is beautiful, the porch is screened in which is great. I feel like the price is reasonable for the area and for how nice the amenities are and the appliances inside the apartment. There is only one reason that this place loses a star and it because of the loud noises in the morning. The landscapers do a great job but if you happen to work a night shift that requires you to sleep in later than 8AM during the week then i would not recommend living here. i would say typically there is extremely loud machinery etc. outside between 8-11AM M-F. Also there is currently some sort of clear cutting or building going on across from the complex so it can be noisy in the afternoons as well. But again other than this it is a great place to live.

I recently relocated to North Carolina from Illinois and was super nervous about the move. The process was easy and alot of things can be completed online. The leasing staff is also super helpful and friendly and respond to my questions quickly. What won me over was the location and the adorable dog park. Im definitely happy with my decision to move here.

The maintenance team is amazing! Our most recent experience occurred a few days ago. Our AC died and its been in the 90s here. We left a vm regarding the issue. We didnt think anything would be done till the next day.The man that arrived was friendly, courteous, respectful and knowledgeable of his work concerning the AC malfunction. He spoke to us with respect and you could sense the enthusiasm in wanting to fix the problem. Even after he replaced the damaged AC part, and it began working, he noticed that our air filter was dirty and offered to replace it also. He went out to get a replacement filter and returned right back. We were more than impressed and satisfied by this mans service. Thank you!

We lived here for 6 months while searching for a house in the area. The overall place is maintained well and the office staff are very friendly. The noise is however an issue. We were on the first floor and it sounded like a herd of elephants were above us. The common area could have been kept cleaner. It looked like there was always a huge party the night before.

Nice apartment complex, location, staff and maintenance team. The problem is residents not getting up their dog poop. Its disgusting to have to dodge poop on the side walks when walking to your car, apartment, mail box. or just walking your dog. Its bad enough that theres poop in the grass but the side walk come on dog owners lets be responsible and considerate of other residents and get your dog poop up. This is why my rating is only a 3 otherwise I would have rated a 5.

I have lived at Bexley Panther Creek since July 2017. The apartment was clean when I moved in. Most importantly, I have received fantastic customer service. I recently had an ant problem and Tracey got pest control to come out early and spray. I highly recommend Bexley!

Stayed here short term while our house was being built. So glad we decided on this rather than an extended stay! Very clean and friendly community. I would certainly recommend Panther Creek for apartment needs.

I have lived at Bexley Panther Creek for two and a half years now and I love it! The location is best benefit you are not far from anything 540, Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill. Apex, and they just opened up a Whole Foods! This is the place to be!

Nice apartment to live.. But the problem is maintenance team, they are very bad with their work. Also when you move out from this property they will ask you unexpected charges, I asked to remove the extra charges, but no luck..

I have been living here for almost 9 months and so far my experience has been good except one thing. Whole community looks good outside and inside of apartments is also really nice. Kitchen is big with decent number of cabinets. I haven faced only few issues in the apartment and they were addressed promptly.We live on 2nd floor and we have tenants below us. They complained once saying there was excessive noise from upstairs. I was just emailed about that asking to keep it down and they did not even ask me if we were hard on the floor while walking or making noise. When I went and spoke to Samanta in the leasing office, she responded positively and called the leasing consultant who were on duty that time and found out what was the issue and responded to us nicely. Since then they complained twice even though we walk cautiously. That is the only annoying thing for us even to invite our friends. But Samantha handled it pretty well each of those times.

I am downgrading my rating to 1 star due to lack of any improvements. We cant wait to move out of here.We have been here for 5 months, and so far our experience has not been favorable due to just one main issue - NOISE. We are on the second floor and the noise from our upstair neighbor is really bothersome. This is something we should not have to put up with for the price we are paying, and not acceptable for a luxury apartment. I think its parly due to the poor quality of construction with not much sound proofing. The noise we hear is not just heavy walking *thump, thump, there is also noise from a heavy pet (not sure what the rules are for pets), and kids running around when they visit. Sometimes its almost unbearable to stay inside the apartment. We have complained multiple times with little to no improvement.On the positive side, the location and amenities are good,the maintenance staff are quick to respond and rental office staff are friendly and easy to work with. But unfortunately, the noise is forcing us to consider moving.

Extremely poor staff. Amenities were mediocre at best and the price charged for the quality of the apartment was atrocious. If you would like to spend $1300 for a three bedroom apartment with linoleum counter tops and cheap plastic blinds then by all means.

The only real annoyance is the light switch placement in the apartment, but its the farthest thing from a dealbreaker. Overall, Im quite happy with my decision to stay at BPC.Ive seen several complaints about the noise, but heres the thing: its an apartment complex - it happens. Unless youre on the top floor or in an apartment with cinder-block construction, theres always going to be noise. Im on a 2nd floor, and its never been an issue for me.

I stayed there for a year, i never felt it like home. The apartments are poorly constructed with paper thin walls, ceiling. You can hear your neighbors TV sound even when they put in minimal sound. If you have kids please try renting only 1st floor apartments, i dont recommend the 2nd or 3rd floor.
