This apartment is absolutely disgusting! We have tried so hard to give these people the benefit of the doubt. When my husband and I lived in our first apartment here it was great for a long time, until the upstairs tenants toilet was leaking so bad we had a waterfall in our bathroom above our toilet. Not only did it take them 3x to come out and fix the issues they spray painted the water damage once it dried. We decided to put that behind us and move into a different apartment of theirs mainly because the rent goes up so much and we have three animals which gets expensive having to pay pet deposits. The new apartment we moved into the AC went out and it took forever for them to fix it and when they came in to fix it they burned the hardwood floor. Due to the housing market right now we moved into a third apartment of theirs just until we can find a house because the rent again was going up so much and low and behold this apartment has roaches and was not cleaned at all before we moved in. I spent an entire day scrubbing this apartment which had urine all over both bathrooms! The office does not care about you or how horrible their apartments are. You are a paycheck to them and they resolve nothing properly. Cabinets will be splitting, tile will be cracked, carpet will have paint and walls will still have holes and not be properly painted. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

The entire process from applying to moving in has been so smooth. This is my first apartment on my own. The team has been really responsive and made it all so easy. I love the amenities and having two pools in case one is crowded. Theres a great gym and coffee bar that I use daily. Very happy with my decision to move in.

Although my time at Bexley began as a positive and nice experience, things unfolded in a way that cause me to leave a 1 star review for the Triangle Park community. The apartments themselves have no sound protection from the units above...you will hear everything. I also often encountered cockroaches in and around my unit. The staff is inconsistent in the answers they give you, leaving you with misinformation. The biggest incident relating to misinformation was when I transferred to a larger unit. I called multiple times, signed paperwork, and paid fees, but the day of my move a different employee told me someone had screwed up and I didnt own the unit. I had to cancel my moving services and my husband had to rush from work to help fix the situation so we could begin moving. It was extremely stressful and Bexley did not offer much help. The final straw for me is now two weeks post move out, I receive a $411 charge for carpet replacement in my unit. I called because the move out statement listed no damages. They told me the apartment was covered in urine stains, fur everywhere, and a strong pet odor. This just simply isnt possible. I have a cat who has NEVER had a urine accident. I also deep cleaned that unit all night before I moved...it was spotless. Cats dont cause strong odors either. I took pictures of the unit and they told me it didnt matter because the stains are on the under side of the rug. I paid the fee because the whole issue had become some exhausting. Living here isnt worth it. Live somewhere else that has nice places for a similar value, because theyre out there. There are many other incidents I would list in this post if it wasnt so time consuming. I wish I could get that $400 and time back.

You wanna live in a roach infested apartment that has incompetent maintence techs and has nothing luxurious except the overpriced rate your paying then this is the complex you. Ive literaly had toliet water from the apartment above me dripping on me because the maintenance staff is to incompetent to replace a toilet. Had several maintenance staff not able to fix my a/c resulting 200+ dollar electric bills but the best part is they will charge you for a cleaning fee when every apartment you move into is disgusting and has left over pee stains from the last tenantwhat does the office do in every case bribe you with a 5 dollar gift card last problem i had was moving into an apartment with roaches see disgust in pictures below

Where do I begin? From my first inquiry, I just had a good feeling about this place. The gentleman on the phone was courteous and professional, and offered to set up an appointment for a tour of the property (which may not seem like a big deal, but so many other places didnt!). Upon our arrival we were greeted by Will, who was just so friendly and made my fiancé and I instantly feel welcome. He gave us a tour of the property and various amenities (a meeting room, a room with a kitchen and a pool table, a gym, and one of their pools) which were all lovely, but what really impressed me was the 1 bedroom model apartment he showed us to give us an idea of what our new home would be like...let me tell you, prior to this we have been looking at different homes and apartments FOR MONTHS....and the most trying part was witnessing how TERRIBLY developers had decided to design and use the space at hand. So many homes are designed with weird angles that closed off space and end up creating tiny, cramped rooms that are dark and just miserable...not this property! The rooms (even in the 1 bedroom model) in this apartment were spacious and open! With large windows that flood the space with natural light! And the bedroom is actually large enough to fit a king sized bed....with a walk-in closet! Oh, and did I mention the garden tub and in-unit top-loading washer and dryer? And we were even able to apply using the computers in the lobby, and we received confirmation of our application acceptance within an hour! And when my fiancé and I realized we needed to upgrade to a 2 bedroom, Will made it so easy for us! Im just so happy we found this place, its a truly a beautiful location, and the hospitality is top notch! Cant wait to move in :)

I have lived here since October 2017 and just received my lease renewal which I will be renewing again.I moved her for a contract job for three years and have really enjoyed my time here. Some reviews have negative things to say about living here, but having living in 6 countries, no one place is perfect, things break, thats life. Its how its resolved is most important. What I can say about living here, is that when I have had a maintenance issue, I went online to the resident online portal (24 hours a day) and submitted a request. Each and every request was dealt with within 24 hours for non-emergency and one late evening about a hour for a weekend plumbing issue. There were renovations in the beginning, but afterwards we have a beautiful 24/7 clubhouse. I live in the largest one bedroom floor plan (Topsail- roughly 894 square feet.) on the third floor. I never hear my neighbours or practically see them in that matter. There are a lot of kids but they tend to be in buildings with larger floor plans. Theres plenty of free parking for guest and visitors, and for those that want to pay for the luxury of assigned covered parking, theres the reasonably priced carports and garages which tend to go on sale from time to time. There can be a lot of kids at the pools at times, but hey its hot and we have two pools to choose from, so who can complain. The one thing that frustrates me is that some residents feel they own the place in regards they leave their kids pool toys out till they return the next day, some people I guess dont pay for their own wifi, so there is one or two families that camp out for hours in the evening, as their kids mess up the coffee bar, play video games on the computers (disregarding the posted time limits), while the parents sit three feet away oblivious as mom reads a book and dad is shouting as he face times with family away. These are things residents need to fix and remember, although they live here, so do many others. Two words Common Respect!Other than that, no issues here and if I do have any the manager (Cassey), or my original lease agent (Jared) and I believe the newest members Julia and Brandon(?) are there 6 days a week to resolve my issues in a timely manner.Very professional, courteous, and understanding that as humans....we will have issues from time to time, but what needs to be fixed--always gets done.Happy Resident (Renewing my 3rd lease) very soon!Richard S.FYI: Pet friendly with treats for dogs, waste bags located throughout property grounds and a fenced dog play area.

Honestly, this place is not worth the money. The spaces are tiny and very poor cabinet and counter space for the kitchen. Its such a boxy feeling, you feel like youre living in a dorm. Half of the stairs shake due to falling apart and being unstable. Not to mention now that Im moving out, theyre going up in rent about $300 for my same exact floorplan. Which is definitely not worth it. I dont even like it for the $970 Im paying a month now. Anytime Ive had to contact the office it take multiple days or even weeks to get back to you, and thats even after a follow up message. The second pool has had dead frogs in it for well over a month now. Plus theres constantly kids playing in the roads and paying no mind about cars who are trying to drive or even park. Theyll look at you like youre the one in the way driving you vehicle, which is literally what roads are for. Also I have even witnessed children coming and playing on the dog park equipment, WHILE dogs are in there. As a result of this, it ended with all the dogs leaving due to being skiddish with obnoxious kids running around. The clubhouse events are always at times that no normal working person can attend to. They usually do it between the hours of 2-5pm. I have only acquired one time of actually talking to someone in the office who is friendly in person. Everyone else has been more on the hateful side or just extremely unfriendly. The only reason I give it 2 stars, is solely due to location. Other than the location, I have completely been unsatisfied with this apartment complex, especially for the price they are charging people. Like I said, definitely nowhere near worth the money. You can find way better quality places for the same price range. And even in better locations. Especially, with them going up in prices nearly 300 more dollars. I am just glad I only signed a 9 month lease instead of 12. I would have been miserable here having to stay 3 more months.Moral of the review, I HIGLY recommend renting somewhere else and spending your money on a better quality apartment.

My wife and I lived at this apartment complex for less than a year. In that time, the stairs disintegrated under my wife due to disrepair causing her to fall and our car was stolen. We had made complaints about the state of the stairs numerous times prior to them disintegrating, but they were only repaired after the catastrophic failure. Our car was not the first vehicle broken into within a 6 month period. No attempt to advise residents to be on their guard in relation to vehicle related theft was made before our after our car was stolen despite our direct request for one to be made. The staff routinely lie or act in bad faith. When questioned on charging an exorbitant fee for the EV charging station, we were told that the complex management does not set the price and that this is instead set by Chargepoint. This was confirmed false with Chargepoint.Due to our negative experiences with the unprofessional staff and dangerous conditions we made the decision to terminate our lease early. A verbal agreement was made with apartment management to terminate on a rent responsible basis. Despite this, management employees attempted to pressure me into signing documents which did not include this term. On vacating, we were told no such agreement existed, and it wasnt until I played them the recording of our phone call where the agreement was made that they went with the agreed terms.I highly recommend anyone and everyone avoid living at this complex at all costs.

Im not sure that luxury apartments mean paper thin upstairs walls with noisy neighbors that sound like they are stomping with every small step, no included washer/dryer when you are paying nearly 1.5k a month (note there is NO laundromat nearby or on premise), tiny cabinets and appliances. Its honestly just a boring, average apartment. If I didnt need a place on short notice that had a small fenced in yard for my dog I would not have moved here. At least there is more storage areas than my last luxury apartment.

I moved to the area from California during COVID. There was one major issue that arose the week we were supposed to move in - the previous tenant hadnt moved out. It put us in a very difficult situation. The staff was very professional, compassionate, and patient, though there wasnt much they could do. Because of this, they made what was an extremely frustrating experience a little easier. They were always available to touch base and tried to find other options at their location and sister locations for us; however, there wasnt anything quite like we wanted available. We ended up being in limbo for a week and accruing additional costs. That is the only reason I am giving them 4 stars. Everything else has met or exceeded our expectations. The move in process was great. The apartment is beautiful - large windows, high ceilings, valet trash, etc. and any issues that came up were immediately resolved. We are on the first floor and have not had any issues with bugs or rodents. Pest control has been around already to check-in and see if there are any areas of focus.Initially I communicated with Caroline and Teyondra - who were amazing. They immediately reached out to me when they found out about the move-in issue and were incredibly compassionate and trying to see what options they had available to help.Afterwards, I communicated with Taylor. Again, very professional and patient. I also briefly communicated with the property manager - who again echoed the level of professionalism and transparency I felt from the rest of the team.On a more regular basis I communicate with Teyondra and she is always incredibly responsive, professional, and helpful.Overall, I have been here for a couple of weeks and I am very very happy with my decision. It is a beautiful community, with a great staff, and gorgeous apartments.Due to COVID I have not been able to take advantage of all of the amenities in the community; however, I can update my review once I am able to take more advantage of those.

Ive lived here at Bexley Triangle Park since May 2019 and I have enjoyed my stay here, I actually just signed my upcoming renewal for another year. My 2br Corolla is spacious and the master suite is very comfortable. I have had a few small maintenance requests over the years but the team has always completed them within a day or two and I havent had any issues with the work done. The location is ideal for me as I can get into RTP in about 10-15 minutes and then the 540 interstate is only a minute or two away. Big shopping complex nearby within a couple minutes that has everything you need. Theres even a Sheetz gas station right around the corner which is also very convenient. The only complaint I had was with pet waste being left outside nearby the apartment, I wish some people would clean up after their pets! The staff did put up some signage nearby which seemed to help. Overall good location and value.

Having recently moved into Bexley at Triangle Park Apartments I can speak of the grounds, staff, and complex at large. This has been a wonderful experience on all fronts. The leasing team is exceptional; regardless of who I worked with I was given time, courteous attention, and solid explanations of the grounds (this is during Covid). Each step in the leasing process was easy to navigate, questions were answered quickly and efficiently. Ive had maintenance help with a few small areas since moving and see several guys working everyday. Each encounter has been very friendly--one of the guys even took time to speak to my students on a google meet :) Parking has never been a problem as there seems to be an abundance of spaces and the buildings are spread out nicely. My apartment has a screened porch, and no carpet. The website is the best Ive seen when navigating apartment choices. There you can find availability on a site map, do a virtual tour, see specifically what the apartment features. Having looked at many locations this one was the best for its upkeep, staff, esthetics, and options available for its tenants. Cant speak highly enough of this complex.

I called prior to moving because Spectrum delivered a package before my move in date. I called and spoke to Tashera ( forgive me if I spelled your name incorrectly) and explained her the situation, she without any hesitation told me if the package was there she’d get it and hold it for me. Just like that she kept her word and had the box waiting for me when I came into the office. Maintenance guy Kasean was friendly, professional, had on his mask, explained different things to me that I had questions about. All my neighbors I’ve met thus far have been very nice to me, and made me feel welcomed. I am excited and very blessed to have chosen Bexley Apartments as my new place of residence. Job well done.

The community itself is very well maintained, the landscaping and grounds are beautiful and the amenities are first class. It is very safe, as well as located in a convenient area near RTP. That being said, the best part of this community is the staff. The leasing office staff are always so professional, friendly and helpful. I feel like a VIP every time I walk into the office, everyone is so willing and eager to assist. The Maintenance team are also very friendly, in addition to fast...work orders are completed immediately. I never have to wait for even the smallest request. And then there is the Property Manager, she is phenomenal! She truly cares for her residents, and it shows through her compassion, friendliness and professionalism. I recently had a significant medical condition diagnosed, and she could not have been more helpful during a difficult time. The clubhouse was gorgeous and we had a chance to view a vacant apartment and it looked great. As someone in the business, it is always great to meet someone like Mr. Caffee who takes the extra step to be helpful and ensure all of the prospects needs are met. We were quoted a perfect home (minus it being on the 3rd floor, but I could live with it), but it was the floor plan we wanted and had a screened patio. This might have been a good place to live till last year. This year the management is making bad decisions one after the other. If you have an option do not move here. If you are about to renew your lease please STOP. The apartments are becoming more of MISERY apartments than LUXURY. The management turns a deaf ear towards any complains. They have decided to shut down luxuries in the complex and conveniently emailed the residents that they can visit sister communities a few miles away to go to gym, watch TV, hang out with friends and family. What a joke!! No compensation in rent. No resident meeting. Just a surprise email sugar coated with how excited they are for the upcoming facilities. Well Listen up most of us are not destined to live here for a decade ...the tenant turnover rate is very very high. In the next 6 months most of us will be gone .

Former resident as of summer 2017: The apartments are spacious in size with huge closets. The fireplace (did not use) is massive and a beautiful focal point of the living room. Carport and storage unit rentals are at minimal cost. The biggest plus is the friendly, helpful and courteous staff and maintenance crew. The professionalism of the office staff made for an uncomplicated Move-In and Move-Out! On the negative side, although the apartments are nice, they lack updates. The appliances are functional but dated. The grounds are nicely kept. However, the breezeways could use periodic power washing. Carpet in the bathroom is also a negative. However, the biggest negative is the extreme noise from the HVAC units which are located beneath the bedroom windows. I was on the second floor and the noise was extremely loud. All things considered, I would say that with its location and amenities, Bexley at Triangle Park Apartments is worth checking out. It might just be the place you decide to call home!

The actual apartments are modern design with clean and modern appliances. When I moved in my unit had spotless carpet and had just been repainted - this seems to be standard. The area is quiet and super-safe.Air and heat are central, with all electric appliances and washer/dryer hookups. The things that make this place truly stand out are two-fold: the leasing staff is AWESOME. Melissa and her whole team have never stopped short of making sure anything thats been confusing me is resolved in full (and Im often confused); whether its understanding my lease or helping me track down UPS packages.Secondly, maintenance is super fast, super polite, and super good. I thankfully havent had to call them often in the last year and a half but when I have my issue has almost always been resolved same day; sometimes theyre in and out within 20 minutes of me putting down the phone.Bexley at RTP is definitely the place to be if proximity to the Triangle is high on your list; the quiet neighborhood is a great reprieve from city life and the community is great with frequent holiday parties and events happening around the leasing office.

While the staff are extremely friendly, helpful and overall wonderful, the facility lacks updates. It is extremely dated for the price of the surrounding new apartments being built. While everything within the unit does work, it would be nice to have update appliances, counters and cabinets. It all appears very tacky. Also, the dryer units vent empties into the hallway which leaves dust and dryer lint all over the hallways and stairwells of the apartment - I have found myself sweeping the hallways because maintenance does not get to this often. The complex should really consider updating the units in order to continue business.

I run a home business and I need to go to the business center for my sanity and sometimes just to have a little chat with my clients who can meet me outside of my apartment but just walk able distance for me. My prime reason of moving here. I have been here for 3 years and this year is indeed the worst. Sometimes I do my laundry and use the gym for those 50-60 minutes and I like it to be that way. My husband and I share the car and I do not have a ride to drive around to any other place during the daytime if I need to be out of the house. If I buy a car this is easily a a few thousand dollars worth of expenditure for me. The fact that everything is being completely shut off with no feasible alternative is plain rude. Reason I cannot break out of the lease is because I cannot afford to change my postal address for the next 15 months or so as it will be bad for my business. So basically I am stuck. I am writing this review so that the Director of the property can have a perspective as to what goes into making such renovation decisions without keeping in mind what goes on in the lives of the renters behind the scenes. I have been told that some renters knew about this renovation from earlier on this year but I only came to know about it through an email few days ago. This left me no time to plan and anticipate. I am very displeased and I dont see a platform to convey my concerns other than this.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! they are closing all luxuries ( gym, business center, pool table area, laundry, TV room) at the expense of all living here WITHOUT any compensation in rent not even a meeting with the current residents. They will NOT tell you this and let you sign a year long lease without informing that you will not have any amenities for most of the year. This summer when people wanted to be outside they closed the swimming pool, removed the hot tub and put in a non kid friendly feature of a fire pit!! and now when its winter and people want to hang out indoors they are closing that one single spot that is indoors!! Highly untrustworthy management.Added later: I maintain my stance. The management should had been more insightful.I have visited all nearby Bexley apartments, the upgrades are not to be seen and are not worth the wait. Bexley at Triangle was the best SO FAR even without the upgrades. Rest of the business centers are congested, small, less computers, even dirty with much less gym space and machines and it was not nice of Bexley at Triangle park to strip us off that luxury at the same rent as before and direct us to other properties which have apparently been upgraded to generate revenue but not really appealing to the customer. I am saying this after carefully analyzing each and every aspect. NONE of them is 2.5 miles away unless you own a jet and break traffic signals. It is sad that you would write responses here to satisfy the reading eye but care much less to satisfy the actual residents.Update oct 2018: So me and my family received a notice of evacuation after the above honest feedback. They offered no compensation, no offer to speak with management. That is the general attitude of the faculty if a problem arises. Each and every renter was unsatisfied at the time but tied to the system one way or the other ; signed the lease, kids school nearby, work place nearby, new immigrant and a deaf ear of the management. They told me that they are informing all newcomers of the changes but I personally met renters who signed the deed 30 days prior to the maintenance who found out that everything was closed for the next 6-7 months only after moving in.Update February 2019: friends still living there say the management is the same (kind)

I absolutely loved my time at Bexley Triangle Park, the community is kept clean, the maintenance team is efficient, and I have only had pleasant experiences with the leasing team. The clubhouse and the amenities are closed for renovations and the team handled the closure and the hurdles that came with that very effeciently.

Bexley was an awesome place to live. I waited to leave my review until everything was said and done as I was discouraged from some of the negative reviews that other tenants had posted upon leaving. I must say that they were incredibly fair in the move out process. They explained the entire process and were very reasonable with move out costs. I did not feel ripped off by them at all and the maintenance cant be beat, they are there as soon as you need them. The grounds are well taken care of and the staff is super friendly! I miss it already!

The first six months of our stay in this community was fantastic. The staff at the rental office is amazing and I have to make a special mention of Jared here. He has singlehandedly made our experience at Bexley so much more pleasant. It is called luxury apartments but it isnt really all that luxurious. Apartments dont even have stainless steel appliances but instead some really old rust ridden appliances that seems to have lived on through generations. So, Chancery village, which is just next door, has in comparison, better value for money. That said, the location of this community is its biggest selling point. 5 minutes from expressway, from shopping complex, from RTP and from school - things cant get better than that.I gave it 3 stars though because in 2017, they started a renovation project that took away all the amenities from us for 9 months. And the worst part, they didnt even reduce the rent for the loss of amenities. They suggested that we go a sister property which no one will do. That was very inconsiderate of them and thats what made us move out of that community. It does seem like they never really want to make it right for the folks who live there but it is all about making money. When the community policies are like that, despite the best efforts of the staff there, it does leave you with a bitter taste in mouth. So, think a bit if you are considering this community. Explore the other options around too before you settle in. Good luck on your hunt. :)

I am living here in this apartment since last 3 years. I was very happy with all the amenities here. But I dont know, why just for a renovation purpose, the management is removing some of the essential facilities like onsite laundry. I understand the importance of renovation, but removing the laundry facility permanently, is what I think is not acceptable. Then because of the renovation the business center, gym everything will be closed down for at least 3-4 months. Our rents are not going down for these 3-4 months, then why are we going to compromise with facilities? Management is should at least give us washer & dryer in the apartments then, but when I asked them, they are saying, we need to rent one, which is again extra money added to our high rents. I really got disappointed with this decision of the management.

When I moved to this area last year, I needed a temporary place to stay before purchasing a home. I stayed in this place for 4 month. When I moved out I got charged for over 300 dollars for replacing carpet due to yellow stains! I lived by myself, no pets no kids. Vacuumed everyday, and maintained the apartment very well. It did not make sense to me, as I also had an walkthrough inspection arranged by the apartment office right before I left, and was told that everything was in great condition, and I would not get charged for anything. I went to the office asking if they had proof for yellow stains on the carpet. They showed me pictures of the carpet and even they could not find where the stains are. So they changed the story to that there was a urine smell so they had to change the carpet. Neither the walkthrough inspection personnel nor I noticed any urine smell, and on the move-out inspection report I got, there was no mention of urine smell, it clearly stated that they had to change the carpet due to yellow stains. When I asked why the stories are different and stated that the walkthrough inspection did not come up with anything, I was told that the inspection is not final, and they could not give an explanation of why the report stated yellow stains that were not there, but no mention of smell. Ive lived in many apartments before, and this was the shortest stay I had, but the only time I got move-out charges. I would not recommend this place to anybody. If you dont want to pay hundreds of dollars for unreasonable move-out charges, stay away from this place!

Review №73

As early reviews have stated... when you move out, EXPECT to get charged. I have never in twenty years of renting apartments ever been charged to replace carpet. Cheap carpet at that. With a few days it was already rolling towards center of room like it was too much laid down. In the years I stayed it had normal wear and tear and I had it cleaned professionally. So my idea is 1. It’s a major selling point to next sucker I mean individual who is renting... “we put brand new carpet in here” that way it’s residual income for property. They will charge everybody who moves out for carpet cleaning/ replacement though it’s not needed. 2. You will never be shown a vacated apartment to get an idea of how small I mean big it is empty. They will always show you a model that’s decked out with all the trimmings and then you have to imagine that’s going to be your place with this, this and that not included. 3. $25.00 for valet trash pickup? Really? They don’t come every day and half the time they inconveniently miss your door so you have to take it to dumpster yourself anyway, SMH. If that’s the case give me back more 25.00 and I will take it out myself. Lastly, for all the renovations they are doing think about where they got the money... Hello, all the things they have nickel and dime out of unsuspecting souls that move out thinking they won’t have a balance. When everything is finished in spring they can tell new future residents... “we just performed renovations on everything ”. Wow, another good selling point. But they didn’t mention the residents who did without pool, clubhouse, facilities, etc., for months, they could have at least took some off rent since they say these amenities are 24/7. Lol. What a joke, I would not recommend Triangle Park or any Bexley properties to anyone in the future.P.S.I had to speak my mind Mr, Mrs Property Manager. If one person sees this review and decides not to rent there I may not get a reprieve for cheap carpet replacement but you won’t get a potential renter that will pay thousands of dollars a year in rent.

We have lived here for a year and totally love the community. The Management is so very friendly & helpful. They give their 100% to help us. The interiors of the apartments are upgraded and beautiful. All the guests that visited us gave very good compliments about the community/apartment. The rates are also reasonable being so close to RTP. Maintenance Team is also very prompt. The work orders are taken into action immediately. Its a very safe community, we had a cop patrolling at nights. We moved out from Bexley @ TP to another Weinston Property community and the transfer process was so really smooth. The management was so cooperative and helpful in the move, mainly it was Melissa and Rodney who were really friendly and very helpful in all the paper work, really smooth. I have lived here for 2+ years and unfortunately I renewed my lease till next year because I didnt want to move till a certain milestone I have been working towards is achieved. This is my honest review. These are luxury apartments HOWEVER the pool was closed for months and months for renovations and finally they removed the hot tub and replaced it with a fire pit which no one uses. There are so many kids who live here and they made a fire pit to entertain them. Now they informed us that the entire clubhouse, business center, gym, laundry area will be closed for SIX months for another set of renovations. However, we are cordially allowed to visitsister Bexley communities 10 mins drive away to go to gym, to do our laundry and to play pool with our kids OR to print out something OR for web browsing. INTERESTING. May be they can refund the gas and time expenditure in the next 6 months rent and run special cars to the sister communities to do our laundry when it snows and have day care services when our children want to go watch a movie at the clubhouse or hang out with friends. There is not one single play area that is leveled enough for kids to play. One that I can see is three hills fit for only 1-5 year olds. No one can play a decent sport like soccer or kick ball here. Kids play on the street and keep on changing locations because one tenant or the other complains. Does the management think we should leash down our kids. may be this should had been mentioned in the leasing contract. Plenty of dog poop incidents. I complained once or twice in the beginning but it was evident the workers were so comfortable with that phenomenon that the poop used to dry out before it got washed away with rain or picked up so I stopped complaining. Last year they enforced valet garbage service. The service in itself is completely garbage in my opinion and in the opinion of the 100+ resident families on the whatsapp group we have. People have to leave their smelly garbage outside the house few days a week in certain hours only and it gets picked up while the dumpster is 10 steps away anyways. You guessed it...it is not free. They charge you for it and the service people are super picky and leave no instance to leave notices for this or that. I didnt use it after the first few weeks as why should I make the hallway smell. I live here. Although I and many like minded people are diligently paying for the service.Inside the apartment, the appliances are outdated. Period.I never used my dishwasher as it just threw gunk from one plate to the other and dishes came out greasy with a tubful of standing water at the bottom. The microwave is so loud we cannot hear each other if it is running. The bulbs fuse 5 days a week. The blinds are always falling and breaking.Bathroom sinks always clogging.Garbage disposal is only meant for disposing off cream and cheese. Anything like vegetable peels and its clogged.Worse of all the servicemen walk into your house with big dirty shoes when you call them for repairs which is pretty regularly.Another thing that shook me but doesnt anymore because everything just falls on deaf ears is the number of car thefts and car break ins. There is absolutely no camera OUTSIDE of the clubhouse. No security guard and the last time we contacted them because 4 cars were broken into on the same night they REFUSED to have a security guard. This is free invitation for the small time thieves that happily roam around here.

I have stayed in multiple Bexley complexes and have to say their proclamation of luxury is quite overstated. The units were/are cheaply and quickly built with basic appliances. Paint and caulk can hide a lot!!! It is hard to wash your pots and cutting boards in the shallow small kitchen sinks without a sprayer. You must pre-wash dishes to have them come out of the dishwasher clean. The cupboards/cabinets are particle board like Mainstays furniture from Walmart with a thin veneer that chips off easily. There is no hand towel holder in the bathrooms so it has to be on the counter or use the bath towel used to dry your bum in the morning. My desk space is stabilized with the same material as the cabinets and I doubt the screws hit any studs as it is sagging. No overhead light provided in the kids bedroom. This complex does not offer a daily trash pick up like others and the dumpsters can be a good walk depending on your unit. Today we received a notice that we would be charged a $25 fine if we were caught leaving our trash outside our door, it was there for 20 min while we got ready to leave the apartment and take it to the dumpster on our way to the car, and never mind the bags of trash and bags of dog waste I have seen outside doors all over the complex for hours or over night. The common hallway in my unit has lint (yes all the dryer vents dump right beside the entry doors, nothing like breathing that in as you make your way to your door.), cobwebs, pollen, and other debris that has been building up for almost 2 months. They have started upkeep of the hallways since my initial review so thats good. The dog park is also infrequently maintained and quite a mud hole after frequent rains. The only reason I am giving the 3 stars is due to the quick response to maintenance issues. The office staff is very kind and courteous however we have found them to be inept at certain tasks involving multiple unit leasing and unit moving. They receive and hold larger packages and signature required mail at the front desk but seem to forget to notify you. We had a package sent on the 15th that we did not know existed until my wife went to find, yes FIND, a signature required package on the 29th, in total there were 3 boxes and one envelope at the office and we were not notified once (the envelope contained time sensitive material btw). As for the noise if you are on the ground level expect loud AC units, the road noise from HWY 55 comes right through the windows and doors. Hope you have quiet soft footed neighbors because you can hear anyone talking in the hall or on the patio. I apologize to the people under me because my 2 year old likes to MARCH and they have banged on the floor at 8 oclock. I hope this gives you a realistic idea of what you will be moving into at Bexley. All in all if I were just about anywhere else in the U.S. these units would rent for about $350 cheaper. Thanks housing bubble.
