I have always received good service from Enterprise, my experiences have always been very pleasant. On this occasion however, I received the best Customer Service I have ever received from a car rental company. Even though the office was extremely busy, somehow, Valerie demonstrated to be an ace in her job and was able to handle all aspects of my rental experience with swift and showing a real interest to satisfy my needs as a customer. She went above and beyond my expectations! Valerie thank you very much for being such an amazing representative of your company. Enterprise should make you the face of the company as you are the living representation of Excellent Customer Service. Valerie, YOU ARE THE BEST!!!!

We use the Enterprise at the Marginal Los Angeles location often because the personnel at that location are exemplary in every way! Specifically Valerie and Yarimar who are efficient, empathetic, and even entertaining! They make the arrival and departure of our trips to Puerto Rico uniquely pleasant. I booked a rental car with Expedia and they sent me to Priceless down the street. There were thirty people in line at Priceless and we waited for two hours and didn’t even get in the building. I walked over to Enterprise and they were able to service me as a walk in even though they were sold out. The rate was also way cheaper than Priceless. Extremely big thanks to Valerie, Fernando, and Lee!

We originally had a reservation to the Carolina location but the airport taxi took us to this one instead. Valarie was fantastic!! She instantly knew what to do and explained every step of the way. Then when we got home we got a call about how our experience was from her! Truly 10 out of 10 and that woman is fantastic!!!

I was unable to retrieve a car from the airport because every rental service was sold out. I was encouraged to take the shuttle service to NextCar, where I waited in a chaotic line for 3 hours without being seen. In desperation, I hauled all my luggage to the Enterprise to see if they’d be able to help me rent a vehicle instead. Sales representative, Krystal, was a huge BLESSING to me! Thank you for your kindness, and helping me get a vehicle right when I was beginning to feel defeated. Thank you & God bless you.

We rented a car for a few days earlier this month.We had an excellent experience working with this Enterprise office.Luzkristal (apologies if I misspelled the name) helped us with pick-up and Valerie worked with us for drop-off.Both of them were really professional, efficient and with a smile on.One of the most pleasant car rental experiences I have ever had.

This location is not at the airport, close by but no transport to rental site. I took a ride share as there were no cars available at airport.Outstanding customer service, especially by the manager on duty, Valeria.In and out in less than 10 minutes.Upon return the check in was even faster.

Very slow service, for pick up and drop off we waited about 45 minutes and no employees even acknowledged us. In addition they gave us a vehicle with a tire malfunction. However there was one really good employee who helped us and took $20 off our bill for the trouble.

My experience was outstanding thanks to Luz, she provided excellent customer service, very helpful. Even though were all wearing masks I could tell she delivered that service with a smile, thank you Luz :D

Great customer service from Luzkrystal and another kind lady who was there at the time of return. I had a few difficult circumstances that were outside anyones responsibility. They helped accommodate my arrangements due to those unforseen circumstances, and the whole time showed flexibility and kindness. Also, the small SUV was a great ride for its value, and even had a nice sound system!

Absolute best service I have ever had at a car rental place. They remembered who I was, and allowed me to extend my rental a few days. Don’t even go to the other car rental places, go here and get a truck. Honestly thank you for making my trip in Puerto Rico, the truck made all the difference.

The customer service was slow. When arrived, only one person was assisting the customers and took a long time. Having no shuttle to transport the customers to the airport was a disappointment. Next time, I would consider another company with faster service and complimentary shuttle to the airport.

We rented from enterprise. They were low pressure in selling insurance and prefilled gas which was a relief

I always rent cars from Enterprise wherever I go. Their customer service is excellent. Their cars even better. Never had a problem. Prices are great. I truly recommend them.

Rent a car with Enterprise is a truly good experience. The process is so easy and simple and I like a lot that when you make a reservation the total cost is really the final cost to pay not to mention the great service of the personnel. Very recommended!

We had a terrific experience with this off airport location in the San Juan area. The staff and rental and return were extremely friendly and helpful.

Rented a vehicle on Fri evening and drove to Isabela, approximately 2 hours away. Noticed an alignment problem with the vehicle on the highway. Called office when they opened at 9 am the next day to report the issue. Within 2 1/2 hours, they had delivered a replacement vehicle directly to me in Isabela, no questions asked! Wonderful customer service, thank you!!!

This location was dishonest about adding my rewards membership to my month long rental stating they could not do it in house and had to be done on the phone. When I called Enterprise they said that since I did not do it at the location of pickup they could not add my number to gain the points. Since I had a National Rewards number and not an Enterprise one, they couldnt add the days after the fact. I lost a whole months worth of points and I cannot even get anyone from the location of pickup to respond.

Today I gave the car that I rented to this company I gave it 4 days before they kept my deposit for a while while they are reflected in my account when I deliver the car 4 days before where they have to return the unused days they tell me I have a week offer where they give me a day and a half and they keep the money for the 4 days that I dont use the car and they give me back a differential $ 280.00 not just $ 160.00 plus the $ 200.00 deposit a scam so I feel this is in Isla Verde Puerto Rico and the horrible treatment arrived and no personal Ania in the office for more than half an hour then two employees answered more 🤔😤

I recommend them, excellent service at the best price. Thank you Ferdinand Acosta (Branch Mgr) for your good treatment and attention. Definitely the best place to rent cars.
