The ABSOLUTE WORST RENTAL CAR AGENCY IN PR !! ! Do yourself a favor and avoid this business at all costs ! ! ! They have many hidden fees and charges in their contracts, which are not told to you until time of pick-up and by then its too late ! Toll charges are UNBELIEVEABLE ! This is just one example. I would give them 0 stars if possible ! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !

DAMAGE SCAM, UNFAIRLY CHARGED HUNDREDS. DONT RENT. I came to visit PR and chose to rent with this company despite the horrible reviews. I am completely UNSATISFIED with this service, as I believe I am being scammed. There was a parking lot filled with cars that were apparently all unavailable, so I had to settle for a vehicle not up to my standards. Before renting, the bumper was dented. Despite paying for insurance, upon return, I was charged $600 for a “scuff” that Employee Michael Blanco claimed to be my fault. He insisted I pay an insurmountable amount of money for a nonexistent damage. After trying to negotiate while he used evidence from unclear and dark photos he took before renting, he threatened to call the police and unjustly charge me. Incredibly rude, invasive, dishonest, and impulsive. I am BEYOND disappointed in the outcome of this experience.

They never seem to be open, nor have any cars on their lot.Exactly opposite their competition; Popular Auto and Fox rental cars.

I went back in February forgot to leave a review but great customer service very helpful. The car was perfect I can’t remember the gentlemans name but again thank you 🙏

Miguel was excellent. Great guy, very earnest and hardworking. The only issue is that when I went to return the car no one was there. The car was also covered with bird poop when I got it but that made it easier to find. Also, the shuttle was not available when I needed to get back to the airport. But Miguel was awesome.

Horrible. If you want to get ripped off come here. Michael Blanco is the worst.

THE Cheapest Car Rental in P.R. If you have rental insurance on your credit card or your personal car is 2015 or newer(proof) you don’t have to buy additional insurance, only leave $250 deposit, cc or cash. Yes, see Miguel @ Allied. He was very helpful with our return and provided Airport Shuttle 👍

Excellent, quick service & great deals on their cars! Reception Desk Team, Drivers & Value were SO AMAZING, that I came back within days to rent another car! Frequent, Free Shuttle Service, too!

Pity service, 1 hour to get the car, cars that do not start and an additional $ 100 in charges. On their website they offer you insurance but then they tell you that it doesnt work that you have to have theirs.

They take too long to find one at the airport. 30+

Irresponsible, pessimistic service, disorganization. They never know where the vehicles leave. I have already given you several opportunities and they do not always change the same. Today will be the last time I visit you. All those who are here more than 3 people think the same.

The delivery and pick-up service is poor, wait for an hour to deliver the car. Very bad service! No one came out to explain what we were waiting for, we were only three in turn.
