I had an amazing experience with this Car Rental company. I went to PR during what was a busy traveling month (spring break for many) and I called so many places and no rental cars were available anywhere on the island. I was so happy to find this place with available cars. The pickup is not at the airport, although close by, you would have to Uber or taxi over to it. The cars are clean and beautiful and new. The pickup experience was great. Hotel Villa del Sol/Vías Car Rental, is also a hotel and you can tell that it is ran really well. The women working the front office were wonderful. On my second day with the rental, I noticed one of my headlights didn’t work, and they made the process of the quick exchange for another identical car very easy. I also happened to leave sunglasses in the car upon my return of the rental, and although it wasn’t worth me paying to have the sunglasses shipped back to me to California, it was very sweet of the ladies to contact me to let me know I had forgotten them. This place will be my go to for car rentals in PR.
The easiest rental I’ve had yet. My stay at the motel included the best services. I truly loved the area with a few different entrances to the different sides of the beach. If your not feeling it, hang out poolside at the Villa. You can rent a car for a day or for a few days to travel around the island. Lourdes gave the best beach spots and the staff was very helpful.
Called first thing in the morning and spoke with Lourdes, she was prompt, friendly and informative. I referred by my friend who visited PR in May. So far fantastic service! Iwill leave a review upon drop off.
Two star because one of the staff members was extremely rude from the get go. In addition, on the last day we had the car there was a strike and no gas stations were open in my area. I couldnt return the car on time and I not only she implied I was lying, I was called irresponsible and treated poorly. Awful customer service.Also, although there is a big no smoking sign in the window, the cigarette smell was overwhelming.
I rented a car for 3 month in a row with out a problem. I came back to Isla verde for 3 day they rent the car to me Over the phone.i got my COI for the rental but I saw that the bill was exesive and I has why. And they told that they charge me 4 day rentals Insted of 2 because the have high demand and the could rent the car to someone else and make more money . So if you looking for a rental for less than a week dont come over here. They dont care about good relationship with costumers for long period of time . The just want to screw the next guy. They waste 1 hour of my time and 2 uber rides.That was they poliza.

Poor service & disrespectful staff. I went in & after paying I was told I need to wait 40 minutes for a car (Jeep Wrangler) I was told was ready. After I questioned the worker about that she stated, “well I did you a favor by holding the car so you can either take it or get a refund & walk back the 7 minutes it took you to get here from the other rental place”. So I did exactly that, got my refund & left. Never again.

Malisima compañia, me hicieron una inspección de noche, no vemos el vehículo entero. La devuelvo en la noche y me dicen que debo esperar al otro día a las 8 am para que ellos hagan la de ellos. Después de 3 días resulta que el cristal de alante tiene una pequeña grieta. Con seguro full supuestamente sale en los 500 dólares de deposito que hice de depósito, que le pondrán una multa por la pequeña grieta si salen así. Nadie se dio cuenta de la grieta porque caía ni se veía, lo cual todos creemos que no dieron el vehículo así, como estrategia de querer quitarnos el deposito. El personal nos dio un trato malísimo diciendo que lo culpable éramos nosotros y que ella no tiene ninguna culpa. (foto de la Grieta)

Very bad customer service and very bad company I do not recommend it to anyone. My boyfriend called to verify what cars they had available and they separated him a jeep. They took my security credit card. Then tell him that he had to be 25 years old to rent. Bad service and to complete I was charged 420.15 and my card without service. Bone without giving us the car. What kind of company does that. They are scammers. What kind of company separates you a car without checking age and more to tourists from Miami. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE. THEY DO NOT TRUST they are so shameless, that without a contract or anything they charged me the full rent. A cheek totally. And the business could never be completed by age. Wow dont trust your money to people like that. Lets not contribute to this.
