Other than the lack of employees this place is great. We left our child’s iPad in the car and they were nice enough to hold on to it even though they were not obliged to after I had returned the car. Thank you so much for the service and I hope you can gather even more efficient employees to help. Best of wishes.

This place doesnt even deserve a 1 star. The service is horrible! The wait on the phone is ridiculous. When they do answer the phone, its all attitude for no reason. I was calling to ask for the shuttle bus, which didnt arrived on time. Waited almost an hour at the exact location they told me to wait. I was calling again to inform them It was getting late for the pickup time. They said it would be fine. Again, was waiting for the shuttle bus that never arrived. So, I got a taxi to get me there. They said I was late for the pick up time and that the reservation was canceled. I spoke with the manager and explained so they proceed to make a NEW reservation. Took them a while too. When they finally gave me the vehicle, it was in disgusting condition. The outside was neat, the inside was disgusting. Chips and trash in the front seat. The back seat had nasty stains. The cars phone charger wasnt working . They told me I could not change the vehicle that I signed for??? On top of that, they gave additional charges. They did not explain to me how they charged extra (daily) for unlimited highway tolls. Ladies & gentlemen from $394, the final payment was $953. Thats where my vacation money went. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. IM A 100% SURE, YOULL GET BETTER SERVICE ELSEWHERE.

The worst customer service ever. We called to get prices because obviously their website didnt work ( just like this company) and the customer service representative said you can go online for the prices huh.... Sir, I just did that and its not working his answer was maybe they are updating the prices on the web so thats why its not working 🤦🏻‍♀️ . The CSR never even made an effort to give us a quote. This place is GHETTO!!!! No better way to describe it. If I could give them no stars I would bu tdd I have to in order to put my review.

DO NO BOOK. SCAM. They work under various names like EZ, Allied, etc, force you to buy insurance from them, gets upset when the cost doesn’t add up, and charges you for a full day even when you didn’t get the keys or the car. AGAIN, DO NOT BOOK. THIS IS A SCAM.

This is the single worst business establishment in the known universe, or any other known multiverse.They offer the lowest prices on the island primarily because their business model is fraud. If you pay with anything other than a credit card, they will charge you 2x the initial quote.We got here at midnight and were expecting to drive out with a car in under 30 mins. We ended up waiting for 1.5 hours.Also known as Allied rentals, hence the picture. Ez car seems to be some sort of rebranding.Summary: avoid like its a poisonous snake unless you can pay with a credit card and are willing to suffer horrenduous customer experience for the lowest quote

I rented a car with this people back on 2018, now is 2020 they didn’t give my deposit back. I dropped car off very clean and no damage so there wasn’t reason for no gave my money back. The person who is supposed to process the refund is always out of office. Don’t do business with them if you’re living out of country. They deserve 0 star.

Rented multiple vehicles here after Hurricane Maria to help with renovations. Good service and nice people. The rental prices were better than their competitors, but be warned that all car rentals in Puerto Rico may be more expensive than you are used to in other countries.

THIS PLACE DOES NOT EXIST. We showed up at the address and it was a Taco Bell parking lot. We eventually found the real rental car lot and it was closed and had no vehicles. We eventually had to go to 6 different places to find an available car. Shell out the extra money for something reliable like Enterprise or Alamo. Its worth it

BEWARE!!! This company is a scam!!!! First they have you call a number to get a shuttle to the airport. No big deal right??.....wrong!!!!.....I call when I arrive and nobody picks up. 20 minutes later, someone finally picks up and informs me that a shuttle would be there in 15 minutes. Another 25 minutes later and the shuttle finally arrives. I thought the worst was over, but I was wrong!! We arrive at the location and wait on line. There were only two attendants at the counter (both dealing with customer complaints). After 15 minutes, one of them finishes with a customer and another couple cuts us in line and proceeds to speak with the agent. I decided not to say anything even though they clearly skipped the line!! Then another attendant tells my family and I to step back behind the rope and I flipped out of frustration. The attendant proceeds to argue with me about how I was not skipped in line and blah blah blah. Anyway, we finally make it to the counter and everything seems to be going smoothly until they tell us that they don’t have the minivan. That we would have to wait until one is returned. How long will that be??? Who knows!!! So here I am, with three children, waiting for a car that may never come. We are on hour 2 now. Maybe I’ll submit an update with another review about how TERRIBLE this place is!!

Stay away from this place, when I booked the car through Travelocity my receipt was $64.89 with “no hidden fees “ when I went to get the car they wanted me to pay the insurance which was another 14.95 per day . I told the person that was attending me that my credit card had an insurance for rentals, the explanation she gave me was that with the price that I was getting for the rental the insurance was obligatory. So, from 64.89, my new total without the tolls was 198.98, more than double. I ended up canceling the rental. This place my friends is a scam, I will never rent a car with them. 🤬

Beware of these scammers for any car rental. They use multiple names including Allied. It will take you 2+ hour to check out and then they will impose various scam charges including multiple insurances even when you already have your own. You will waste one whole day and a lot of extra money. The car they gave me was damaged in multiple places and had a foul smell. I cancelled the contract right there and they still charged me $90+. Never had such a bad experience.

Would use this as a last option to get a car rental when all other options are booked. Service is super slow and I waited 80 mins just to get to the front desk and then another 30 to get my car. Be prepared. The staff is nice but the operation is disorganized.

Reserved a car online for $40 with taxes included.... at the end of it all I got charged $116, they made me get their insurance even though I have my own that covers car rentals, didnt give me the car with a full tank of gas and the car was dirty and all banged up. Definitely wont be renting from them again.Staff was very nice though.

What a joke of company... Seriously, beware. After standing in a non-moving line for 30 minutes, I got called to the counter and asked to write down my name: “we’re washing cars right now; we’ll call your name.” When the car was finally “washed,” I got called again. Miraculously, my quote went up from $52 to $212. Fourfold, just like that. Wasted an hour, didn’t rent a car. Authorities need to take a good look at this bait-and-switch joke of company.

Horrible service. A nightmare. They cancelled our reservation because the flight was delayed. We had called to notify of the delay. We waited 1 hour at the airport for pickup. When we arrived at the rental counter they said they didnt have cars. We arrived at 2:50 am it is now 4:43 am and we are waiting to see if someone returns a car so we can rent. First and last time. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Very irresponsible.

WORST CAR RENTAL EVER!!we booked with them through our airline, and by the time we went to pick up the car, the company had changed names, from EZ to Allied. That should have been a red flag. The first car we picked up was hit by someone in a parking lot. We had no idea who did it. We notified our insurance agent, who immediately sent it to claims. In the meantime, Christina, the young lady who worked there, told us we had to pay $500 out of pocket (our deductible), and charged that to us immediately. The insurance company paid them over $600 for the repair, which we are betting never got done. They never paid us back our $500 deductible, so they got $1100 for a $600 repair! Then they gave us a newer car, which Christina promised we would love, which had the same exact scrape on the exact same place as the last one. So that tells me they do not even repair the cars, as the person who had that done to them probably had to pay out $500 too, and it was never fixed. The first day when we arrived at our home there was a large piece of rubber the length of the bumper hanging in the street, scraping the ground. I pulled it off and stuck it in the trunk. So far, not loving that car! In addition, we realized after the fact that they charge $10 for a EZ Pass for the tolls on the freeways, in addition to an extra $9 per day for tolls! Add to that the $5 per day extra driver charge, and our cheap rental ended up costing us over $1700. Then she tells us it will take 7 to 10 days to get our deposit refunded. WHAT??? The second car they charged us almost $1000 for two weeks rental. It was an unbelievable experience, and we were treated extremely poorly. I wish I had seen their reviews before booking. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!

They advertise as being at the airport, which they are not. When we picked up the vehicle,I had reserved a minivan, because I had six people and luggage,they provided me with a van but it was a transit van. These vans have absolutely no room in the back. When I complained and asked them where I needed something with more room, they put all the third row seats down. This didnt resolve the issue since I needed the 3rd row to sit everyone and they had no other vehicles.After taking this van there was no gas in the car. I wasnt sure I would have enough to get to the airport. One day when I was driving I tried to clean the windows, there was no windshield wiper fluid.I would never recommend them or will never use them again. It was definitely not worth the amount money you save.

Rude customer service and dishonest people. Asked the customer rep to clearly explain in detail what we will be charged for especially with the insurance protection she passive-aggressivly forced us to purchase, which we had already paid via Expedia when booking our reservation. She was hesitant in disclosing why we would need to purchase multiple insurance protection. Not only did she was rude but she wasted our time!

Horrible customer service! And expect whatever they promise you to be triple the price after the HIDDEN taxes and fees. We specifically asked before we signed the paperwork what the total would be, and they lied straight to our faces! When we returned the car, there were all kinds of extra fees included, and the lady at the counter didnt even give us a chance to speak before the angrily told us that its all correct and we should read our contract more carefully. She was angry right from the start.Also, the kid checking in cars didnt even look up from the video he was watching on his phone to help us check in. So rude!The only good part was the shuttle driver, who was cheerful and informative even at 2 in the morning.NEVER RENT A CAR HERE

My husband and I had went on a trip to Puerto Rico last year and we were nervous about having no credit card, and being under the ages of 20. When we went they picked us up from the airport in a timely manner but when we got there they took over an hour and there was tons of people standing and waiting. When it was our turn there was no hassle or issues and besides the waiting we were pleased with our car. The waiting process can be grueling especially when you are on vacation.

This may be the worst business on earth. Had a confirmed care rental over Christmas vacation. Showed up on December 27 to them telling me they had no cars and if I was so inclined, they could put me on a waiting list. They had no idea how long that might be or if Id get a car at all. The girl behind the counter couldnt have been more uncaring and nonchalant if that was her goal in life. I had to get to the other side of the island for an event so I would up getting an Uber at an extraordinary cost. I wouldnt use this company again if the car was free.

The prices were amazing! They were also very accommodating in helping us change a flat tire when we hit a pothole in Luquillo. Customer service was great our ONLY issue was the wait to get our car. We had a 12p reservation but did not leave till after 2pm. There were maybe 6 people in line before us and it moved painfully slow. They may need more staff to help with this issue. Returning the car was quick and easy!

This company ruined our trip to PR. We actually ended up getting an earlier flight how because of how expensive the rental came out and just put a bad taste of PR. They charge you for insurance if you cant provide them a number AS SOON AS you step up to rent. I have never heard of this happening anywhere else. It also took 2 hours to get our rental. If this review could same one person from using this company it was a job well done. This company takes island time to a whole new levelSide note-- This rental looks cheaper but the fine print will make it the same price as enterprise. Save your time and go to a reputable company.

Slowest, laziest workers alive. Each customer took 15 minutes. They had counter trained workers lounging outside (they helped me last time), but let a single, slow-motion worker handle 5 customers. FIFTEEN minutes each.Save yourself, go elsewhere

If I could give them minus -10 stars I would! I booked a van for 7 passengers. and when we arrive they dont have a van. They offer me a 5 passenger car for 7 people! When I said no then they offer me an 18 passenger van! I again said no and the clerk says she has no cars for me. 2 of my guests storm out and walk down the street to another car rental and drive away in 20 minutes in a car. That leaves 5 of us now they offer me a Jeep 4 door. I was tired and agreed and then she tells me its no longer available and then tries to push the 18 passenger van on me again. I get more annoyed then magically she to have a full size car. They wont lower my price from a van to a car. My original price of $296 turned out to cost me $495! Ive called and they hang up or place me on hold and never answer. I will post my rating on every social media to warn people about you...not so E-Z to deal with car company!

Do not rent a car here. The car was not clean when I finally got it after waiting for over an hour. When I returned the vehicle they charged me extra because they said I was late, when I was there way before 7:00am. Then they wanted to charge me more because they said the fuel tank was empty when I just had fueled up the car five minutes before I got there. Takes a 7-10 min shuttle ride from airport to get to rental place. Getting checked in took a while. One person at the desk with about 8ppl in line. But the process was smooth and the car was clean and pulled around front before checking was over. And they didnt require us to buy insurance.

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT ENTER! I refused to let this car rental, so called establishment ruin my vacation. I reserved a car 2 months prior. I called 2 days before I arrived to confirm. There was no issue when I spoke on phone with customer service. There were no cars available for everyone that was on line before me. The clerk dugout wait an hour for a car to arrive, then wanted to charge me $400.00 more than the original price. I refused. At this point, I had no other plan. I told myself this will not ruin my vacation. I sat outside and asked myself, WhAt am I going to do now?I saw a sign “Enterprise “ about 400 yards from this establishment. I walked over with the intention that they will help. Enterprise was very accommodating!I was in a car in less than 15 minutes! And it was $200. less! Thank you Enterprise! You saved my vacation! WHY IS THIS CAR RENTAL STILL OPEN!

I was excited when we got here at first but then after waiting an hour I finally asked what was taken so long because I ended up losing my booking reservation. The manager asked of I gave the paper to the guys outside and I said no because nobody told me to. So not only did I have to wait a very long time they also said my reservation showed a compact car which I showed them my email that it is for a mid size instead. Worst customer service ever. Ill never book again through this company. I cannot believe how much valuable time I lost and money as well.

I get to the airport and call this place for the shuttle and the shuttle never came after waiting almost one hour so I go and get a taxi to the rental place and to find out they have no cars available. PLEASE do not rent a vehicle from this company. Complete waste of time and money! They are not located at the airport very inconvenient. I waited in line over an hour only to find out that the vehicle I reserved for this location was not at this location so I had to pay extra to change vehicles because they didn’t have the car I reserved. Time to return the vehicle at this 24 hour location no one is available to assist me after hours no shuttle was available to transfer my family to the airport so I had to drive the vehicle to airport and leave it there. I will never book with this company again. I have never been treated like this at enterprise

This place will try and rip you off by recommending you get the pass for tolls which is about $8/day. We drove all over the island and went thru one toll so we definitely didnt need the daily pass like they suggested. They charge you an activation fee of $10 (before the toll) or $25 (after the toll, when returning the car) just for going thru a toll. Service was mediocre; not the friendliest of staff working. They gave us a car that had the low tire pressure light on, and told us wed need to check the pressure. We filled the tires, but it still said low tire pressure. Ive never had a rental car company give us a car that has issues, and tell us to deal with it. Luckily it drove fine. The car was definitely not cleaned. There were old cookies in the glove compartment.

Had an online reservation, have now waited 2.5 hours and counting. There were six families in front of us when we got here. Three of them have gotten cars so far. Came in for a business trip. Have to wait 1 hour and an half to get my car!! Everyone have extreme attitude. Their excuses always “because of hurricane Maria”. I sure hope their attitude would change from “hurricane Maria”!I travel all around the world, this is absolutely the worse Expereince I can ask for!!Oh and don’t bother to ask for management or complain hot line. They will give you a email and it’s only from Monday to Friday. I guess complain and issue don’t happen on the weekend.

What to expect (Ridiculous fees ahead):A daily charge to use the vehicle.A charge to activate the toll use feature.Another charge per day to use the toll feature. Wonderful.A contract fee for $1.00. Really?A customer facility fee. Mine was 12%. The employee couldnt give me a solid reason for this fee. He agreed when I told him it seemed like they just wanted to charge extra money. Fantastic.An Airport Conc Rec Fee. Another 11.15%. The employee mentioned it was for the cars maintenance.My bill was $67.04 including state and municipal taxes as well as insurance for one vehicle for one day. The vehicles definitely dont meet the price. They first pulled up with a car that was nearly on empty. The employee was hesitant to switch the vehicle for me until I refused to use it. The second vehicle had low tire pressure, the tank wasnt full, the front bumper was damaged, the car was filthy and the interior reeked of gasoline.If I had the time I would have asked for a refund and rented elsewhere. I dont recommend this place. I do recommend their parking services though.

Arrived at ez car rental at the predetermined time and had to wait for 41 minutes while they got the car but noticed all the workers were busy on their phones laughing and talking. Finally got the car and on the ride to our hotel we noticed the passenger window did not work and then got to our hotel and noticed her door handle would not open her door. We returned the car and wound up with another car that was in really bad shape that took 30 minutes to get. Car had bad dents seats were stained and the car smelled like urine. Ultimately returned our second and gott a third. Over all a disappointing experience.

Do yourself a favor STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! waited a hour and a half for a car that’s not including the 40 min it took to wait to check in and fill out paper work. One person working the check-in counter and the rest of the staff just standing around not bothered by the huge line that was forming. When dropping off the car the next day a customer was yelling where is my car?! A employee responded “they are washing it, should be out shortly”. DO NOT RENT A CAR HERE!!!!! Very poor customer service, very rude and unfriendly. When we first rented our car online it told us it would be $120 for 3 days. When we got there the manager told us it would be $180 for an underage fee...ok no big deal. We received our final bill which was $250 and when we asked why it was so expensive they completely ignored us and were very rude.

I would like to give this place a 0 star. Do not rent a car from this place. 1st bad customer service, they charge me $100. For a day rental when it was supposed to be $23.00. They add charges to the bill that I never requested. Also I wrote letters to the corporate office to refund the extra charges and they never did. Its a scam dont rent for this place. Its horrible to visit your country and end up practically robbed.

I dont know why this place has some bad reviews. Weve come to this place twice already and its been a good experience. The people are friendly and helpful. Have NOT had any extra charges. They even quickly exchanged out a car for us that had a dash light come on... As a for warning to people who have not rented a car in PR before: if you dont pay for the toll pass with the rental company, then you can not go through the toll roads. More so, If you do, you might as well have paid the rental car place because it will get tacked on to your bill in the end.

Bad, bad, bad, bad customer servicesThe lady at the reception decide what prices gives you depending of how you look, even if I made a prior reservation thru internet, the price at thecounter was three times more.I wait 1hourand 35 mins to get attended, then another 45 mins to get into the car that decide to give me. This company is a joke. First of all is inside a Allied Rent-A-Car with no signs saying that E-Z car was located inside Allied. So there was 4 costumers when I walked in. It was dead but it took me 2.5 Hours to get the car but what can I expect from a company that shares their rent with another company. The name of this company E-Z Car Rental and the least it was EASY. The only reason you should rent here is if they’re renting a dollar per day on your vehicle.

If I could, I would give them 0 stars. The reservation you make online means nothing to them. They will upcharge you. I am still trying to get my money back 2 months after! I couldnt argue with them about the pricing before because I was going to miss my flight. We had to wait 1 hour to return the car even though there were only 2 people ahead of us! ZERO STARS!!!This company advertises low price online, but get ready to wash plenty of dishes when you return the vehicle and get a bill that is double what you were quoted before...on paper!They claim on their website the following:The car you reserved at the price you were quoted...no surprises at the counter. They will jack the price and will have the shocking new price when you return the vehicle. One associate kept saying they were washing the car, the other that they could not find the keys, and the other that the car was blocked by two other cars.A friendly experience...we want you to have the best rental experience possible...NOT TRUE! I arrived at 9:23am. My reservation was for 9:30am. I was in line behind FOUR people. My paperwork was computer stamped at 11:11am. The employees were slow, chatting with each other, interrupted often by other customers walking in the rental place upset, leaving their stations often for no apparent reason, no smiles, one of them often saying he was going on break.But the worst for last...when I returned the car, I was shocked by the super change in price. The same rep that rented the car was the same receiving the car. The rep began lying about everything said the day before. I asked for a Manager to help clear the problem. To my dismay, even when about ten managers were there for a meeting, not a single one came to see me or helped fix the problem. Instead, they texted the rep to say they were not doing anything about my situation. Unfortunately, my ride had been waiting outside for over 25 minutes, therefore, I had to leave.Do not ruin your vacation by falling for the low prices. This is a bait. DO NOT rent from this place, and, instead, save your hard earned cash and much needed vacation time. If you feel I am exaggerating, just type this companys name online and happy readings!

We waited 45 minutes at the airport for the shuttle and the phone was busy every time I called. Then when we finally got there I found over 300 dollars in hidden fees including a mandatory highway tolls. When we finally got the paperwork done it took another hour to get the car out of the lot because there is only one worker and one lane leaving the lot.I am returning the car tomorrow morning because its making a loud screeching noise. Lets see how that goes...

In Puerto Rico, EZ partners with a local provider, that doesnt comply w fair practices. Only use them if absolutely no other option.Attention: Nextcar and Priceless belong to the same company.You will need Autoexpresso, the mandatory toll system that will cost you $10 set up an about $9 a day, not including the actual tolls. In addition to that, there will be approximately 50%+ of very creative fees before the government taxes on top of all. And the cherry was a $15 mandatory insurance coverage, in that the representative claimed was there when I booked. An $8 a day rental offer on the website was booked at $73 and ended up at $214. And you will never know until you get out of the door.I complained over email and never got a response from EZ. Good luck!

They would not honor the price in the confirmation email they sent. They lady behind the desk was very rude. There was only 1 family in front of me and it took them 40 mins to process their car. The gentleman was very frustrated and even told me he felt like he was getting ripped off but had a family so what do you do. I was called after they left and thats when she told me the car would be $250 more than what the confirmation email said. When I tried to question why she hust kept telling me that was the price no explanation. I showed her the email and she just told me that is no good. Worst service Ive ever had. I ended uo getting an uber and renting from a different company the next day with a wonderful experience there.

Im still dealing with this mess they created. I think what they do is unethical and illegal. Read the other reviews. If you are smart you will go somewhere else. I have never had such a terrible experience while travelling. If I could give this business 0 stars, that would be more appropriate. We had a reservation to pick the rental car up at 11 am. We were not told we would need to take a shuttle from the airport to arrive at the cars. After waiting maybe 30 minutes, we finally left the airport. When we walked through the doors, the place was packed and we got on line rite away. We waited for 1-2 hours and the line did not move. I am handicap and also have IBS. I told them I was handicapped and that I felt ill, as it was a long time since I have eaten. They did not believe me and required proof. After looking through my emails, I found a copy of proof of my disabilities and handicap pla card. When I presented this, they allowed me to wait in the handicap line, which took another 30 minutes. They started adding on fees to our reservation for insurance and young driver charges increasing our $10 a day rental to a $50 a day rental. We then tries to leave, but they were holding on to my credit card and drivers license. Eventually, I got my information back and took a taxi back to the airport to rent a car from a different agency. This business has no respect for people with disabilities, does not follow the guidelines of the American disability act and is a chaotic mess. Avoid at all costs.

Took them 1.5 hours to get a car without a long line. Then we had someone come in 20 minutes after us who got the car in 15 minutes. They said ours was being washed but really the folks getting the car were incompetent. At one point the guy checking out cars, said he didn’t understand me but then started small talking a young woman. Once we got the manager they told her they were waiting for a car with an ez pass (when they told us they were waiting for a wash) and the manager told them that was not needed. So really waited 1.5 hours with a baby in hand getting fussier and fussier cause they didn’t know their job.

This was one of he worst customer service experiences Ive ever had. The staff was extremely rude and unwelcoming and made no effort to thoroughly explain the surprise hidden charges. You are charged extra for the highway tolls whether you use them or not. Its a $10 activation fee, which is complete bull, plus $8.95 per day! Even though we had reserved the car a few days before and were given a specific pick-up time, we waited over an hour to get our car. Just one staff behind the service counter and only one staff washing the cars before pick-up. Multiple staff members walking around behind the counter not helping even as the line grew.The driver who shuttles people from the airport to the agency was upset about the cars that were parked at the front of the business because he couldnt manuever easily between them. One of those cars was my husbands and the driver started shouting at him to move his car immediately, even though we were next in line to be helped at the counter. My husband reluctantly obliged and left to move the car(even though it was a legit outlined parking spot) and the driver continued to shout obscenities at him. Meanwhile, managerial staff were nowhere to be seen and did nothing to resolve the situation. This experience was awful and ruined our day. Were local people from P.R and Im absolutely embarassed if this is the kind of service that is offered to foreign visitors as well. Will never ever use them again and will urge people not to even consider them. The worst!

This is a total scam. Cheap price on Expedia with all kinds of extra mandatory charges. Without insurance and without the toll road pass, the cost was DOUBLE the quoted fee.They even charged me an airport pickup fee. I came to their office from my hotel in an Uber. When I complained, they said it was mandatory.Now I understand why these guys are half the cost of quality providers like Hertz.

So far they have provided good service. Im not to happy about the $2 a day more on a EZ pass then Payless rent a car but they did help me out when I pulled away with a flat repair that leaked air and made me come back for another car. Took 1hr of my way to handle that but they were nice to get me out... Not as fast as I would have liked but hey 2hrs later its good... Thanks guys for your non importance of my time. Absolutely worst rental experience ever. Most of what I experienced is in the reviews before - dont assume we are just disgruntled.Renting from E-Z brings you to Allied as this place is called. I had two vehicles rented for $25 per car per day. They only had one rental on file and didnt have record of the other despite me providing both reservation numbers (we eventually got two cars but it took over one hour for us once we got our turn). We waited in line behind the one person ahead of us for one hour with the line rapidly filling up and only one trainee serving everyone including drop offs, phone calls (the phone rang unanswered off the hook) and complaints in the building line behind us. Another worker walked in and out with his take out (he has to take his hour dinner break) at 6PM - a very busy time!! The quoted price is absolutely false. Many added on fees that were difficult to understand. They claim you have to pay for their toll pass system (an additional overall fee and daily fee) and there was no arguing it. THIS WAS THE WORST CAR RENTAL EXPERIENCE - NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE E-Z RENT A CAR.

If I could give this place a negative 100 I would. I’ve been sitting here for almost a hour with one person in front of me at 1:45am with 6 staff members. I am holding my child who is sleeping and exhausted from a long flight and these people have no sympathy. They are very rude and unprofessional when you ask a question and seem as if they do not know what’s going on even with my reservation information right in front Of them. The worst place I have ever been in my life. I had a reservation, get there, and they tell me they dont have any cars. Im now number 6 in line to get a car. Even with a reservation. DONT DO IT. Made a reservation weeks ahead, but they had no cars available. Total waste of time and added costs for trying to fix the situation at 3:30am (we had to get an Uber and a hotel room for the night).Upon landing, we called for a shuttle from the airport and it was confirmed one would be on the way so, we waited 20 minutes, plus another 10 minutes while picking up other passengers. Upon arriving at the counter 20 minutes later the representative informed us there were no cars so we no we are in the middle of nowhere at 3:30am. No solution was offered, but to be put on a waitlist. They knew since earlier that evening that they didnt have cars, but didnt bother to tell anyone with upcoming reservations (even when we called to asked about the shuttle). Stay away!

We book a Jeep with Orbitz. When I got to the counter they told me my reservation was for another car. I told the ladie I have a confirmation and also a picture of the vehicle we choose. She say the it was a mistake from Orbitz. After a few minutes she decide to get me a Jeep but she say I have to wait for then to clean the car. More then 55 minutes waiting and no Jeep. I cancel the the reservation and ALAMO at the Airport rent me a 2018 SUV for $55 A day . Never again EZ your customer service at San Juan sucks. Also they want to charge you a $10 connection fee for their toll pass and some hidden fees READ the contract before you sign.

The worst car rental place I have ever stepped foot into. Let’s start with the line. The line took 2 hours to get through and even after we filled out the proper paper work to get our car, we waited 45 minutes outside just to get the car. When I asked why getting thw actual car is taking so long, the reply was that it was being “washed”. Why is the car being washed? Especially if we waited 2 hours and 45 minutes just to get it? They are extremely slow here and I wasted the short amount of time I had in Puerto Rico just getting a means of transportation from this place. Horrible service just horrible!!!!

Horrible customer service. The lady helping my parents was very nasty and rude. They also have a lot of hidden fees they dont disclose when renting through a third party such as expedia. Just like anyone else complaining about this company, I made a reservation and they did not have a car available for me when I arrived, neither did about 10-15 other people who were in the building awaiting the arrival of a rental.It took 3 hours of waiting, but they eventually upgraded my rental FOR FREE. At first, the management was very poor and just within 30 minutes of waiting I began searching for other options of rentals. Everything else was much more expensive or they did not have anything available.If i were you I would just be patient, youre on the island for christs sake, get with the island time and stop panicking about not having things go exactly your way.It was worth the wait! Give them a chance!And enjoy yourself!! If youre lucky like me youll get to cruise around the rainforest solo in a Jeep Wrangler rather than the economy sized car.I will come back!

I barely right reviews unless a place has excellent service. But this place was horrible! If I can give it zero stars I would. 1st We were given a car infected with roaches! We bring it back to be switched out then we are given a car that is crashed and is filthy on the inside and stinks like wet clothes. Not to mention the interior was wet. For a $1000 rental i dont expect to drive around in a crashed up, roach infested, stinky car! Absolutely unacceptable and disgusting! Beware of this place! Online reservation was less than 600$ we get there and its 950 not including the 250 hold on your credit card. Was also lied to about having to pay for their version of the ez pass. Was told in Puerto Rico they do not do cash tolls. Stay away!
