Thieves who steal your money and rent broken cars.1. Never refunded security deposit ($250). After returning the car, the manager said we would receive the deposit in a few days. 8 months later, still not received. Now they wont return my calls.2. The car they rented did not have hub caps. While driving on the highway, the tire popped. Went to change it, but there was no spare tire nor kit.3. On top of that - the car had a dead battery and grinding brakes. Makes for a fun ride.

I had a wonderful experience with Gomez Rent a car. They picked me up at the Airport with my children and brought us to the office. The car I rented was clean and in excellent condition. Braulio and Ian helped me and they were both very polite and thorough with the contract. And the price was VERY reasonable in comparison with the astronomical price at the Airport. I would definitely recommend Gomez Rent a Car and I plan to use them in the future. 👍👍

This place was awful unprofessional and very rude, even hung up on me ...car was very old no gas in it filthy car and charged nice car prices also had asked my husband to check oil in like really who does that then they hold 250 deposit for extended time periods I will never recommend this company we had an emergency so this is the only reason we went through them and I should of just taken Uber going forward it won’t ever happen again ..this company is not what they say at all I would never rent from them and they are not professional at all ...we travel to Puerto Rico 🇵🇷 all the time so does our family and friends even for work this will not be a place we go too .. Charlie car rental is great it’s like a avis or enterprise very professional.. I recommend them

We found them when our big name car rental company overbooked and left us stranded at the airport. Gomez came right away and picked us up. They were super helpful and I honestly cant say enough good things about them.

They are trash. Scammer company. They create charges with deductibles false damages.
