Do NOT go here! The cars are messed up, they throw hundreds of dollars in hidden fees that are not applicable and will not explain why. We rented through Expedia and they charged us through the app then priceless rentals charged us again. Mean while there are 20 plus people waiting outside and we have been here for 4 hours just to get scammed. I highly advise you to pay the extra 5-10 dollars a day to a trust worthy rental place and stay away from here.
We have been waiting for almost 2 hours waiting for the car. Apparently they decided to wash the car now. All the people before us had to wait as well. They are not even apologizing and they act like its our fault that they dont have cars to rent out. Horrible horrible place and I am really sad expedia has recommended this place on their website. Horrible first impression.
This is the worst experience in a at rental, they took 2 hours to give us a car literally in very poor conditions and the worst of all is that was infested with little roaches 🪳, high beam lights didn’t work and the front and back bumper were falling off . Usually any rental car wash the car and fill the tank before they give it out. Well this car stinks, and they just gave us 1/4 of a tank. Well overall was a horrible experience. I would never recommend this company to anybody.
Still waiting for their system to come back online. Over 30 minutes waiting and they have no idea what to do. Next door company seems fine and people are going in and out. Terrible customer service and bad attitude from half of the people working there, the other on their phone or talking about nail polish.
Inconsiderate and rude, they act like a heartless computer. Disorganized and misrepresented (you don’t know who you’re dealing with), lack communication between call center and local office. Conveniently, the deficiencies always work against the customer and “there’s nothing they can do” about anything. On top of everything, 7 minutes costs me too much but the truth coming out in these reviews costs them too. I hope people keep speaking up. Never going back.
Don’t ever waste your money here.My original reservation was set to $82.52 (orbitz). I get there, there’s a million little fees like “airportss” yes, two S’s. Waver fee & contract fee. And so on. Then they tell me they have to hold onto and additional $200 for security purposes. This doesn’t happen in the US but okay.My total is now over $400. I had to call for my receipt, and then the guy on the phone says i should of taken a picture of it when i was in PR… but when i was there i was told it would get emailed to me.He also can’t believe i would just leave the car there with the key in. But again, when i was there in person, i was told to do exactly just that.$83 turned into $400+. Idk when my deposit will return (also didn’t get a clear message). I’m annoyed and unwilling to ever use this service again.
Rented a compact vehicle from Priceless Car Rental. Online quote was $351. Ask me why my final bill was $1007. This was for a Hyundai. The wait was long to pick up the car. The first car they brought us was dirty and the check engine light was on. They brought us a second vehicle after about 45 minutes. They forced a collision damage waiver on us and quoted us $800 after exorbitant fees. So we left with the car. When we dropped it off the price was still $800. When the final charges came through on my credit card it was $1007. It took a week for my sister to get a final bill. No one ever returned my call when I made a complaint. I had to call them back. There is a serious language barrier so much was lost in translation on my final phone call. I have rented cars all over the world and this by far was the absolute worst car rental experience I’ve ever had. Priceless is GARBAGE!!!! Go with name brands like Enterprise, Alamo etc.
100% would not recommend, we were supposed to pick up our car at 10:30 and its 1:40 and we are STILL waiting. I agree its better to pay more + be able to enjoy your trip! We lost a whole day waiting here. The people we are sitting with have been here over 4 hours and they have kids like us, its sweltering out here. They are not prepared at all they keep running back to wash cars??? GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
Wish I would have read these reviews first. These guys totally suk and will charge you twice what you signed up for. They make you wait out in the heat for hours when they could let you in the AC citing Covid concerns. Get down there, miles away from the airport with your family and they know they got you and fully take advantage of you. I will not use Expedia ever again for allowing such dirt bags in the house.
Be aware that the waiting time to pickup your car will be at least 3 - 4 hours so be patient, very patient. Additionally you will be paying a lot of extra fees that are not fully disclaimed when you do your reservation. Also a $250 refundable guarantee fee will also be added so will end paying more that you expected to save. So this is not really the cheapest option and the customer service team is totally overwhelmed (only 2 people managing the whole business), I feel for them. @Expedia should do a better job selecting providers, so disappointed.
1 star and that’s because it’s the minimum. Our plane landed at 1:15pm got here a few minutes after and it’s 4:51pm and no signs of the car anywhere. A lot of people ahead of me too.. Trust me it’s going to be better to pay a few dollars extra at enterprise or Avis and safe yourself the time than waiting half a day for your vehicle.

I wish I had looked at the reviews before reserving a car through Priceless. This company is extremely unorganized and lacking staff. You will end up waiting for at least 2 hours out in the heat with nowhere to sit and no end in sight/information. You will also most likely end up paying $100-$300 more than you expect. The car we got was nice but the experience was very negative. Please go elsewhere.
-ve Star option should have given. I was reached 11.50 AM and got Car at 6.01 PM. That is too after lots of call to customer care and pledging to operating personals. They are clearly targeting for one time Customer. Please remember they are also operating with Different names . Check it on Google Map etc…One good thing is that due to this long wait all tourist had long chat with each other also they were cheered when one gets car !!!
Its the ghetto of car rentals. Always pay with your credit card because they will charge you things you didnt agree to. If you get it from a 3rd party like Expedia whatever you spend there will not count towards your rental. Just be sure to dispute as soon as you get the keys. Cars are all in bad shape and forget the time on your reservation. You will be waiting at least 2 hours for your car. You are better off going with a well known rental company. The prices are not as advertised. Not even close.
Sorry for those people with bad experience, but the reality is Im very lucky, I spend less of 45 minutes and I rent a brand new car with only 10 miles on, car was brand new clean and I give 5 star because was a great experience. They pick me up on time and my car was ready, Im very pleased. Thank you guys at Priceless.
This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a car rental company. I understand being short staffed but this was ridiculous and it also put us in a dangerous situation.Had rental scheduled for pick-up at 2pm, arrived at 1:20pm made it thru line and signed agreement before 2p but them waited close to 4hours for the car. The car was brought out at 5:53pm, our entire afternoon was waisted waiting for the rental car. Then to top it off the tire pressure light was blinking and I had to wait around longer for someone to just come out and say if tire goes flat call us and will have roadside assistance come out to you. Also, was put in a very dangerous situation when trying to wipe off condensation & dirt from windows only to find out there was No window washer fluid in the car and the dirt just smudge all over the window making it impossible to see so had to pull over and use towels to clean windows in middle of a busy highway in the dark.
2+ hour wait to service 5 customers. Car is dirty, the price was significantly higher than what it showed online and they make you wait outside in the heat the entire time while they casually get the cars together with no care or urgency for the customers they are helping. Do not recommend

If I could give no stars, I would. Complete time waster and not to mention, the person helping us was rude as heck. Firstly, there were so many unexpected charges that were not mentioned in our confirmation email. Secondly, I understand COVID is a thing, but making other people in the party wait outside in the sweltering heat is not considerate AT ALL! We finally got through all that debacle of finishing paperwork and paying almost an extra $500 that was not mentioned to be offered a car that looked like an 18 year olds first car. It had major scratches and dents and was on donuts. How is this car even acceptable to offer someone? The saving grace was one gentleman who understood our concerns and gave us a newer car. I WOULD NOT recommend to anyone!! We should have read the reviews first before giving up our hard earned money to this company. Please, do better!!!
Worst company ever. I waited over 2 hours just to turn in the reservation paper and another hour to get the car. Only one person in the counter. They blamed it in covid. Horrible experience. I did the reservation through Expedia. Never again. It was not cheap either. The car smelled bad. It wasn’t even cleaned properly.
This company is absolutely horrible. Worst car rental place ever my experience with them ruined my whole vacation it’s been 2 months since I’ve been back and I’m still receiving charges from them. They are very heartless and added a whole bunch of fees once you arrive. I don’t recommend any one go to this company. This establishment is horrible! FIRST OF ALL THESE HIDDEN FEES, they over charged me and I had already made a reservation and the price is not what they said it would be. There customers service is horrible and had NASTY attitude. MY CAR RENTAL (WHICH WASNT WHAT I HAD PAID FOR) WAS ROACH INFESTED! THERE WERE ROACHES COMING OUT THE EMERGENCY BREAK THEN WHEN I CALLED THEY HAD THE NERVE TO TELL ME TO DRIVE THE CAR BACK LIKE IT WAS MY FAULT, I HAD THE CAR FOR ONLY AN HOUR!
Worse experience ever, I do not recommend at all. I had reservations and confirmation number. Got there showed the guy (victor) my papers he typed it in and says sorry I can’t help you I can’t find anything here for you, your gonna have to step out and figure it out. Mind you i had a toddler with me. It was 5:15am and he sent me outside instead of taking it upon himself to figure it out since it’s his job to do so. Especially if I have all the papers and confirmation. So please do not go there at all. And Allied rental same thing pushed me out because they work together just walked out on me after having me there for 1 hr waiting in line.
Been waiting here for 2 hours for a rental and so far nothing. We are starving and waiting in the heat. Was expecting to be in and out within an hour. Waste of almost a whole day after landing down in Puerto Rico. Not worth it. Terrible customer service and seems like nobody knows what’s going on. Better to pay extra somewhere else if time is important.
Seems like everybody that goes there has the same sad and dissapointing experience as me and my family had . My wife is still being charged even though weve been back in the states almost a week now . Smh
Do I really have to choose 1 star? If there was a negative star, this place would take it. If you’re a tourist and are trying to find a rental car, please keep looking. You will find one I promise. You don’t want to go to this place. They have no customer service skills, no communication. If you have lost an item in the car, just forget about it. They don’t bother to inspect the car, they don’t even clean it beforehand and it shows. They are the most unprofessional company I’ve ever seen in my life. All the reviews above and below are true. This company is a shame and also a bad image for Puerto Rico.
Made a reservation 2 months ago. Paid for and all. To get here and get charged another $927 and he claims is all taxes and fees. When i explained that everything is already paid for. He just shrugs and says its all taxes mama. Then goes and says that $965 was a holding fee... yeah, I dnt think so. And lets no forget they added a fee for an extra driver, when theres only one. Didnt even walk through with us for an inspection on the car. I rented cars before, not this company but this is a rip-off. We were supposed to pay only for the insurance when picking up the car since it wasnt added on during the initial reservation, not another whole 1k.I should of went with another company. Let me add that when the car finally pulled up. It had damages. To which we had to fill out our own form and take pictures .This will definitely be the first and last time!

Horrible customer service. Had two people working at the counter and the line out to the door. They have about two people working outside fetching cars and it takes at least an hour per customer to receive your car. Stay away! Youve been warned
Do not rent with this company!!!! They charge you $71 for facility&customer service fee but you can’t be inside (just 1 person per group even when it is empty) and they treat you terribly! They make you get their insurance because even if you have one because yours has to cover your car that has to be 2016 or newer (and that is not specified on the contract), they make you pay just so you can breathe the same air but the attention is the worst…
If I could give this service zero stars I would. Waited 3+ hours to get a car in the heat, we’re told conflicting information about the insurance, & whoever is “managing” is a total jerk because they only staffed like 3 people to work the entire place. If you are desperate & absolutely need a car, I guess try it.
If I could give zero stars, I would whole heartedly! When booking they don’t tell you that you have a 250 dollar deposit. The customer service was completely horrible. Worker had caught an attitude with us just for asking questions. We payed almost 700$ And they tried to give us a broken down car with scrapes and dents and the car was on donuts!!!! I wouldn’t recommend to anyone! Not even my worst enemy!!
We had to pay an extra $60 hidden charges for cleaning, and everyone had to wait 3 hours to get the car. Contacting customer care did not help either. Cancelling the booking was not an option since they refused to refund even though it is their fault. Once we got the car, it had unclean seats and cigarette smell throughout.
There are hidden fees(sanitation,airport,etc.). I booked through Expedia. First there are fees that aren’t show on Expedia. Second there is a $250 charge that is reimbursed after is returned. Third when I picked up the car had 1/2 gas tank. Four, the car that I was given had cigarettes odor.

Don’t do it. Our reservation was at 10 am and waited 2.5 hours to get a car. Ended up missing a ferry and the staff response is that they have no authority to compensate you for anything. I wish we had read the reviews before booking. I am utterly shocked these people are still listed on Expedia.There’s a dollar car rental we decided to walk into and inquire .3 miles away with no lines, turns out to be the same price and from what it looked like might be a better experience.
Absolutely HORRIBLE Rental company.False advertisement and over priced. Paid a deposit of $485 on Expedia and was expected to pay $201 when arriving at Priceless. Got charged $655 extra by Priceless due to “taxes and fees”. In total, spent over $1100 for an average rental for only THREE days. Do yourself and your wallet a HUGE favor and find another company around that doesn’t charge an arm and a leg.
If I could give zero stars I would, these people are the worst ! Waiting for the car about 3 hours. Was given without a full tank. Car was from like 1999. Also their roadside assistance try to take $400 from me cash because my car was stuck. I had to call the police in order for him to do his job that I paid for. They gave no compensation for such a troubling time. Office is rude as hell. The best part of this was the shuttle to and from. SMH !! DO NOT USE ‼️
The absolute worst of the worst! I will never rent from them, or their parent company NextCar ever again. I will gladly pay the additional $20 a day to deal with a major rental car company that prioritizes transparency and customer service. Over $150 in hidden fees, the sales rep ripped me off in getting me to sign up for prepaid toll pass, and we had to wait over 5 hours upon arrival to get our vehicle. Id give them 0 stars if possible.

Whatever you do, do NOT go through here!! They charged an addition 300 for „fees“ which they said we would get back once we returned the car. Our first car we got a flat due to low air. We were able to get road side assistance to our hotel to switch out the tire and the company switched us cars as even the donut and other tires were flat. We are on our way to return our second car and low and behold, another flat. It’s our fault for not noticing the warning signal on the car but it’s the companies Job to ensure that their customers are safe! This is absolutely ridiculous and the wait time at the rental place can take up to over an hour!! Waste of money and time

I paid a deposit for 1 day of use then when I got to the counter, I was quoted another price with an additional $300 + $250 deposit . Deposits I understand but additional fees of $300!
2.5 hours waiting to secure vehicle I had reserved a month and a half in advance.Additionally, $200 more than what my reservation stated my balance.Overall a terrible experience. Will look elsewhere next time.
I wasn’t going to write this review because so much time has already been wasted. But truly one of the worst business experiences ever. Dozens of people, with prepaid reservations waited 2+ hours to get their cars. The employees were not friendly nor helpful. They abused their authority by making people wait outside in the heat.Felt like they were getting a slight kick out of everyone’s despair. I’m as patient as it gets but this truly was an overwhelming experience. Kayak, Priceline and the Expedia’s of the world need to completely sever all business relationships with this company. Can’t emphasize enough, Stay away. Horrendous horrendous experience.
Please read this before renting at this place....When I originally booked I did it through Expedia and paid about $287 plus collision which was an extra 11 bucks a day. I arrived at the location at 9:00am and there was only 1 individual working at the counter. He was rude and difficult to understand when he spoke so it was difficult to understand him ( I speak both English and Spanish very well). He began to to tell me that I needed to pay an extra $635 in fees which included the 250 hold fee....he stated that needed to get full insurance from them in order to protect myself from stolen, burning vehicle...etc etc.. by the time he was done I was like no way..He was annoyed that I was not buying anything extra and decided to slide to the next customer. I waited and told him to finish up as an hour had already pass. By the time he was done I was now being charged for 485 which did not include the 285 that I paid from Expedia but did include the 250 hold. It got better....after all the hassle I just needed a vehicle and just rented it. I was told to wait outside for vehicle. Another hour pass just waiting for the vehicle. Once the vehicle arrived it was disgusting. My wife had to use her wipes to clean the wheel handle and it was pure black...(why charge sanitizer and cleaning charge on the bill).It was like they just switch cars over when people returnedit.....I have pictures of the seats and condition of the vehicle...if you value your money spend a little more and GO somewhere else. Lastly, I never read the reviews to I already had the vehicle which was stupid. Read the reviews and run away from this place. I already read that they give you a hard time giving you back your 250 hold which I will fight when I return the vehicle. I will be contacting the better business bureau about this company...please stay away....
Orbitz reads as does their info on orbitz, everything included. Look at this receipt, $359 and I paid $601 when over and done with. The car was not clean, damaged all around, it was 10:30 pm with young kids, I had no option. The bus you to the middle of nowhere so you are trapped. Absolutely worst experience ever with a car rental. Read these BS charges for yourself.

Worst rental experience of my life. We spent SIX HOURS waiting to pickup the car in the heat without water. When you get there, you have to write your name on the door and wait for them to call you into the building. They would allow 5 people (one person per family) inside the building even though the sign on the door said 33 people were allowed in at one time b/c of Covid. We waited outside in the heat for over 3 hours before getting called into the building. They had small children, elderly people, etc waiting in the direct sun without water- it was sad. Once you get called in, you would think your wait is over! NOT. You wait another 1.5 hours inside for them to do paperwork and explain all of the extra fees they are tacking on (a lot of fees). Then after you get through that line, you have to go to a new line outside on the other side of the building and wait a couple more hours for a car!!! Again, in the heat without water. The employees had no organization - people that were behind me in line got their car before me. We lost an entire day of our vacation because we had to wait for the shuttle at the airport, another 6 hours waiting to get the car, and then an hour drive to our AirBNB. It was bad - Nextcar and Allied are operated in the same building by the same people, so avoid them too!
Unbelievable. The daily rate for the car was $124. The associated taxes and fees were an additional $134. We paid $258 for a one day rental. They have fees like sanitizing. Werent you cleaning the cars before covid!!! The car they gave us was still dirty. Such a rip off.
Upon arrival at airport, it was difficult to get a hold of someone at the office to ask for a shuttle. The shuttle took forever, customer service at the office was okay, quick and friendly. I was told to wait outside for my vehicle, and was disappointed when I saw it, the vehicle was dirty inside and out, dented and scratched up outside (took pics incase) had to throw water on the wind shield to clean it because there was no windshield washer fluid. when I returned at 8am to drop off the vehicle it took almost an hr to get on a shuttle because they needed to fuel up for the day so thanks God I got there 3 hrs before my flight.

I lost an entire day of vacation. They are short staffed and every line, starting from the entry point was an 1 hour wait. This process with a reservation took 4.5 hours. Rent across the street from the airport at Alamo this is not worth the aggravation.

The WORST costumer service, very rude people. I paid $ 518 extra in addition to what I paid on expedia. ALOT of hidden fees, sanitization fee was one of them even though the car was not clean and they had to change it for me. Their cars are old, and dirty. Please do NOT get your car from this place.
Worst experience ever! I arrived at 3:30pm and I didnt get my car till 8pm! They only had one person working the front desk. You had to wait outside to be called in. Spent my entire day just getting a car. Then the next day I had to come back and exchange it for a new car because of a battery issue. They made me waste 2 days of my vacation. They dont care at all and they were extremely rude. Even when I came back to drop it off, the person that checked in your car had gone on break. It wasnt until someone said something they found someone to do their job. Please! Do yourself a favor and dont rent from this place!
I reserved a vehicle, arrived in San Juan PR to find out there was a 3+ hour wait at the car rental OUTSIDE in the heat & under the sun. Some people shared they had been there for almost 4 hrs. Many people leaving this place by Uber just as I did. Called to cancel the reservation, rental car company informed me I would also need to contact online platform for a refund. The wait time was also over 3 hrs. I received a call back after 4 hrs. Was told Orbitz needed to contact car rental before issuing a refund for a car I could never pick up and lost my afternoon waiting for. Horrible service at Priceless rental car and Orbitz!

We THOUGHT everything was paid for online which it appeared to be, which included insurance. After landing in San Juan at 11pm, we arrived to Priceless via shuttle, and were told our original quote (which included insurance) would cost $250 more because “the insurance paid only applies if you actually get into an accident”. We were not born yesterday, we decided not to rent car from here and the next day we rented from Enterprise which was x1000 time better. Unlike Priceless, we were not left to wait outside on the rain, the employees were kind and let you speak, and the charges were 100% transparent and pick up and drop off were smooth and hassle-free. This is a company of crooks, beware!! They have under 2 stars for a reason.

I booked thru Expedia and was precharged 528 and was told I only had to pay the fees of 177 when I picked up the car. I verified it with Abraham who works at the aguadilla location and he told me the same price. I made the reservation to be picked up at aguadilla and drop off at San Juan and they changed it without my knowledge. When I went to get the car they told me I had to pay 928 for extra fees and insurance( which I have full coverage so I didn’t need there’s) tolls, and other things that don’t have names just letters. They then said I had to pay another 250 to drop it off to the San Juan location when I originally booked it for there. I told them I will not pay for something I originally reserved and they told me that’s not their problem and I should figure it out myself or take a taxi which will cost almost 200. They are unprofessional and only want your money they don’t care if your left out on the streets with no car. And not to forget it takes them 5 hours to give you your car making you waste your day. Abraham and Hyman have the worst attitude and are very ignorant.
Horrible !!!! Wait for hours. Very concerned about mask, but dont have a working bathroom or hand sanitizer. They have chairs out of service while people stand for hours. Never again. I have been traveling back home for 32 years. The absolute worst.
Worst place to rent a car. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE. I waited 3 hours in the heat, they had 1 guy working and decided to leave and no one was getting any cars. They have 2 people in the counter charging you extra fees and taking your money, then they dont give you your car. Worst rental place ever.
Recommend this place only if you have minimum 3+ hous in line, and unlimited patience. Couldnt give negative stars 😞
The check-in process is terrible & very unorganized. Then they have a shuttle that’ll pick-up/drop off at the airport & the man that drives the shuttle is so rude/unprofessional & was making remarks the whole drive. Lastly, the cherry on top, he smashed my fingers when closing the door to the shuttle because he was in such a hurry to leave, mind you I had my daughter in one had & was holding on trying to get off without falling. TERRIBLE!
DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! I wish I had listened to all of the people before me and went with a better company. They charge you 50% more than your reservation when you arrive, then charge you another 50% when you return for their “service fees” a $100 rental turned into $200 by the time I returned the car for no other reason than these surprise service fees. Also, when we got there they did not have enough cars so we had to wait over 2 hours while one guy washed and checked everyone in. We were lucky, others had been there for over 4 hours. I have already called Better Business Bureau and reported them. They are a scam. I repeat, DO NOT rent from here.
If there was an option for NEGATIVE stars I would have selected it to take stars away from these people. The company should be called “Serviceless” instead of Priceless. Waited an hour and a half for a free shuttle from the airport to then wait 2.5 hours in line to pay and THEN wait 1.5 hours to GET the car after paying. The staff are rude and there is zero organization. DO NOT RENT A CAR FROM HERE, you’d make it faster walking to where you need to go.
The price prior to arriving in Puerto Rico was more reasonable than the actual price given. Extra fees that dont even apply. I was charged for toll fees when I clearly said I didnt want to go through tolls. Avoid this place if you can.
DONT rent from here unless you have a kidney you plan to donate to pay for it! Booked through Expedia. Thought my bill was going to be like $200, which is still A LOT for a couple of days. Turned out to be close to $500, hidden fees was like $200! On top of that customer service acted like I forced them to work here. Ugh!
Ok. Where to start. First of all they do not have the cars there to rent. So you will be waiting, in a long line, for people to return cars. When they are returned they will wash them and give them to you. If you are in a hurry, do not go here. I am not making this up, I was told this information by the man at the desk processing our rental. I asked him how long it would take to get the car and he said he didnt know, they didnt have the cars but as soon as they are returned they will wash them and give them out.Its super expensive. For 3 nights it was over $700. That is including the $250 deposit. But there are a TON of fees. $500 for 3 nights for a tiny car isnt worth it. Just Uber.The wait to actually talk to someone is crazy. Count how many people are in line in front of you and multiply that by 10-15 minutes. Thats how long it will take for you to reach the counter. Unless people show up to return a car, then it will be longer because they will take care of them first.
Such a SCAM. whatever you do DO NOT GO HERE FOR A CAR RENTAL. there was an hour long wait for a shuttle bus to pick us up from the airport to bring us to this sketchy looking place on the side of the highway. on top of our hour long wait for the bus we had to wait 2+ hours for the two workers there to clean our car, i put clean in quotations because the car was an absolute pig stye.The WORST part is that they will charge you made up name fees that dont exist anywhere else and end result is a huge bill.the place was an absolute scam and needs to be shut down. THEY STEAL MONEY.
All the reviews are correct they charge you way more than they initially say online. And I still haven’t gotten my 250 deposit back. Every time I call they give me the runaround about my deposit telling me to keep checking the next day or the day after that. Called again and they said someone would email me about what’s going on with my deposit. Of course I didn’t get any email. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN THEY ARE STEALING PEOPLES MONEY!! I’m prepared to sue I don’t care if it’s only 250 you’ll be hearing from my lawyers.
We waited 5 hours for a car.It wasnt even washed it looked dirty.We wasted a whole day at this place.They were so unprofessional, I do not recommend going here.A horrible image for Puerto rico.Shut down the company at this point.
Worst experience ever we had a delay in our flight got here and had to wait for them to clean the car. You would expect that they would have had enough time to clean it and have it ready. No real sense of urgency and lack of caring. Ruined our entire day waiting for a car.
HORRIBLE! Waited 4 hours in line in the heat with no water. Then once you get through the line you have to wait an additional TWO HOURS just to get the car. Total SIX hours!! There is zero communication and if you don’t watch them they will skip your place in line and give your car to someone who was behind you. Wasted an entire day.
Don’t come here! If you book on Expedia it will say one price-then when you come they won’t honor that price. We booked for $420 online via Expedia and the agency told us a verbal amount and then charged us an additional $620. Basically $1000 for 3 days
Terrible service. Employees are very unprofessional and don’t answer any of your questions. Waited outside for over a hour for the car because they were “cleaning it”. But you get what you pay for. Pay the extra money and use the rental services at the airport.
DO NOT rent from Priceless Car Rental in San Juan! We can definitely say that this has been the worst experience of our lives renting a car. Our car was reserved for 11:00 PM, it was delivered to us two hours later. No economy car was available so we ended up paying double the reserved price! There are three different companies in the same location and only one employee to serve all the customers. Total disorganization and lack of customer service! We had to recommend the employee to put a sheet of paper and a pen so that customers would identify themselves in order of arrival. Although my reservation had prepaid insurance, they required another charge for insurance. Finally when the car was assigned to us we had to wait an additional 45 minutes waiting for the car to be washed.Needless to say, We will NEVER rent from Priceless Car Rental again.
Two plus hours of waiting. There is no customer service here. Do not waste your money or time. If you do waste your time and money here, plan to wait for a few hours. High price to pay for this nonsense.
Absolutely terrible, if you booked on expedia 100% guarantee you will pay double what advertised. Complete tourist trap. I live in Puerto Rico as i’m in the military and I’ve been exempt from under 25 fees anywhere else but here. Very upsetting.
An hour waiting in line to fill out paperwork with almost $500 in hidden fees, then waiting 3 hours outside while getting an attitude from the staff whenever we asked what the status of our car was, then got the car which was infested with bedbugs. They shut their phone lines off when myself and Expedia tried calling them. Corporate gave me the run around for days and then only offered me 25% off despite be advised of the bedbug health hazard, this place is a complete fraud. Please avoid at all costs and book anywhere else.

I gave this horrible company one star because I had to. Other than that it would get nothing!!Expedia gave me one price and then I came here and paid an additional 300!You’re not saving money with this company at all.Oh and the wait time and process is so long that you end up losing half your day.You have to get a shuttle to the rental place then wait hours to get your car. The worst place to rent a car, they treat you like an animal and to deliver the car to you it takes 3 hours, they have no employees and additionally they charge you things that they should not charge you. never again in my life will I rent a car with these people
