First time using them and Ive had a good experience so far. Them came for a 2nd visit but couldnt accomplish what they needed to so they came a 3rd time but didnt charge me for the 2nd visit. I thought that was legit.

Multiple websites, hard to find. I read reviews before using a company. These reviews stopped me in my tracks like a deer in headlights. The responses are absurd, every bad review is fake? That seems bizarre! In one reply from corporate they state they had a drug addict employed for 17 years?! I have never heard of this company until I passed it on the high way last week. I needed some spraying for my restaurant in Burlington but I decided to go with a company with a better reputation.

Came almost an hour early. The tech Jim, Was very knowledgeable and ask all the right questions.It started raining toward the end of the outside treatment. So Jim told me his boss is probably going to send him back to retreat because of the rain. A couple days later, the door bell rang and it was Jim saying he just retreated the outside. I will definitely used them again if it becomes necessary.

I needed to get rd of some basement crawlers including spiders and crickets. The tech, Daniel, arrived precisely on time, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He solved my problem on the first visit! I am very pleased with my experience as well as the cost.

Daniel from expel treated my townhome at Rustic Village and he did a great job! I was freaking out and he made sure he explained everything and let me know what exactly was happening and what was going to happen next. He knowledgeable and very polite!

My daughter keeps getting collection calls and emails from this company for a service that was done last year and was paid for at time of service with my credit card. Not sure who handles this since the emails dont have a person of contact but they need to do their research because this was paid even though the work my daughter had done was unsatisfactory. I feel like they are trying to get another payment due to their lack of organization. When I called last thursday I was told that they need my bank information or statement showing it was paid or I will be taken to court. Like really? Never have I ever dealt with a situation like this.

I recently called expel exterminating experts with some questions I had about bed bug treatments. I asked to speak with someone with a lot of knowledge and was transferred to a Michael. For starters I was left on hold for God only knows how long but it seemed like eternity. When he finally took my call he was very rude and ignorant. He spoke down to me like I didnt understand what he was saying. He also would not let me speak without interrupting what I was trying to ask him. He was completely disrespectful to me. Finally I could hear him eating extremely loud and breathing heavily into the phone which made it very difficult to hear him. I suggest if you need pest control service call somebody else if you want to be treated with respect!

Service tech came to my house rushed through the job and they didnt wanna explain anything or help me out. Then when they took my cc info to bill me they billed me more than once. When I called the office some girl who didnt seem to know anything left me on hold to speak with someone else. After 15 minutes on hold I got tired of waiting and now have to waste more time to go to there office to straighten this out. Such an unorganized company

Daniel has been servicing my delran site for many years and does an excellent job.He is very knowledgable on removing pest and insects.

I would not recommend or trust this company at all. The owner tries and bribes employees and family and friends to write good reviews to boost his ego. So pathetic!

I called for a mouse problem for one of my rental houses in august and was told the price was $90. I was given a window between 1 and 3 but they did not show up until around 5 that evening. I sat and waited at the location all day and took of work. The technician showed up looking like a scruffy bum, not in a professional uniform. Furthermore he did not know what he was even there for and was only there for 15 minutes. Nothing was found or even done to fix the problem. I paid the technician with cash and that was that. A week later I called erlick pest control to come fix what expel couldnt. However, a few months later I received an email from expel from someone named Eva stating that I had a balance on my account of nearly $120 which included a late fee. I called on Thursday September 19th to sort it out but couldnt get in touch with this person. Funnily enough after I left a message for Eva, I recieved ANOTHER email from the same person. Why I couldnt speak on the phone to them is beyond me. They stated I never paid even though I have a receipt from the service. I do not recommend this company to ANYONE they are highly disorganized and unprofessional. Steer clear of this company for your own good!!!

Dont do it. They charged my debit card with out approval and I had to give them a visit. To reverse the charge. Their job was not satisfactory and I was not happy. Came a second time and I was still not satisfied and thats why they charged me again. Just say nooooooo!!!!!!!!!

Horrible unprofessional company. I should of bought chemicals from home depot and treated my house by myself. I would of accomplished a whole lot more.

This is a horrible company with an ignorant egomaniac owner. Do not use this company you will be sorry with the way they speak to you the horrible service and the double billing which is illegal

One word, Horrible.Techs had to come out for a a second time to do missed things job steps after being busted for cutting crap loads of corners..Also, They make appointments and give you windows of 2-3 hours?! Then they still run late, then you call and they say let us call our tech. And find out when he can go... etc.. like really?! Stay away trust me.
