We had a bat get in the apartment last night and hid in a old fan in the wall. Called Matt this morning, he came over right away and safely got the bat out and released him. Extremely happy with the fast, friendly and safe service! Hopefully it doesnt happen again but if it does I know to call Matt.

So grateful! We had a yellow jacket nest right by our front door and Matt was able to come by and spray between jobs. I had already been stung and have young kids so we were thankful he made it the same day! He also sprayed the rest of our house - no issues since. I feel so relieved.

We called Matt about an insane wasp problem by our fence and willow tree. It was so bad we couldn’t trust our kids outside to play because there were thousands of them. When we first called he suggested some things we could before he came out to try to remedy it ourselves, which we really appreciated. About a week later when things were no better we called back and he came out the next day. We could not find a nest and there were about 3 different kinds of wasps, but he was willing to try something to remedy our issue. It’s only been a few days but the difference is night and day. He answered any questions we had and even did an inspection on the outside of our house for any other issues we may encounter. We were so pleased with him we asked him to come back for a Fall Invaders service. Would recommend him to anyone!

Very responsive, always answered the phone, ( yes, even after normal business hours), made several trips to take care of our raccoon problem. Always told us ahead of time what he was going to do, what our options were. Courteous, prompt, easy to work with, charges were reasonable.

We called Guaranteed Gone, after first contacting two other local companies, for an issue with animals in our attic and digging in our lawn. The prices of the first two companies would have required a refinancing of our house to pay the quoted prices. Thankfully we then called Guaranteed Gone. They had realistic prices and the best no kill approach to remove squirrels from our attic and a large skunk from under our lawn shed.I couldnt be happier with the owner, Matt, when he showed up and properly assessed and resolved our issues.Based on a short conversation with the owner, it was obvious he has great passion and level of expertise in his profession.All pricing was discussed before any work and we were given options of per animal rates or flat rates. We were able to pick the service & pricing best suited for our situation.I wont hesitate to call Guaranteed Gone again if we have any pest or wildlife issues in the future. I have to leave a review because Ive never been happier with a contractor or service person than I was with owner of Guaranteed Gone! I was referred to Guaranteed Gone by a member of my church to address a skunk issue. While my service guy was over addressing the skunk issue he noticed branches touching my roof. He offered to inspect my roof dormers at no additional charge, because of my branches. While up there he noticed holes created by (likely) squirrels and bats had used the openings to gain entry into my attic!!!Professional and immediate service was performed to resolve both issues last April and Ive been peacefully living with wildlife since then, but not inside my home! Ive since put a number of neighbors and coworkers in touch with the team at Guaranteed Gone, and they have reported the same experiences that I had. Im wondering if some of these reviews are even legit, because they seem so far off base. Id like to know exactly what they were reporting or reviewing? What keeps vindictive folks or competition from spamming a good company on social media or review sites? Anyway, we are sold on the efforts, knowledge, and solid results of Guaranteed Gone and Im very proud to share my experience with those who inquire about pest or wildlife issues. Matt was extremely responsive, quick with return calls/texts, and very knowledgeable about the bee situation we encountered. He was receptive to our concerns about the size and placement of the hive. He offered to come out the evening we called, but when we agreed to have him come the next day, he was on time, with several options. Quick, perfect removal of the hive and extremely reasonable with cost. He followed up the next morning to check on things. Would most certainly recommend him to anyone .

I came home from up North and I heard something in the basement making a lot of noise then it came up the steps and was scratching at the door I called Matt and he said hed come over it was 8:30 at night unbelievable but then when he did come over we didnt hear nothing so he sets for traps the next day he came and there it was a woodchuck so I said Run go get the strap a piece of cardboard and it got it cuz he didnt want to take hes eye off of it I tell you this guy is worth every penny.

Guy quoted me $150. Turned out to be $350 and he never caught anything. Didnt show up for weeks to patch the hole in my garage where the coons are coming in, still hasnt. Racoons are still in my shed. Called him back said theres an additional charge to do what I was first told. Dudes a clown.

Hes very unhelpful and doesnt do his job right. He was late coming to my house. He had a very bad attitude when I asked him when he will be back. I think hes got issues because he doesnt act right.
