I had my nails done here this afternoon and they look beautiful. I had a really nice pedicure and a gel dip manicure. My nails look perfect, like little pink pearls and I was just admiring them and thought I should leave a review. I will definitely be back.

Pedicure was great! Just stick to that if you go here. The manicure was lacking. The employees barely speak and understand English so it was possible to convey to them what I wanted done to my nails. What I got is not what asked for and the quality was not good.

Best gel manicures I have ever had. Stays on for weeks, they do multiple coats of base and top coat and seal the edges. I was so impressed. Ive been to multiple technicians and they all give that same level of amazing service!

Made an appointment at 5:30 and I didn’t have to wait at all, which I appreciate because a lot of places make you wait even when you make an appointment.I went in for acrylics and my lady was so detail oriented! She paid so much attention to detail on both the application of the acrylic as well as even just painting them. I wish I remembered her name!The only thing is that they have you pay via Venmo or Zelle or PayPal, so make sure that’s set up before you go.

Pretty nails, but the tools used were dirty and the lady cut my finger open with the emory board.

They work fast and efficient. Place is clean. The guy who did my nails is very talented.Usually in other salons they mess up the nails polish, but in this salon he made my regular nail polish look like gel 😍

Owner/ manager did my dip powder manicure. Horrible service since she was getting up every 2 min to assist other customers. I chose to have white nails but my nails aren’t pure white. It was ridiculous when she told me to dip my nails by myself. If I had to do my nails by myself why would I go to a nail salon? I did not expected this kind of service.

Caule is amazing! He’s been doing my nails for a while now and never disappoints. Whether I know what color/design I want or I let him decide, he always does a great job!

She did my pedicure in a hurry and when I looked at it, it was poorly done. There was empty spot and when i asked to redo, she sighed and i was not appreciated with her attitude. My first experience with pedicure and it was not pleasant. Rather do it for myself at home.. the other person was nice and kind. Maybe I got a wrong person today.

Vi did an excellent job on my pedicure and dip powder manicure. The only downside is they have broken massage chairs.

Work on your professional service on how you treat your customers. You should never allow your staff to take advantage and scream at a customer, especially towards the elderly. This type of behavior towards your innocent customers is sickening and baffling to witness. Watch the way you treat others, everyone around you can see.

Wow. They reuse the toe seperators which is super gross.I caught them stash it from me after i used 😬😭😱The lady who did my pedicure did a very lousy job and when I asked her to paint them evenly, she snapped, said she had no timeNot coming back.

This place is horrible it was my first time going and will be my last the man in there doing pedicures needs to never touch another persons feet. My experience was horrible. He doesnt know what hes doing. My toes werent shaped at all. This by far is the worse pedicure Ive had in my entire life!!!!!

Prior to the pandemic, I always came here and tipped. I loved the work & everyone was so friendly. I came back for the first time since March this past weekend. I called the day prior and made an appointment, but didn’t specify a nail tech. Let me just say that this was THE WORST manicure that I have ever gotten. Alice was the one that did my nails and she was so rough. She kept shoving my hands back and forth from under the glass. She seemed to be rushing for whatever reason. There was a couple times she got up and was on her phone. I came in knowing what I wanted and when I told her, she laughed and said “she’d try”. She then proceeded to continuously insist I get dip powder after I said no at least four times. I was so ready to go especially after they sat someone down right next to me. How is that following social distancing guidelines? The shop is already small. I was not satisfied with the manicure at all, but I got up to go pay so that I can leave. The paint was not applied evenly and there was hair fibers on my nails under the top coat. Alice immediately started to tell me to tip and was requesting I send it to her Venmo before I left. I normally always tip, but I’ve never had work done this bad before. Additionally, her telling me to tip her turned me off completely. I can’t say I’ll come back. I should have requested a certain tech, but I forgot the name. This location is very convenient for me, but I think I’m just going to go somewhere else. This experience made me extremely uncomfortable.

Well I came out fairfax for a staycation and a only one new year and decided to get my feet done. Google gave me this nail salon so I decided to go here. NA did my pedicure and she did a WONDERFUL JOB. I will most definitely be back for her. The nail salon is clean with a friendly environment. Thanks NA!! ❤️100% recommend!

I came with my daughter to get a repair done, and the nail tech kept asking her if she wanted to refill and my daughter said no repeating. The nail tech finally gave up asking. So, while fixing her nails, she stops to goes to talk to two other nail techs about her. My daughter told her nail tech that she was hurting and she said I didnt hurt you and then got up and went back to talk about her and then the other nail techs started talking and looking directly at about her. I wouldnt recommend them. They are also crooked and ugly.

I moved to VA in August and struggled to find a great place. Having my nails done on a consistent basis for almost 10 years, I know good nail techs and service- from MI to NC. OMG Nails knocks it out of the park so if you’re looking for your spot in NOVA, this is it. Hands down. 110% every time.

The best pedicure and manicure I ever have.

I’ve been going to this salon for over a year, but after today I won’t be returning. I requested for all my gel polish to be taken off and redone as they were significantly chipped (only two days after my original gel manicure which is bad enough mind you) and the technician refused. She ignored my request to repaint the whole hand and flat out told me no multiple times. She then proceeded to just add another coat on as if that will help. I even made sure to clarify I was going to pay for a new manicure, but she still refused to redo my nails.

Reasonable prices and really good service!

The women who did our pedicures were so sweet, the environment was very clean, and our service was diligent. Our feet feel incredible afterwards and after being there for our first time, we will definitely be going here for every pedicure.

I’ve had my nails done here a few times now but most recently I had my nails done for my engagement photo shoot and they turned out GORGEOUS!!! I got a full acrylic set — almond shaped — and they look amazing in the photos! The lady who did my nails was so unbelievably helpful, I asked for white nails with a gold accent nail. The woman doing my nails picked a soft white saying it would really make my ring pop and she was absolutely right!!! I will definitely be back.

This was my first time visiting, but I really enjoyed my visit, and love my nails. The place was BUSY, but had a nice ambiance. They offer water, or soda to you. The girl who did my nails was Cindy. She was quick, but did an excellent job. I will be going back!

Absolutely incredible experience! Super clean, the pedicure chairs have plastic wrap (?) covering the bowls so not everyone’s feet are touching the same bowl, something I’ve never seen before! Staff is super nice & friendly. My pedicure turned out amazing & the massage was so relaxing. I will recommend this place to everyone & already cannot wait to go back.

My second time visiting this place. Ivy did my first full set and it was amazing. I was very happy with how swift and clean her job was. And today I came back for deep power and Taetae did a wonderful job, she really took her time which I appreciated. The staff are very polite and the place is always very clean. Thank you to the young lady who gave me my first OMG Pedicure! The experience and the results came out phenomenal. My nails look flawless. The only con I have is the space. I wish they had more space for the amount of business they attract. The people in this community love this place and rightly so.

I visited my family during spring break. I stopped by this store to have my full set done. They have done an amazing job. The store is clean and beautiful. I’m very satisfied and would recommend the store to all my friends and family.

Conflicted. The quality is actually good. The problem. Is the prices they are inconsistent. They do not post them so they seem different every single time. I went in for a polish change on something they messed up with. I decided to get them all done again. To my surprise it was the about the same amount as getting a ful . I asked why. He said because it was a design which it was not. I always feel like I am bothering them when asking questions. While I dont want to go to another place. I will have to because it matters how you feel when you are paying for a service. My advice, Be transparent with the prices.

They’re usually quite busy, but I love OMG because every single technician I’ve had (five or more) has done a fantastic job with both pedicures and gel manicures. It’s so nice to have found a nail salon in Virginia where I don’t have to make an appointment with one specific person. Prices are comparable to other salons in the area.

Kim is the best! I had just gotten a full set done the day before at a different salon and they royally screwed them up (half the nails weren’t glued correctly and the other half had too much powder and were glued to my skin 😫). Kim fixed them up for me and didn’t charge me a ton of money. Honestly the best manicure I’ve had. Will definitely be seeing Kim again!

This is a well run salon that does a nice job. I wont give away the names of the people I see here, but they really all do an excellent job so you would do fine to come in for first available. They are clean and do consistently good work!

Didnt have the greatest of service here. The woman who did my nails didnt listen when I told her I had sensitive nail beds and she continued to drill/file my nails really roughly. Its a clean place and somewhat busy. but I think thats because Instyle was closed. If you live in the area its close and convenient but there are better places.

My mother and I got pedicures here. They did a great job and were very nice to us. They were very busy when we first got here so we decided to come back in an hour and run some errands (since its so close to fair lakes) first and I am glad we did. The atmosphere is beautiful as well. Will come back again for sure. Thank you!

I really like going here ite been I think 2months mow going. First time I came was with Lauren, she is careful, efficient, really nice. Then I came a second time and got Amy I see her everytime and she greets me with a smile she takes pride in her work checks the length the shape and everything she gives the best hand massages ever. The one thing I love about her is the she is very patient and does what I consider crazy requests. She does amazing free hand work like designs I ask and I trust her judgment when I say what ever you think works.

This nail shop is usually amazing, but the guy nail tech who did my acrylic nails did a horrible job!His technique left air bubbles in my nails, and his paint job was so off!Amateur job for such a (usually) great place

My experience was not very good. Fumes were too strong. Ventilation is definitely an issue. After applying remover and wrapping in foil, I waited almost 40 minutes for a manicurist to finish the job. Polish was not even and chipped after 1 day. Very disappointing.

Walked in for a nail lift and fill. On closer inspection the tech discovered the beginnings of a fungus. (Result of another location doing a horrible job) The solution was a full set. She took longer than expected, but the nails were amazing when she was finished. Even after two weeks of growth, they looked smooth and even. Absolutely incredible. Literally, OMG my nails look fantastic! Will definitely make the trip back for future services.

I went home to visit my family for Christmas and a gel Freanch manicure. Its been over 3 weeks and it still looks perfect! No cracks and no chips! Im amazed! The only difference is from my nails growing out but with a French Manicure you can barely see the difference. I wish I didnt live in Florida so this could be my go to place! So impressed!

$65 for gel manicure with pedicure (French).No ATM here for tips.The salon setting is very nice. 8 pedicure chairs that are some of the best looking Ive ever seen, the massage feels the same as the other chairs. There are 5 or 6 manicure stations with built in gel drying equipment. Its the best decorated salon Ive seen so far! The lighting, floors, chairs, and wall colors were clearly very well thought out.Their pedicures are by the number which makes it very easy to select everything you want included with the price point clearly displayed.I recommend Shane for mani pedi.Lauren if Shane isnt available.Pam if Lauren and Shane arent available.I have not had a negative experience here yet!!One appointment on a Sunday has started 30 minutes late, but other technicians jumped in to try to alleviate the lateness. (They removed my gel and filed my nails while I was on the pedicure chair)The owner Karen is always there and shes very nice.

Exceptional service. Great clean location. Lauren and Shane are the absolute best. I have referred a number of people both female and male. It is always busy but they take time with each customer! Though it is predominantly for women they are happy to take male clients. It is a bit communal for both pedi and mani treatments so ask if there is a preferred time when scheduling men. Rates are very reasonable.

Ive gone to OMG! My Nails twice now for gel manicures during my lunch break (usually around 2 or 3 PM). The salon is very clean, the staff really nice, and Ive been really impressed with the quality of my manicures. Each gel manicure, using the Gelish brand, lasted two weeks.The reason that prevents me from giving the salon 5 stars is the lack of transparency of the pricing structure. The first gel manicure, with a 20% tip was $35, but the next time I came I was charged $33 for my gel manicure and then tipped on top of that. I wasnt expecting the price bump and wasnt told about the change before the service was provided.

The staff were so sweet helpful and were excellent and they did the best nail job and eyebrows I will definitely be back soon and I definitely recommend😊

Got a pedicure and it was pretty awful, she cut 2 of my toes pretty badly, did a very sloppy job, and if you ask her to fix something shell just give you a long and detailed story about why it happened and why she cant do it, or its why its going to cost you more money.Equally as bad, when the lady next to me was done, her technician just put all of the stuff back in the baggie, and used it on the next lady that came in. I dont know what the Health Dept. policy is, but I would hope that there has to be some sanitation involved, kind of gross!Lastly, they dont provide a menu on the wall, so to add insult to injury, she quoted me $24 for a mans pedicure, and I ended up paying $34, because I asked for something or another? I couldnt really understand what she was saying so I just paid and got the heck out of there.

Careful. Went for a $60 deluxe pedi and it cost me $85. Not sure what was extra but wont be going back. They make up prices as they go

I would never recommend this place to anyone I had to literally wait a half an hour because someone called out sick Andean top of that I was getting a full set and NO ONE knew how to do that. I dont understand how someone can work at a nail salon and not know how to do a full set. I would NOT COME HERE AGAIN!!!!!!! But thats just my opinion.
