Truly outstanding! We were having a mouse problem and had done everything else possible including repointing or basement and getting rim joists insulated. But we still had at least one mouse making its home with us. We dealt with both Jon and John [two different guys] and both were terrific. It was like Sherlock Holmes meets the mouse and they uncovered every possibility for where that mouse could be coming in and out of. Very friendly, very honest, very reasonable price wise. Great to see a local company like this who is doing such fine work.

I was having exterior painting done and a hornets nest was found! I called Waltham and a nice person answered the phone, (which was amazing in and of itself! ).. and she sent a tech out right away.. he did a great job, was very professional, and best of all saved me a ton of money by not having to call off the painters work day! Would def use them again and have rec them to friends.

Despite instructions to the contrary, the tech sprayed neurotoxic chemicals inside our house, negligently leaving puddles of the pesticide all over my house (I wasn’t present to ensure instructions were followed at the time). 24 hours after the service was done, I had to walk around my house and clean up this neurotoxic poison by hand. The product is toxic to humans when wet, and thank god my daughter hadn’t moved here yet, but my dogs were likely exposed as I was.Not only was this company severely negligent, they apparently sprayed a “green” product outside, which did literally nothing to stop bugs from assaulting our house and yard.Do not use this company if you care about your health or the health of your family.

We have used Waltham Pest on multiple occasions and they have always been so wonderful in taking care of the problem and making sure the pests are gone for good! We wont ever call anyone else for our pest needs!

They set Traps for squirrels and and checked every day. They sealed the Entrance whole after squirrels were removed.
