Carter at Bestway Residential Services Inc. is reliable, reasonable, and honest. He has serviced my clothes washer and dryer, and my dishwasher, and has done an excellent job! In the case of the dishwasher, it was a motherboard issue which he explained thoroughly. He could have just charged me a lot of money but was honest enough to suggest I think about a replacement instead. Because Ive been a regular customer, he didnt even charge me for that inspection or advice. His other repairs were flawless and quick. Hes my appliance guy for life!

The refrigerator in our new place randomly stopped working after only moving in two months ago. Kenneth from Bestway Residential Services Inc. is very efficient in his communication and assessment of the problem. I called him and he was out in the field but asked me to email him my problem and availability. He responded promptly and was on time for his appointment. At first, I thought I had diagnosed the problem, a clogged drain in my Bosch Nexxt Washing Machine, and just needed repair. Kenneth wasnt so sure, so asked me to test his theory of a different problem for a couple of days. He was right and It was a less expensive repair!
