I’ve used Artin Electronics multiple times and they never disappoint! I had them fix a camera for me that had sentimental value and it was perfect. Recently, I had them repair and install a TV. Couldn’t be happier! Reasonable prices and great service!

I would not recommend going or even doing business with them. HOME Depot uses this company to fix major appliances covered under the extended warranty. They didnt do anything the day they came .Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

Razmic did an amazing job fixing the water dispenser on our fridge. He got back to me right away and was able to come out and quickly to the repair. He was very upfront about the cost and gave me a full quote before making the appointment. He was very professional and friendly! LIAR LIAR LIAR. Do not make an appointment with this unprofessional company, they are a joke they WAISE my time in 3 different days. First day the technician cut his hand2 day. No excuse they just didnt show up. 3 appointment they didn show up, I called the main office a middle eastern guy answered the phone said was going to call me back in 5 min. Never called me back when I call place was already closed. Call homedepot Insurance claim made another appointment with a diferent service provider. Do not trust them. DO NOT TRUST MTHEM LIAR

These guys are awesome!!! The customer service is on the highest level!!! They will do everything to bring your TV back to life and they always keep you posted on the status of the repair. Highly recommend this company. I didnt have any hope that my TV will work again, but these guy repaired it and it works now as new. Thank you so much Razmic,Tony & Armen...

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! I paid close to $300 for a repair and new part for my refrigerator only to end up with it still leaking! The worst part is that the owner Mr. ARTIN promised to call me back after I informed him of their horrible service job that was done. Since he was informed he has been ignoring my phone calls and has done nothing to rectify the situation. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Our oven broke while We were cooking. I was feeling desperate because it was getting late in the day but after a few calls only Artin Electronics answered. Razmic was here in an hour and luckily he had the part. It was professionally fixed with a great price too!! I’m not sure about the rest of you but this place will be my go to for everything!

Awesome service! Getting my stacked washer and dryer fixed seemed so easy for Artin Electronics. They gave me the next day appointment as it was later in the day. They came right on time! Even though the space was a bit too tight they still managed to get around it. He needed to order the part which he did right on the spot! He told me the part will arrive within a couple business days which the whole time Razmic gave me updates. In 2 days Razmic came with the part and fixed! They are so incredibly good, couldnt be happier!!

I made an appointment a week in advance. Nobody ever showed up or called. I tried to call the office for hours, left 2 messages, no return. Way to run a business guys!

Absolutely HORRIBLE. One of the worst companies we have ever worked with. They have been lying to us for over 3 weeks now about fixing our 1 year old fridge that broke. I understand if someone doesnt have a fix for something and they just tell me they cannot do it. But to lie and give us the runaround and prevent us from using our freezer for 3 weeks is beyond frustrating. They have no customer service whatsoever. They will put the blame on you and make you the bad guy for not being able to fix your product.I was really hoping not to resort to this and hate leaving 1 star reviews and effecting peoples business, but in this case, Artin Electronics should close down. One of the worst interactions with any company ever.

Very very bad store and a very bad terrible customer service. They should shut down this store. No one should go there for any repairs or call them for any repairs. The owner Razmig is a lier. He never answer the phones or replies to the voicemails. I did not want to put any star not even one. Very very bad customer service and their fees are very expensive. He this owner told me in person he does not care about the customers reviews and them.

Thank you Artin Electronic for the prompt and great service of our BOSCH washer and dryer. We called Razmic because our 17 yr old washer was making some wierd clanking sound like a screw got loose and is caught in the drum. We tried taking the unit apart and check it ourselves, but we couldnt find the source so we decided to call Artin electronic.Razmic was able to make an appointment for us a next day and gave us a window of time. I can certainly understand that becuase in his line of work, you never know how long a repair is going to take. Razmic did call just before coming by to let us know so we are expecting him and he was able to locate the source of our problem within a few minutes. Some loose change go caught and he removed it without any difficulties. He didnt try to sell us other bells and whistles and even complimented that our 17 year old machines are running impressively well. Thank you Razmic for the prompt and responsive service.

The man said hes stupid and canot repair wash machine but i was assigned to him by geeksquad. so dont try and repair wash machine withthem.

The guys I spoke to were nice, however, this IS NOT A COMPUTER REPAIR CENTER as the banner sign out front indicates. Actually, I should of scrolled through the reviews before I took my desktop PC there. The majority of the reviews are about T.V.s, washers and dryers. And thats what youll see when you step inside... I dropped my PC off Friday at 5pm, gave the guy the $20 dollar fee for them to find out what the problem is and he said theyd call me Saturday morning. No call back, I called several times and they said theyd get back to me... and didnt. Saturday at 5 I called and they said give them till Monday in the morning and thell call me with the diagnoses. Again, they didnt. I called them at 2pm and they said, Oh we looked at and you need to re-install the operating system (which will of course wipes out all my data). I know this as a fall back tactic when someone cant figure out what the issue is so I said no thanks, picked up my pc, took it to Stans Tech Garage in West Hollywood. The guy there looked at it for about 3min, fixed it and didnt charge me a dime as the fix was so easy. Maybe these guys are good with other electronics but not computers. Go to a place that specializes in computers.

I got my t.v fixed here because the light of my t.v went out so the panel needed to be replaced, so they did fix that problem but my tv had only 1 scratch that I made and when I went to go pick it up it got like 5 new scratches on the screen that they did Smh so I told them hey those scratches were not there but they kept telling me that I did those, my mistake was not taking a picture of my t.v before I took it but oh well lesson learned

Had you over yesterday service my sound sound system was told by you my system needed to be replased which I think is no so . I think thre was bad wirring somewhere that was over looked by you I will not call you again for service because I was not happy with the service I got from you also I would not recommend you to a friend . .
